Entrepreneurship is no longer something foreign to understand and even do, especially in the current era of globalization and digitalization. Many people understand entrepreneurship and there are even people who have become successful entrepreneurs, but how to become an entrepreneur, how to start or what to do is still unclear. Many people don't understand it, and the same goes for today's young people, there are still some who don't understand how to start becoming an entrepreneur. Even though there are also many young people in other big cities who have successfully owned several businesses. OnThis opportunity for Community Service wants to provide insight into understanding how to start becoming an entrepreneur at a young age by exploring the potential that exists in each person or by looking at the surrounding environment, hobbies and so on. So as to provide motivation for young people, especially those who join in King Generation Indonesian Bethel Church Jomblang Semarang Branch. The activity will be held by holding a seminar with presentations and opportunities for questions and answers. The hope is that with this activity, young people will be motivated to explore their potential and develop what they have to become young entrepreneurs

Transportation services are one of the basic human needs. In the current era of globalization, with increasing mobility of people or goods, the role of transportation modes becomes very important both in the economic and social fields. Service quality is also inseparable from the desire of service users to obtain good, comfortable, fast and safe transportation facilities and infrastructure. Service quality is a determining and important factor, so that service managers can determine the strategies that must be implemented in order to meet all the needs of service users safely, quickly and comfortably.
This research aims to determine the influence of Gapura Angkasa pre-flight service quality on Citilink airline passenger satisfaction at Yogyakarta International Airport by distributing questionnaires to 100 Citilink airline passenger respondents. Based on research and data testing that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the influence of the quality of pre-flight service at Gapura Angkasa on Citilink airline passenger satisfaction is significant, namely based on the calculated T value of Variable X (Service Quality) on Variable Y (Passenger Satisfaction) of 11,083 more than T table 1,985.
So it can be concluded that the quality of Gapura Angkasa's pre-flight service has a significant effect on Citilink airline passenger satisfaction. The magnitude of the influence of the quality of pre-flight service at Gapura Angkasa on passenger satisfaction is proven by the coefficient of determination value of 55.6%, which means that Variable X (service quality) has an influence of 55.6% on Variable Y (passenger satisfaction).

Abstrak:
This Thesis aims to determine the effectiveness of village fund allocation in simbur naik village, muara sabak timur district, tanjung jabung timur regency. One of the goals is to find out how the village fund allocation is in simbur naik village, muara sabak timur district, tanjung jabung timur regency. This study uses a qualitative approach using a quantitative approach with data collection methods by conducting observation, interview, documentation. Effective village fund allocation management in simbur naik district in 2017-2021 is in the quite effective category. The conclusions are as follows: (1) The level of effectiveness from year to year is 2017 totaled (100%), 2018 amounted to (100%), 2019 amounted to (100%), 2020 amounted to (85,19%), year 2021 amounted to (96,06). (2) The obstacles faced by the simbur naik village government, muara sabak timur district, tanjung jabung timur regency are as follows: a). Community understanding of the allocation of village funds. b). Lack of communication between work units. c). Disbursement of village fund allocations is hampered.d). Covid-19 virus. (3). Solutions reganding the obstacles faced are as follow: a). Conducting training related to the allocation of village funds. b). Improve coordination between work units. c). Make a reserve fund.

This research uses qualitative methodology to analyze brand perception and customer service quality at Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) restaurants. A literature review was used to obtain data. The results of this study show that KFC's brand image, particularly with regard to the taste and quality of its products, can influence the way customers perceive the restaurant. Customers also value responsiveness and consistency in service quality to have a positive experience. Without using direct interviews, this research provides in-depth insight into the things that influence customer impressions of service quality conditions at Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC), knowing the effect of brand perception and service quality and on company sustainability on KFC, and this research can be used for marketing plans for the fast food industry and the growth of new companies. The objectives of this study are: to determine the condition of brand perception at Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC), knowing Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC).

Abstrak:
Poligami dalam hukum Islam dibenarkan dan diberikan tempat khusus yang diatur dalam peraturan perundangan. Dengan adanya poligami tersebut tentu dipertanyakan juga tentang pembagian harta bersama sebagai wujud dalam pelaksanaan penegakan hukum. Penelitian ini mengulas tentang pelaksanaan poligami serta pengaruh poligami terhadap harta bersama dalam hukum islam dan hukum positif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif, spesifikasi bersifat deskriptif analitis, pengumpulan menggunakan data sekunder dan menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu pelaksanaan poligami menurut hukum islam berdasarkan surat an-Nisa’ ayat (3) sebagai dasar berpoligami karena ayat tersebut membolehkan berpoligami hanya dengan syarat berlaku adil sedangkan dalam hukum positif berdasakan Pasal 3 ayat 2 UU Perkawinan disebutkan bahwa pengadilan dapat memberikan izin pada seorang suami untuk beristri lebih dari seorang apabila dikehendaki oleh para pihak yang bersangkutan. Pengaruh poligami terhadap harta bersama dalam hukum islam yaitu bahwa harta yang diperoleh suami selama dalam ikatan perkawinan dengan istri pertama, merupakan harta benda bersama milik suami dan istri pertama.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Fee Based Income and Minimum Statutory Reserves on the Profitability of PT. Indonesian Sharia Bank. The population used in this research is the financial statements of PT. Indonesian Sharia Bank. Meanwhile, samples were taken from the monthly financial reports of Bank Syariah Indonesia for 2020 - 2022 using purpusive sampling techniques. The results of this research show that the value of Tcount > Ttable or 5.865 > 2.03452 and the significant value of the Fee Based Income variable (X1) is 0.000 < 0.050, stating that partially the Fee Based Income variable has a significant effect on Profitability. The value of Tcount > Ttable or 7.901 > 2.03452 and the significant value of the Minimum Statutory Reserve variable (X2) is 0.000 < 0.050. Minimum Statutory Reserves have a significant effect on Profitability. Fcount > Ftable or 51,929 > 2.90 with a probability value of 0.000 < 0.050, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that Fee Based Income and Minimum Statutory Reserves simultaneously influence Profitability.

Abstract. This article was written using descriptive research methods. The study was conducted to determine the extent of character education in young generation. Seeing the rapid development of the times, many children, especially young generation, are less moral and socially good in social life. At this time, character education is very much needed to form the next generation of superior and quality nations by cultivating a responsible spirit to face this global era. Character education can optimize the development of a person's dimensions cognitively, physically, socially-emotionally, creatively, and spiritually. Character education aims to form and strengthen spiritual, moral, and ethical foundations so that humans are formed who are devoted to God Almighty, comply with applicable legal norms and rules, and can apply the noble values of the nation's culture.Keywords: Character education, young generation, Global era
Abstrak. Artikel ini ditulis menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pendidikan karakter pada geneasi muda. Melihat pesatnya perkembangan zaman, banyak anak utamanya generasi muda ini yang kurang bermoral dan sosial yang baik dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Pada saat ini pendndikan karakter sangat dibutuhkan untuk membentuk generasi penerus bangsa yang unggul dan berkualitas dengan menumbuhkan jiwa bertanggungjawab untuk menghadapi era global ini. Pendidikan karakter dapat mengoptimalkan perkembangan dimensi seseorang secara kognitif, fisik, social-emosional, kreatif, dan spiritual. Pendidikan karakter bertujuan untuk membentuk dan memantapkan landasan spiritual, moral, dan etika sehingga terbentuk manusia yang bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, mematuhi norma dan aturan hukum yang berlaku, serta dapat menerapkan nilai luhur budaya bangsa.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan karakter, generasi muda, Era global

This research aims to examine the regulation and supervision of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) regarding the provision of financial technology-based peer-to-peer lending services. The utilization of knowledge and technology in the financial sector is marked by the emergence of financial technology (Fintech). The presence of Fintech has brought convenience to various types of financial transactions. However, these positive impacts are not without their negative consequences. This is because many businesses establish or operate Fintech platforms without proper authorization or registration with the OJK. The regulation of Fintech itself is scattered across various legal provisions. This research method is normative juridical. The results of this study indicate a lack of comprehensive regulation, which has the potential to weaken legal protection for Fintech consumers. There is a need for comprehensive regulations addressing illegal Fintech activities and consumer protection in the Fintech sector. Optimal supervision of Fintech services will provide a sense of security for Fintech consumers and protect their rights. The OJK's supervision of Fintech has not been maximized, and illegal Fintech providers continue to emerge. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaturan dan pengawasan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) terhadap penyelenggaraan jasa layanan keuangan digital berbasis financial technology peer to peer lending. Pemanfaatan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dalam bidang keuangan ditandai dengan lahirnya financial technology (Fintech). Hadirnya Fintech membawa kemudahan di segala jenis transaksi keuangan. Namun dampak positif tersebut tidak lepas juga dari dampak negatif yang timbul. Hal ini terjadi karena banyak pelaku usaha yang mendirikan atau menjalankan Fintech tanpa adanya izin atau terdaftar di OJK. Pengaturan Fintech sendiri masih tersebar dalam berbagai peraturan perundang-undangan. Metode penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah. Hasil penelitian ini adalah ketiadaan pengaturan yang komprehensif berpotensi mengakibatkan lemahnya perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen Fintech. Perlu adanya regulasi yang komprehensif terkait adanya Fintech ilegal dan juga perlindungan terhadap konsumen Fintech. Pengawasan yang optimal terhadap jasa layanan Fintech akan memberikan rasa aman untuk para konsumen Fintech dan dapat terlindungi hak-hak dari konsumen. OJK dalam melaksanakan pengawasan terhadap Fintech belum maksimal dan masih terus bermunculan penyelenggran Fintech ilegal.

Penyediaan pakan ternak unggas di Indonesia saat ini masih mengalami kendala, satu diantaranya adalah masih tingginya komponen penyusun ransum berupa pakan import. Tentu saja hal ini secara langsung berimplikasi terhadap tingginya harga pakan pada tataran konsumen. Sampai saat ini sekitar 80% dari seluruh komponen penyusun ransum unggas merupakan produk import seperti, corn gluten meal (CGM), bungkil kedelai, meat bone meal (MBM) dan tepung ikan. Bungkil kedelai sampai saat ini masih merupakan komponen utama sumber protein nabati pada pakan unggas di Indonesia.

Service quality is one of the main things that are considered in the company. Customer assessment of service quality is very important for service providers, because it affects the company's performance and position in the market. Service quality as a result of the perception of the comparison between customer expectations with the actual performance of services. In other words, there are two main factors that affect service quality, namely expected service (expected experience) and perceived service (service received). Meanwhile, the total quality of a service consists of 3 main components, namely: technical quality (consisting of: search quality, experience quality, credence quality), functional quality, and corporate image. This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality and Brand Image on Consumer Satisfaction and Consumer Loyalty. This type of research uses quantitative as many as 170 respondents. With the analysis technique in this study using SEM analysis. The results of this study partially show that the service quality variable has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Brand Image has no effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Service Quality has no effect on Consumer Loyalty. Brand image has no effect on Consumer Loyalty. Consumer Satisfaction has no effect on Consumer Loyalty.
