Abstrak:
Information technology can be used in various human lives, one of which is in the business field. In today's era, it is undeniable that computers with accounting information system equipment are components that must be owned by companies to help ease the task of company performance. One of them is BKM which is specifically aimed at poverty alleviation and community development. UPK itself is a non-profit organization or an organization whose main objective is to support an issue or matter in attracting public attention for a non-commercial purpose, without any attention to things that are for-profit. The allocation has also been divided according to their respective portions.
This study aims to simplify the presentation of profit budgeting at BKM which is still not structured and does not provide clarity about the results of the funds that should be used as the allocation of community activities. Profit budgeting is also not carried out periodically and is still manual in recording so that profits cannot be known in detail. In overcoming the problems above, by using a programmed system with the a posteriori method, the institution can easily record every operational budget to the profit budget so that it can allocate funds for community activities in a structured manner

Abstrak:
The quality of service at the hotel has a significant impact on guest satisfaction. The higher the quality of service provided, the higher the guest satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the impact of quality of service. Quality of service consists of five variables: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, which affect customer satisfaction at X Hotel Gading Serpong. The sample for this study consisted of 125 individuals extracted from the number of guests at the X Hotel Gading Serpong using a random sampling technique. Techniques for collecting data for this study with the questioner. The classical hypothesis test uses the normality test, the multicollinearity test, and the heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis test, multiple coefficient of determination analysis (R2). Based on known findings: There is a significant positive effect of quality of service on guest satisfaction at Hotel X Gading Serpon, as shown by the results of multiple linear regression analyzes Y = 0.543 + 0.177 X1 + 0.019X2 + 0.317 X3 + 0.220 X4 + 0.478X5 + e. F-Table of F-Arithmetic (101.126)> F table (2.289) with significance (0.000). The coefficient of determination (R2) has a value of 80.9% and 19.1% is isolated by other factors not included in this regression model.

Abstrak:
During the screening of new students, each state and private institution is required to carry out promotion in order to obtain the number of students according to the predetermined target. Problems that often occur when determining the location of promotion, the New Student Admission Team (PMB) determine the location of promotions randomly without considering several factors that can affect the number of students who will join. This is often done mainly by private university such as Semarang University (USM). To overcome this, a system is needed to provide information for the New Student Admission Team (PMB) in making decisions on the location of USM promotions. This system applies the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method and criteria that can affect the number of students who will later register because the determination of the location of the promotion is right on target. Criteria and weights include: Distance (cost) with a weight of 30%, number of students (benefit) with a weight of 40%, school status (benefit) with a weight of 20%, and a source of information (benefit) with a weight of 10%. The programming language used by PHP and data bases uses MySQL. The final result of this study is a decision support system that can provide information to the PMB team about the location of the school that has the potential for USM promotion.

<em>The aims of this study were to examine and analyze the effect of motivation, discipline, parental background, and the use of gadgets together on student achievement in SMK Negeri 1 Sragen.</em> <em>The research was conducted for 6 months, starting from March to August 2021 by taking the location at SMK Negeri 1 Sragen. The population in this study was class XII students with a total of 500, while the sample used was students with top ten rankings in each class with a total of 140. In this study the data used by researchers were (1) primary data, (2) secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires, and literature studies. The data processing technique was carried out using the SPSS program to test the instrument (validity test and reliability test), linear regression test, classical assumption test (normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test), determination test (R2), hypothesis test (F test). and t test). The results of this study are based on (1) the F test, the F count is 32.005 while the F table is 2.680, thus hypothesis 1 is tested for truth (2) the t-test on the motivation variable is obtained t-count is 4.703, while the t-table is 1.978, so the second hypothesis is verified (3 ) t test on the discipline variable obtained t count 2,427, while t table 1,978, so the third hypothesis is tested for truth (4) t test for parental background variable obtained t count 2,116, while t table 1,978, so the fourth hypothesis is verified. (5) the t-test of the gadget use variable obtained t-count 3.567, while the t-table was 1.978, so the fifth hypothesis was verified</em>

Abstrak:
<p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of the variables of professionalism, placement, experience and work discipline on the performance of the employees of the Klaten Regency Education Office. This research method uses a quantitative research design. The population in all employees who work in the Klaten Regency Education Office is 86 people. The sampling technique used in this study is the Census technique with a sample of 86 respondents. Collecting data by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination.</em><em>The results showed that professionalism, placement, experience and work discipline had an effect on employee performance at the Klaten Regency Education Office.</em><em>Suggestions from this research, the Education Office of Klaten Regency continues to improve professionalism, placement, experience and work discipline, so that employee performance will increase and be better than before.</em></p>

Water loss can be defined as the difference between the recorded amount of water in the system and the amount of water out of the system shown, in a water supply system is not entirely produced water installations reach consumer. Usually there is a leak here and there, called the loss of water. Then to reduce or minimize the water loss rate needed the right solution. One of solution that can be used is the Non Revenued Water (NRW) program. NRW can be defined as water that can be measured and a known amount of be chased but can not or may not be income, but it can be justified. The one of the methodologies that can be used to determine the amount (NRW) is a method of infrastructure leakage index (ILI) used Software WBEasycalc3. Water loss rate is the percentage ratio between water loss and the amount of water distributed in piped water network, while the water balance is calculated based on the amount of incoming water flow, consumption meter-Revenue, customer meter inaccuracies, water loss and physical loss. Both of two magnitudes in the ILI value is calculated by using Table Matrix Target that compiled by regulators of water service DKI Jakarta.

Abstrak:
This research was conducted to determine the magnitude of the influence between motivation. Work, Training and Compensation for Employee Performance. The number of samples in this study were 67 employees at Medirossa Hospital 2 Bekasi. The sampling method used is nonprobability sampling, with the help of statistical software SPSS version 26. The results of the t-test data processing for the work motivation variable (X1) t count 4.554 > 1.998, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the Training Variable t count 5,600 > t table 1.998 with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05 and compensation (X3) t count -2.582 < 1.998 with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05 then work motivation and training partially have a significant effect while partial compensation has no effect . The results of the f test data processing with an f table value of 35.806 > F table 3.16 and a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05 then Ho is rejected and H4 is accepted, so that work motivation, training and compensation have a simultaneous effect on employee performance.

AbstrakArtikel ilmiah ini bertujuan membahas sengketa eksekusi obyek hak tanggunan dalam Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 942/K/Pdt/2019 dan akibat hukum dari Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 942/K/Pdt/2019 tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan kasus, dengan spesifikasi deskriptif analitis. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, yang diambil dengan cara studi pustaka dan studi dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 942/K/Pdt/2019 memperjelas kedudukan kreditur dan debitur yang mana terdapat sisa bersih hasil lelang sebagaimana penjelasan Pasal 6 dan Pasal 20 ayat (1) UUHT yang intinya terdapat sisa hasil lelang menjadi hak pemberi hak tanggungan dalam hal ini debitur dan akibat hukum bagi kreditur dihukum untuk membayar biaya perkara dalam tingakat kasasi, kreditur tidak berhak meminta sisa hasil lelang dan debitur berhak sepenuhnya atas sisa bersih hasil lelang.Kata kunci: Sengketa, Eksekusi, Hak Tanggungan.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kepastian hukum konversi bentuk sertipikat tanah dari fisik menjadi elektronik serta perlindungan hukumnya terhadap pemegang hak sebagai alat pembuktian. UUPA hingga PP 24/1997 dinyatakan bahwa alat bukti kepemilikan hak atas tanah yaitu sertipikat berupa surat-surat sehingga memiliki kedudukan sebagai alat bukti tertulis namun Kementerian ATR/BPN mengeluarkan kebijakan terkait sertipikat elektronik yang mengubah dan menggantikan keberadaan sertipikat fisik sehingga penelitian ini merupakan penelitian baru mengingat selama ini sertipikat berbentuk fisik dan kebijakan sertipikat elektronik baru akan dilaksanakan. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian yaitu konversi bentuk sertipikat tanah dari fisik menjadi elektronik hanya dilakukan pada bidang tanah yang sudah terdaftar melalui permohonan pemeliharaan data pendaftaran tanah yang diajukan oleh pemegang hak sehingga jaminan kepastian hukum terdapat pada ada atau tidaknya permohonan pemeliharaan data yang diajukan. Adapun kaitannya dengan pembuktian, sertipikat elektronik dapat memberikan perlindungan terhadap pemegang hak sebagai alat bukti elektronik yang dibuktikan dengan 2 cara yaitu memperlihatkan secara langsung dari sistem elektronik dan hasil cetakannya. The purpose of this study is to analyze the legal certainty of converting the form of land certificates from physical to electronic and the legal protection for rights holders as a means of proof. In the UUPA to PP 24/1997 it is stated that proof of ownership of land rights is a certificate in the form of letters so that it has the position as written evidence but the Ministry of ATR/BPN issued a policy related to electronic certificates that change and replace the existence of physical certificates so that this research is a research study. only considering that so far the certificates are in the form of physical certificates and the new electronic certificate policy will be implemented. The research method in this study is the normative juridical method with qualitative juridical data analysis methods and descriptive analytical research specifications. With the results of the study, namely the conversion of the form of land certificates from physical to electronic is only carried out on land parcels that have been registered through a land registration data maintenance application submitted by the right holder so that the guarantee of legal certainty is in the presence or absence of the submitted data maintenance application. With regard to evidence, electronic certificates can provide protection to rights holders as electronic evidence, which is proven in 2 ways, namely by showing directly from the electronic system and the printed results.

Abstrak:
This research examines the potential for leadership development through the creation of comprehensive leadership channels within organizations. By highlighting training elements that focus on the skills required for success in a leadership role) and succession planning (i.e., the creation and implementation of long-term plans that address changes in top leadership roles) as two distinct organizational initiatives. The method in this research is to combine the concept of Real Option Reasoning (ROR) with a skill-based leadership model. An in-depth study of the implementation of Comprehensive Leadership Pipelines (CLP) as an alternative to developing a leadership model is also reviewed in this study. The conclusion of this study is that by adjusting succession planning policies to outreach organizations according to the ROR pillars, it is possible to create CLPs that simultaneously lower turnover, increase the likelihood that employees will be in the right place at the right time, and reduce the risks associated with large investments. on employees. Given the need for organizations and individuals to assist in the selection of employees for appropriate leadership skills-based training, companies can make better and less risky decisions when selecting organizational leaders.
