This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and price on the sales volume of salted fish in the Aulia Putri company, Kecipir Village, Losari District, Brebes Regency. The population in this study was salted fish resellers at Aulia Putri Company. The sample in this study was 65 respondents. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires to salted fish resellers at aulia putri company. This study used multiple linear regression analysis tools. The hypothesis was tested with the t test and the F test. Test results showed that (1) the quality of the product had a positive and significant effect on the sales volume of salted fish partially with a calculated t value result of 3.752 > t table 1.668; (2) the price has a positive and significant effect and is significant to the sales volume of salted fish partially with a calculated t value result of 3,488 > t table 1,668; (3) product quality and price simultaneously positively affect the sales volume of salted fish in aulia putri company with F count 7,091 > F table 3.14 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Gold mining activities in Padesa Village are carried out traditionally, namely with simple and relatively inexpensive techniques using traditional tools and the process of binding gold from the ground using mercury. The mercury residue in the waters of the village of Padesa is 0,002 mg/L anda the average mercury content in yhe waste reservoir is 0,0695 mg/L, which means that is hhas passed the Permenkes Standard No. 32 of 2017. The strategy for implementing mercury-free alternative technology requires very large costs. This causes people to continue to choose to use coils and mercury. The urgency of this community service activity, the low knowledge and awareness of the Padesa Village community about the dangers of mercury and the management of waste water from logs. It is hoped that this service avtivity aims: (1) Increase the knowledge of the Padesa Village community, Lantung Sub-District on the impact of mercury on health and the environment, (2) Encourage the Padesa Village community, Lantung sub-district to change their behavior in managing waste water from logs, (3)Encouraging the community of Padesa Village, Lantung sub-district to take part in controlling environmental pollution caused by mercury waste, (4)Avoiding the negative impact of mercury pollution on health for workers and residents of Padesa Village. The method used is the provision of education to the community through socialization and counseling activities. The result of this activity was that the average target knowledge before being given counseling (Pretest) was 33,89% and increased to 77,22% after being is an increase (Posttest). The impact of this activity is an increase in target knowledge by 43,33% and a change in the behavior of waste water management.

The purpose of this community service activity is to empower women in the Purwoyoso village. This empowerment is able to improve the economic condition of the family. through innovative activities, enabling them to learn various skills to help increase income for women in Purwoyoso sub-district, The method used in this community service activity is to provide direct training with tutorials in the field by teaching making dish soap and calculating HPP (Cost of Production). The results of the service are expected that mothers have skills in making dish soap and calculating HPP so that they can determine the price of goods when sold. With skills in making dish soap, mothers can produce which can later be used alone or sold so that additional income can be obtained.

ABSTRACT
This community service activity is carried out with the aim of increasing the understanding and awareness of high school students about the Three Basic Threats (TRIAD KRR) which includes sexuality, HIV/AIDS, and NAFZA as well as improving reproductive health in adolescents. The activity is carried out through the provision of health education with the technique of providing information or education about TRIAD KRR which consists of three materials, namely sexuality, HIV/AIDS and NAFZA. The material is given using power point media. The activity was carried out online (online) through the Zoom application and was attended by 31 participants from several high schools throughout the Sumbawa Regency. From the educational activities that have been carried out, students are enthusiastic in listening, asking questions and discussing, and the impact of this education is that students get an increase in students' understanding and awareness about the dangers of the Three Basic Threats (TRIAD KRR) which includes sexuality, HIV/AIDS, and NAFZA. improve their reproductive health by limiting association and doing lots of positive activities, this can be seen from the statements of the students during discussions and the speakers asking questions.

Berdasarkan hasil analisis, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara online travel agent terhadap tingkat hunian kamar dengan p-value .000 < 0,05, offline travel agent terhadap tingkat hunian kamar dengan p-value .000 < 0,05, free independent traveler (FIT) terhadap tingkat hunian kamar dengan p-value .000 < 0,05 dan kelompok terhadap tingkat hunian kamar dengan p-value .000 < 0,05. Seperti halnya online travel agent, offline travel agent, free independent travellers (FIT), dan rombongan secara positif dan simultan mempengaruhi tingkat hunian kamar dengan p-value sebesar

The study of the Social and Economic Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on Fruit Traders in Curup District, Rejang Lebong Regency, aims to analyze the social impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on fruit traders and analyze the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on fruit traders in Curup District. This research was conducted in February - March 2022 in Curup District, Rejang Lebong Regency, with the consideration that in Curup District is part of the livelihood as a livelihood and includes quite a lot of fruit traders. The analytical method used in this study is the Wilcoxon signed rank test analysis method, using the SPSS Statistics for windows software as a tool. Processed using excel software. The results showed that the impact of changes in social behavior and maintaining cleanliness that occurred to traders in Curup District, it has been tested that the indicator variables before and before the covid-19 pandemic on changes in attitude and maintaining cleanliness experienced a significant decrease from 0.05, meaning that there was a change between before and before the COVID-19 pandemic. A woman who is in pregnancy often experiences many changes, both physical changes and psychological changes. These changes can cause anxiety and increase anxiety. In third trimester pregnant women, the level of anxiety becomes more serious and intensive along the birth time schedule. Feelings of anxiety can cause tension in the mind and physique, pelvic muscles and lower uterine segment muscles; thus, this tension can disrupt the birth process. The impact of anxiety is so big for the mother and the fetus, so the interventions are needed to reduce anxiety in pregnant women. The purpose of this research was to find the effect of birthing preparation services. The research approach used a quantitative approach with preexperimental research design. This design involved pretest and posttest one group design. Samples in this study was 69 third trimester pregnant women. The data collection technique used a questionnaire was taken before experiment and after experiment. Data analysis used paired T test. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the level of anxiety between before and after being given pregnancy preparation services with (p value = 0.000) (p value = 0.000) or (p <0.05).

Soybean is planted in some types of land agroecology, but production centers are mostly on peat and tides. This research was conducted at the soybean center in Rantau Rasau District with agroecology peat and tideland. The trial was arranged in a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with ten treatments and four times repeatitions. It consisted of several doses of organic material decanter cake (DC) and the percentage of the recommended amount of mineral fertilizer (RDF). RDF was selected based on Indonesia Food Crop Agriculture Service. Decanter cake from palm oil mill waste was used as a source of organic material. Experimental parameters are plant height, leaf number, grain yield, 100 grain weight, and the number of pods, seeds per pod, and plant. The result indicated the combination of mineral fertilizer and organic material DC had significant differences in increasing plant height and number of leaves. Different types of RDF and DC combinations showed substantial effects on the soybean yield and yield components. The combination of RDF 25% and decanter cake at any dose positively impacted soybean height, leaf number, and grain yield component. The highest dry seed yield of 2.48 tons per hectare was achieved by a combination of 25% RDF and 20 ton ha-1 decanter cake. Soybean yield in this study was higher than Anjasmoro’s description of 2.03–2.25 tons ha-1

Research on Business Analysis of Cap AA Powdered Coffee in Sidorejo Village, Central Curup District, Rejang Lebong Regency aims to find out how much the production cost of Cap AA ground coffee in Sidorejo Village, Central Curup District, Rejang Lebong Regency, how much revenue and income is obtained and whether the business is The production of Cap AA ground coffee in Sidorejo Village, Central Curup District, Rejang Lebong Regency is efficient. This research was conducted in May 2021 – June 2021 in the Cap Cangkir AA ground coffee industry in Sidorejo Village, Central Curup District, Rejang Lebong Regency. The data analysis method used is cost analysis, revenue, income, R/C Ratio. The cost incurred in the AA stamped coffee powder business is Rp. 29,677,373/month or Rp. 1,978,492/ production. The total revenue from the Cap AA Coffee Powder business is Rp. 37,200,000 per month or an average of Rp. 2.480,000 per production, during the study period with a total operating income of Rp. 7,522,622 per month or an average of Rp. 501,508 per production. The results of the calculation of the R/C Ratio analysis show that the R/C ratio is 1.25. This means that each expenditure of Rp. 1.00 it will generate income of Rp. 1.25. Based on the R/C ratio value obtained with a value of more than 1, it can be said that Mr. Seno's AA powder coffee business is efficient and profitable.
 
 

Kewirausahaan telah menjadi alternatif pemecahan masalah ketenagakerjaan dan peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi, sehingga berbagai upaya telah dilakukan untuk menciptakan wirausahawan baru, termasuk melalui pengembangan jiwa wirausaha di seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Saat ini sosialisasi kewirausahaan masih diperlukan, terutama yang menyasar kelompok masyarakat potensial berbasis rumah tangga yang tingkat kesadaran berwirausahanya masih relatif rendah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa sosialisasi kewirausahaan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Purwoyoso Kecamatan Ngaliyan Kota Semarang dengan peserta dari PKK/ibu rumah tangga. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah untuk menanamkan jiwa wirausaha dan menambah pengetahuan tentang teknik memulai usaha rumahan, guna memanfaatkan waktu luang. Disarankan agar kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan topik kewirausahaan dapat berkelanjutan agar usaha rumah tangga dapat terwujud sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan/pendapatan keluarga.
