MS Glow is one of the beauty care brands in Indonesia, which this local brand is very popular because it offers benefits that can brighten the skin. The company's strategy is to take advantage of promotions by collaborating with Celebrity Endorsers. This research was motivated by the phenomenon of the extremely high of MS Glow products sales which caused MS Glow consumers to burst amid intense competition in the cosmetics industry in Indonesia and the presence of many new cosmetic brands emerging. This study aims to analyze the influence of celebrity endorsers and brand image simultaneously on consumers' buying interest in MS Glow products. The population in this study is MS Glow consumers in East Java who have used MS Glow products at least three times and have witnessed celebrity endorsers campaigning for MS Glow products. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling and purposive sampling is used data collection. The data were collected using a questionnaire which a sample of 100 respondents was taken. The type of research in this research is descriptive quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, partial test (T Test), and simultaneous test (Test F). The results in this study show that the celebrity endorser variable (X1) and the brand image variable (X2) partially (T Test) have a positive and significant influence on consumers' buying interest, while simultaneously (Test F) the celebrity endorser (X1) and brand image (X2) variables have a positive and significant influence on consumers' buying interest (Y). With R-Square Adjusted produced as much as 55.2% and the remaining 44.8% influenced by other variables.

Salah satu pelaku Usaha Mikro dan Kecil sektor informal yang merasakan dampak signifikan dari pandemi Covid-19 adalah Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan strategi bisnis pedagang kaki lima agar mampu mempertahankan kelangsungan hidupnya dalam usaha-usaha yang akan dilakukan (PKL) di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kualitatif. Subjek peneilitian ini berju mlah 7 pedagang kaki lima di SD Karangasem. Dari hasil penelitian, Strategi pemasaran yang digunakan Pedagang kaki lima di tengah pandemi covid-19 yaitu dengan menggunakan media sosial, antara lain, facebook, instagram, Whatsapp, telegram, serta tergabung dalam usaha online lainnya seperti shopee, go-food, dan grap-food. Dengan menggunakan media sosial pembeli dan pedagang dengan mudahnya melakukan transaksi tanpa harus bersentuhan. maka dapat diuraikan bahwa strategi bertahan dapat berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dengan memperhatikan daya beli konsumen di masa pandemi covid-19 ini.

The fact of industrial development is that in Wanarejan village, Pemalang city is famous for the production of woven fabrics and is a characteristic of the village. so the purpose of this study is to describe the analysis of developments contained in the home industry of weaving in the village of Wanarejan. In this study, the population used were entrepreneurs of goyor woven fabrics. This research is a research with a qualitative approach with descriptive data type, which is trying to present objective facts in accordance with the conditions that occurred at the time the research was conducted. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study found that the production of woven sarongs is still in demand by people in Pemalang City and in other cities. Sales of this woven sarong export to various countries. Woven fabric products have their own characteristics because of the use of simple weaving techniques with non-machine looms, thus adding a more beautiful, smooth and neat impression. The hallmark of the goyor woven sarong that makes it a fashion with its traditional characteristics lies in its design and good quality level.

The intelligence of students in the contemporary era is no longer traditionally measured from cognitive achievement alone. The development of research on children's intelligence states that the ability to multi-intelligence is currently needed in the era of Society 5.0. Because at this time one's intelligence is required to be able to balance the development of an increasingly fast era and changing situations that are uncertain. In Islamic education, human intelligence is based on divine values ​​contained in the Qur'an as the core principle of intelligence. Because the core of Islamic teachings is aimed at developing one's potential as well as leading to an optimal direction. This study is a library research, data is collected from various literatures, then the data is processed by synthesizing various relationships between existing data and analyzed by descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that in order to increase the intelligence of students in the 5.0 era, it is necessary to strengthen contemporary learning models that are relevant in Islamic education. This learning model increases critical-religious reasoning which becomes the capital for students not only to think rationally but also to strengthen the awareness of divinity.
 
 

Desa Sumber Pinang merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatan Mlandingan yang memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai destinasi wisata baru yang berbasis edukatif. Pengembangan desa wisata berbasis edukatif di Desa Sumber Pinang merupakan bagian dari objek wisata yang memanfaatkan usaha perkebunan (tanaman jarak kepyar) dan budidaya ulat sutera untuk menuju kemandirian desa. Tanaman jarak kepyar banyak tumbuh liar dan melimpah di Desa Sumber Pinang. Dimana tanaman tersebut jarang dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat sekitar padahal sebenarnya tanaman ini mempunyai banyak manfaat salah satunya adalah sebagai pakan utama dari Ulat Sutera. Lebih tepatnya masyarakat sebenarnya tidak tahu bahwa tanaman jarak kepyar mempunyai banyak manfaat sehingga tanaman tersebut dibiarkan begitu saja. Kegiatan dilakukan dibulan Desember 2021. Pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri dari 3 (tiga) tahapan, yaitu sosialisasi, praktek atau pendampingan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan kepada Masyarakat, yaitu peserta termotivasi mengembangkan usaha budidaya ulat sutera; memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan budidaya ulat sutera; peserta telah melakukan aktivitas sesuai dengan kesepakatan awal; pekerjaan dilakukan secara bersama-sama sehingga menjadi tanggungjawab bersama; setiap hari peserta mengecek telur ulat sutera yang sudah dihibahkan oleh Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat agar mereka tahu apakah telur tersebut sudah menetas atau belum. Selain itu, peserta juga mengecek kelembaban lingkungan disekitar telur.

Emotion regulation plays a role in modulating the expression of emotions (positive and negative) in interacting with others according to social rules. Individuals who have good emotional regulation skills are able to see, evaluate, modify emotional reactions, are able to relieve and regulate the emergence of negative emotions. In preschoolers, the ability to regulate emotions is strongly influenced by the surrounding environment, namely the home and school environment. One method to train preschool children's emotional regulation is by playing. This writing is library research which is presented descriptively through several relevant literatures. The results of the review show that there are several methods used to train emotion regulation in preschoolers.

Flat slab adalah pelat beton bertulang yang didukung oleh kolom ditambah drop panel atau mungkin kolom ditambah kepala kolom atau tanpa kepala kolom dan drop panel. Metode desain dan analisis flat slab yang akan digunakan adalah metode desain langsung dimana metode tersebut adalah menentukan tebal minimum pelat yang tinjau berdasarkan mutu baja yang akan digunakan pada analisis ini. Distribusi momen pada analisis dengan metode desain langsung menghasilkan momen total yang kemudian akan didistribusi ke masing-masing panel untuk lajur kolom dan lajur tengah. Kegagalan geser (punching shear) terjadi pada area penampang kritis di sekitar kepala kolom dan drop panel sehingga kekuatan geser akan dihitung berdasarkan nilai kekuatan geser yang terjadi dan akan di kontrol dengan kekuatan geser dari mutu beton yang digunakan. Dalam tulisan ini desain dan analisis akan dilakukan secara numerik berdasarkan SNI 2847:2019 dengan menggunakan software Matlab. Selanjutnya hasil analisis yang telah diperoleh dari software Matlab menunjukan bahwa panel internal yang didesain aman dari kegagalan punching shear.

<p>Abstract</p><p>This study aims to determine the effect of strength use on employee engagement and performance. This study uses a quantitative explanatory research approach, with 173 subjects of credit division at BPR Restu Group Central Java and DIY. Processing data in this study using the SPSS 20.00 program for windows by looking at the descriptive test and path analysis. There are three hypotheses proposed in the study and the results of the analysis show that H1, H2, and H3 can be accepted. The analysis results show that the value of Sig.F 0.000 &lt;0.05 for the three hypotheses. The contribution of the influence of strength use (X) to engagement (Y1) is 14.1%. Strength use (X) and engagement (Y1) also affect employee performance (Y2) by 37.2%. The results also indicate an indirect effect of strength use (X) on performance (Y2) through employee engagement (Y1). The more employees are able to use their strengths, the more engagement they have and indirectly will increase the employee’s performance.</p><p>Keywords: Engagement, Explanatory Research, Performance, and Strength Use</p>

Ekstrak aseton didapatkan dari daun Tristaniopsis merguensis Grifft menggunakan metode maserasi. Ekstrak aseton selanjutnya difraksinasi dengan metode partisi cair-cair dengan pelarut etil asetat. Penentuan kadar fenolik total dilakukan berdasarkan metode Follin-Ciocalteu dengan standar asam galat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fraksi etil asetat dari ekstrak aseton daun Tristaniopsis merguensis mengandung senyawa fenolik total 86,724 ± 1,83 mg GAE/g fraksi etil asetat kering. Berdasarkan spektrum FT-IR fraksi etil asetat ini mengandung senyawa yang memiliki gugus Ar-OH (fenolik), -OH (hidroksil), C=O (keton) dan C=C (aromatik). Gugus Ar-OH ini yang menandakan adanya senyawa fenolik pada fraksi etil asetat ekstrak aseton daun Tristaniopsis merguensis.

 ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh informasi secara mendalam tentang faktor keinginan pindah karyawan di PT. WBS Semarang.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data kualitatif dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan telaah dokumen. Informan dalam penelitian berjumlah 7 orang yang terdiri atas 3 mantan karyawan , 3 karyawan yang masih aktif bekerja dan 1 orang bagian personalia di PT. WBS Semarang.   Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis trianggulasi.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa karyawan berkeinginan keluar karena   dilatarbelakangi adanya kompensasi yang tidak sesuai dengan harapan karyawan maupun motivasi dari diri sendiri untuk mencari pengalaman lain dengan penawaran yang lebih baik.Kata kunci : kompensai, motivasi internal dan turnover intention.
