This study was conducted by looking at the low learning outcomes of class X-2 students at SMA Negeri 9 Surabaya in the previous material, namely SPLTV. This study was conducted with the aim of improving students' mathematics learning outcomes in the quadratic equation material by implementing a cooperative learning model of the team games tournament (TGT) type using the help of wordwall. This study is included in classroom action research which is carried out in two cycles. The subjects of the study used were 36 class X-2 students at SMA Negeri 9 Surabaya. The research data were obtained through pretest, observation, and posttest. The analysis data from the pretest and posttest results were in the form of quantitative data which would be used to determine the increase in student learning outcomes. While the analysis data from the observation results in the form of qualitative data were used as a guideline to improve and perfect learning activities from cycle I to cycle II. Based on the results of the study that has been carried out, it shows that implementing a cooperative learning model of the team games tournament (TGT) type using the help of wordwall on the quadratic equation material can improve the learning outcomes of class X-2 students at SMA Negeri 9 Surabaya. The classical completeness of the pretest cycle I was 44.4%. After the implementation of the TGT type cooperative learning model, there was an increase to 77.8% in the posttest of cycle I. In cycle II, it increased again to 94.6% with a classical completion target of 85%.

Micro, Small and Medium Industries (IMKM) is a sector that drives the people's economy which often has limitations, including production process technology, competition for similar businesses and the difficulty of accessing capital, which are obstacles faced by Bogor City IMKM business actors. This research aims to determine the influence of creativity and innovation on business success. The sample from this research consisted of 50 respondents using a purposive sampling technique, namely a technique for determining samples with certain considerations. The results of this research show that Creativity and Innovation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on business success. The same shows that the R Square is 50.1%, while the remaining 49.9% is influenced by other factors not included in this research. Meanwhile, partially creativity and innovation have a positive and significant effect on business success.

This study aims to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance proxied by (Board of Directors, Independent Board of Commissioners, and Audit Committee), Capital Structure, and Company Size on Company Financial Performance. The population in this study were property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2019-2023. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique with certain criteria and a sample of 53 companies was obtained. This study uses a multiple linear analysis method assisted by the SPSS Version 22 program. The results of this study indicate that the Board of Directors and Capital Structure have no effect on Financial Performance, while the Independent Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee, and Company Size have a positive and significant effect on Financial Performance.

Women and children are vulnerable to violations of their rights. Therefore, the state through the government must provide efforts to empower the rights of women and children. The role of the government in providing this effort must also be supported by all circles, including students, in providing education and understanding for the parties involved so that the information reaches them. The purpose of this study was to find out how much implementation of efforts to empower women and children's rights has been carried out in Desa Tanjung Rambutan. The method carried out in the study was a quantitative method with filling out a questionnaire survey. The process of data analysis process is carried out by analyzing the responses from the audiences and presenting the data that has been obtained for drawing conclusions.

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) is one of the lecture programs that must be provided and implemented by every university in order to achieve one of the goals and tri dharma, namely Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM). Mata Lombu is one of the villages selected to carry out the KKN program, but as a village in Indonesia, it is generally not free from several problems. Based on observations and social analysis carried out, there are various problems that need to be addressed including: (1) lack of community understanding regarding local food processing, (2) lack of understanding of farmers regarding preventing pests in crops, (3) lack of literacy and numeracy among students. Elementary and junior high schools in the village, (5) limited access to clean water, and (6) limitations of MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in creating jobs. Based on a number of problems found during observations and social analysis, and the description in the background, the main objective of all these programs is to fulfill community service and empowerment in Mata Lombu Village through a project action planning framework or Project Action Plan (PAP). The series of Unkriswina Sumba Regular KKN activity methods includes the stages of program planning, implementation and evaluation. The results of this activity show that this activity can increase insight, understanding and new knowledge regarding local food, making bokashi fertilizer, making natural pesticides, and tutoring, and can increase crop yields, food security, reduce the impact of environmental pollution, and increase value. increase the economy of village communities.

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the quality of e-ticketing can provide satisfaction to consumers, what is consumer satisfaction with the services provided by e-ticketing, and to find out the effect of e-ticketing quality on consumer satisfaction at PT ASDP Ketapang Branch. The population of this study is all passengers who purchased tickets online at PT ASDP Ketapang branch, the sample used was 30 people. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive analysis techniques, simple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination tests (R2). Based on the research results, it can be seen that the quality of e-ticketing can provide satisfaction to consumers or passengers who use ship services belonging to PT ASDP ketapang branch Banyuwangi, apart from that consumers/passengers are satisfied with the services provided by PT ASDP Ketapang branch Banyuwangi related to the existence of e-ticketing. ticketing or purchasing tickets online. Based on the calculation results, it is known that R square has a value of 0.667 or 66%. This shows the magnitude of the positive influence of E-Ticketing Quality on PT ASDP Ketapang branch , Banyuwangi (Y) is 66%, the remaining 34% is the influence of other factors.

Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari akhlak merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam bertingkah laku. Perhatian terhadap pentingnya akhlak itu semakin kuat, yaitu disaat manusia dizaman modern ini dihadapkan pada masalah moral dan akhlak yang serius. Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui Mengetahui Apakah Pengaruh Pembelajaran Mata Pelajaran Akidah Akhlak Terhadap akhlak Siswa Kelas V MI Darunnajah Cipining Bogor. Pelnellitian ini melnggulnakan pelndelkatan kulantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, pengisian angket, tes dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penilitian didapatkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,777, hal tersebut menunjukkan adanya korelasi adanya pembelajaran mata pelajaran akidah akhlak dengan akhlak siswa dengan kriteria tinggi, karena pada tabel koefisien korelasi 0,60 – 0,799. Hal tersebut ditunjang determinasi sebesar 60,4%. Kontribusi pembelajaran mata pelajaran akidah akhlak terhadap akhlak siswa sebesar 60,4% dari nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa mata pelajaran akidah akhlak memberikan kontribusi yang tinggi dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi akhlak siswa di MIs Darunnajah Cipining Bogor.

Through innovation and appropriate business strategies, these businesses have not only managed to maintain their production sustainability, but have also been able to grow in the face of increasingly competitive market challenges. Innovations include product diversification, application of simple technology in the production process, and improved packaging quality. Meanwhile, business strategies include strengthening marketing networks, utilizing digital platforms, and improving human resource skills. This transformation has had a significant impact on increasing community income and reducing the unemployment rate in Kedungasri Village, making the ceriping MSMEs the driving force of a sustainable village economy.

Shares are a very important instrument as a manifestation of company performance. One factor that is considered important in influencing share prices is carrying out financial ratio analysis. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of macroeconomic factors as moderators in the relationship between financial ratios and share prices of companies in the infrastructure sector listed on the IDX for the period 2020 - 2023. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample used in this research includes 21 infrastructure sector companies over a 4 year period, there are 84 observations and the analysis method in this research is panel data regression with STATA software version 14. The results of this research are that price to earnings and earnings per share have a partial effect. significant effect on stock prices, while sales growth, sales growth on stock prices with economic growth as a moderator, price to earnings on stock prices with economic growth as a moderator, earnings per share on stock prices with economic growth as a moderator do not have a significant effect on stock prices. And simultaneously, sales growth, price to earnings and earnings per share on stock prices with economic growth as a moderator have a significant effect.

Real Work Lectures (KKN) is a form of community service carried out by students as an implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. During the implementation of KKN in Keban Agung Dusun Later Agung, students synergized with local mosque congregations to carry out integrated service programs. The aim of this program is to comprehensively increase community capacity and welfare through collaboration between students and mosque congregations. The approach used is a participatory approach, by actively involving the community in every stage of program implementation. The results achieved from this program include increasing the capacity of mosque youth in the religious, economic and social fields; development of productive businesses for groups of mothers; as well as increasing public awareness of environmental cleanliness and health. Apart from that, this program has also succeeded in building trust and close collaboration between KKN students and mosque congregations, so that it can become a model for community service programs based on mosques in the future.
