This study aims to evaluate the extent to which the Shopee e-commerce platform affects the sales rate of clothes in Pasar 16 Ilir, Palembang, which is known as one of the largest clothing trading centers in South Sumatra. The background of this research departs from the phenomenon of the rapid development of e-commerce in Indonesia, where Shopee dominates the fashion category and is the main choice of consumers in online shopping. The change in consumer behavior from conventional to digital shopping patterns encourages businesses in traditional markets to adjust strategies to remain relevant and competitive in the increasingly dynamic era of digital transformation. This research method uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches. A survey was conducted on 100 sellers and 150 consumers to collect data on shopping habits, perception of promotions, and the impact of using Shopee on clothing sales. In addition, in-depth interviews with several business actors at Pasar 16 Ilir were conducted to gain a more detailed understanding of the adaptation strategies they implemented. Data analysis shows that Shopee's promotional features, such as discounts, cashback, and flash sales, are the dominant factors that increase consumer interest. Hedonistic aspects, including the convenience and pleasure of online shopping, as well as customer reviews, also have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The results of the study confirm that the integration of Shopee with the traditional market contributes to the increase in the volume and sales value of clothes in Pasar 16 Ilir. The online-to-offline (O2O) synergy model helps merchants reach a wider market and improve their competitiveness. In conclusion, optimizing e-commerce platforms through effective promotion strategies, review management, and customer service is the key for MSME actors in facing competition in the digital era.

Turmeric is a spice commodity that has high economic market potential. However, the utilization of turmeric, especially in Kunden Village, Sukoharjo Regency is still limited in terms of processing innovation, and creates organic waste that has not been optimally utilized, namely turmeric leaves. The Village Development Program, carried out a zero waste-based transformation through the manufacture of gummy spices from rhizomes and liquid organic fertilizer from turmeric leaf waste. This activity is with the farmer women's group of Tani Lestari, with stages of socialization, training, and practice. The results of this program show that the farmer women's group of Tani Lestari members are able to understand product processing innovations in the form of turmeric gummy and optimize turmeric leaf waste into liquid organic fertilizer. Gummy turmeric is a functional food product that is good for health, while liquid organic fertilizer is an alternative to reducing organic waste from turmeric leaves to support sustainable agriculture. The provision of e-modules strengthens the sustainability of the program even after the activity has ended. Zero waste-based innovation not only encourages community participation, especially farmer women's group in village development based on local resources, but also creates a community that is adaptive to progress.

This study analyzes advertising ethics violations in Hanasui’s Instagram advertisement, which claims its serum product as the “No.1 Serum in Indonesia” without adequate data substantiation. The digital era and the high penetration of social media have transformed the advertising landscape but have also opened up opportunities for practices that violate the Indonesian Advertising Ethics (EPI). This research uses a qualitative approach with content analysis and case study methods to examine Hanasui's Instagram advertisements. The analytical framework is based on EPI articles related to honesty, responsibility, and substantiation of advertising claims. The findings indicate that the superlative claim “No.1 Serum in Indonesia” violates fundamental EPI principles, particularly in the aspects of honesty and responsibility, due to the absence of clear supporting data or methodology. This violation not only misleads consumers but also creates unfair competitive advantages and risks eroding consumer trust in the local cosmetics industry. The study also reveals challenges in implementing EPI in the context of social media, where the unique characteristics of digital platforms require adaptations to the existing regulatory framework. Recommendations include strengthening EPI enforcement mechanisms for digital advertising, developing specific social media guidelines, enhancing coordination with digital platforms, and implementing a peer-review mechanism within the advertising industry. This research contributes to the literature on communication ethics and provides practical insights for regulators, advertising practitioners, and academics in addressing advertising ethics challenges in the digital era.

Money laundering is a financial crime that undermines economic stability and ethical standards, particularly when viewed through the lens of Islamic economics. This study aims to analyze money laundering from both ethical and regulatory perspectives, focusing on how Islamic values can complement positive law in combating financial crimes. Using a qualitative normative approach, the research relies on interpretative analysis of legal documents, Islamic economic principles, and scholarly articles. The findings reveal that the conventional legal system, while imposing strict penalties through laws such as Indonesia’s Law No. 8 of 2010, often lacks moral foundations, making enforcement less effective. Islamic economics offers a holistic alternative, emphasizing core values such as honesty (shiddiq), justice (‘adl), and accountability (amanah) in financial transactions. These principles not only prohibit illicit enrichment but also promote a transparent and fair economic system. Furthermore, the Islamic concepts of ta’zir and hisbah provide ethical sanctions that can support existing regulations. This integration of legal and spiritual frameworks presents a viable strategy for fostering a morally sound and legally robust financial system, aligned with the Islamic objective of maslahah (public welfare). Abstrak:
The uniqueness of primogeniture in traditional inheritance systems is urgent to examine, as it reflects enduring gendered power structures that persist amid legal modernization and evolving social norms. This research analyzes the uniqueness and resilience of the primogeniture inheritance system in traditional communities, particularly in Ratenggaro Traditional Village, Indonesia. It is situated within the legal pluralism context of Indonesia and the human rights-based critique of customary laws that prioritize male heirs. The study is urgent because modernization challenges traditional norms, demanding a reevaluation of gender equity in inheritance. Using a descriptive qualitative method with in-depth interviews and participant observation, this study finds that primogeniture governs not only material assets but also spiritual roles and kinship status. Despite modern pressure, elders uphold it as a symbol of identity and harmony. A unique finding is that although women do not inherit property, they are symbolically acknowledged through ritual practices involving gifts such as woven cloth and livestock. This study offers novelty by providing a legal-anthropological analysis of primogeniture in a remote indigenous context, contributing to discussions on legal pluralism, gender justice, and cultural sustainability. It suggests the need for dialogical reform that harmonizes adat law with constitutional equality.

This study aimed to build structural modeling of teacherpreneurship spirit determinants in prospective teacher students and analyze the influence of self-efficacy and family support on the teacherpreneurship spirit of economic education students through student involvement in Lantip. This study uses the IEO Astin Model theory proposed by A.W. Astin (1984). This study used a quantitative approach with a causality design based on structural modeling and testing of variable relationships. The research methods used are descriptive statistical analysis and Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling analysis. The results of this study indicate that self-efficacy and family support have a positive and significant effect on student involvement in teaching practice. Self-efficacy, family support, and student involvement in teaching practice positively and significantly affect teacherpreneurship. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the spirit of teacherpreneurship through student involvement in teaching practice, and family support has a positive and insignificant effect on the spirit of teacherpreneurship through student involvement in teaching instruction. The suggestion is for pre-teacher students to be more active in increasing their insight to improve the spirit of teacherpreneurship and become professional teachers.
