This community service activity is carried out by identifying and inventorying problems with sub-district officials, discussing alternative solutions to problem-solving until the solution is selected, and then making pre-designed drawings, which are then carried out by presenting the results and submitting planning documents. After the pre-design drawings have been discussed and mutually agreed upon, a final renovation design and the required budget plan are created. The results of this Community Service are a Renovation Planning Document for the Petompon Sub-district Hall, which will guide government institutions in building and developing the building.

Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) is a network technology designed to support high-speed data transfer by utilizing small fixed-size data packets called cells. This study aims to analyze the implementation and performance of ATM in the context of the Canva application, a web-based graphic design platform. The study includes a theoretical review of ATM's working principles, advantages, and limitations, as well as the network performance analysis methods used.In this research, we examine how ATM can optimize data transmission in the Canva application, considering the importance of network speed and efficiency in ensuring an optimal user experience. The analysis results show that ATM can provide the high transfer speeds and stability required by the Canva application, especially in managing complex and large-sized graphic data.The conclusion of this study confirms that the implementation of ATM technology in web-based applications like Canva can significantly enhance network performance. This study also offers important insights for further development in integrating advanced network technologies for internet-based applications to support increasing data demands.

This research aims to determine and test the influence of several financial ratios, namely liquidity, leverage, sales growth and debt maturity on financial performance. This type of research is quantitative research that uses secondary data sourced from the website www.idx.co.id. The population in this study are food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with an observation period of 2018-2022. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method and a total sample of 44 companies was obtained. The analysis method in this research uses a multiple linear regression test with the research results showing that the current ratio and sales growth have a significant effect in a positive direction on financial performance, while leverage and debt maturity have a significant effect in a negative direction on financial performance.

Kegiatan storytelling dapat dilakukan oleh guru dalam memberikan stimulasi tumbuh kembang bagi anak usia dini, agar anak lebih tertarik dengan membaca buku dibandingkan dengan bermain gawai. Peran storytelling penting untuk mendorong kecerdasan emosional sejak dini, mulai dari aktif dalam berkomunikasi verbal dan meningkatkan minat membaca. Sehingga, pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam storytelling penting untuk dapat diterapkan di sekolah TKIT Bina Amal, agar anak usia dini mendapatkan stimulasi tumbung kembang kecerdasan emosional secara optimal. Kegiatan storytelling pada anak usia dini yang dilakukan guru kepada anak dapat bermanfaat bagi tumbuh kembang anak dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara dengan menguasai berbagai jumlah kosa kata, membuka wawasan dan pengetahuan, menjadikan terampil bahasa dan melakukan ekspresi verbal, komunikasi lisan yang meningkat, anak dapat mampu mengekpresikan pendapatnya. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya pemahaman komunikasi guru dalam membacakan nyaring. Kegiatan pengabdian ini penting dilakukan guru agar menambah pengetahuan dan wawasan anak-anak dalam membacakan nyaring.

Law No. 19 of 2013 on the Protection and Empowerment of Farmers aims to improve farmers' welfare through various programs, including fertilizer subsidies. However, the distribution of subsidized fertilizers often faces issues such as misallocation, delays, and misuse. The Farmer Card (Kartu Tani), an innovation to facilitate the distribution of subsidized fertilizers, has significant potential to address these problems. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Farmer Card in the distribution of subsidized fertilizers, identify the challenges faced by farmers in its use, and propose solutions for the optimization of the Farmer Card. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through literature review, this study finds that the main challenges include technical issues, lack of socialization, bureaucratic hurdles, and farmers' distrust of new technology. Proposed solutions include enhancing technological infrastructure, providing intensive training for farmers, and simplifying administrative procedures. The study's results indicate that improvements in these aspects can enhance the effectiveness and transparency of subsidized fertilizer distribution through the Farmer Card.

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an infectious disease that is influenced by the environment and people's behavior. In Jambi City, Dengue Fever is still a public health problem. This research aims to distribute dengue hemorrhagic fever (DBD) incidence in Jambi City. This research uses Global Moran's analysis and Local Indicator of Spatial Association (LISA) to determine the Hot Spot and Cold Spot areas for dengue cases in Jambi City in 2018 -2022 with a sub-district analysis unit of 62 sub-districts. During 5 years of observation, the results showed that the distribution pattern of dengue fever cases was in the form of a clustered pattern (I>E[I]) in 2018-2022. The research results on the distribution of dengue fever cases from 2018-2022 showed that the lowest cases were in 2021, namely 132 cases, while the highest cases were in 2019, 698 cases. The results of this study are expected to provide an overview of the distribution of dengue fever incidence in Jambi City in 2018 - 2022 so that it becomes a recommendation material for the Jambi City Health Office or the Jambi City Government in an overview of environmental factors related to dengue fever incidence in Jambi City to prevent various diseases due to poor environmental sanitation in Jambi City. Knowing the distribution pattern of dengue fever can determine regional priorities in implementing dengue fever prevention and control intervention programs in Jambi City.

Media social memiliki peran yang besar dalam masyarakat saat ini, termasuk dalam mengembangkan pemasaran UMKM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa banyak UMKM di Kota Serang yang menggunakan platform digital sebagai strategi pemasaran. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur deskriptif kualitatif, dengan menganalisis literatur yang ada. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, dan TikTok adalah platform media sosial yang paling populer. Mayoritas UMKM menggunakan media social karena dapat meningkatkankesadaran merek dengan lebih mudah dan terjangkau, memberikan masukan tentang produk dan inisiatif pemasaran, serta menciptakan jaringan dengan pemasok, pesaing, dan pelanggan.

This study was conducted to measure the attitude of honesty in each student in grade V of SDI al Rasyid Elementary School Pekanbaru. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were grade V students at SDI al Rasyid Pekanbaru. The data collection technique used observation, this was done by researchers by directly reviewing the field as a research object to obtain data, then the researcher gave a questionnaire. From the results of the data obtained, the average number of honesty attitudes of students in grade V was 80.23, a fairly large number which means that it provides a conclusion that the honest attitudes possessed by students are quite good and high. This is inseparable from the role of education that always shapes and directs them in everyday life, the role of education both in schools, families and the community environment is a supporting factor in character building or honest attitudes towards students.

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, price perception, and promotion on purchasing decisions at Baihaqi Clothing Muslim Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study is unknown. The sample used was 100 respondents, with the sampling method using a non-probability sampling technique with the accidental sampling method. The data collection technique is through a questionnaire with a Likert scale which has been processed using SPSS Version 23 software. The data analysis used is validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that the variables product quality, price perception and promotion, each have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.
