Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengeksplorasi implementasi pelatihan manajemen pengelolaan sedekah sampah rosok sebagai upaya untuk mendukung operasional Musolla Al-Ikhlas di Desa Guyangan, Kecamatan Godong, Kabupaten Grobogan. Konsep sedekah sampah rosok menjadi solusi kreatif dalam mengubah sampah yang selama ini dianggap sebagai limbah menjadi potensi ekonomi yang bermanfaat. Melalui program pelatihan ini, masyarakat desa atau jamaah musolla Al-Ikhlas diberikan pemahaman mengenai cara mengumpulkan, memilah, dan mengelola serta mmemasarkan sampah rosok (sampah non-organik seperti plastik, botol, kaleng, besi, kertas dan lainnya) agar dapat dijadikan sumber daya yang berguna. Sampah rosok yang terkumpul akan dijual untuk mendukung kebutuhan operasional musolla, seperti pembelian peralatan ibadah, renovasi, dan pemeliharaan fasilitas. Metode Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, melibatkan berbagai elemen masyarakat, termasuk pengurus musolla dan warga sekitar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi selama kegiatan pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya pengelolaan sampah dan bagaimana pengelolaan sedekah sampah rosok dapat menguntungkan baik dari segi ekonomi maupun keberlanjutan lingkungan. Selain itu, pelatihan ini turut memperkuat semangat gotong royong dalam mengelola sumber daya lokal untuk mendukung kegiatan sosial keagamaan, dampak positif lainnya adalah pengurangan volume sampah yang berakhir di tempat pembuangan akhir (TPA). Dari hasil pelatihan ini, diharapkan masyarakat dapat secara mandiri mengelola sampah dan mengoptimalkan potensi sedekah sampah rosok untuk keberlanjutan operasional Musolla Al-Ikhlas. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan ini diharapkan tidak hanya memberikan dampak positif pada aspek lingkungan dan ekonomi, tetapi juga memperkuat solidaritas sosial antarwarga desa dalam rangka menciptakan Musolla yang mandiri dan berkelanjutan. Kegiatan Tim PkM Program Studi Teknik Informatika Universitas Semarang menyelengarakan pelatihan membuat website dengan WordPress di SMK N 2 Demak. Kegiatan ini di ikuti oleh 35 siswa dan diselengarakan di Laboratorium Komputer SMK N 2 Demak. Sebelum dilakukan kegiatan ini siswa di berikan Pre-Test terkait kegiatan, dimana didapatkan sejumlah siswa masih belum begitu paham tentang website WordPress. Namun setelah dilakukan penjelasan dan praktik membuat website menggunakan WordPress, siswa lebih paham dan mengerti cara membuat website menggunakan WordPress.

Kejadian malaria khususnya yang disebabkan oleh plasmodium falciparum pada remaja khususnya di Papua mengalami peningkatan dengan salah satu faktor pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku dalam mencegah penyakit ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan korelasi analitik pada 61 responden yang diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner yang hasilnya dianalisis secara bivariat menggunakan Uji Korelasi Spearman. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan sikap pencegahan malaria tropika dengan tingkat yang cukup kuat serta berkorelasi secara positif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan tingkat pengetahuan remaja dalam kategori kurang yang korelasinya sejalan dengan sikap negatif dalam mencegah malaria tropika. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai lanjutan untuk penelitian selanjutnya, yang menemukan perilaku atau faktor yang berkaitan dengan pencegahan malaria tropika khususnya pada remaja.

The main issue faced by the community in Pasuruan Regency is the shortage of a safe and adequate blood supply, especially for urgent needs such as accidents, surgeries, or certain illnesses. The Blood Donation Program initiated by students serves as a form of social service aimed at supporting blood stock availability and raising community awareness on the importance of blood donation. The method of implementation includes outreach to students and local residents, and collaboration with the local Red Cross Blood Transfusion Unit (UTD PMI) to ensure strict health standards. Activities include direct blood donation, involving students and residents as volunteer donors. The outcome of this initiative is a significant increase in blood stock for the UTD PMI in Pasuruan Regency, along with a boost in community participation and understanding of the humanitarian value of blood donation as an essential social contribution.

This study aims to examine the reform of Islamic criminal law in addressing corruption cases through the lens of Maqasid al-Shariah (objectives of Islamic law). The urgency of this research lies in the systemic and pervasive nature of corruption, which undermines governance, public trust, and societal welfare, necessitating a legal framework that not only punishes but also prevents corruption in line with Islamic principles. Employing a normative juridical approach, this research analyzes primary and secondary legal materials related to corruption and Islamic law. The findings reveal that Maqasid al-Shariah provides a holistic framework that emphasizes prevention, rehabilitation, and justice, offering a balanced approach to corruption eradication. The novelty of this study lies in integrating Maqasid al-Shariah into Indonesia’s legal system to address corruption's root causes while promoting societal welfare and justice. Reforming Islamic criminal law based on Maqasid al-Shariah can strengthen anti-corruption efforts by focusing on justice, prevention, and societal welfare. This approach contributes to a more holistic and adaptive legal framework, supporting the eradication of corruption in Indonesia.

The purpose of this research is to compare judges' decisions that give different sentences for the same criminal offense. Judges' decisions often provide different sentences for the same criminal offense because the positive criminal system in Indonesia uses an alternative system. This research raises the issue of why there is criminal disparity in the Supreme Court's decision related to the crime of sexual intercourse with a minor and how to reduce criminal disparity related to this crime. The urgency of this research is to find out and explain the imposition of criminal law, compare judges' decisions on the imposition of criminal law, and the impact of criminal disparity in cases of child sexual intercourse which has a serious impact on public confidence in the criminal justice system and the protection of children as a vulnerable group. This research is a normative juridical research using primary and secondary materials. The result of the research shows that: 1) There is a criminal disparity between Supreme Court Decision No. 2184K/Pid.Sus/2022 where the defendant was sentenced to 5 years imprisonment and a fine of Rp. 30,000,000.00 with Supreme Court Decision No. 2199K/Pid.Sus/2022 where the defendant was sentenced to 2 years imprisonment and a fine of Rp. 20,000,000.00. 2) The cause of criminal disparity is a legal factor that does not contain guidelines for the imposition of punishment for the defendant.

UPTD Puskesmas Subah adalah salah satu puskesmas yang ada di jajaran Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Batang yang selalu berkembang seiring kondisi dan dinamika masyarakat dengan upaya keras untuk menyediakan pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu, merata dan terjangkau. Seiring perkembangan teknologi yang cepat dan informasi yang dibutuhkan sangat penting, sebab harus dapat diakses dimana saja. Salah satu fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan di UPTD Puskesmas Subah Batang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat, salah satu kegiatannya yaitu pendaftaran pasien yang berfungsi sebagai menerima kunjungan pasien untuk berobat rawat jalan. Selama ini Puskesmas Subah melakukan pelayanan pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan dilakukan bersamaan dengan pendaftaran pasien baru langsung ditempat loket, sehingga terkadang para pasien harus sabar menunggu giliran dan antri untuk mendapat pelayanan masing-masing. Solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode hot-fit. Dengan adanya sistem ini memudahkan pasien dalam proses pendaftaran, memudahkan petugas dalam hal pencatatan dan juga sistem berbasis web memberikan informasi yang cepat dan akurat tanpa mengenal tempat dan waktu.

This study aims to analyze the importance of professional laws and codes of ethics for members of the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia (Polri). The National Police professional code of ethics is a code of conduct that must be followed by every member of the National Police in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. This study examines the legal aspects that govern the code of ethics, as well as evaluating the challenges and its implementation in police practice. Data was collected through literature studies, analysis of laws and regulations, and in-depth interviews with members of the National Police. The results of the study show that effective enforcement of the code of ethics can strengthen integrity, professionalism, and public trust in the National Police. However, several challenges are still faced in the implementation of the code of ethics, such as the lack of socialization and strict supervision. This research provides recommendations to increase awareness and compliance of members of the National Police with the code of ethics, as well as strengthen its enforcement mechanism to strengthen.

This article examines various aspects related to khamar, including its linguistic meaning, definitions, impacts, and the Islamic legal perspective on it. In Arabic, khamar means something that conceals or covers, referring to intoxicating beverages that impair rational thinking. Scholars provide various definitions of khamar, encompassing intoxicants derived from fermented grapes and other substances. From an Islamic perspective, khamar is considered to have more harmful effects than benefits, affecting social, economic, and health aspects. Although the trade of khamar may provide worldly profits, it is deemed contrary to Islamic teachings due to its potential to promote immorality and corrupt morals. The impact of khamar consumption on minors is particularly damaging, affecting their physical and mental health as well as causing broader social repercussions. Islamic legal sanctions against the consumption of khamar emphasize strict prohibition to prevent its use, although specific worldly punishments are not elaborated upon. This study highlights that despite the financial advantages it might offer, the negative consequences of khamar far outweigh its benefits and should therefore be avoided for the well-being of society.
 
 

Estimating the effort, time, and cost needed to build a software project is an important task in software engineering. Estimating software prior to development can help to reduce risk and improve the project success rate. Researchers have developed numerous traditional and machine learning models to estimate software effort, but it has always been difficult to estimate effort precisely. This paper presents a predictive model based on artificial neural networks namely ANNs to predict the software effort. The NASA dataset is applied to construct the proposed model. The system was trained using 50 data points, and the remaining 10 were used for testing. It was concluded that the ANN approach could estimate the software effort with high accuracy. A comparative study with other published equations was also performed, and it was found that ANN had less error and produced better results than other existing methods.
