The implementation of organic farming on marigold flowers at the Singosari Agricultural Training UPT starts from the initial phase of cultivating marigold flowers using organic products, namely Rice Mol, Banana Weevil Mol, PGPR, POC and others. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of organic farming on marigold flowers at the Singosari Agricultural Training UPT and to determine the process of processing products from marigold flowers at the Singosari Agricultural Training UPT. The method used in this research is observation and interviews with related parties. The results of this research are the implementation of organic farming on Marigold flowers at the Singosari Agricultural Training UPT starting from the initial phase of Marigold flower cultivation using organic products, namely Rice Mol, Banana Weevil Mol, PGPR, POC and others. The processing of marigold flowers that has been carried out is that the flowers that have been harvested are processed in the form of washing, separating the flower heads, drying and packaging.

This research employs qualitative approaches to investigate how women contribute to enhancing the family's financial situation within Islamic frameworks. It delves into the factors impacting their roles and examines their involvement in household duties, empowerment initiatives, and managing various responsibilities. The findings highlight that women primarily contribute to the family economy by engaging in daily household tasks, participating in empowerment programs, and managing their time across different roles. Additionally, their earnings are crucial in financially supporting the family's needs.

This research examines the application of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods in determining the best graduate students in the Ners Professional Study Program at Muhammadiyah University of East Kalimantan. The third step of the AHP method involves converting the values in the pairwise comparison matrix to decimal form, which is then normalized to calculate the priority weight of each criterion and sub-criteria. Next, checking the logic of the criteria and designing AHP-TOPSIS for ranking were carried out. The analysis showed that AHP resulted in 5 ranking changes with a percentage change of 4.4%, while TOPSIS resulted in 3 ranking changes with a percentage change of 3.9%. From these results, the AHP-TOPSIS method proved to have an accuracy of 83.00%. This article also presents a comparison between AHP, TOPSIS, and AHP-TOPSIS methods, where the best student selected is Dinda Ayu Framaisella. This research provides practical guidance for decision makers in solving multi-criteria problems and contributes to the selection of the best graduate students with a comprehensive and accurate approach.

The rapid growth of technology in both conscious and unconscious man has depended on technology in all aspects of his life. Because technology items are quite expensive and prone to damage, a guarantee (guarantee) becomes an attraction for consumers so that at least the expensive items they have bought are protected within a certain time and guaranteed quality. However, often in fulfillment of the warranty does not match the warranty promised by the business operator when purchasing the product. This article is intended to share information with the public about the warranty and protection, and the ways or steps that the public can take when faced with the issue of mismatches between warranty fulfillment and the promised warranty. In this research we used a normative juridical study methodology with library information collection procedures. Regarding this problem, the government has made a legal product, namely Law Number. 8 Year 1999 on consumer protection in which a person controls a warranty, which, if the public may be harmed by such discrepancies, he or she has the right to bring this to law through the Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency or through a public court.

Early childhood plays an important role in forming the basis of development, which involves stimulation of various aspects such as moral religious values, social emotional, language, cognitive, and physical motor skills. The concept of early childhood learning is focused on play, where every activity is designed to be play, so that learning becomes more effective. Parents also need to understand today's children's education to interact with children positively. This research focuses on sentiment analysis of children's education-based app reviews on the Google Play Store, using Random Forest and Logistic Regression methods. The review data is taken from three apps with the theme of child development, namely "About Kids", "PrimaKu", and "Teman Bumil", with a range of review years between 2018 and 2023. The test results show that Logistic Regression has higher accuracy compared to Random Forest, especially in the "About Kids" and "PrimaKu" applications with accuracy above 90%. The conclusion of this research highlights the importance of sentiment analysis in improving understanding of user responses to children's education applications, with suggestions for future research to increase the number of datasets and variations in testing schemes by tuning hyperparameters to improve prediction accuracy and more optimal results.

There are Lowest Balance, Average Balance and Daily Balance methods for calculating savings interest. The effect on PPh article 4 (2) if interest up to IDR 240,000 per month is subject to a 0% tax rate, more than IDR 240,000 per month is subject to a 10% tax rate and the effect on accounting calculations for Calculation of Business Results and Balance Sheet. The sampling technique uses the quota sampling method. Researchers determined a sample of 10 members with the criteria that members had voluntary savings of more than IDR 4,000,000. Data was obtained through interviews and documentation. From the research results, the Lowest Balance method produces interest expenses of IDR 2,003,844, Average Balance IDR 2,115,324, Daily Balance IDR 2,171,589. Of the 10 members sampled, the Lowest Balance method produces PPh article 4 (2) IDR 151,121, Average Balance IDR 151,537 and Daily Balance IDR 178,992. With details of the Lowest Balance and Average Balance methods, 6 members are subject to a PPh rate of 4 (2) 0% and 4 members are subject to a PPh rate of 4 (2) 10%. Meanwhile, for the Daily Balance method, 5 members are subject to a 0% PPh 4(2) rate, and the remaining 5 members are subject to a 10% rate. The Lowest Balance Method should be applied because it produces the smallest interest expense seen in 2021 PT Gudang Garam Tbk Former Employee Cooperative. East Java's "Sekar" suffered losses. By applying the Lowest Balance method, the losses incurred will not increase.

This research examines the regulation of remuneration for Foundation executives in Indonesia, focusing on legal aspects and its implementation. As Foundations evolve to support social, religious, and humanitarian objectives, cases of misappropriation of Foundation funds have emerged, highlighting the need for tighter oversight. Through a normative juridical approach and descriptive analysis, this study details the issues surrounding remuneration regulations, emphasizes instances of financial misconduct, and discusses the importance of establishing an external supervisory body or regulatory changes. The implementation of Good Corporate Governance and Good Cooperative Governance principles within the Foundation context is also explored. This research responds to the need for integrity, transparency, and accountability in Foundation management to achieve the humanitarian goals they undertake. The conclusion underscores the necessity for further action, including the establishment of an external supervisory body or regulatory strengthening.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode MDLC dimana proses modeling, rigging texturing, editing dan animating ada didalamnya.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian 2 ahli media sebesar 84%, 2 ahli materi sebesar 89%, dan 30 masyarakat umum sebesar 89,46% film animasi ini layak dipublikasikan dengan durasi 15 menit dan format mp4.

This research aims to reveal the Alek Bajawek Tradition in Kenagarian Koto Baru Dharmasraya. In contrast to the implementation of other traditions which involve all people in every procession, the Alek Bajawek tradition can only be carried out by certain people, such as Urang Nan Ampek Jinih. The research method used in this writing is the historical research method, with data collection carried out directly in the field through interviews and observation as primary sources. Meanwhile, researchers obtain secondary sources through the library. Then in the historical method there are several stages that must be carried out, such as heuristics, source criticism, analysis and writing. The results of this research explain the beginning of the emergence of the Alek Bajawek tradition at the same time as the Koto Besar Kingdom in Koto Baru Dharmasraya District, the existence of the Alek Bajawek tradition as a special tradition in the form of respect from the community for Urang Nan Ampek Jinih and is usually called Alek Gadang or Alek Rajo . However, this phenomenon indirectly makes a difference in the social status between a king or other leading figure and ordinary people.

This research allows an automated system for detecting classified means of transportation in Medan City traffic using the YOLOv8 algorithm. The YOLOv8 algorithm is used to detect transportation objects with accuracy that is many times better than other object detection algorithms and with good accuracy after training with various data sets. The use of this algorithm provides an effective solution for handling congestion in the form of increasing the number of vehicles and less orderly traffic users in the city of Medan. The placement of each transportation object in the image to be tested by the system has an influence on the shape accuracy of the object detection results by the algorithm.
