Anemia in pregnancy is a condition where the hemoglobin (Hb) level in the blood is less than normal and the hemoglobin (Hb) level in the mother has decreased from the normal Hb level, namely 11 g/dI. One of the main and common causes of anemia in pregnant women is a lack of nutrients. Iron in the body is caused by a lack of food sources that contain sufficient iron, but food sources that have low iron content, so that less iron is absorbed. Apart from the lack of food containing iron, routine antenatal care also influences the occurrence of anemia in pregnant women. Effective antenatal care provides a solid foundation for midwives to first assess the needs of pregnant women and families. The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between diet and regular antenatal care with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in the working area of the Maron Community Health Center. The design of this study was cross sectional. The population in this study were all pregnant women who were in the working area of the Maron Community Health Center, totaling 79 respondents. The research sample included 44 respondents of pregnant women who were in the working area of the Maron Public Health Center. With random sampling technique. The instruments used were questionnaires and KIA books. The research results show that almost all anemic pregnant women have poor eating patterns and irregular antenatal care. Based on the chi square statistical test, it is known that the P value is 0.000 ? 0.05, so HO is rejected and HI is accepted that there is a relationship between diet and antenatal care with anemia in pregnant women in the working area of the Maron Community Health Center. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used to increase insight into health science, especially midwifery, that a good diet and regular antenatal care are very necessary to prevent risks that will occur during childbirth.

This research uses the Fraud Control Plan (FCP) as a moderating variable to explore how human resource competency, internal control systems, and internal supervision affect regional government financial reporting. Due to financial reporting transparency and accountability issues, public sector corruption remains rampant, prompting the study. A quantitative approach was used using moderated regression analysis. Lampung Province's Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) accounting and reporting workers received questionnaires to gather data. The results show that human resource competency, internal control mechanisms, and internal supervision improve financial reporting. The Fraud Control Plan strongly moderates the correlations between human resource competency, internal supervision, and financial reporting quality, but not the internal control system. These findings imply that improving human resource competences, internal supervision, and fraud control may significantly enhance regional government financial reporting openness and accountability.

Abstrak:
This research examines the impact of gadget use on early childhood social interaction within the urban setting of XYZ Village, Surabaya, amid the growing prevalence of digital exposure among young children. Anchored in Vygotsky’s Sociocultural Theory and the Socialisation Theory, the study evaluates how the duration and frequency of gadget use influence key social competencies, including verbal communication, cooperative behavior, and empathy in children aged 3 to 6 years. Employing a quantitative, cross-sectional design, the study collected data from 100 children using parent-administered questionnaires and direct observational methods, followed by analysis through multiple linear regression. The findings demonstrate that both the duration and frequency of gadget use exert a statistically significant influence on children’s social interaction (p < 0.05), accounting for 19% of the variance (R² = 0.190). The remaining variation is likely influenced by external variables such as parenting styles, digital content quality, and psychological factors. These outcomes underscore the importance of regulated gadget use, active parental involvement, and integrative educational practices that promote both digital literacy and interpersonal development.

This research was inspired by severe local perawatan kulit competition and consumer apathy about buying. Glad2glow hired Syifa Hadju as its brand ambassador and implemented a social media content marketing campaign to address this challenge. Using a Likert-scale questionnaire, quantitative data was analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and SmartPLS software. According to the research, Syifa Hadju significantly improves the possibility of customers completing a purchase, while engaging and consistent content marketing enhances audience engagement. Both components boost customer purchase intent, but the brand ambassador has a greater impact. These findings help create effective digital marketing strategies in the competitive perawatan kulit business.

Abstrak:
Many parents are not interested in enrolling their children in Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools (SDIT), particularly in the Pulo Ampel and Kadumerak Districts of Serang City. One of the main contributing factors to this issue is the parents’ economic condition, especially when compared to the affordability of public elementary schools. The lack of enthusiasm among parents toward SDITs, in contrast to public schools, forms the basis of this research. This study employs a qualitative research strategy with a specific research design. The researcher selected a sample of thirty (30) informants using purposive sampling, with the research subjects being parents of school-age children. Data collection tools included observation sheets and questionnaires, and information was gathered through in-depth interviews, systematic observation, and detailed documentation. The data analysis followed the steps outlined by Miles and Huberman: (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data display, and (4) drawing conclusions. Triangulation and related methods were used to ensure the accuracy of the data. The results showed that 70% of parents from Kadumerak District and 60% from Pulo Ampel District did not choose SDIT due to the high cost of tuition. The primary factor discouraging parents from enrolling their children in SDIT was the mismatch between school fees and the parents’ financial capacity. Additionally, the intensive school schedule often led to student fatigue and reduced time for other activities.

This study aims to identify the challenges encountered in the collection of PBJT (Tax on Services for Hotel, Food, and/or Beverages) and to examine the efforts made by the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) to optimize tax collection. The researcher employed data triangulation as an analytical method to process both primary and secondary data obtained through interviews and observations. The findings indicate that challenges arise from both taxpayers and internal factors within BPKAD Yogyakarta City. Challenges on the taxpayers' side involve issues such as incomplete taxpayer data, low compliance, and limited financial capacity. Internal obstacles within BPKAD include limited tax collection personnel, lack of integration in the taxation information system, the ineffectiveness of forced collection letters, weak administrative sanctions, and negative perceptions of tax relief or amnesty policies. The efforts made to address these issues include direct engagement through the Regional Tax Week initiative, enhanced inter-agency cooperation, ongoing public outreach, service innovation in tax payments, integration of internal data systems, enforcement actions against non-compliant taxpayers, implementation of administrative sanctions, and the development of digital-based tax collection technology.
