Understanding human uniqueness especially in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities will help in the smoothness of the counseling process. This study aims to analyze consumer behavior regarding the use of Sunsilk shampoo, including usage experience, duration, reasons for product choice, and customer satisfaction levels. A survey was conducted involving 93 respondents, addressing their experiences and preferences for Sunsilk shampoo. Results revealed that the majority of respondents have used Sunsilk, with product quality and affordable pricing being the primary reasons for their choice. The study also highlights areas for improvement to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction, offering valuable insights for market strategies.

Effective and sustainable waste management has become a major challenge in Cilongok Village, Cilongok District, due to the high volume of domestic waste generated by the community. This study aims to design integrated waste management facilities (TPST) as a solution to reduce environmental impacts and raise public awareness about waste management. The research employs a qualitative methodology, with data collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, and informants selected using purposive sampling. The study results are analyzed from the following aspects: Planning: The planning process involves several strategies or stages, including work program planning, socialization planning, and development planning. Organization: A structured organization and a clear division of roles and responsibilities have been established within the waste management institution. Implementation: Flagship programs have been executed, such as compost production, RDF (Refuse-Derived Fuel) manufacturing, and maggot feed production from waste slurry. Supervision: Supervision activities include internal monitoring among TPST members and external involvement, particularly from village government authorities.

Fire is one of the incidents that disturbs homeowners because of the fire that will drain property and can claim lives when there is a lack of anticipation and minimal ignorance of the incident, such as when a fire occurs there is no early warning to the homeowner, this is also a cause of fire. The cause of the fire can be caused by a gas leak, electrical short circuit or caused by the community itself. Based on these problems, a solution is needed to create a safety system technology to be applied to the home kitchen, namely the design of an early detection system for fires based on the Internet Of Things (IoT) using ESP8266 which is useful for monitoring kitchen conditions and will automatically send a notification of the kitchen condition if the sensor reads an incident. The Hardware Design uses several tools consisting of ESP8266, Arduino R3. Jumper Cables, Fire Sensors, MQ-2 Gas Sensors, Mini Fans, Mini Water Pumps, Relays, Buzzers. and for the software design using Arduino IDE for system programming and Blynk as an application to display notifications. The designed system will be tested using black box testing which is used to determine whether the designed system will meet the specified parameters or not, and the results of the design state that the system is in accordance with the parameters used.

This study examines positive law and Islamic law regarding patients' rights to access and confidentiality of medical records. Health is a crucial component of human life that requires special attention, both in terms of healthcare services and the protection of patients' rights. The right to access and confidentiality of medical records is one of the essential rights held by patients. Medical records encompass all of a patient's medical history, including diagnoses, treatments, and health conditions. Given the unique nature of this research subject, the method employed is a normative juridical descriptive analysis. This study adopts a comparative approach and focuses on primary legal materials, including theories, concepts, principles, and relevant legal regulations. It is recognized as a library research approach, which involves collecting data from literature, legislation, and book studies. According to Islamic law, strong confidentiality is required to uphold patients' rights to access their medical records. Although patients have the right to know what is recorded in their medical records, doctors and healthcare providers must ensure that this information is not used unethically or in violation of the patient's privacy. Among the universal humanitarian values is the right of patients to access their medical records and the protection of their confidentiality. Both Islamic law and positive law emphasize the importance of maintaining a balance between patients' rights to know their medical information and the obligation of healthcare providers to safeguard the confidentiality of that information. This principle aims to protect patients' rights, preserve their dignity, and build trust between patients and healthcare professionals

Legal protection for deceased home ownership credit debtors based on insurance guarantees and Article 1100 of the Civil Code has not been clearly explained. The debtor's heirs do not yet know for sure about the risks. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of legal protection for deceased home ownership credit debtors based on insurance guarantees and Article 1100 of the Civil Code. The research method uses empirical juridical using analytical descriptive. The results of this study are that the implementation of legal protection for deceased home ownership credit debtors does not only involve the debtor and creditor, but also the heirs if the debtor dies. This home ownership credit agreement is regulated in Articles 1320 and 1138 of the Civil Code. The agreement between the debtor and creditor also uses an offering letter as a credit agreement. The transfer of the debtor's heirs is regulated in Article 1100 of the Civil Code which states that heirs who receive an inheritance are required to share in the payment of debts, bequests, and other burdens. This is also related to the legal theory of Gustav Radbruch and Plato which regulates law. The principle related to this is the principle of consensualism related to article 1320 of the Criminal Code, namely freedom of contract. In the future, it is hoped that the heirs of the debtor will be more aware of the credit system so that they can avoid bad credit.


Perlindungan Hukum debitur kredit pemilikan rumah yang meninggal dunia berdasarkan jaminan asuransi dan pasal 1100 KUHPerdata belum secara jelas dijelaskan. Ahli waris dari debitur belum mengetahui secata pasti mengenai resikonya. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan perlindungan hukum debitur kredit pemilikan rumah yang meninggal dunia berdasarkan jaminan asuransi dan pasal 1100 KUHPerdata. Metode penelitian menggunakan yuridis empiris dengan menggunakan deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan perlindungan hukum debitur kredit pemilikan rumah yang meninggal dunia tidak hanya melibatkan antara debitur dan kreditur, tetapi juga ahli waris apabila debitur meninggal dunia. Perjanjian kredit pemilikan rumah ini diatur dalam pasal 1320 dan 1138 KUHP. Perjanjian antara debitur dan kreditur ini juga menggunakan offering letter sebagai perjanjian kredit. Pengalihan ahli waris debitur diatur dalam pasal 1100 KUHP yang menyatakan bahwa ahli waris yang menerima warisan diwajibkan untuk ikut memikul pembayaran utang, hibah wasiat, dan beban-beban lain. Hal ini juga berkaitan dengan teori hukum Gustav Radbruch dan Plato yang mengatur hukum. Asas yang berhubungan dengan hal ini adalah asas konsesualisme yang berkaitan dengan pasal 1320 KUHP yaitu kebebasan berkontrak. Kedepannya diharapkan agar ahli waris debitur agar lebih mengetahui tentang sistem kredit sehingga terhindar dari kredit macet.

The development of competent human resources (HR) is a top priority for improving the quality of life in society. In education, teachers' ability to enhance their skills is key to successful learning. However, many teachers struggle to adapt teaching methods to the demands of the digital era, especially in utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. AI offers innovative solutions such as personalized learning and adaptive platforms that enhance the effectiveness of teaching and learning processes. This study examines the implementation of AI-based learning models and teacher training programs in Muhammadiyah schools in Semarang. Using the Training of Trainer (ToT) approach, the program equips teachers with skills such as using adaptive learning tools and AI-based evaluation systems. The study employs a mixed-methods approach involving practical training and result evaluation. The findings reveal improved digital literacy and confidence among teachers in using AI for interactive learning. In conclusion, AI has great potential to transform education, but its success depends on comprehensive, ethical, and sustainable strategies. The ToT program serves as a strategic step to empower teachers to face educational challenges in the digital era.

This research aims to analyze the process of implementing a voluntary non-execution movable object auction at PT JBA Indonesia Semarang City Branch. As well as to analyze legal protection for winners of non-voluntary execution movable object auctions at PT JBA Indonesia Semarang City Branch. The urgency of this research is so that auction winners are not deceived by the condition of movable objects when they are declared to have won the auction. And so that the auction winner gets legal protection and understands the legal standing at the time of the auction. This writing is empirical juridical research with a statutory approach and a case approach. The research specifications used in this research are analytical descriptive. The data collection method used by the author is by examining primary data obtained through interviews with employees and assistants to the leadership of the private auction house PT JBA Indonesia, Semarang City Branch, which was conducted directly at the PT JBA Indonesia Semarang City Branch office and secondary data obtained from materials. The results of the research explain that the auction implementation at the private auction center PT JBA Indonesia uses a voluntary non-execution auction type, then the auction implementation is also divided into several categories, namely pre-auction, during the auction, and post-auction. There are several categories of legal protection for winners of auctions for non-voluntary movable objects, namely disclosure of information about auction winners, private auction houses daring to take responsibility for errors in auction implementation and special complaints regarding auction implementation.

This study aims to analyze the performance of Police Sector intelligence as a detection base in supporting the maintenance of security and public order and analyze the efforts to improve the performance of Police Intelligence as a detection base in supporting the maintenance of security and public order in the Batang Police Department. The analysis of research results shows that early detection efforts carried out by the Sector Police Unit of the Batang Resort Police security intelligence unit really need to be carried out so that they are able to detect, search and collect and dig up information from the community, then an identification process is carried out to sort, calculate and determine alternatives and consider and reading the signs of the facts from the detection results, the results are expressed in intelligence administration in the form of products that guarantee confidentiality, speed, accuracy and predictability. The discipline of the Batang Police Sector personnel in understanding the regulations and policies of leaders who are obliged to work is still lacking, as evidenced by the finding that the implementation of the Sector Police as a Detection Base has not run optimally, both operationally in the field and administratively.
