Penelitian dengan judul Analisis Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis pada Subbagian Kepegawaian Sekretariat Daerah Kota Tangerang Selatan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan demokratis Kasubbag Kepegawaian serta untuk mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan Kasubbag. Personil dalam memimpin organisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan pimpinan dan 3 (tiga) orang staf Sub Bagian Kepegawaian Sekretariat Kota Tangerang Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya kepemimpinan pada Subbagian Kepegawaian mengarah pada kepemimpinan yang demokratis. Dalam memimpin organisasi, Kepala Subbagian Kepegawaian memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan dalam memimpin yang dipengaruhi oleh kepribadian pemimpinnya.

Meskipun angka kemiskinan di Provinsi Jawa Tengah menunjukkan tren yang menurun tetapi ketimpangan pendapatan masih menjadi masalah. Oleh karena itu dalam rangka mengatasi masalah tersebut maka diperlukan identifikasi faktor yang mempengaruhi ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan sehingga diharapkan dapat dirumuskan kebijakan yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh fintech peer to peer, inflasi dan kredit yang disalurkan oleh Bank Umum terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Dengan menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dengan periode waktu 2018.1-2019.12, penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa Penyaluran Kredit oleh Bank Umum baik dalam bentuk kredit UMKM dan kredit (Modal Kerja, Investasi, Konsumsi) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Penyaluran Kredit oleh perbankan terbukti mampu menurunkan tingkat ketimpangan pendapatan di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Namun demikian fintech peer to peer dan inflasi terbukti tidak berpengaruh terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan di Provinsi Jawa Tengah.

Knowledge of the importance of literacy in children is decreasing due to the use of smartphones that are not wise and the attention of parents is not optimal. In conclusion, the development of literacy in children is less emphasized on letter knowledge and language use skills, among others; introduce vocabulary through objects, invite children to read books, train children to appreciate an object, and teach children about sincerity. This literacy learning mode uses a social and technological approach. The research results reveal that digital literacy is better able to increase awareness to build a mature mindset.

Virus Corona  merupakan  keluarga  besar  virus yang menyebabkan penyakit pada manusia dan hewan, sedangkan kepuasan pasien merupakan salah satu fungsi dari manajemen keperawatan. Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui kepuasan kunjungan pasien rawat jalan dimasa pandemi covid 19 di Puskesmas Bulango. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif non analitik menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kepuasan pasien berdasarkan Reliability sebagian besar adalah dengan kategori Cukup sebanyak 19 responden (47.5), kepuasan pasien berdasarkan Assurace sebagian besar adalah dengan kategori Cukup sebanyak 23 responden (57.5), kepuasan pasien berdasarkan Tangibles sebagian besar adalah dengan kategori Baik sebanyak 18 responden (45.0), kepuasan pasien berdasarkan Empathy sebagian besar adalah dengan kategori Baik sebanyak 20 responden (50.0), kepuasan pasien berdasarkan Responsiveness sebagian besar adalah dengan kategori Baik sebanyak 20 responden (50.0). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian yaitu Mutu pelayanan keperawatan selama masa pandemi Covid-19 dinilai sudah baik, akan tetapi perlu di optimalkan pada dimensi Reliability dan Assurace.

This writing aims to understand the implementation of the budget plan system carried out on a company's project. This study will prove the functioning of the accounting system in the project cost budget plan within a company, how to minimize expenses and the income obtained can be used efficiently. So that the accounting information for the project budget plan can be a reference for company management in making decisions. This information is used by the company and has an important role in achieving the success of a company in the future.

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of internal control systems, information technology utilization, human resources quality, implementation good governance, and human resource capacity toward the quality of the financial information of local government. The sample in this research were employees of the finance department at SKPD in Semarang. Sampling techniques carried out by purposive sampling method that produces 124 samples to be processed. The analysis method used in this research is a quality test of data, classic assumptions test, hypothesis test and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS program.
The results show that the partial implementation of information technology utilization and human resources quality have a positive effect on the quality  of local government financial reporting information, while the use of internal control systems, implementation good governance, and human resource capacity does not  have an effect on the quality of local government financial reporting information. While simultaneously the analyze the influence of internal control systems, information technology utilization, human resources quality, implementation good governance, and human resource capacity together affect the quality of the financial information of local government.

 Lansia merupakan istilah bagi individu yang telah memasuki periode dewasa akhir. Menua merupakan suatu proses alami yang dihadapi manusia, tahap yang paling krusial adalah terjadi penurunan fungsi atau perubahan pada aspek biologis, aspek psikologi, aspek sosial budaya dan aspek spiritual yang berpotensi memunculkan masalah kesehatan, dimana salah satunya adalah terjadinya kecemasan. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi musik rohani Kristen terhadap tingkat kecemasan lansia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik. Dengan desain penelitian menggunakan Quasi Experiment dengan rancangan penelitian Pretest and Posttest Nonequivalent Control Group. Tekhnik sampling total sampling didapatkan 30 responden penelitian. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari 14 pertanyaan dan sop musik. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan uji Mann Whitney. Hasil penelitian dengan uji Wilcoxon didapatkan Pada Kelompok Kontrol didapatkan nilai p-value sebesar 0,115 atau p > 0,05 menunjukan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan antara tingkat kecemasan pada Pre Test dan Post Test Pada kelompok perlakuan didapatkan nilai p-value sebesar 0,001 atau p-value 0,005 ini menunjukan bahwa ada perbedaan signifikan terhadap penurunan tingkat kecemasan. Hasil penelitian dengan uji Mann Whitney nilai rata-rata didapatkan p = 0,000 atau p < 0,05 menunjukan ada pengaruh. Kesimpulan didapatkan ada pengaruh terapi musik rohani kristen terhadap penurunan tingkat kecemasan lansia di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Inakaka Provinsi Maluku.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance at the Majene Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, to determine the effect of supervision on employee performance at the Majene Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Majene Regency Population and Civil Registry Office. and find out which variable is more dominant in influencing employee performance at the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency.
This study uses a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques using SPSS. The results showed that 1) Leadership Style had an effect on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency, 2) Supervision had an effect on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency, 3) Work Discipline had no effect on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration. Civil Registry of Majene Regency and 4) Leadership Style variable has more influence on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency.
