Plastic waste is a global problem that is increasing every year because it is difficult to decompose. This article discusses the growth in waste volume in Indonesia which is triggered by population growth, urbanization, and changes in consumption patterns, as well as the main challenges in waste management at the Bantargebang TPST. Through a qualitative approach and case studies, this article highlights the need for a comprehensive approach to waste management, including the establishment of waste banks and increasing public awareness. The main challenges at the Bantargebang TPST include decreasing capacity and difficulties in handling single-use plastic waste. The proposed solutions include expanding TPST capacity, implementing environmentally friendly technology, increasing public awareness, developing adequate infrastructure, and greater funding allocation. Collaboration between the government, the private sector and the community is the key to overcoming this challenge and building a sustainable and environmentally friendly waste management system at the Bantargebang TPST.

The advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has brought about significant changes in various industries, including public relations (PR) practices in companies. This research aims to explore the implementation of AI in corporate PR activities in Indonesia. Using a case study approach with in-depth interviews with PR practitioners from three major companies, this research reveals how AI is being used to optimise PR functions. The findings show that AI is primarily used to accelerate media and sentiment analysis, facilitate social media content management, and enhance personalisation and automation in marketing communications. However, there are still limitations to the implementation of AI due to resource constraints and regulatory factors. This research contributes to a better understanding of AI adoption in corporate PR practices in Indonesia and its future development potential. By examining real-world cases, it provides valuable insights into the opportunities and challenges associated with using AI for strategic communication efforts in an emerging market context.

Leadership in educational administration is a crucial aspect in achieving effective and efficient educational goals. This article aims to deeply examine various aspects of leadership in educational administration, including understanding, necessary skills, applied leadership styles, and specific functions that leaders must perform. The research method used is literature review, encompassing analysis of various literature and previous studies related to educational leadership. The research findings indicate that effective leadership in educational administration requires a combination of technical skill, human skill, and conceptual skill, along with the application of leadership styles suitable to the institutional context. Leadership functions such as planning, organizing, directing, and controlling are also crucial to ensure efficient operations and goal achievement. The implications of this study provide insights and practical recommendations for educational leaders to enhance the performance and quality of their institutions, as well as to create an environment that supports learning and growth.

Abstract This research aims to analyze the marketing strategy of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk to enter the international market with a focus on Indomie instant noodle products. Obtain data from trusted sources such as academic journals and books through library research methods. A qualitative approach is used to understand Indomie's marketing strategy through content analysis and data interpretation. This company is famous for its high quality products and various innovations, especially in instant noodle products. Quality standardization in the production process is the key to success in the global market. Apart from that, PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk applies the cost-plus method in determining export selling prices so that its products are flexible and competitive in the international market. In terms of distribution, the company attaches great importance to quality, timeliness, safety and transportation costs. Indomie products are distributed through large wholesalers and retailers and are popular in overseas markets such as Australia. The findings show that effective and efficient marketing strategies have helped PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk maintain and expand its global market share.

Penelitian ini membahas konsep belajar dan menuntut ilmu dari sudut pandang Islam, berdasarkan Al-Qur'an dan Sunnah. Pendidikan adalah bagian penting dari kehidupan manusia. Dalam artikel ini, subjek pendidikan dan etika menuntut ilmu dibahas dengan menggunakan sumber-sumber Islam. Analisis isi kualitatif digunakan sebagai metode penelitian; data utama berasal dari Al-Qur'an dan Sunnah, serta data sekunder dari literatur yang relevan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Islam menekankan pentingnya pendidikan yang menyeluruh yang mencakup aspek akademik, moral, dan spiritual. Objektif pendidikan, cara belajar, dan peran guru dalam Islam adalah beberapa topik diskusi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman kita tentang perspektif Islam tentang proses belajar dan menuntut ilmu, serta implikasinya untuk praktik pendidikan modern.

Namun, proses pelaporan magang konvensional seringkali terkendala oleh masalah administratif yang rumit dan memakan waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan, mengimplementasikan, dan mengevaluasi aplikasi "Live Report" sebagai solusi inovatif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pelaporan magang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran dengan survei, wawancara, observasi, dan analisis data untuk mengukur dampak aplikasi terhadap kualitas pelaporan, keterlibatan mahasiswa, dan kolaborasi antara perguruan tinggi dan perusahaan mitra. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas program MBKM dan menjadi model bagi pengembangan platform pelaporan magang lainnya di Indonesia.

Research Design Quasi-experimental method is a research method that in its implementation does not use random assignment (random assignment) but by using existing groups. The population in this study is all postoperative caesarean section patients totaling 150 people from caesarean section data from April to May 2023 at Tugu Ibu Hospital. The sample in this study was 30 people divided into 2 intervention groups, each group consisting of 15 people. This study obtained data that before being given therapy, a comparison of post-test pain in the lemon aromatherapy group and lullaby classical music after caesarean section surgery obtained a p value of 0.000, because p > 0.05 it was concluded that there was a significant difference in pain scale after being given lemon aromatherapy therapy and lullaby classical music, which was more effective lemon aroma therapy. Advice For health workers or nurses can apply the administration of Aroma Therapy and Classical Music Therapy to reduce the Pain Scale in Post Partum Mothers after sectio caesarea surgery
