This study investigates the influence of Provincial Minimum Wage (PMW), Labor Force Participation Rate (LFPR), and Population Growth Rate (PGR) on Employment Opportunities (EO) across 20 most populous provinces in Indonesia from 2017 to 2024. Using a quantitative approach and panel data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency, the analysis applies the Fixed Effect Model selected through Chow and Hausman tests. The Outcomes indicate that PMW has a significant negative effect on EO, implying that wage increases without corresponding productivity growth can reduce job absorption. Conversely, LFPR has a significant positive effect, reflecting that a higher labor force engagement boosts employment. PGR has a negative but statistically insignificant effect. The F-test confirms that all three variables jointly influence EO. These results highlight the need to harmonize wage regulations, human capital development (HDI), and population planning to support inclusive and sustainable employment in regions experiencing high demographic pressures.

Hipertensi merupakan kondisi ketika tekanan darah sistolik mencapai atau lebih dari 140 mmHg dan/atau tekanan darah diastolik mencapai atau lebih dari 90 mmHg saat diukur di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Pada tahun 2021, tercatat sebanyak 69.247 namun, kasus hipertensi di Kota Salatiga hanya 20.310 kasus yang mendapat pelayanan kesehatan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan promosi kesehatan kepada masyarakat terkait hipertensi dan cara mencegah hipertensi dengan jus Mesem. Jus Mesem dibuat dari 4 bahan yaitu mentimun, seledri, lemon dan madu. Melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada peserta promosi kesehatan, ditemukan bahwa 39 dari 40 (97.5%) responden menyetujui bahwa kegiatan promosi kesehatan hipertensi dan demonstrasi pembuatan jus Mesem ini meningkatkan pengetahuan mereka terkait hipertensi dan meningkatkan minat mereka untuk mencegah hipertensi dengan membuat jus Mesem di rumah. Dengan adanya promosi kesehatan ini, masyarakat akan mampu untuk mencegah hipertensi dengan cara yang mudah dan dapat dimulai dari keluarga masing-masing.

This study aims to understand how the use of the game congklak can contribute to improving the numeracy skills of grade II elementary school students. Using a qualitative approach through a case study, this research involved students, teachers, and parents as resource persons to gain in-depth insights into the role of games in the math learning process. The research subjects were grade II students at SDS Islam Ulul Albab. The findings show that congklak can be an effective tool in helping students hone their numeracy skills. In addition to offering a fun way to learn, this game also helps train social skills, critical thinking, and strategy application. Based on observations and interviews, students were more active and enthusiastic when learning math through congklak, and were able to relate the subject matter to everyday life situations. Overall, congklak proved to be not only an interesting learning medium, but also has an important role in supporting students' cognitive and social development, so it has the potential to be an effective learning innovation at the primary school level.

Quality health services are a basic right of the community and it is the responsibility of health institutions to fulfill them. Sundari General Hospital as one of the main health service providers in its area also faces challenges. This study aims to analyze the role of logistics management in improving the quality of health services at Sundari General Hospital. This study uses a qualitative approach that aims to describe the role of logistics management in improving the quality of health services at Sundari General Hospital. The study shows that the distribution of medical logistics at Sundari General Hospital uses a one-stop system with a pharmacy installation as a distribution center for centralized stock control and coordination between units. A flexible logistics management system is implemented with the FIFO and FEFO methods for stock rotation, supported by standard warehouse facilities, thus maintaining the quality and availability of drugs and medical devices for optimal service. Based on the results of the study, logistics management at Sundari General Hospital has been shown to play an important role in improving the quality of health services.

This Community Service Activity was carried out at the Integrated Development Post (POSBINDU) Dahlia Indah Rw 01 Pesanggrahan District, South Jakarta which aims to improve the knowledge and skills of Micro, Small, Medium Entreprise (MSME) actors in utilizing digital marketing and environmentally friendly product packaging. The method used is Application of Science and Technology to the Community in the form of training, which focuses on the use of e-commerce (Shopee), Promotion strategies through social media and content marketing and education that provides an understanding of green packaging product packaging. The results of this community service activity show an increase in the knowledge and skills of Micro, Small, Medium Entreprise (MSME) actors in managing digital marketing and product packaging. This activity is expected to provide a sustainable contribution in improving business and solving real problems.

Adolescence is an important period in the formation of a person's personality, where individuals tend to be easily influenced by the social environment including associations. Unhealthy associations have the potential to cause various problems such as peer pressure, low self-confidence, and the emergence of deviant behavior. This service activity aims to increase the awareness and understanding of Muhammadiyah 6 Samarinda Junior High School students regarding the importance of applying ethics in society through the provision of classical guidance services. The activity, which carries the theme "Ethics in Society: Fun Friends Are Not Toxic", was held for three days on May 14-16, 2025, with three main sessions lasting 150 minutes every day. The material provided includes the introduction of the concept of social ethics, identification of healthy and unhealthy associations, ethical values in Islam, and ethics of behavior on social media. Through participatory and reflective methods, students are invited to actively discuss, conduct social simulations, and reflect on the values learned. The results of the evaluation showed an increase in student understanding, changes in social attitudes, and openness in communicating with guidance and counseling teachers.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Environmental Costing, Sustainable Performance Measurement, and Decision Making on Sustainability Management Accounting (SMA) in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2018–2022. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive and explanatory design. The sample was determined through a purposive sampling method with the criteria of companies that consistently publish annual reports, sustainability reports, and participate in the PROPER program. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with classical assumption tests such as normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously Environmental Costing, Sustainable Performance Measurement, and Decision Making have a negative and insignificant effect on Sustainability Management Accounting. Partially, the three independent variables also did not show a significant effect on SMA. This finding indicates that these sustainability elements have not been effectively integrated into the company's management accounting system. This study shows the need to increase management commitment and develop a more structured sustainability information system in order to support strategic decision making in line with sustainability principles.

This study aims to evaluate the extent to which service quality, store atmosphere, and the implementation of proactive strategies contribute to business strategy at CV MM Acing Jaya located in Pangkalpinang. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to 71 respondents consisting of customers and business partners of the company. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the research hypothesis consisting of three independent variables (service quality, store atmosphere, and proactive strategy) and one dependent variable (business strategy). The results showed that store atmosphere and proactive strategy had a positive and significant effect on business strategy, while service quality showed no significant effect. The findings suggest that the creation of a supportive store atmosphere and the implementation of responsive and innovative strategies are important factors in strengthening the competitiveness of ritel companies. This research provides a practical contribution for businesses in developing business strategies that are more adaptive and oriented to consumer needs.

This study aims to analyze the influence of individual competence, work attitude, and internal communication on employee performance at PT Kido Mulia Indonesia. The background of this research is based on the importance of competent human resources, a positive work attitude, and effective internal communication in improving employee productivity. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The sample consisted of 99 respondents who are employees of PT KMI, selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The results show that, partially, the variable of individual competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value greater than the t-table value and a significance level below 0.05. Similarly, work attitude and internal communication variables also have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly influence employee performance. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.736 indicates that 73.6% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the three independent variables, while the remaining 26.4% is explained by other variables outside the model. The managerial implication of this research emphasizes the importance for company management to enhance employee competence through training programs, foster a positive work culture, and strengthen effective internal communication systems. These actions are expected to support the sustainable improvement of employee performance.

This research seeks to explore the legal safeguards provided to child victims of sexual violence within the Semarang District Court. A qualitative method with a case study was used to analyze primary data from internal court documents. The results show that the Semarang District Court is committed to protecting child victims of sexual violence through existing policies and programs, such as the Child Protection Task Force, special children's courtroom, and rehabilitation programs. Positive impacts of these policies and programs include a sense of security, access to healthcare services, trauma recovery, and stigma prevention. However, this study also found several challenges, such as a lack of human resources and budget, stigma and discrimination against victims, and the sexual objectification of children. Solutions offered to address these challenges include strengthening laws and policies, public education and awareness, and support from various parties. This research indicates that while there has been progress in the legal protection for child victims of sexual violence at the Semarang District Court, there are still areas requiring enhancement to ensure optimal protection for these victims.
