This paper proposes a cosine comparator-based firing angle control strategy for three-phase full-wave thyristor rectifiers. Gate pulses are generated by comparing phase-synchronized cosine reference signals with a tunable threshold voltage, allowing precise control over conduction intervals. The method’s effectiveness is evaluated across firing angles ranging from 30° to 120° under RLC load conditions. Quantitative results demonstrate accurate gate synchronization and substantial reduction in Total Harmonic Distortion (THD)—by over 50% relative to conventional ramp-based techniques. The findings confirm the proposed control scheme's potential for high-performance, low-distortion AC-DC conversion, making it suitable for industrial and educational power electronics applications.

Jaringan Saraf Tiruan (NN) merupakan sebuah paradigma dalam pemrosesan informasi yang dimodelkan berdasarkan sistem neuron, menyerupai cara otak manusia memproses informasi. Penelitian ini membahas penerapan jaringan saraf dengan algoritma pembelajaran backpropagation yang diimplementasikan dalam simulasi sebagai pengendali suatu sistem. Pressure Process Rig 38-714 digunakan sebagai model plant dalam penelitian ini. Pengendali berbasis Jaringan Saraf Tiruan ini beroperasi dengan menghitung kesalahan antara keluaran aktual sistem dan masukan referensi yang telah ditentukan, dimana sinyal hasil selisih antara keluaran plant dan sinyal referensi menjadi masukan utama bagi sistem kendali. Penelitian ini memperkenalkan pendekatan pengendalian berbasis eror dengan pelatihan dua tahap, yakni konfigurasi seri-paralel dan paralel, serta disertai metode faktor pengali untuk menjaga kestabilan sinyal kendali dalam batas kerja plant. Berbagai eksperimen dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja sistem, termasuk pengujian dengan dan tanpa gangguan, serta pembandingan terhadap metode Direct Inverse Control Neural Network (DIC NN). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini memberikan solusi adaptif dan tahan terhadap eror, dengan performa dan ketahanan yang lebih baik dalam kondisi terpengaruh gangguan dibandingkan metode DIC NN. Keberhasilan sistem diukur dari kesesuaian antara keluaran plant dengan sinyal referensi dan kemampuan sistem kendali dalam meredam gangguan secara efektif.

Previously, many outdoor enthusiasts faced difficulties in booking equipment and porters separately, which often led to delays, price overruns, and a lack of transparency. With this platform, users can easily book goods and services in an integrated system, streamlining communication between renters, porters, and administrators. The system is designed with a user-friendly dashboard that allows renters to select the equipment they need, check availability, and communicate directly with available porters. Integrated inventory management features allow administrators to monitor stock in real time and avoid overbooking or understocking. Furthermore, Lestari Adventure is equipped with a secure online payment system, providing convenience for renters and administrators. PIECES analysis of this system shows significant improvements in several aspects. System performance has seen faster transaction processing times, better control over inventory and reservations, and increased user satisfaction thanks to easy access and price transparency. Lestari Adventure is expected to expand its service reach to more regions in Indonesia, address logistical challenges, and support the development of ecotourism and outdoor activities that are increasingly accessible to the public. With its comprehensive features and easy access, Lestari Adventure has the potential to transform the way outdoor enthusiasts plan and execute their activities. Furthermore, the platform also provides opportunities for local porters to increase their income through a more structured and transparent booking system.

This research investigates the underlying factors that shape the interest of students from the 2024 cohort in enrolling in the Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Education Program at the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Padang. Utilizing a descriptive quantitative methodology, data were gathered through a structured, closed-ended questionnaire administered to the entire cohort, which consisted of 89 students. The analysis reveals that the overall level of student interest is categorized as high, with a notable percentage of 55%. Several key variables were identified as influential: (1) self-awareness factors encompassing physical capabilities, intellectual aptitude, intrinsic motivation, and innate talent were rated in the very high category at 56%; (2) familial influences such as the provision of information, emotional support, and parenting styles also ranked very high at 46%; (3) school-related elements including the accessibility of school information systems, teacher roles, peer dynamics, and hands on learning experiences were classified in the high category with 44%; and (4) social media engagement specifically the frequency of use and the quality of educational content was likewise in the high category, scoring 48%. These findings underscore the multifaceted nature of student decision-making, with self-awareness emerging as the most prominent determinant in shaping academic program choices. The study highlights the need for educational institutions to consider these interrelated dimensions when developing recruitment strategies and academic guidance frameworks.

This community outreach program was initiated to foster foundational knowledge of computer networking among students in the Visual Communication Design (VCD) department at SMK Diponegoro 3 Kedungbanteng. Key topics included basic networking concepts, types and topologies of networks, hardware components, and their significance in creative fields. The implementation involved interactive learning through lectures, hardware demonstrations, and open discussions. A total of 46 students engaged in the sessions. The outcomes indicated increased engagement and awareness of interdisciplinary digital literacy, emphasizing the value of basic technology comprehension in collaborative design workflows.

MSMEs are the backbone of the Indonesian economy. To maintain the continuity of their business, MSMEs must have good and correct financial report management. MSME financial reports tend to be simple and ignore financial administration rules. This research aims to create and compile financial reports in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) for the Berkah Laris Frozen Food UMKM in Malang. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The data sources used are primary data in the form of interviews and secondary data in the form of documentation. The results of the research are the presentation of an income statement showing operating profit, a change in capital report showing capital at the end of 2024, a financial position report showing the amount of assets owned equal to the total of liabilities and capital, and notes to the financial report which presents a general overview, an overview of important accounting policies, retained earnings and sales revenue for the period 31 December 2024.

Community Acquired Pneumonia (CAP) masih menjadi penyebab utama morbiditas dan mortalitas, baik pada anak maupun dewasa. Terapi antibiotik empiris merupakan intervensi utama, namun rasionalitas penggunaannya seringkali belum sepenuhnya dievaluasi di fasilitas perawatan primer dan sekunder seperti RSIA. Untuk mengetahui pola dan menilai rasionalitas penggunaan antibiotik pada pasien CAP anak dan dewasa di RSIA Ananda. Penelitian deskriptif retrospektif terhadap rekam medis pasien CAP anak dan dewasa yang terdiagnosis CAP yang dirawat di RSIA Ananda selama Januari-Desember 2024. Evaluasi rasionalitas mengacu pada pedoman nasional dari IDAI (Ikatan Dokter Anak Indonesia), PAPDI (Perhimpunan Dokter Paru Indonesia), dan indikator penggunaan obat dari WHO. Dari 134 pasien (72 anak, 62 dewasa), semuanya mendapat terapi antibiotik empiris. Antibiotik yang paling sering diberikan pada anak adalah amoksisilin (40,3%) dan sefiksim (25%), sedangkan pada orang dewasa seftriakson (66,1%) dan azitromisin (38,7%). Kombinasi antibiotik digunakan pada 31,8% kasus. Rasionalitas penggunaan antibiotik dinilai tepat pada 69,4% anak dan 74,2% dewasa. Ketidaksesuaian yang paling sering ditemukan adalah pada pemilihan jenis dan lama terapi. Meskipun sebagian besar terapi antibiotik pada pasien CAP sesuai dengan pedoman, masih ada ruang untuk perbaikan terutama pada kombinasi, lama, dan pemilihan antibiotik. Pemenuhan pelaksanaan program manajemen antibiotik lintas unit sangat penting.

A field of linguistics called phonology investigates the sound system of language, especially how sounds function to distinguish the meaning of words. The purpose of this study is to improve our understanding of the phoneme analysis of Indonesian. As the smallest units of sound, phonemes play an important role in distinguishing the meaning of words. The study of phonology includes the perception and production of sounds, their role in distinguishing meaning, and how sounds are used to create words and sentences. Phonology also investigates sound transformations such as assimilation, dissimilation, metathesis, and elision, which have an impact on the sound structure of language. Suprasegmental elements such as intonation, stress, and pauses are also discussed because they contribute to a clearer understanding of speech. In order to learn correct pronunciation and understand how sounds change as language develops, an understanding of phonology is essential.

Indonesian has a long historical journey as a means of communication as well as a symbol of national identity. This study discusses the dynamics of the development and position of Indonesian using the library research method. Library research used in this study can be in the form of books, articles and journals, which are based on various historical references and academic studies. Originating from the Malay language which has long functioned as a lingua franca in the Nusantara region, Indonesian was then inaugurated as a unifying language through the Youth Pledge in 1928 and was confirmed in the 1945 Constitution as the state language. The discussion also covers the important role of Indonesian in various sectors, such as the world of education, government bureaucracy, mass media, and the realm of technology. Based on the results of the literature review, it can be concluded that Indonesian plays a role not only as a means of communication, but also as an important element in the formation of national identity and the integration of a pluralistic society. This study emphasizes that the existence and function of Indonesian continue to develop in line with social change and progress.

The Use of Color Palette Instagram Posts @muspera_kehutanan in Increasing Brand Awareness of the Forestry Museum and Library seeks to investigate in depth the role of color palettes in efforts to raise brand awareness of the Ir. Djamaludin Suryohadikusumo Forestry Museum and Library on Instagram social media @muspera_kehutanan. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with four levels of Brand Awareness: Recognition Level, Recall Level, Brand Association, and Top of Mind. This study found that using consistent color palettes on the @muspera_kehutanan Instagram account helps to increase brand awareness for the Ir. Djamaludin Suryohadikusumo Forestry Museum and Library.  Although it has not reached the forefront of people's minds, the strategic initiatives made have laid a solid foundation for long-term reach expansion and audience loyalty.
