Bandara Tjilik Riwut Palangka Raya merupakan bandara tempat dilaksanakan penelitian ini. Sisi udara merupakan bagian vital yang harus terus mendapatkan pengawasan untuk setiap pergerakan kendaraan yang beroperasi di sisi udara agar berjalan dengan lancar untuk meningkatkan keselamatan penerbangan. Pengawasan ini merupakan tugas dari petugas Apron Movement Control (AMC). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui unit Apron Movement Control dalam pengawasan pergerakan kendaraan di sisi udara, serta pelanggaran apa yang sering terjadi dan sanksi apa yang diberikan terhadap pelanggaran pengguna kendaraan di sisi udara, dan kendala yang pernah dihadapi dalam melakukan tugas pengawasan pergerakan kendaraan di sisi udara.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dikarenakan peneliti melakukan observasi secara langsung. Dimana peneliti ini meneliti analisis peran unit Apron Movement Control Dalam Pengawasan Pergerakan Kendaraan Di Sisi Udara Untuk Meningkatkan Keselamatan Penerbangan Di Bandar Udara Tjilik Riwut Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dengan tiga marasumber petugas Apron Movement Control dan dokumentasi.
Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa dalam melaksanakan tugas pengawasan terhadap pergerakan kendaraan di sisi udara untuk meningkatkan keselamatan penerbangan oleh petugas AMC sudah cukup baik, dengan mengikuti SOP yang sudah ditetapkan serta melakukan peneguran dan penindakan tegas bagi setiap pengguna kendaraan yang beroperasi di sisi udara yang melanggar aturan. Namun dalam hal ini tidak adanya CCTV yang mengarah langsung ke sisi udara sehingga dapat di pantau langsung dari ruangan AMC untuk melihat pergerakan kendaraan di sisi udara secara langsung masih menjadi kendala yang sampai saat ini masih dihadapi oleh petugas AMC.

Keakuratan dalam penegakkan kode diagnosis harus menjadi perhatian khusus, kode yang akurat didapatkan dengan informasi yang mampu mendukung koder dalam menegakkan kode diagnosis. Akurasi kode diagnosis sangat penting dalam bidang pendidikan, peneitian, statistik kesehatan skala nasional, mutu pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit, dan sebagai dasar dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kelengkapan informasi rekam medis dengan keakuratan kode diagnosis di rumah sakit. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan retrospektif. Populasi penelitian adalah dokumen rekam medis pasien rawat inap sejumlah 6.069 dengan sampel sejumlah 375 dokumen yang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik menggunakan Chi-square diperoleh ada hubungan antara kelengkapan informasi rekam medis dengan keakuratan kode diagnosis di rumah sakit. Evaluasi tingkat kelengkapan pengisian dokumen rekam medis masing-masing dokter per periode waktu tertentu sangat disarankan untuk meningkatkan keakuratan kode diagnosis.

Mathematics is one of the subjects taught at all levels from basic education to higher education, which has a significant role in preparing students to have the ability to think logically, analytically, systematically, critically and creatively, as well as have the ability to work together. One of the activities in learning mathematics at school is through problem solving. Problem solving aims to see students' understanding of a material. Mathematical problem solving ability is a very important part of learning mathematics. However, in reality, the problem-solving ability of junior high school students' mathematics is still very low. From these problems, then one of the lessons that can improve the ability to solve mathematical problems is Problem Solving learning. One of the factors that influence differences in problem solving ability is learning style. Learning styles have a close relationship and influence on the learning process in order to achieve learning goals. With students knowing their learning style, learning Problem Solving can be done easily. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII A MTs Plus Sunan Drajat Kedungsantren Bojonegoro. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Problem Solving learning on mathematics learning outcomes when viewed from students' learning styles. The type of research used is quantitative research with the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The results showed that testing the data on mathematics learning outcomes with the Paired Sample T-Test stated that the t_count value was -9.726. The t_count value is negative, because the pretest average value is lower than the posttest average value. In this case, the t_count value can be positive so that it becomes 9.726. Meanwhile, the value of t_table with ? = 0.05 and degrees of freedom (dk=n-1) with 24 students is 1.714. Then it can be seen that t_count > t_table, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant difference. So it can be concluded that the application of the Problem Solving learning model is quite effectively carried out in the teaching and learning process for class VIII A students of MTs Plus Sunan Drajat Kedungsantren on the material of geometric shapes on the flat sides of cubes and blocks.
 

Cassava is one of the local food that is widely used by the community as a food substitute for rice, wheat and corn. One of the processed foods made from raw cassava is Cassava Chips. The purpose of cassava processing activities to be chips is to increase the sale value, increase public interest to consume cassava processed products and earn high income. The purpose of this research is to know the value added of cassava processing business into cassava chips and to know the feasibility of cassava chips business. This research was conducted on the business of cassava chips "Cap Sinar Jago" in Talok Village, Turen Subdistrict, Malang Regency. Respondents in this study are business owners and employees of production and marketing. The analysis used to analyze value added by using Hayami method and business feasibility using B/C Ratio, NPV and IRR analysis.

<p><em>This Community Service appointed the title is Increasing Young Generation's Understanding of Archipelagic Insight Concept (Geopolitics) as Part of Defending the Country. The project used counseling method, it held at Senior High School namely SMAN 2 Tarakan as well as this project s partner. The program was implemented, bearing in mind that defending the country is obligation of every citizen. In a broader sense, it includes having lawful outlook towards nation and state. The conclusion after the counseling is younger generation especially students at high school in Border Region, must have a comprehensive understanding of defending the country, including understanding condition of country or must have proper perspective regarding the existence of younger generation in realizing aspirations of nation. Aftermost, the suggestion from organizer of the community service is required for continuos counseling or workshop with the output of understanding the Archipelago insight in every school involved all stakeholders.</em></p>

In education, the attention of parents is one factor that is very important and influences the education of their children. However, many parents underestimate their children's education. There are still many students who do not get enough attention from their parents in their studies. This is one of the factors in children's academic achievement that is not optimal. To improve learning outcomes, students must be motivated both internally and externally. This study discusses the problem of how the relationship between parental attention and student learning outcomes in grade IV elementary school. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The source of the research material is the parents of elementary school students and their academic results. Observations, questionnaires and interviews were used as methods in data collection. The results showed that 15 students with a percentage of 71.42% received parental attention in the very good category, 4 students with a percentage of 19.04% in the good category, and 2 students with a percentage of 9.52% in the category of little parental attention. The average student learning outcomes in the very good category were achieved by 13 students with a percentage of 61.90%, in the good category were 6 students with a percentage of 28.57%, the less and less good categories each received 1 student with a percentage of 4.76%. . Thus, parental attention has a relationship with student academic results.

The purpose of Community Service Activities is to provide Public Speaking skills to residents and cadets of Cupak Village in the form of socialization. The results of this activity showed that before the implementation of Community Service, all members still did not master the material about Public Speaking, but after the implementation of the activity was carried out, the participants of this Community Service activity all residents and cadets from this cupak village had the ability on how to package good communication. So they are skilled when they are required to appear speaking in front of tourists. Because as one of the important components in religious tourism villages, cupak, jombang, every citizen and cadet reef must have a positive image in the eyes of tourists. In addition, public speaking can also be used to promote tourism potentials that have not been known to the general public. The method used is to provide training through the provision of Public Speaking material to cupak villagers and then discuss together related to existing problems.

Abstract
Housing is one of the basic human needs, not individual needs but the needs of society as a whole. However, not all people can enjoy or have decent, healthy and safe housing, so efforts to increase housing and settlement development must continue to be increased at affordable prices, especially for low-income groups. One of the causes of the problems faced by big cities in Indonesia is the large population caused by natural growth and urbanization. The government program through the construction of subsidized housing targets low-income communities (MBR). The purpose of this research is to determine the choice of marketing strategy through SWOT analysis as an effort to increase subsidized housing sales at PT Anugrah Indah Bersama Lampung in the pandemic era. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, namely research conducted to determine the value of independent variables, which interpret data in the form of words, sentences, schemes and pictures through SWOT analysis. Based on the several stages of analysis that have been carried out on IFAS and EFAS analysis, the strength of PT. Anugrah Indah with Lampung is superior to its weaknesses. The opportunities from PT. Anugrah Indah and Lampung are involved in a large enough threat compared to the threat.

This research is about the Implementation of the Project to Strengthen Pancasila Student Profiles to Strengthen Love for Culture and the Region through Sapoe Nyunda Activities. This independent curriculum is different from the previous curriculum, namely there is a Project to Strengthen Pancasila Student Profiles. This project is to improve student character as a Pancasila profile through projects in the surrounding environment. Implementation of the Project to Strengthen Pancasila Student Profiles at Al-Ma'soem Elementary School through the sapoe nyunda activity, namely rampak sekar to strengthen a sense of love for culture and the region. Data collection techniques used are in the form of interviews and documentation. The results of the study showed that teachers and students were very enthusiastic about sapoe nyunda activities. Implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project is practiced directly so that learning will be more meaningful and memorable for students.
