Aquascape as the art of designing and organizing a miniature water garden inside an aquarium has become a desirable hobby for nature lovers and aquatic enthusiasts. Although it offers natural beauty, aquascape requires intensive attention and maintenance to maintain the balance of the aquarium environment. Therefore, the Smart Aquascape concept emerged as an innovative solution by utilizing the integration of the Internet of Things (IoT) to monitor and control the condition of the aquarium environment in real-time through a digital platform that can help facilitate maintenance for aquascape hob-byists and maintain the balance of the aquarium ecosystem. This research aims to design an IoT system to monitor and con-trol water temperature, implement an automatic feeding mechanism, and design an accurate pH regulation system in an aquascape environment by integrating all these features into one connected control platform.

ABSTRAK

Aquascape sebagai seni merancang dan mengatur taman air miniatur di dalam sebuah akuarium telah menjadi hobi yang diminati oleh pecinta alam dan penggemar akuatik. Meskipun menawarkan keindahan alam, aquascape memerlukan perhatian dan pemeliharaan yang intensif untuk menjaga keseimbangan lingkungan akuarium. Oleh karena itu konsep Smart Aquascape muncul sebagai solusi inovatif dengan memanfaatkan integrasi Internet of Things (IoT) untuk memantau dan mengontrol kondisi lingkungan akuarium secara real-time melalui platform digital yang dapat membantu memu-dahkan perawatan bagi para penghobi aquascape dan menjaga keseimbangan ekosistem akuarium. Penelitian ini ber-tujuan untuk merancang sistem IoT untuk memantau dan mengontrol suhu air, mengimplementasikan mekanisme pemberian pakan otomatis, dan merancang sistem pengaturan pH yang akurat dalam lingkungan aquascape dengan mengintegrasi-kan semua fitur tersebut ke dalam satu platform kontrol yang terhubung.

Menghadapi pemilihan umum 2024 perlu adanya suatu edukasi politik untuk memberikan pencerahan kepada masyarakat guna memberikan pilihan yang rasional terhadap para calon yang bertanding di pemilu 2024 sehingga melahirkan sosok pemimpin yang kompeten. Salah satu yang terlibat dalam memberikan sosialisasi politik melalui andil dari media massa. Namun pada realita yang terjadi di masyarakat masih saja termakan berita hoaks dan juga terjerumus praktik pemilu yang kotor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak dari pemberitaan Surat Kabar Fajar Cirebon dalam pendidikan politik pada Pemilu 2024 di Kota Cirebon serta mengkaji dampak dari Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 1999 tentang Pers terhadap pemberitaan media massa dalam menyediakan informasi pendidikan politik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis empiris melalui pendekatan penelitian studi kasus. Data yang dihimpun melalui cara wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis melalui metode analisis deskriptif. Dapat diketahui hasil kajian ini bahwa dampak pemberitaan Fajar Cirebon dalam pendidikan politik pada pemilu 2024 di Kota Cirebon yakni, dapat berdampak sebagai pembentuk opini publik dengan menyediakan wadah bagi calon yudikatif atau calon legislatif untuk menuangkan gagasannya melalui berbagai platform yang tersedia di Fajar Cirebon. Selain itu, media massa berdampak sebagai penyeimbang dan pengawas pemilu. Kemudian terkait dampak UU Pers terhadap pemberitaan media massa dalam menyediakan informasi pendidikan politik dapat memberi manfaat yang dirasakan masyarakat seperti akses informasi politik yang mudah dan tingkat akurasi kebenarannya terjamin, media massa bisa hadir untuk memberi rujukan terhadap isu yang bertebaran. Serta terkait memproduksi informasi media massa akan lebih leluasa karena kebebasannya dijamin oleh negara.

One of the major causes of death in the globe is cancer. According to estimates, the number of people affected by cancer worldwide will continue to rise, reaching 21.4 million new cases and 13.2 million deaths by 2030.This study was carried out in the Sudanese state of East Darfur and it is a retrospective in nature. Clinical and Public Health Laboratory provided results, were collected, gathered then analyzed. The Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25 was used evaluate demographic data and tumor cases. show that 87.3% of patients who were affected by were females, while only 12.7% of patients were males show that 15.87% of patients whom affected were 33 years old, followed by 9.52% their age were 34 and 45 years old endometritis accounted for (19.05% ) of the abnormalities that affected the patients, followed by ovaries (14.29%), endometrial polyps (12.70%), Breast masses (7.94%), chronic endometritis, prostatic hyperplasia The data on the present status of the most common benign and malignant tumors in Sudan and the neighboring areas is scarce. There is a complex interaction between the impact of infectious agents, genetics and environmental risk factors on the risk of development of most of these tumors.

In accordance with National Land Agency Regulation No. 1 of 2021, this study investigates the adoption of electronic land certificates. The need to enhance land services in Indonesia, especially in the fight against the land mafia and the settlement of intricate agrarian disputes, is what makes this research so urgent. Creating an electronic certificate system is essential to updating public services in light of the rise in fraud and land ownership disputes. Significant obstacles stand in the way of digital transformation in land management, nevertheless, such as the requirement for a strong legal framework and prepared infrastructure. The novel aspect of the study is its evaluation of infrastructure preparedness for electronic certificates, a topic that has received little attention in earlier studies. The responsive law theory of Philippe Nonet and Philip Selznick is used in this analysis to emphasize how crucial adaptable legal frameworks are for addressing societal shifts. The results indicate that increasing digital infrastructure and raising public understanding of land technology are essential to the success of electronic land certificates. This invention has the potential to improve confidence in the National Land Agency and expedite the settlement of land disputes. According to Indonesian law, both paper and electronic documents are legitimate; nevertheless, for long-term use, rules pertaining to data security, technology, and public education need to be strengthened. The digital revolution of land administration requires cross-sector cooperation.

The integration of local wisdom in the role of village heads as mediators of industrial relations disputes is an effective strategy in rural conflict resolution. Local wisdom, which is a community's traditional knowledge and practices, can be used to understand and resolve complex conflicts. The village head, as a respected figure with traditional knowledge, can serve as an effective mediator in resolving industrial relations disputes. The results show that village heads play an important role as mediators by integrating local wisdom principles such as deliberation, mutual cooperation, and harmony in the mediation process. The custom-based approach proved effective in reaching an agreement that was acceptable to both parties and maintaining social harmony in the village. However, challenges arise when dealing with large companies or disputes involving formal legal aspects. This research provides new insights into the potential integration of local wisdom in the resolution of industrial relations disputes at the village level, as well as the implications for the development of a more contextualized alternative dispute resolution system in Indonesia. The analysis will discuss how the integration of local wisdom in the role of the village head can improve the effectiveness of conflict resolution in rural areas.

This research aims to determine the influence of store atmosphere, promotions and product diversity on purchasing decisions at Listy Mart. This type of research is quantitative research. This research data was obtained through primary and secondary data. The population in this research are consumers at Listy Mart. The sample in this research was 213 consumers with a sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The analysis techniques used are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that the partial t test results show that the shop atmosphere, promotion and product diversity variables influence purchasing decisions at Listy Mart. This Ministerial Regulation is applied in the position of Notary in order to implement Government Regulation Number 61 of 2021 concerning the reporting party in the Prevention and Eradication of Money Laundering Crimes The increasing number of Money Laundering Crimes involving notary services in an effort to link the origin of assets derived from predicate crimes is the cause of the implementation of the Principle of Recognizing Service Users The type of research in this thesis uses normative legal research with a descriptive writing type The problem approach uses a qualitative approach. Data and Data sources use secondary data consisting of primary, secondary, tertiary legal materials. Data collection methods with literature studies, documentary studies and interviews with several parties, including the Ministry of Law and Human Rights and the Notary itself.

This study discusses the use of APD with occupational diseases (PAK) in students because in the field there are many students who do not understand about personal protective equipment and many students do not understand occupational diseases, therefore the purpose of this study is to increase student knowledge about the importance of using personal protective equipment (APD) and increase student knowledge of diseases caused by work or occupational diseases (PAK) so that students avoid occupational diseases (PAK) and emphasize the use of personal protective equipment (APD). The data collection method in this study uses a description using quality by collecting library data, reading and recording and processing research materials. The results of this study are the importance of educating students about the use of personal protective equipment in order to avoid occupational diseases such as physical, chemical, and biological hazards and increasing compliance with the use of personal protective equipment by increasing student knowledge through counseling or providing education and motivating them to use personal protective equipment in order to avoid occupational diseases.

The implementation of Parole is part of the guidance efforts based on the request of the convict, by considering the provisions of "Law Number 22 of 2022 concerning Corrections, and Government Regulation Number 31 of 1999 concerning Guidance and Guidance of Correctional Inmates, as well as several other implementing regulations. Parole is one of the objectives of the prisoner guidance system which is implemented based on the Correctional system. The goal is to prepare prisoners to be able to integrate with society in a healthy way and return to their role as free and responsible members of society. This process is subject to regulations such as the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number 03 of 2018 concerning the Requirements and Procedures for Granting Remission, Assimilation, Visiting Family Leave, Parole, Leave Before Release, and Conditional Leave. This study aims to analyze the implementation of granting parole to recidivist prisoners in the Class IIA Correctional Institution (Lapas) of Gorontalo City. This study uses a normative-empirical research type in the non-judicial case study category, namely a case study conducted without any conflict, so it does not involve the court. The results of the study indicate that the process of granting parole for recidivist prisoners in Class IIA Penitentiary in Gorontalo City is still faced with various obstacles, including the lack of effective guidance, weak supervision, and inconsistent policies. In addition, there is a negative perception from the community towards granting parole to recidivists, which has an impact on their social reintegration. Based on these findings, it is necessary to review policies and improve guidance and supervision programs for recidivist prisoners to reduce the rate of recidivism and increase the effectiveness of parole as a tool for social reintegration.

Abstract, The research was conducted to determine: 1. To determine the effect of Auditor Integrity partially on the Quality of Audit Results at the Inspectorate Office of Gorontalo Regency. 2. To determine the effect of Auditor Independence partially on the Quality of Audit Results at the Inspectorate Office of Gorontalo Regency. 3. To determine the effect of Auditor Ethics partially on the Quality of Audit Results at the Inspectorate Office of Gorontalo Regency, 4. To determine the effect of Auditor Integrity, Auditor Independence, Auditor Ethics simultaneously on the Quality of Audit Results at the Inspectorate Office of Gorontalo Regency. The subjects of this study were auditors working at the Inspectorate Office of Gorontalo Regency. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. This test was carried out using SPSS 21 and using the Method of Successive Interval (MSI). The data analysis techniques used to test the hypothesis were simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables of Integrity, Independence, and Auditor Ethics have a positive and significant influence on the quality of Internal Audit at the Inspectorate Office of Gorontalo Regency, both partially and simultaneously.
