This research investigates maritime health literacy among cadets, focusing on its alignment with international standards and implications for professional practice in the maritime industry. Using qualitative methods, the study explores cadets' perceptions and experiences regarding health management practices onboard ships. Findings reveal a strong alignment with safety and environmental protocols outlined by the International Maritime Organization (IMO). However, gaps in practical training effectiveness and continual professional development highlight areas for improvement. Cadets express the need for enhanced practical simulations and lifelong learning initiatives to better prepare for health-related challenges at sea. The study also identifies positive perceptions of health promotion policies mandated by the maritime labour convention, underscoring industry commitment to promoting occupational health and safety standards. Recommendations include integrating comprehensive mental health support, fostering collaborative research efforts, and conducting longitudinal studies to assess the sustainability of health literacy interventions. By addressing these recommendations, stakeholders can enhance operational efficiency, promote crew welfare, and sustain a culture of safety within the maritime sector.

Entrepreneurs engaged in the shopping sector have promising prospects because they can serve the lower and upper middle classes and provide convenience for people to buy everyday goods without having to go to supermarkets or convenience stores. However, if the availability of goods or materials needed is not optimally guaranteed, there may be a shortage of goods or materials needed. This also happens in some stores, where customers often run out of stock of various products and equipment they are looking for, but this is due to the lack of inventory management habits in the store. In this case, it is about finding out what products and needs are needed by store customers. This dataset uses several variables such as transaction date, product name, and sales or purchase amount by applying the apriori algorithm. The apriori algorithm is a type of association rule in data mining that is used to analyze and find correlation patterns. The data used in this study is a sample of 100 sales transaction data. The final association rule obtained from the transaction data is "If consumers buy Flour, they will buy Oil and Eggs" with a support percentage of 54% and a confidence of 96%. These results provide data on the names of the best-selling products, which can be used as an inventory estimate to avoid empty seats that can result in customer disappointment.

Abstrak:
Indonesia's democracy, despite over two decades of progress since the fall of the New Order regime, has faced stagnation and democratic backsliding in recent years. Indicators from institutions such as the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU), Freedom House, and Varieties of Democracy (V-Dem) consistently highlight a decline in democratic quality. Contributing factors include identity politics, declining electoral integrity, political dynasties, and weak institutional capacities, described as "Low-Capacity Democracy." This study employs a qualitative approach to explore these challenges, including literature reviews, document analysis, and interviews. The findings reveal systemic issues at both institutional and societal levels, including weakened oversight bodies like the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), the dominance of executive power, and the rise of transactional politics and political dynasties. Digital challenges, such as disinformation and low digital literacy, also exacerbate these issues. This study recommends comprehensive reforms, such as strengthening independent institutions, enhancing transparency in public fund management, and improving political education to reduce transactional practices. Digital media regulations and technology-based electoral monitoring are also proposed to increase transparency. By addressing these issues, Indonesia can reinforce democratic resilience and foster an inclusive, accountable political system.

Clustering is a data mining technique used for grouping data based on specific similarities. This study implements K-Means Clustering to analyze foreign tourist visit data in Indonesia in 2024. Using the Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) methodology, the research involves five stages: Data Selection, preprocessing, Transformation, data mining, and Evaluation. Data Clustering was conducted using RapidMiner software, experimenting with different cluster counts (k=2 to k=7) to determine the optimal number of clusters. Results indicate that three clusters (k=3) with the smallest Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI) value were optimal. This Clustering approach categorizes tourists into low, medium, and high visit groups, assisting policymakers in strategic tourism development. The findings support capacity planning and seasonal marketing strategies to optimize Indonesia's tourism sector.

Abstrak:
Early marriage in Indonesia is still a significant social problem, despite efforts to reduce it. Data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) shows that the rate of early marriage in this country is still relatively high, namely around 6% to 10% of total marriages involving couples under the age of 18. Early marriage often has a negative impact on children's health and education, as well as resulting in social and economic inequality. Efforts by the government and various non-government organizations to increase legal awareness and education regarding the risks of early marriage continue, including legal education for SMA IT Harapan Bunda students held by the KKN post 44 groups in Pedurungan Lor Village. The method used is lecture and question and answer by conveying legal information directly and interactively. In this method, lectures function as a means to convey basic knowledge regarding legal regulations related to marriage as well as the legal impacts of early marriage. The question and answer session then provided the opportunity for participants to ask questions and discuss directly with the resource person. This approach not only increases participants' understanding of the legal consequences of early marriage but also makes it possible to overcome doubts and get direct answers to the specific issues they face. The results of this activity show that students gain a deeper understanding of the legal regulations related to marriage and the long-term impacts of early marriage. This increase in knowledge, as reflected in the results of discussions and Q&A, shows that students are becoming more aware of the importance of delaying marriage until they reach adulthood and are emotionally and financially ready.

The nursing process must be adequately prepared for throughout pregnancy to ensure its flawless execution. Preparation for breastfeeding should commence during pregnancy, particularly for working moms who are unable to produce direct breast milk and are away from home for several hours daily. The study aimed to examine the factors influencing the preparedness of employed pregnant women to provide exclusive breastfeeding under the jurisdiction of the Krueng Raya Health Center, Mesjid Raya District, Aceh Besar Regency. Employing a quantitative research methodology utilizing an observational analytical survey via a cross-sectional technique. The study population comprised 42 pregnant women employed outside the house. The employed sample technique was complete sampling. The study's findings indicated a correlation between breast milk pumping equipment and the preparedness of employed pregnant women for exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.047), knowledge and the preparedness of employed pregnant women for exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.047), attitude and the preparedness of employed pregnant women for exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.001), and spousal support and the preparedness of employed pregnant women for exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.003). Nonetheless, there exists no correlation between the accessibility of facilities and the preparedness of employed pregnant women to provide exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.058).
