Abstrak:
Pamijahan District in Bogor Regency, West Java, is known as one of the main sources of milk supply for dairy cows in the region. Dairy cow's milk is a product that has high and stable demand and selling value. Supply Chain Management (SCM) at Sapi Juara Farm in Pamijahan District involves the distribution of dairy cow's milk which includes product flow, information and finance. This study aims to understand the SCM of dairy milk at Sapi Juara Farm, including product flow, information and finance, as well as efficiency as measured through marketing margin and farmer's share. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods with primary data obtained from interviews. The results of the analysis show that there is a flow of dairy milk products, a flow of information from farmers to various actors in the supply chain, and a flow of funds that includes costs and profits from nine distribution channels that influence the performance of the supply chain based on the payment system. From the analysis of the profit share value, it can be seen that the SCM for dairy cow milk in Pamijahan District is running efficiently. It is hoped that SCM in Pamijahan District can be more efficient to avoid losses at each stage or link in the chain and stabilize milk prices in the market, while improving the welfare of farmers, especially at Sapi Juara Farm.

Abstrak:
Purpose: This research emphasizes the need to map villages' conditions and identify village potentials, evaluate the effectiveness of development capability, and address the rural-urban development gap with clustering algorithms. The study employs the village development index (IPD) indicators obtained from the village potential dataset, with various numerical and categorical indicators, to capture both tangible and intangible aspects of village potential. Challenges such as missing data and outliers in IPD data collection can be found. The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of clustering algorithms, with integrated and separated imputation processes, in handling these data issues and to track the development of villages in the Bogor Regency, West Java, Indonesia, based on the village’s potential (PODES) dataset.
Methods: Three clustering algorithms, such as k-prototype, simple k-medoids, and Clustering of Mixed Numerical and Categorical Data with Missing Values (k-CMM) are compared. The pre-processing data, which is the imputation process for the first two algorithms, is conducted separately, while the k-CMM has an integrated imputation process. Both imputation stages are tree-based algorithms. Cluster evaluation is based on internal criteria and external criteria. Clusters resulting from the k-prototype and simple k-medoids are selected by internal validity indices and compared to k-CMM using external validity indices for several numbers of clusters (k = 3,4,5).
Result: According to data exploration, the IPD of Bogor Regency, West Java, Indonesia dataset contains ± 5% of outliers and six missing values in some chosen variables. Tree-based imputation methods are applied separately in k-prototype and simple k-medoids, jointly in k-CMM. Based on the elbow and gap statistics methods, this research aims to determine the optimum number of clusters k = 3. The internal validity indices performed on k-prototype and simple k-medoids resulting in three clusters (k = 3) are optimum. Trials on several clusters (k = 3,4,5) for three algorithms show that the k-prototype with k = 3 performs the best and is most stable among the two other algorithms with IPD datasets containing many outliers; external validity indices evaluate cluster results.
Novelty: This research addresses issues commonly found in mixed datasets, including outliers and missing values, and how to treat problems before and during cluster analysis. An improvement of Gower distance is applied in the medoid-based clustering algorithm, and the k-CMM algorithm is the first algorithm to integrate the imputation process and clustering analysis, which is interesting to explore this algorithm’s performance in clustering analysis.

Vocabulary learning is the initial learning so that children have the ability to read and speak. However, there are some children who have barriers to developing their language skills, one of which is children with disabilities. The obstacle is caused by their low intelligence so that it is difficult to understand and record information related to language, both understanding vocabulary and the ability to pronounce it as well as limited media that support the learning process. Therefore, a more effective way of improving language skills for children with disabilities is needed so that they do not fall behind other children. This research aims to find effective learning methods in developing language skills in children with disabilities. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) research method by reviewing and identifying previous research related to language development in children with disabilities, various supportive learning methods were found such as music therapy, anagram games, role play methods, picture crosswords, visuomotor learning methods, storytelling, and card media.

Shipbuilding industrial companies still produce a number of organic waste in the form of twigs, grass and leaves. In line with developments in the current era, organic waste that accumulates will become an issue for the environment if it is not managed properly. This activity was carried out to overcome the problem of organic waste in the shipbuilding industry, by utilizing organic waste for composting. Composting is a simple anaerobic method that can be easily carried out in the shipbuilding industry. This method turns organic waste into compost by carrying out a fermentation process. Organic waste in the form of leaves that are turned into compost can increase the nutrient content in the soil. The composting process is carried out using two different activator materials, namely using Effective Microorganisms 4 (EM 4) and Promoting Microbes (PROMI). The results of the compost research carried out have met the quality standards according to SNI 19-7030-2004. The final results of these two treatments are not too different, the pH resulting from the EM4 activator treatment is 6.9 and the pH from the PROMI activator treatment is 7. The temperature value for both does not exceed the ground water temperature, namely the final temperature of the EM4 activator treatment is 29.9oC and from PROMI activator treatment of 30oC. The observation results show that of the two activators EM4 and PROMI, the one that is more effectively used for composting is the EM4 activator because the microorganism content in EM4 has more classifications compared to the PROMI activator.

Introduction: Based on a two-way communication model, effective communication between stakeholders can foster citizen participation in tourism management. Jayapura City's coastal tourism potential must be professionally managed, as evidenced by limited facilities and ineffective promotional strategies. The study aims to examine the community's social, economic, and cultural characteristics and devise an effective marketing communication strategy for developing coastal tourism in Jayapura City. Methods: A qualitative approach utilizing a causal descriptive survey method, also called mixed methods. With Lisrell, the research was analyzed using multiple linear regression and the Structural Equation Model (SEM) model.Findings: The effectiveness of marketing communication in the development of beach tourism in Jayapura City is relatively low in the role of tourism managers and the use of media in tourism promotion. Coastal tourism managers are still dominated by the elderly who are not updated with digital technology. The potential of culture and local wisdom has not been optimized in tourism management. There has been no synergy between interested parties such as government, customary, and community in the application of tourism marketing communication.Originality: Many studies have been conducted on tourism marketing communication strategies, but only a few have studied them from the perspective of tourism development which involves participation and local wisdom of the people in Papua. This study shows that marketing communication strategies are part of the solution, and research on local wisdom and community culture can provide alternative tourism development to improve the welfare of local communities.
