Land and Building Tax is a levy that must be paid for the existence of land and buildings that provide benefits and socio-economic status for a person or entity who has rights or receives benefits.Collection of Land and Building Tax is revenue from the taxation sector which is the right of the Regional Government as original regional income and is a source of funds to carry out regional development. Cooperation from all implementing officers and the community must be carried out to support an increase in Original Regional Income, especially Land and Building Tax. This type of research falls into qualitative analysis. Qualitative analysis aims to provide an in-depth explanation of a phenomenon by collecting comprehensive data. To understand and explain the land and building tax collection services at the Sukoharjo Regency Regional Revenue and Asset Financial Management Agency, there are several factors that need attention. The results of the research describing the Land and Building Tax collection services during the research show that land and building tax collection by BPKPAD has been carried out in accordance with the expectations of the local community, namely taxpayers. However, maximum results have not been achieved because there is still one problem. This means that there is no definite date for tax collection by the tax collector. It was also found that there were still obstacles in collecting land and building tax at the Financial Management Agency.

Terdapat 5 mahasiswa yang dijadikan alternatif sebagai sampel dalam penilaian.Sebagai acuan terdapat empat kriteria yang yaitu Penghasilan Orang Tua, Tanggungan Orang Tua, Kepemilikan Rumah, dan Prestasi.Atribut kriteria terdiri dari benefit atau cost.Pada tahap perangkingan, kita mengalikan bobot kriteria dengan setiap baris matriks nilai normalisasi. Dari hasil perangkingan dapat dilihat alternatif A4 mendapat nilai terbesar yaitu 87,50 sehingga menjadi rank 1 (alternatif terbaik).Implementasi metode SAW dalam pemilihan mahasiswa penerima beasiswa di Univeristas Semarang dapat memberi nilai secara tepat sasaran bagi calon penerima yang paling berhak mendapatkan program beasiswa Kartu Indonesia Pintar Kuliah (KIP-K).

This research aims to analyze time and cost control on the ITC Pole Fiber Optic project managed by PT. LUM uses the Earned Value Management (EVM) method. EVM is an effective method for measuring project performance and progress by combining cost, time and completed work data. This case study uses secondary data obtained from project progress reports and PT financial data. LUM. Analysis is carried out to identify cost variance (CV) and schedule variance (SV) as well as cost performance index (CPI) and schedule performance index (Schedule Performance Index - SPI). The research results show that the ITC Pole Fiber Optic project experienced several deviations from the planned budget and schedule, with CV and SV showing negative values ??at several project stages, indicating cost overruns and delays. The CPI and SPI values ??obtained also provide an overview of the efficiency and effectiveness of project implementation. Based on these findings, several improvement steps are recommended to optimize time and cost control to improve project performance in the future. This research makes an important contribution in providing insight into the application of EVM in fiber optic installation projects and can be used as a reference in managing similar projects in the future.

The phenomenon of corruption that occurs in the public sector is not only small scale, but also occurs in public management at the operational level up to that carried out by officials. This research aims to ensure accuracy, ease of use, and effectiveness in the learning module development process which aims to increase understanding of the content of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia (UUD 1945). In this research, research and development (R&D) methods are used using the ADDIE development model, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. In the research results, it is known that the results of expert validation of teaching materials obtained a score of 96% and validation of material experts obtained a score of 91%. In the practicality results obtained from the response questionnaire to teachers and students after using the teaching modules used, the practicality results for teachers were 94% and students were 98%. In the results of its effectiveness by giving evaluation questions to class X students, an average of 83.7 was obtained, while the KKM for class The results of this research show that the learning module that has been created meets the third evaluation standard, namely validity, ease of use, and effectiveness.

Artikel ini membahas tentang fenomena Wibu di Indonesia, yang berasal dari bahasa Inggris Weeaboo, dan mengacu pada orang-orang non-Jepang yang memiliki obsesi dan kecintaan terhadap budaya populer Jepang. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi dampak fanatisme Wibu terhadap nasionalisme di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kombinasi antara metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fanatisme Wibu dapat menghambat kemajuan nasionalisme dan merusak kesatuan nasional. Sebelumnya belum ada penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa fanatisme terhadap budaya asing dapat menurunkan nasionalisme. Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang fenomena Wibu dan dampaknya terhadap nasionalisme di Indonesia. Artikel ini juga memberikan saran-saran tentang bagaimana cara mengurangi fanatisme Wibu yang berlebihan dan mempromosikan kesadaran nasionalisme.

Indonesia is an agricultural country where the majority of the population work as farmers. The work that farmers do every day is very draining. When working, farmers tend to use more lumbar flexion movements and do them continuously or repetitively. According to research, the working position of farmers has the highest risk, reaching 87.4% with pain complaints of 93.7%. This condition often causes complaints of low back pain or Low Back Pain. Back pain affects the decrease in muscle strength so that it will reduce farmer productivity. The main problem for farmers in Jaten Village is complaints of pain during the planting and harvesting periods, which requires a lot of energy but is hampered by disturbing lower back pain. One solution for farmers in Jaten Village is to be given education on how to reduce pain by counseling farmers about Mc. Kenzie and William Flexion Exercise and education on posture and stretching on the lumbar. Based on the problems we found in the farming community at GAPOKTAN, we carried out community service in the form of counseling related to efforts to increase the work productivity of farmers by reducing pain in the case of Low Back Pain. The method used is counseling with material presentations and distributing leaflets to members of the farming community. From the results of the evaluation data with the pre-test and post- test there was a significant increase from 28.4% to 92%.
