El Nino and La Nina events affect the conditions of the rainy season and dry season, especially as a cause of flooding in coastal areas. The North Coast of Java is a coastal area that is prone to disasters due to the influence of sea level anomalies caused by the interaction of the sea and the atmosphere. The northern coast of East Java, which is directly adjacent to the coast, has a high level of vulnerability to tidal flooding or rob disasters. This study aims to examine the effect of the Nino 3.4 index on the El Nino and La Nina phases in influencing rainfall on the northern coast of East Java, especially in the areas of Tuban, Lamongan, Gresik, Surabaya City, Sidoarjo, Pasuruan, Probolinggo, and Situbondo. The method used is a correlation analysis between rainfall parameters and the Nino3.4 index to determine the relationship between parameters. The results of the study on La Nina, El Nino, and Neutral conditions have a negative relationship in almost all research locations with moderate to very low correlation values. This study provides an explanation of the relationship between rainfall and ENSO to flooding events on the northern coast of East Java.

This study is a form of character education strategy analysis to form responsible elementary school students through a literature study approach. The data for this study were obtained from a literature review including books, academic journals and previous research related to classroom management and how students' characters are formed. The results of this study explain that effective character education strategies include the development of participatory rules, the application of consistent consequences, and rewards for positive behavior. This approach helps students understand the importance of personal and social responsibility to support the creation of a conducive learning environment. This study provides a conceptual contribution to the development of classroom management strategies as an integral part of character education in elementary schools.

The village development program is an initiative aimed at improving the welfare of rural communities through various training and empowerment activities carried out by UMM and UNITRI Malang lecturers with target partners, the Pujon Hill Forest Farmer Group (KTH) and the PKK mothers of Tretes Hamlet along with the Government/Local Government. Bendosari Village is one of the villages located in the mountains and highlands of Pujon District. Almost all of the community's land is used for agriculture and plantations. There are several spots of waste accumulation at the service location, ranging from livestock waste to household organic waste, which is a significant problem that needs to be addressed because there is no location for waste disposal. Thus, composting technology is required for leaf litter, household waste, and livestock waste. The stages of the Community Service activity method are: a). Establishment of KTH and PKK mothers' institutions, b). Training in processing household, agricultural, livestock, and forest leaf litter waste into organic compost, then analyzing its quality with laboratory tests; c). application of leaf waste shredding machine technology, plastic drums/composters, and demonstration plots for compost storage; d). Packaging technology training and compost product packaging design, e). Introduction and planting of essential plants that play a role in inhibiting soil erosion and have the potential to become essential oils, such as citronella. The results that have been achieved include organic compost products that can be marketed under the Ekombi brand, activity posters, activity videos, Partner Institutional Decrees, ISBN books, HKI Waste shredder tools, and participation in National seminars. This program has succeeded in providing a positive impact, especially in increasing public awareness of the importance of waste processing and sustainable forest land management.ABSTRAKProgram bina desa merupakan salah satu inisiatif yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di daerah pedesaan melalui berbagai kegiatan pelatihan, dan pemberdayaan yang dilakukan oleh dosen UMM dan UNITRI Malang dengan mitra sasaran Kelompok Tani Hutan Pujon Hill (KTH) dan Ibu-ibu PKK Dusun Tretes beserta Pemerintah/Pemda. Desa Bendosari  merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di pegunungan dan dataran tinggi kecamatan pujon. Hampir seluruh lahan masyarakat yang ada digunakan untuk pertanian dan perkebunan. Terdapat beberapa spot penumpukan sampah di lokasi pengabdian, mulai dari kotoran ternak, dan limbah organik rumah tangga menjadi permasalahan penting yang perlu diatasi karena belum ada lokasi untuk pembuangan sampah. Sehingga, diperlukan adanya teknologi pembuatan kompos dari serasah daun, limbah rumah tangga, dan kotoran ternak. Tahapan metode kegiatan Pengabdian yaitu: a). Pembentukan kelembagaan KTH dan Ibu-Ibu PKK, b). Pelatihan pengolahan limbah rumah tangga, pertanian, peternakan dan serasah daun hutan menjadi kompos organik, lalu menganalisa kualitasnya dengan uji laboratorium, c). penerapan teknologi mesin pencacah sampah daun dan drum plastic/komposter serta demplot untuk tempat penyimpanan kompos, d). Pelatihan teknologi pengemasan dan desain pengemasan produk kompos, e). Pengenalan dan penanaman tanaman atsiri yang berperan dalam menahan laju erosi tanah dan berpotensi menjadi minyak atsiri, seperti serai wangi. Hasil yang sudah dicapai, antara lain produk kompos organik yang bisa dipasarkan dengan merk ekombi, poster kegiatan, video kegiatan, SK Kelembagaan Mitra, buku ber-ISBN, HKI Alat pencacah limbah, dan keikutsertaan dalam seminar Nasional. Program ini berhasil memberikan dampak positif, terutama dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya pengolahan sampah dan pengelolaan lahan hutan yang berkelanjutan.

In an era of increasingly fierce competition in the energy sector, companies are required to not only meet customer needs, but also to improve service quality and customer satisfaction in a sustainable manner. This study aims to analyze and improve the performance of the Marketing and Customer Service Division at PT XYZ by applying the 5W1H method and the Fishbone Diagram.  The study identified a number of factors that contributed to the division's low performance, including a lack of adequate training and decreased work motivation. Through in-depth analysis, this study provides strategic recommendations to improve the quality of training, the development of an integrated information system, and the establishment of clear service standards. The implementation of these recommendations is expected to improve productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction, as well as strengthen the company's position in a competitive market.

The purpose of this research is to study how personal branding and value creation impact the business performance of noodle SMEs in Bekasi City. This study uses a quantitative method by collecting data from a number of MSME actors in the area through questionnaires. According to the research, personal branding and value creation have a significant impact on the company's performance level. Strong personal branding can enhance the company's reputation, while value creation serves to provide additional relevant value to customers. The results of this research emphasize that effective personal branding and value creation strategies are crucial for supporting the sustainability and development of SMEs. The conclusions of this research can be used by entrepreneurs to create better marketing strategies.

Problems in inorganic waste management in Junrejo Village, RW 07, Batu City, are often related to the lack of efficiency of the drying process, which can affect the quality of recycling. This activity aims to develop an inorganic waste drying gibrik machine equipped with an Internet of Things (IoT) system and Graphical User Interface (GUI) to improve efficiency and ease of operation. The IoT system is implemented to enable remote monitoring and control of the machine via a mobile application, while the GUI is designed to provide an intuitive user interface. The methods used include hardware and software design, sensor integration to monitor temperature and humidity, and the development of Android-based applications as a communication medium between users and machines. This tool was implemented in Junrejo Village, RW 07, Batu City, by involving the local community as partners. The test results show that implementing this system can increase drying efficiency by up to 25% compared to conventional methods, so the Junrejo Village community can optimize its waste management process.ABSTRAKPermasalahan dalam pengelolaan sampah anorganik di Desa Junrejo, RW 07, Kota Batu, seringkali berkaitan dengan kurangnya efisiensi proses pengeringan, yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas daur ulang. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah mesin gibrik pengering sampah anorganik yang dilengkapi dengan sistem Internet of Things (IoT) dan Graphical User Interface (GUI) guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan kemudahan pengoperasian. Sistem IoT diterapkan untuk memungkinkan pemantauan dan pengendalian mesin secara jarak jauh melalui aplikasi mobile, sedangkan GUI dirancang untuk memberikan antarmuka pengguna yang intuitif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi perancangan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak, integrasi sensor untuk memantau suhu dan kelembaban, serta pengembangan aplikasi berbasis Android sebagai media komunikasi antara pengguna dan mesin. Implementasi alat ini dilakukan di Desa Junrejo, RW 07, Kota Batu, dengan melibatkan masyarakat setempat sebagai mitra. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengeringan hingga 25% dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional, sehingga masyarakat  Desa  Junrejo  dalam  mengoptimalkan  proses pengelolaan sampah mereka.

 The Effect of Leadership and Competence on Employee Performance at the Tanralili District Office, Maros Regency. Thesis Management Study Program of the Indonesian Institute of Education Management (STIM-LPI) Makassar, supervised by Dr. Andi Irfan, SE., M.Si and Dr. Amiruddin, S.Ag., M.Ag This research is to determine the effect of leadership and competence partially and the joint influence between leadership and competence on employee performance at the Tanralili sub-district office, Maros Regency. The object of this research is the tanralili sub-district office in maros district. The type of research used is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires via google from. The sample amounted to 32 civil servants. The results of this study indicate that the partial test of Leadership has a significant effect of 0.001 or below 0.05 while Competence also has a positive effect, while simultaneously has a significant effect of 0.001 <0.0 with an F value of 48,243.

This study aims to analyze the effect of feed supplements on the health and growth of beef cattle. The method used is a literature review, examining various relevant sources related to livestock feed and supplements. The results show that the addition of protein in feed increases the average daily gain (ADG) of cattle by 1.0-1.2 kg/day compared to cattle without supplements (0.7 kg/day). Feed supplements also proved to improve feed conversion efficiency by up to 20-25% and reduce feed costs when combined with local feed. Additionally, the provision of minerals and vitamins such as vitamin E and selenium contributes to improving cattle immunity and reproductive health. The implementation of good livestock health management, including routine administration of vitamins and deworming, is key to enhancing the productivity and health of beef cattle.

This research aims to analyze the types of errors made by fifth grade elementary school students in solving mathematical problems. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. The research subjects were 25 students who were selected based on the criteria of various academic abilities and difficulties in problem solving. Data was collected through mathematical problem solving tests, semi-structured interviews, and observations. The research results showed that students' errors in solving mathematical problems were divided into three types, namely: conceptual errors (44%), procedural errors (36%), and calculation errors (20%). Conceptual errors occur due to students' lack of understanding of basic mathematical principles, such as fractional number operations. Procedural errors are caused by students' ignorance in determining systematic steps to solve problems. Meanwhile, calculation errors arise due to students' low accuracy and concentration. This research recommends using a problem-based learning approach and interactive media to increase students' understanding of concepts. Apart from that, providing varied practice questions and feedback can help students correct their mistakes. Thus, students' mathematical problem solving abilities are expected to increase significantly.

Penelitian ini mengkaji hadis tentang status orang tua Nabi Muhammad SAW menggunakan pendekatan teori semantik dalam metodologi ilmu hadis. Fokus studi adalah menganalisis makna linguistik dan kontekstual frasa "inna abi wa abaka fi an-nar" dengan memanfaatkan kerangka teori semantik yang diperkenalkan oleh Charles Morris dan Rudolf Carnap. Melalui analisis mendalam terhadap hubungan antara tanda, objek, dan makna, penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap kompleksitas pemaknaan hadis di luar pemahaman literal. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik analisis semantik untuk membongkar lapis makna tersembunyi dalam teks hadis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kata "ayah" dalam hadis tidak selalu bermakna biologis, melainkan memiliki dimensi simbolik dan teologis yang lebih kompleks dalam konteks wahyu dan pemahaman keislaman.
