Economic growth is essentially the most important aspect in a country. An increase in the quality of life of the community that occurs in an area can mean that the area has continued economic growth. Economic growth can be reflected in changes in GRDP in a region. This research uses eviews analysis 10. Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK), human development index and poverty are among the Human Resource factors that contribute to the formation of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) which can encourage Economic growth of a region. The aim of this research is to find out the influence of the level of labor force participation and poverty as seen from the human development index on economic growth in the province of West Papua in 2014-2022. The data used in this research uses time series data for the period 2014-2022, using quantitative descriptive methods with the eviews 10 analysis tool. Independent variables consist of Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) as X1, human development index (HDI) as X2 and poverty (k) as X3 and Economic Growth as (Y). The results of this study show that TPAK, HDI and K simultaneously have a positive and insignificant effect.

Utilization of Artificial Intelligence-Based Paraphrasing Improves Efficiency of Student Assignment Completion in Surabaya. In this era of over-evolving technology, artificial intelligence technology (AI) has made significant contributions in various fields, including education. One potential implemantation of artificial intelligence technology is an automated AI-based online paraphrasing tool in education 4.0 era. This research aims to examine the effectiveness of using AI-based online paraphrasing in improving the efficiency of student assigntment completion in Surabaya. The research metodolgy involved a survey with student from various universities in Surabaya with a descriptive approach technique. The results show that the use of AI-based online paraphrasing tools can significantlu reduce the time needed to complete assignments without reducing the quality of the content. This tools helps students to understand the material, develop writing skills, and avoid plagiarism. This research result is expected to encourage the use of digital technology in the learning process, which is expected to improve academic productivity. Thus, AI-based online paraphrasing tools can be part of a more modern and effective learning strategy.

The number of tourists coming to Indonesia has increased, referring to data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) (2024), foreign tourist visits are still increasing, namely by 30.17% in 2022 and cumulatively at the end of 2023, the number of foreign tourist visits has reached 10. 41 million visits, an increase of 110.86 percent compared to the same period in 2022-2023. This shows that the recovery of the tourism sector in Indonesia is still continuing. Tourist villages have become an alternative travel experience for tourists after the cultural shift from mass tourism as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, which has seen crowds and massive numbers of immigrants shift to alternative tourism to enjoy rural nature and the social and cultural life of its people. Tourism villages are one of the priority programs of the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, the implementation of which requires cooperation from various parties. Petahelix Cooperation is an option in implementing this program. This research focuses on identifying the role of each actor involved in the Tourism Village ecosystem from each stakeholder who is part of the Penta Helix collaboration, namely the government as a facilitator and regulator, academics as a conceptor and tasked with sharing academic information, business which is a business actor who plays a role as an enabler for economic progress, community communities who serve as accelerators and drivers in tourism development and the media as information providers, entertainers and as social controls. Using a qualitative explanatory research method with a case study approach to describe the researcher's general view and try to reveal in depth the role of 5 actors in managing the Tourism Village in Alam Endah Village, Bandung Regency.

This study examined the allocation of financial aid funds from the Banda Aceh Regional Government Budget (APBK) to Local Political Parties X and Y in Banda Aceh. This study conducted empirical juridical research and presented the findings of field research using two analytical frameworks: Legal Effectiveness theory and Siyasah Maliyah Fiqh theory. It focused on local political parties since they represent a unique kind of democracy in the Aceh region. From the standpoint of legal effectiveness theory, the findings of this study suggest that the supporting facilities in the form of financial aid and legal factors are adequate and suitable. Nevertheless, barriers remain present within law enforcement, society, and culture. From the accumulated results of the components of the theory of legal effectiveness, a fiqh siyasah maliyah perspective is obtained. Thus, it can be concluded that the principles of ownership and management are still hampered by transparency, accountability, and openness of information to the community. The principle of abuse and corruption is already working well, but the accuracy of targeting financial funds must be improved The people's benefit has not been completely realized as a result of the aid use not being targeted.. The principle of amar ma'ruf nahyi mungkar has also not been fully implemented because it is hampered by a crisis of public trust, the party's understanding of regulations, and the infrastructure supporting transparency and accountability.

A hedonistic lifestyle, which reflects the behavior of seeking unlimited pleasure, is increasingly common among UIN Suska Riau students. This phenomenon indicates a change in values among the younger generation which places more emphasis on personal satisfaction and instant pleasure. Students, as part of a generation that is in transition to adulthood, are vulnerable to the influence of a hedonistic lifestyle. The increasing trend of hedonism among students can influence various aspects of life, including academic, social and emotional. At UIN Suska Riau, the impact of a hedonistic lifestyle may differ based on gender, reflected in the social roles and expectations associated with men and women. This difference can influence the response and achievement of a hedonistic lifestyle between male and female students. This research is important because there has been no comprehensive study on the hedonistic lifestyle among UIN Suska Riau students from a gender perspective. Most of the literature focuses on the general impact of hedonism without breaking down the analysis by gender. However, a deeper understanding of gender differences in this context can provide more comprehensive insights and help in designing appropriate interventions. By investigating differences in perceptions and practices of hedonism between male and female students, this research seeks to provide a broader overview of this phenomenon. Incorporating gender analysis in research on hedonistic lifestyles is expected to provide a deeper understanding and become a guide for the development of targeted intervention programs. This research used a phenomenological method with a descriptive approach, involving 30 UIN Suska Riau students through questionnaires, participatory observation and documentation analysis. Data were analyzed using content analysis to identify patterns, themes and meanings that emerged from respondents' narratives and observations.

Laporan ini tentang analisis laporan keuangan sebagai alat penilaian kinerja perusahaan, dengan fokus pada PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Berdasarkan laporan keuangan PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk tahun 2018 hingga 2022 mengalami fluktuasi pada saat Indonesia terdampak pandemi COVID-19 pada tahun 2020-2021. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan sumber datanya adalah laporan keuangan PT Indofood Sukses Makmur periode 31 Desember  2018 sampai dengan tahun 2022. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis laporan keuangan dapat memberikan wawasan berharga tentang kinerja keuangan perusahaan, dan dapat digunakan untuk membuat keputusan yang lebih terinformasi tentang investasi atau kepemilikan perusahaan. Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor seperti profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan solvabilitas saat mengevaluasi kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Studi ini juga menyoroti kebutuhan untuk mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor eksternal seperti kondisi pasar dan lingkungan industri saat mengevaluasi kinerja perusahaan. Studi ini menyarankan bahwa analisis laporan keuangan dapat menjadi alat yang berguna bagi investor, pemilik perusahaan, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya untuk mengevaluasi kinerja keuangan perusahaan dan membuat keputusan yang lebih terinformasi.

The SME assistance program entitled "SME Assistance: Enhancing Competitiveness and Innovation in the Digital Era for Bintang Emas SMEs in Kasengan Village, Manding Subdistrict, Sumenep Regency" was implemented from March 1, 2024, to May 31, 2024. This program aims to enhance digital capacity, product innovation, and modern marketing strategies for Bintang Emas SMEs. Through digital marketing training, product innovation workshops, and technical assistance, participants learn to utilize digital technology and e-commerce platforms to enhance the visibility and sales of their products, including the flagship product of cassava chips. The results showed a 25% increase in sales in the first three months, an improvement in product variety and quality, as well as an enhancement in business and financial management skills. This program also successfully fostered a spirit of mutual cooperation and collaboration in the local community and strengthened the relationship between SMEs and the surrounding community. With these achievements, it is hoped that Bintang Emas SMEs will continue to innovate and adapt to market changes, providing sustainable benefits to the local economy and the welfare of the local community.

Allo Bank memulai transformasi model bisnis dari perbankan konvensional menjadi perbankan digital pada tahun 2021. Hal ini melibatkan pengalihan beberapa aset konvensional ke perusahaan lain dalam Kelompok Usaha Bank, sehingga jumlah cabang berkurang secara signifikan dari 16 menjadi hanya 2. Dengan meminimalkan cabang dan jaringan ATM dan berfokus pada pengembangan sistem dan teknologi untuk menyediakan layanan perbankan digital dan peningkatan pengalaman nasabah melalui aplikasi Allo Bank,perseroan telah mampu menekan biaya operasional dari 82% (2021) menjadi 60% (2022) dari pendapatan operasional (PT Allo Bank Indonesia Tbk., 2022). Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif karena dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data empiris yang berupa fakta atau angka yang bisa dihitung yaitu laporan arus kas PT Allo Bank Indonesia. Penelitian ini menyelidiki dampak pelaporan keuangan terhadap kinerja ekonomi PT.Allo Bank Indonesia adalah bank terkemuka di dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan bank, seperti dampak pelaporan keuangan terhadap kinerja perekonomian, dan dampak pelaporan keuangan terhadap rasio aset bank terhadap kinerja perekonomian.

This study aims to determine the visual pollution of outdoor advertising in Semarang City, especially in the city center, namely Tugu Muda with five road segments supporting the area. The method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) by considering six parameters including physical conditions, land use, placement, display surface, size, and distance. The data used are spatial data in the form of taking coordinates in the field using the Survey123 application and non-spatial data in the form of accumulated scores for each parameter used. The results of this study are that the surface display parameter has the highest weight of 38.127%. 209 points of outdoor advertising have been surveyed in the field with a total of 85 points of low visual pollution, 52 points of high visual pollution, 37 points of medium visual pollution, and 20 and 15 points of very low and very high visual pollution respectively. Although the distribution of outdoor advertising has a fairly high density, the results of processing and scoring with the AHP method of outdoor advertising with low visual pollution dominate.

This research aims to describe the role of teachers in 21st century learning for elementary school students in the independent curriculum.  In this research, the method used is qualitative descriptive analysis with a library research approach, namely an approach that focuses on literature analysis.  Researchers collect data from various written sources such as books, journals and other references.  Based on the research results, it shows that in 21st century learning teachers have a very important and crucial role in the learning process and development of students' skills based on 4C skills (communication, critical thinking, collaboration and creativity).  It is hoped that 21st century learning for elementary school students through the independent curriculum can develop students' potential and skills to compete with developments that are increasingly developing day by day.  The implementation of the independent curriculum in elementary schools also plays a role in creating empowered students, able to adapt to current developments through a project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students.  Therefore, it is hoped that there will be collaboration and support from parents, school principals and the government so as to produce a young generation who are intelligent, have character and are ready to face the future.
Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana peran guru dalam pembelajaran abad-21 pada siswa sekolah dasar di kurikulum merdeka. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research, yaitu pendekatan yang berfokus pada analisis literatur. Peneliti mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber tertulis seperti buku, jurnal, dan referensi lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pembelajaran abad-21 guru memiliki peran yang sangat penting dan krusial dalam proses pembelajaran dan pengembangan keterampilan siswa berdasarkan keterampilan 4C (communication, critical thinking, collaboration, dan creativity). Pembelajaran abad-21 pada siswa sekolah dasar melalui kurikulum merdeka diharapkan dapat mengembangkan potensi dan keterampilan siswa untuk bersaing dengan perkembangan zaman yang kian hari makin berkembang. Implementasi kurikulum merdeka di sekolah dasar juga berperan untuk menciptakan siswa yang berdaya, mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman melalui projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila. Oleh karena itu diharapkan adanya kolaborasi dan dukungan  dari orang tua, kepala sekolah dan pemerintah sehingga menghasilkan generasi muda yang cerdas, berkarakter, dan siap menghadapi masa depan.
