340 million children and adolescents aged 5-19 years worldwide are overweight and obese. Education and screening are efforts made to prevent obesity. This activity was carried out on 37 teenagers at Pondok Kasih Agape Orphanage, North Jakarta, in the form of counseling, physical examinations/screening, and health consultation. Obesity education and screening in adolescents is an important thing to do to prevent obesity in adolescents and its complications. It is hoped that the education provided can change aspects of lifestyle so that various changeable risk factors can be avoided and the incidence of obesity in adolescents can be avoided. Furthermore, these lifestyle changes can have an impact on society, so that the incidence of obesity in the community can be reduced.

<p>Pentingnya kemampuan mengelola beban kerja, seharusnya dapat semakin meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini memiliki kebaruan dari variabel intervening <em>psychological meaning </em>dan objek penelitian pada Ditpamobvit Polda Jateng. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis peran <em>psychological meaning</em> dan dukungan organisasi sebagai pemediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja anggota Ditpamobvit Polda Jateng. Penelitian ini menggunakan 76 orang anggota Ditpamobvit Polda Jateng. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode analisis regresi berganda, uji Sobel, dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa <em>psychological meaning</em> berperan dalam memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan<em> </em>dukungan organisasi tidak memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja anggota Ditpamobvit Polda Jateng.</p><p><em>The importance of the ability to manage workload should be able to increase job satisfaction further. The study aimed to analyze the role of psychological meaning and organisational support in mediating the influence of workload on the job satisfaction of members of the Central Java Regional Police's Ditpamobvit. The results showed that psychological meaning played a role in mediating the effect of workload on job satisfaction, while organizational support did not mediate the effect of workload on job satisfaction of Ditpamobvit members of the Central Java Regional Police.</em></p>

The background of this research is the novel Selamat Selamat, written by Tere Liye, which is very focused on the course of an interrupted study period. Apart from problems in the world of education, there is the development of talent that has been hidden for a long time and is re-emerging because someone makes the story in the novel even more interesting to read until the end because the story line is very good, and the novel can be linked to intrinsic learning material in high school. The approach in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data source is the text of the novel Selamat Selamat by Tere Liye. The form of data is in the form of written data, namely, character quotes from the characters in the novel Selamat Selamat By Tere Liye as an alternative learning material for intrinsic elements in high school. Data collection techniques use documentation techniques. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and the technique for presenting the results of data analysis is carried out descriptively. The results of the analysis of Tere Liye's novel Selamat Selamat, which has been carried out and can be seen, is that the novel Selamat Selamat By Tere Liye has a form that can be analyzed in the form of character traits, conversational relationships between one character and another, story setting, theme and message. Social relationships between characters which contain conversations that occur between one character and another character. In the intrinsic element, there is characterization, there are characters from the characters in the novel Selamat Selamat by Tere Liye. Next there is a theme, namely about education and in the background there is a place, time and socio-cultural setting.

The research aimed to return on asset, current ratio, company size and assets structure on capital structure at property and real estate companies in indonesia stock exchange year of 2020-2022. The selected sample were 64 companies through purposive sampling. Souurces of data used secondary data with data collection through documentation. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the return on asset has a positive and signification effect on capital structure. Current ratio has a negative and signification effect on capital structure. Company size does not have a signification effect on capital structure. Asset structure has a positive and signification effect on capital structure.

Salah satu potensi Desa Cisaat yang turut menjadi perhatian Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Subang termasuk diantaranya adalah membatik. Membatik menjadi kegiatan yang difokuskan oleh pemerintah daerah setempat belakangan ini, hal ini dibuktikan dengan didirikannya rumah batik di Desa Cisaat. Pendirian rumah batik tersebut tidak lain sebagai bentuk realisasi atas tujuan pemerintah daerah untuk menjadikan Desa Cisaat sebagai desa wisata batik. Melalui rumah batik ini, sebagian besar penduduk mengasah keterampilan mereka dalam mengukir motif batik khas Desa Cisaat yang identik dengan kekayaan alam di lingkungan sekitar mereka. Ada pun melalui kesenian batik tersebut, nama Desa Cisaat pun berhasil unggul, bahkan hingga ke kancah internasional. Dalam penciptaan motif batik, sebagian besar warga terinspirasi dari kekayaan alam yang tersedia di Desa Cisaat, seperti perkebunan nanas dan teh. Motif-motif tersebut berhasil menarik daya beli masyarakat, khususnya wisatawan Desa Cisaat. Keunggulan diatas tidak lantas luput dari kekurangan yang ada, dengan ragam motif yang terbatas dengan objek yang itu-itu saja, dikhawatirkan kesenian batik Desa Cisaat akan mengalami kejenuhan. Untuk itu, kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pendampingan terhadap komunitas Desa Cisaat, Kecamatan Ciater, Kabupaten Subang, dalam hal peningkatan ragam motif batik, terkhususnya untuk generasi milenial. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga bertujuan untuk meningkatkan strategi media promosi untuk memasarkan kerajinan batik warga Desa Cisaat, melalui pemasaran digital, mengingat kondisi warga Cisaat yang masih minim pengetahuan akan hal tersebut. Kegiatan ini menargetkan luaran, diantaranya menciptakan ragam motif batik baru, berupa motif batik petani dan kesenian tradisional. Selain itu, luaran lainnya yaitu pendaftaran motif batik itu sendiri. Begitu juga melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan pihak masyarakat desa dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan media sosial sebagai media pemasaran, memahami tata cara pembuatan konten marketing yang unik, mampu mendesain brosur yang menarik untuk mempromosikan keunggulan desa, dan melibatkan influencer sebagai salah satu media promosi.

Infus merupakan proses memasukan cairan ke dalam pembuluh darah pasien untuk menggantikan cairan dalam tubuh. Kelemahan proses infus saat ini adalah tidak ada pemantauan kondii infua. Apabila infus habis kemudian diabaikan dapat menyebabkan darah pasien justru masuk ke dalam selang infus yang dapat mengakibatkan kekurangan darah. Maka dari itu sebuah sistem pemantauan infus diperlukan untuk menghindari kejadian tersebut. Parameter kecepatan tetesan infus dan kondisi cairan infus telah habis dapat dikenali secara otomatis menggunakan sensor. Cairan infus yang masih penuh lebih berat dibandingkan cairan infus yang telah habis. Kondisi ini dapat dideteksi menggunakan sensor berat. Kecepatan tetesan infus dapat dideteksi melalui interval waktu halangan yang terjadi saat cairan menetes. Informasi kondisi kecepatan tetesan dan berat cairan infus akan dikirimkan secara otomatis melalui telegram perawat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sensor berat mampu mengukur berat dengan rata-rata akurasi sebesar 97,80% dibandingkan dengan timbangan pembanding. Sedangkan akurasi pengukuran interval waktu untuk mendeteksi kecepatan tetesan infus memiliki rata-rata akurasi sebesar 99,77% dibandingkan dengan etimasi seharusnya dalam orde mili detik. Pengujian kualitas jaringan untuk mengirimkan data menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata waktu tunda yang diberikan adalah 95.664ms dengan nilai jitter sebesar 0,153ms, dan nilai rata-rata troughput sebesar 5,510kbps. Data-data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu bekerja dengan baik untuk mengirimkan kondisi infus melalui notifikasi Telegram Perawat.

The purpose of this research are 1) To determine the attention of parents of class VI students at SD Negeri 122368 Pematang Siantar T.A 2023/2024, 2) To determine the mathematics learning outcomes of class VI students at SD Negeri 122368 Pematang Siantar T.A 2023/2024, 3) To determine the effect of attention parents on the mathematics learning outcomes of class VI students at SD Negeri 122368 Pematang Siantar T.A 2023/2024. This type of research is quantitative research with an ex post facto method. This research sample used total sampling, namely all class VI students, totaling 35 students, consisting of 15 male students and 20 female students. Data collection in this research was carried out using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression test and a significant test (t test). The results of the research show that there is a significant influence between parental attention (X) on mathematics learning outcomes (Y) of class VI students at SD Negeri 122368 Pematang Siantar T.A 2023/2024. This is proven by the tcount value for the parental attention variable (X) of 6.287 while the ttable value is 1.69236, so tcount > ttable (6.287 > 1.69236), with a sig value ? = 0.00 < 0.05 so it can be stated that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Variable contribution.

In Indonesian education system, junior high schools have an important role in the growth and development of students who are in the teenage age range. Therefore, a community service program was carried out, Solar Hydroponic Training as a Learning Media for Muhammadiyah 5 Karanggeneng Middle School Students. This activity aims to train students at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Karanggeneng in optimally utilizing the school environment's natural resources by managing solar powered hydroponic plantations, which in the process can become an effective student learning medium to increase students' insight and skills. This training was carried out for 4 months with various training methods which included counseling, demonstrations and direct practice carried out during the implementation process which included the socialization stage, seeding training, system installation and transplanting, cultivation assistance, harvest & post-harvest assistance and evaluation. The target of this activity is all students of SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Karanggeneng, totaling 42 students with the assistance of 2 teachers. During implementation, this program has achieved all the specified targets, including the establishment of a hydroponic green area that can be managed by students, which in the process has increased students' knowledge about hydroponic concepts and renewable technology, this is supported by the results of direct evaluations with teachers. companion along with the results of a comparison of post test and pretest scores which were quite significant.

The shift from labor-based companies to knowledge-based businesses, including in the banking industry, encourages the role of intellectual capital dan corporate governance in determining financial performance. The object of this research is banking companies listed on the IDX in 2017 - 2021. The sample size was determined using a purposive sampling approach which produced 50 data. Regression on panel data is used to test the hypothesis. The research results show that the number of board of commissioners dan the frequency of board of commissioners meetings do not have a major impact on financial performance. However, intellectual capital, independent commissioners dan managerial ownership have a big influence on financial performance. This study shows that the responsibility of the board of commissioners is only to comply with the regulations. On the other hdan, the company's intellectual capital has been managed well dan is able to generate long-term profitability. Therefore, the business world must manage its intellectual capital dan corporate governance effectively dan efficiently in order to continue to exist dan maintain the trust of its stakeholders.

The development of technology in the era of modernization creates risks on the rise of social media use. The high number of social media use raises concerns about the consequences of problems that arise, especially related to social media dependence. This dependence makes them feel to always be connected to other activities in social media, which then creates anxiety fear of being left behind by news or trends. This phenomenon is referred to as FOMO (Fear of Missing Out). This sociological research aims to identify the FOMO phenomenon as a result of social media dependence among Jember regional students. Based on interviews and data analysis, this research explores the extent to which Fomo affects the behavior of the use of social media students of Jember University. In addition, this research also identifies the risks and consequences of the dependence of social media that arise due to FOMO. The results of research on a number of Jember University students show that students who experience FOMO tend to have a higher degree of dependence on social media.
