Assertive communication plays a key role in building positive and productive working relationships in an organization. This research aims to explore the influence of assertive communication on work effectiveness and productivity in the context of work relations in companies. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews and observations in various organizations. The research results show that assertive communication, which prioritizes respect for the rights and feelings of other people while expressing opinions openly and firmly, can reduce conflict, increase cooperation, and improve the work atmosphere. Apart from that, assertive communication also contributes to reducing stress, increasing self-confidence, and clarifying expectations between team members. By implementing assertive communication techniques, such as active listening, stating expectations clearly, and providing constructive criticism, work productivity in an organization can increase significantly. This study aims to examine the role and implementation of Pancasila in three periods of government in Indonesia: Old Order, New Order, and Reformasi. Pancasila, as a state ideology, has undergone various changes in interpretation and application in accordance with the political and social dynamics that occur in each era. Under Soekarno's leadership in the Old Order, Pancasila was used as a unifying tool in the context of ideological pluralism, but faced internal and external challenges that threatened national stability. During the New Order period, Pancasila was used as a single principle used to strengthen political legitimacy, but it was often misused to silence criticism and opposition. The reforms brought greater political freedom and a more inclusive interpretation of Pancasila, but still faced challenges in overcoming radicalization, intolerance, and social disparities. This research concludes that although Pancasila remains relevant as the basis of the state, efforts are needed to actualize its values to suit the challenges of the times.

Red rice is one of the most popular staple foods in Southeast Asia. In Indonesia, it is an alternative staple food to white rice, known for its high nutritional value. In addition to containing carbohydrates, fats, proteins, fiber, and minerals, red rice is also rich in anthocyanins, which function as antioxidants. This study aims to analyze the added value and its distribution created from processing red rice into Moreha Wuna red rice powder in the home industry of KWT Bungi Jaya, located in Bungi Village, Kontunaga Subdistrict, Muna Regency. The research was conducted in November 2022. The study area was chosen based on the consideration that KWT Bungi Jaya is the only home industry producing Moreha Wuna red rice powder in Muna Regency. The respondent in this research was the owner of the home industry. The analysis employed the Hayami method for added value analysis. The results showed that the added value obtained from processing red rice into Moreha Wuna red rice powder in the KWT Bungi Jaya home industry was Rp63,212 per kilogram of raw material. Consequently, the monthly added value from this home industry was Rp758,544. The distribution of added value from the red rice processing included the owner's profit of Rp46,562 (73.66%) and labor compensation of Rp16,650 (26.33%).

Abstrak:
The discontinuity of regulations concerning health workers in health law legislation poses a challenge for the application of the principle of legal certainty in Indonesia. The principle of legal certainty is an essential foundation in the legal system that guarantees the rights and obligations of health workers and the community. However, there is a gap between the regulations for health workers and the principle of legal certainty, which impacts the clarity of the legal status, rights, and obligations of health workers. This research aims to examine the discontinuity between health workers' laws and the application of the principle of legal certainty, as well as the impact arising from this inconsistency. Additionally, this research identifies efforts that can be made to align labor regulation and health worker regulations with the principle of legal certainty. Using normative legal research methods through legislative and conceptual approaches, this study finds that regulatory harmonization is necessary to strengthen legal certainty in health worker regulation in Indonesia.

This article examines the management of marine tourism in Lanjukang Island, a tourist destination located in the Spermonde Islands, Makassar City, South Sulawesi, with a focus on the role of maritime diplomacy in increasing tourism potential while preserving marine resources. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature study methods and interviews with relevant parties, such as local governments and local communities. Lanjukang Island, with its beautiful underwater nature and beaches, faces challenges in the form of coral reef damage due to destructive fishing practices and coastal abrasion processes. Nevertheless, Lanjukang Island remains an attractive tourist destination for domestic and foreign tourists. The Makassar City Government plays an active role in promoting marine tourism through international collaboration, one of which is through the Makassar International Eight Festival and Forum (F8) event. Maritime diplomacy, which emphasizes international cooperation in marine resource management and tourism, plays a key role in facilitating sustainable tourism development on Lanjukang Island. The research found that while there is great potential in the marine tourism sector, more integrated and sustainable management is needed to support the local economy and the preservation of the marine environment. Collaboration between government, community and international partners is essential to achieve a balance between tourism development and nature conservation.

An early childhood child is an individual who actively interacts with individuals around them. From these direct interactions, children learn social norms and ethics that shape and develop their character. This study focused on the process of early childhood learning from the environment in developing their character from Bronfenbrenner's Ecological Systems theory framework. Eleven interviewees participated in this qualitative research. The findings revealed that at the mesosytem level, a learning environment in the community that is safe and supportive of children's growth and development will develop children's positive character. These results corroborated that positive interactions within the environmental layers in Bronfenbrenner's Ecological Systems Theory will contribute positively to children's development. Parents and RuPin Coordinators unanimously stated that education contributes positively to children's growth and development. Even the smallest knowledge gained by children will affect their mindset and behavior, so a commitment to providing a safe and positively stimulating learning environment is important. From the perspective of Bronfenbrenner's ecological systems theory, an adequate learning environment for young children should involve positive interactions between various environmental systems: family, school, peers and community.

Knowledge plays a central role in Islamic teachings, both as a means to achieve worldly success and salvation in the afterlife. This study aims to examine the virtue of knowledge as the key to worldly and afterlife success based on the perspective of the Qur'an and hadith. The method used is a literature review with a thematic interpretation approach and hadith analysis to examine the verses of the Qur'an and hadiths related to knowledge. The results of the study show that the Qur'an and hadith firmly place knowledge in a very high position, with knowledge being the main factor that elevates human status, both in the world and in the afterlife. In Surah Al-Mujadilah verse 11, Allah SWT states that He will elevate the status of those who have knowledge, while the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad SAW emphasize that knowledge is the path to heaven and good deeds whose rewards continue to flow. Knowledge not only leads to worldly achievements such as social, economic, and technological progress, but also becomes the main foundation for carrying out worship properly and obtaining happiness in the afterlife.

Early childhood education forms the foundation of child development through play and parental support. Parental engagement, especially in the form of academic expectations, is essential for children's school readiness and optimal development. This study aims to examine the effect of parental engagement on the classroom learning process of early childhood students at Tunas Bangsa Early Childhood Education, Tanjung Sari II, Palembang. This quantitative research used questionnaires distributed to 24 respondents, with hypothesis testing conducted through a t-test. The results showed that parental engagement in early childhood learning was relatively high, with a mean score of 32.71 and a standard deviation of 3.56. Several indicators, such as parental participation and interaction, were categorized as very high, although aspects of creativity and learning stimulation still require improvement. The regression t-test analysis indicated a significant effect, with a significance value of 0.000 and a regression coefficient of 0.512. The R Square value of 0.537 indicates that parental engagement explains 53.7% of the variance in learning outcomes. Conclusion: Parents have a strong influence in supporting early childhood learning in the classroom.
