This research aims to discover the ideal concept of entrepreneurship education in higher education. The study employs a qualitative paradigm with descriptive survey techniques. The research locus is conducted at the State Islamic Institute of Lhokseumawe. The results indicate that entrepreneurship education has been implemented before the implementation of the Independent Learning policy. The Independent Campus program provides opportunities for a series of innovations in implementing entrepreneurial management. This direction aligns with the orientation of the Independent Campus in shaping self-reliance and entrepreneurial spirit. Additionally, the implementation of entrepreneurship education stimulates a sense of independence in thinking and competitiveness through the improvement of management and technology optimization. The program's manifestation is carried out in the form of activities such as business units, internship programs, integrated learning programs, and entrepreneurship expos. On the other hand, faculty members innovate teaching through cultural learning and working transformation processes with an entrepreneurial spirit. This research has implications for the theoretical development of entrepreneurship concepts in the implementation of the Independent Campus policy.

This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and data presentation in the form of Fish Bone diagrams with observation, documentation, and interview methods. The results of this study show that there are problems that occur in the process of extending the safety certificate of tugboats at KSOP Class I Balikpapan, namely in the lack of accuracy, less efficient, and less optimal in the process of extending the safety certificate of tugboats, in the results of the inspection report there is a lack of equipment on the royal tb 7 ship, lack of maintenance of equipment on board. The solution to improve performance in the process of tugboat safety certificate extension at KSOP Class I Balikpapan is by providing evaluation, training to develop skills, in the manual system it is recommended to be changed into an electronic system in order to optimize and streamline time in the payment process, and on the shortcomings on board are given evaluation and training on the importance of sailing safety to reduce the risk of accidents at sea, checking equipment that is almost expired, and conducting regular maintenance.

Instructional media plays a crucial role in achieving educational objectives. Educators need to develop teaching strategies using various appropriate media and learning resources. Currently, GASING mathematics instructional media only consists of modules, PowerPoint, and teaching aids. This indicates the untapped potential in utilizing instructional media such as animated videos as engaging and effective learning tools. Based on this issue, the researcher employed the GASING method in the subject of mathematics, specifically focusing on multiplying 2-digit numbers by 1-digit numbers. This study aims to ascertain the development process and feasibility of animated videos using Powtoon. These animated videos were developed using the ADDIE model. Based on validation results by language experts, an average of 98.33% was obtained, while content experts yielded an average percentage of 78.18%. Furthermore, media experts achieved an average percentage of 90.67%, and individual trials (One to One) resulted in an average percentage of 85.64%. Based on the validation results by experts, it can be concluded that animated video instructional media using Powtoon in mathematics with the GASING method as the developed instructional media is highly suitable for field use, as evidenced by the average percentage of feasibility obtained being 88.21% (very feasible).
 

Whistleblower protection in the context of the environmental and Natural Resources sector is a key element in efforts to prevent corruption and sustainable management. This sector has a direct impact on human lives and societal well-being, and therefore, maintaining its integrity is essential. This research outlines the importance of whistleblower protection in the environmental and natural resources sectors. The method used in this research is normative with a doctrinal approach. Protection of whistleblowers has an important role in maintaining transparency and accountability in the environmental and natural resources sectors. Through the protection provided to whistleblowers, corrupt practices can be exposed and accountability can be realized. However, challenges and limitations still exist, and concerted efforts are needed to improve the implementation and effectiveness of these laws. With continued efforts, whistleblower protection laws can become a powerful tool in promoting transparency and accountability in the environmental and natural resources sectors.

Adapun manfaat-manfaat tersebut menjadi solusi permasalahan bagi mahasiswa prodi Komunikasi dan Penyiaran Islam (KPI) Universitas Hasyim Asy’ari (UNHASY) Tebuireng Jombang. Prodi KPI selalu dituntut untuk bisa mengikuti perkembangan komunikasi yang terus berkembang. Sementara itu, di Prodi KPI Unhasy praktek yang up to date semacam itu tidak banyak tereksplorasi dalam kegiatan perkuliahan. Sehingga mahasiswa kurang terwadahi dalam eksplorasi ketrampilan sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Untuk itu dilakukan kegiatan pendampingan kepada masyarakat (PkM) dengan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR), yaitu suatu pendekatan yang mewajibkan keterlibatan aktif subjek penelitian dalam seluruh proses penelitian. Dalam hal ini, mahasiswa prodi KPI Unhasy sebagai subjek pengabdian turut aktif dalam proses identifikasi, menentukan solusi sampai refleksi. Hasil dari pengabdian menunjukkan ada peningkatan secara kualitatif pada skill mahasiswa seperti kepekaan mengangkat isu menjadi tema acara, skill komunikasi dalam memandu acara, dan skill shooting-editing. Melalui pengabdian ini diharapkan mahasiwa semakin kreatif dan berdampak pada keberhasilan mereka di masa yang akan datang

Kegiatan pengabdian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk memberikan pelatihan serta ilmu kepada peserta mengenai manajemen keuangan produk olahan daging dan telur puyuh. Fokus pengabdian yaitu peserta bisa memahami dan menghitung keuntungan dari produk olahan dalam bentuk puyuh ungkep dan ekado. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan di laboratorium Peternakan Fakultas Pertanian Uniska-Kediri dengan melibatkan peserta dari Pondok Lansia NU An-Nuur dan Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Kota Kediri serta beberapa fasilitator dari Uniska-Kediri. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta dari 34,93 persen menjadi 83,04 persen. Peserta mengetahui potensi dan pemasaran produk olahan berbasis burung puyuh. Selain itu, peserta memahami bahwa pengolahan dan kemasan dapat meningkatkan harga jual dan keuntungan produk olahan puyuh ungkep dan olahan ekado.

Introduction: The present study aimed to explore the frontline employees in-shop motivation to influence the customers in-shop emotions. The study further proposed the conceptual foundations of the dynamic nature of value outcomes in non-fuel retail stations, where each customer perceives the interaction with frontline employee differently. Therefore, the value outcomes based on the customers’ in-shop emotions were dynamic.Methods: The study had used the content analysis to seek the outcome where the data was collected using open-ended interviews from frontline employees and customers of non-fuel retail outlets in Malaysia. The sample size was 12 using the snowball technique, including 6 frontline employees in phase 1 and 6 customers in phase 2 who had visited the same non-fuel retail outlets used in phase 1 for data collection.Findings: The results showed interesting findings where it was observed that customers get positive and negative influence emotionally through individual interaction with frontline employees. Furthermore, the positive/negative emotions helped the customers to create or destroy the value individually. These service encounters are subjective and vary from customer-customer affecting their emotions differently are therefore cannot be generalized on the large set of audience.Originality: Through the lens of S-D logic paradigm, the present study has conceptualized the dynamic nature of emotions which can lead towards value creation/value destruction or value destruction/value creation in different situations and contexts based on the individual service encounters of customers-frontline employees within non-fuel retail shops.

This research aims to provide an overview in the form of a portrait of the role of millennials in boosting sharia cooperative literacy in industry 4.0. This is done to be aware of Islamic law, including sharia-based cooperatives. The method used in this journal is the method used in this paper is descriptive analysis or in the language of 'Ulum Al-Quran it is called the tafsir tahlili method. Literacy culture is understood as science and civilization. Islam highly values ??science and knowledge. Sharia cooperative literacy is very important, especially for millennials. This article aims to find out Do the Al-Qur'an and Hadith as the holy books of Muslims have strong roots? and has the potential to encourage followers to engage in sharia cooperative literacy, especially among millennials. In Industry 4.0, the use of social media is increasingly sophisticated. It is not only used for communication purposes but has been used for gaining knowledge, preaching content and so on.

The fabric printing industry makes a major contribution to various kinds of textile products, its by-products, liquid waste, require special attention in environmental management.
Most of the liquid waste originating from the fabric printing industry consists of dyes, solvents and other processing chemicals. To prevent negative effects on water quality and the surrounding environment, managing this waste is very important. To achieve sustainability, advances in liquid waste processing technology are very important. The solution to reduce the impact of liquid waste from the fabric printing industry is an advanced purification process. PT. X to reduce polutan parameter such BOD, COD , TSS, Ammonia and Total Colidform by. 90%, 95%, 95%, 85%, 20%, 90% And meets the specified quality standards. Because the pH parameters still meet existing quality standards, processing is focused on reducing the organic parameters which are quite high. The results of the process will be used again for flushing activities in green open spaces and for washing operational vehicles.

In the wastewater industry, it is divided into 2, specifically wastewater from home activities and production. Domestic activity wastewater comes from all worker sanitation activities and industrial supporting facilities such as prayer rooms, canteens and toilets. Waste water from these activities must be treated first so that it does not pollute the surrounding environment. PT X is an industry that operates in the field of bulk LPG filling stations which has made efforts to process and also utilize 100% of the waste water from its domestic activities. Sewage Treatment Plants handle the processing (STP) facilities with chemical and biological processes which are able to reduce pollutant parameters such as BOD, COD, TSS, Ammonia and Total Coliform by 90%, 85%, 95%, 90% and 99.9% and have been meet the specified quality standards. Meanwhile, oil & fat parameters are not too focused because they still meet existing quality standards, Therefore, processing aims to lower the relatively high organic characteristics. The results of this processing will be reused to reduce the use of clean water for irrigating green open spaces and roads.
