Pulau Rantau Village is one of the villages under the working area of ??Tanah Grogot District. Community Service by providing material related to TQM so that village employees are able to carry out their duties and responsibilities well, namely by providing maximum service to every community who needs services at the village office. The target of implementing this activity is all employees at the Pulau Rantau Village Office, Tanah Grogot District, with the material of Implementing TQM in Improving the Quality of Excellent Service carried out through lecture and question and answer discussion methods. In this activity, the importance of cooperation between all village officials in providing services to the community is also conveyed, so that excellent quality service and satisfaction is felt by every community member who receives services at the village office.

One of the main challenges faced by workers in the palm oil industry is routine health monitoring. Therefore, innovation is needed in the form of health monitoring tools that can facilitate and increase the efficiency of employee health monitoring. The Internet of Things (IoT) has become an increasingly popular solution to overcome these challenges. The use of this technology is expected to increase employee health resilience, detect potential health problems early, and provide a quick response to health conditions that require medical attention.

Cellular networks play an important role in modern life with the availability of flexible connectivity in various places, fast internet access and communication services and are a reference for innovation and economic growth. However, the complexity of cellular networks requires careful planning and management, this is to ensure a reliable and safe service. The method used in designing cellular networks is the simulation method, namely by using Cisco Packet Tracer software and literature studies from various references. The results of cellular network simulations using this software can show superiority in designing, configuring and testing cellular networks. Apart from that, this software also provides complete features to meet several needs, starting from the process of creating a network topology, configuring IP addresses, activating DHCP services and HTTP services, to testing connections using PDU samples between smartphone devices and servers. With the successful connection test, it can be concluded that the settings and services on the cellular network have been tested and verified using Cisco Packet Tracer. This has shown that the software used is very effective in simulating and testing cellular networks.

This research article seeks to review and analyze MUI Fatwa No. 83 of 2023 concerning recommendations for calls and calls for boycotts of pro-Israel products based on the views of fiqh siyasah.  The aim is to find out how the fiqh siyasah syar'iyyah views the boycott of pro-Israel products as a form of jihad and defense of the Palestinian state after the issuance of the MUI Fatwa ruling. This research uses a type of library research with a descriptive analysis approach. The results of the study found that in the view of fiqh siyasah boycott of pro-Israel affiliated products is mandatory if the boycott is believed to be harmful and difficult to the infidel Zionist Israel, and does not result in mafsadah for Muslims and a larger state than the mafsadah to be minimized. However, if the boycott actually brings violence and adversely affects Muslims, then the law does not become mandatory. Because in the rule that takes precedence is to anticipate the occurrence of mafsadah rather than realizing benefits. This is an effort to weaken the economy so that it can have a significant impact on stopping the military aggression carried out by Israel. That way, it will be very helpful to open a space for conflict peace between the two warring countries. But in various cases, this boycott must also pay attention and consider the negative impacts it causes, so as not to cause violence for Muslims and the country.

Penelitian ini dilakukan  pada kawasan Jalan Brigjen Sudiarto, Kota Semarang, untuk menghitung kapasitas dan tingkat pelayanan. Pengolahan data tersebut dilakukan dengan menggunakan Panduan Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI) Tahun 2023 dimana tingkat kejenuhan (DS) sebagai indikator kinerja ruas Brigjen Sudiarto Kota Semarang. Dari hasil kajian penanganan informasi diperoleh kapasitas jalan Brigjend Sudiarto dari Demak sampai Semarang dengan kapasitas jalan sebesar 3.253 smp/jam (C) dan tingkat volume lalu lintas sebesar 3.261 smp/jam (Q). Derajad Kejenuhan (DS) 1,00 ITP F (arus terhambat, kecepatan rendah, volume di atas batas, kecepatan relatif rendah/volume diatas kapasitas), sedangkan batas jalan Brigjend Sudiarto dari Demak sampai Semarang dengan batas jalan 3.253 smp /jam (C) dan volume lalu lintas 1,210 smp/jam (Q) tingkat pelayanan (DS) 0,37 ITP B (arus stabil, kecepatan sedikit dibatasi oleh lalu lintas, pengemudi tetap boleh memilih kecepatan secara terbuka).

To generate a high quality HR performance demands effective skill management, the variables that might affect the quality of HR performance are communication and work discipline that run simultaneously. The goal of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of communication and work discipline on employee performance, as well as to determine and analyze which of the two variables is the most dominating on the performance of Elisa Malang inpatient clinic staff. The two communication factors have a significant but not significant effect on performance, while the work discipline variable has a significant effect. performance. And the results of the study also suggest that one of the variables has a more significant influence, namely the work discipline variable

This gratuity is a practice that often occurs in a nation, which is carried out by state administrators or state officials. Gratification is one form given to state administrators or state officials to influence the performance of public officials which can create the potential for creating an economy at high costs and can affect the quality and fairness of services provided to the community. In the development of this gratification, initially gratification only took the form of money and goods, but in fact the practice of gratification has developed in the form of sexual services. This research seeks to answer the issue of limits on gratification as regulated in Article 12 B of the Corruption Eradication Law. Because the existence of gratification for sexual services must be regulated first so that the perpetrator can be subject to criminal sanctions. As a comparison for this research, it uses a comparative method by examining legal regulations regarding gratification in another country, namely Singapore.

This research aims to determine the calculation of acquisition price and selling price in order to determine value added tax. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. This research data is qualitative and quantitative. Researcher data collection techniques are interviews and documentation. The research variables are acquisition price, selling price, and value added tax. The results of the research show that UD. Meteor in calculating the acquisition price is not correct because it has not added the acquisition cost element. In calculating prices, UD. Meteor is correct because it adds a mark up in its calculations, but it is not correct because it has not added the elements of electricity costs, telephone costs, equipment costs and labor costs. Therefore, the calculations in this study are greater than the UD calculations. Meteor. Based on the results of calculating the acquisition price and selling price in this research, the calculated value added tax is IDR 71,104,945.UD. Meteor should pay more attention to costs such as acquisition costs, electricity costs, telephone costs, equipment costs and labor costs when carrying out business activities, and calculate them properly. Preferably UD. Meteor recalculates the acquisition price and selling price by adding acquisition costs, electricity costs, telephone costs, equipment costs and labor costs. So that the acquisition price and selling price determined are more appropriate.
 
 

The use of social media has increased in the last few years. Social media has a negative impact on a person's self-esteem because they make social comparisons based on what they see on social media. This study aims to examine the relationship between the level of social media use and the level of self-esteem in young adults. The study used a cross-sectional approach, and the population in this study was college students (19-20 years old) in Malang, Indonesia. The sample consisted of 96 respondents, selected using purposive sampling. Respondents filled out the Bergen Social Media Addiction Scale (BSMAS) questionnaire and the Coopersmith Self-esteem Inventory (CSEI). Data were analyzed using the Spearman Rank correlation test in SPSS. The results showed that 57.3% of respondents were at the alert category level of social media use, and 63.5% of respondents had very low self-esteem. The correlation test showed a negative relationship between social media use and self-esteem (p-value = 0.044; r = -0.206). The strength of the relationship is weak and has a negative direction, meaning that the higher the level of social media use, the lower the self-esteem level will be. Alert-level social media use among young adults has an effect on low levels of self-esteem.

The purpose of this study is to analyze flash sales related to predatory pricing activities prohibited by the Business Competition Law and to explain law enforcement related to predatory pricing activities. A flash sale can be said to be predatory pricing if it meets the elements in Law No. 5 of 1999, Article 20. In this study, the author uses normative legal research methods using an approach to law and a conceptual approach to the problem of whether flash sales are related to predatory pricing activities and how predatory pricing law enforcement is reviewed in business competition law. This paper provides a conceptual view as stated in the Business Competition Law as well as the implementation of the law. The results and discussion of the formulation are that flash sale activities are not related to predatory pricing activities because flash sales do not meet the elements of selling and loss activities, and enforcement of predatory pricing laws in business law is to provide criminal penalties and administrative penalties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 5 concerning the Prohibition of Monopoly Practices and Unfair Business Competition.
