Corrosion in materials is a significant concern for the industrial and academic fields because corrosion causes enormous losses in various fields such as the economy, environment, society, industry, security, safety, and others. Currently, material damage control using organic compounds has become a popular field of study. Pyridine and quinoline stand out as corrosion inhibitors among a myriad of organic compounds because they are non-toxic, inexpensive, and effective in a variety of corrosive environments. Experimental investigations in developing various candidate potential inhibitor compounds are time and resource-intensive. In this work, we use a quantitative structure-property relationship (QSPR)-based machine learning (ML) approach to investigate support vector machine (SVR), random forest (RF), and k-nearest neighbors (KNN) algorithms as predictive models of inhibition performance. (Inhibition efficiency) corrosion of pyridine-quinoline derivative compounds as corrosion inhibitors on iron. We found that the RF model showed the best predictive ability based on the coefficient of determination (R2) and root mean squared error (RMSE) metrics. Overall, our study provides new insights regarding the ML model in predicting corrosion inhibition on iron surfaces.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi sistem digital brimen dalam meningkatkan kinerja bank Pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Tegal Besar Kantor Cabang Jember. Untuk mengetahui hal tersebut peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implemetasi sistem digital brimen dalam meningkatkan kinerja bank. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan, studi lapangan dengan observasi dan wawancara. Adapun inti dari Implementasi sistem digital brimen yaitu penyimpanan dokumen baik dokumen nasabah dan dokumen operasional bank BRI dalam meningkatkan kinerja bank dengan mudah, cepat, dan aman. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem digital brimen pada BRI Unit Tegal Besar Kantor Cabang Jember, Hambatan yang ditemui pada sistem digital brimen di PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit Tegal Besar Kantor Cabang Jember terdapat beberapa hambatan diantaranya dalam proses pengambilan dokumen, pencarian dokumen, dan penginputan dokumen. Adapun upaya dalam mengatasi hambatan yang ditemui yaitu menerapkan aturan pada ruang brimen, menyarankan para karyawan untuk lebih aware terhadap penyimpanan dokumen brimen agar berjalan dengan baik, melakukan save terhadap database dengan secepatnya. Implementasi Sistem Digital Brimen disarankan agar menjaga sistem Brimen agar lebih meningkatkan kinerja operasional bank dan diharapkan tidak ada lagi dokumen yang hilang.

Tanah merupakan anugerah Tuhan Yang Maha Esa yang memiliki peran vital dalam kehidupan manusia sebagai tempat tinggal dan sumber rezeki. Program Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) menjadi upaya pemerintah untuk memberikan kepastian hukum terkait kepemilikan tanah bagi masyarakat. Namun, implementasi PTSL tidak berjalan lancar disebabkan oleh berbagai hambatan seperti biaya pajak yang belum terbayar, ketidakjelasan dalam pemakaian alas hak, dan masalah terkait data tanah. Badan Pertanahan Nasional bertanggung jawab dalam menjalankan program PTSL dan perlu memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat mengenai pentingnya memiliki bukti hak serta proses pendaftaran tanah yang efektif. Permasalahan terkait pendaftaran tanah dapat merusak kepercayaan pada sertifikat hak atas tanah. Sosialisasi PTSL perlu dilakukan secara nasional untuk mengurangi beban kerja kantor pertanahan. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian yuridis normatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui studi kepustakaan dan analisis kualitatif. Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap bertujuan meningkatkan kepastian hukum dan perlindungan hukum terkait hak atas tanah masyarakat. Proses penerbitan sertifikat hak atas tanah memegang signifikansi besar dalam memberikan kepastian hukum bagi pemilik tanah, namun masih terdapat keluhan terkait lambatnya proses dan kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat. Sistem pendaftaran tanah dengan publikasi positif diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keabsahan data tanah. Sertifikat tanah memiliki fungsi sebagai alat pembuktian yang kuat dan memberikan kepercayaan kepada pihak bank atau kreditor untuk memberikan pinjaman kepada pemilik tanah.  

This research is motivated that in institutions engaged in the health sector, in this organization human resources are very important in achieving the goals and success of the agency. This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work stress on employee performance. This study used quantitative methods. The sampling technique uses Nonprobability Sampling with a saturated sampling method of 47 employees. Testing in this study using SPSS software program version 25.0. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and determination coefficient test. The results of this study show that  partially the variable of work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated tvalue of  3.059>ttable 2.01537 with a signification value of 0.004<0.05 and partially the variable of work stress has a positive and significant effect with  a calculated tvalue of  2.468>ttable  2.01537 with a signification value of 0.018<0.05, simultaneously the variables of work discipline and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance  with a calculated Fvalue of  8.265>Ftable 3.21 with a signification value of 0.001<0.05.

This research aims to describe the symbols on the cover of the October 2022 exclusive edition of Tempo magazine. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method approach using data collection techniques. data namely observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there are two language symbols on the cover of the October 2022 edition of weekly magazine Tempo, namely verbal language symbols (in the form of words and sentences written in Indonesian) and non-verbal in the form of pictures and graphic illustrations showing the contents of the news in the magazine. This study aims to compare the Aloconal Batak language with the Indonesian Alophone through phonological analysis. The research method used is a comparative descriptive analysis by collecting data from native speakers of Batak and Bahasa Indonesia. Data are collected through interviews and direct observations. Analysis was conducted by comparing alophone-alophone that appeared in both languages, including differences in pronunciation, emphasis, and intonation. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant difference between the Bath and Alophone Bloit alloop in the case of pronunciation and emphasis. This findings indicate that the second phonological system of language has different characteristics. The implications of this study are the importance of understanding the phonological differences between Batak and Indonesian language in the context of the language of the second language or foreign language teaching.

Laptops are very necessary for students in lectures. However, choosing a laptop for student needs is not easy. A way to help college students decide which laptop is right for their needs is to use a decision support system. The process used by DSS is the Analytical Hierarchy Process or AHP. shows that the Asus Vivobook Ultra 15 laptop is the first priority for students with a total score of 0.1243, the HP 250 G8 laptop is the second priority with a total score of 0.0951, and the Lenovo V14 G2 laptop is the last priority with a total score of 0.0823 for students. Based on the review and assessment of the previous chapter, the following conclusions can be drawn:1. Making DSS for laptop selection can be pursued with an analytical Hiarakiya process that ensures the criteria and weights are calculated systematically. 2. The process of analytic hierarchy, which is a decision support procedure for solving various multi-criteria decision problems, can also be used to solve the laptop selection problem.

The research conducted is survey research, the data collected are secondary data and primary data by taking people in the city of Klaten who are members of the WhatsApp business platform as the object of research. Data collection is in the form of a list of questions (questionnaires) both open and closed questions. The results of the research using the IBM SPSS version 28.0 program stated that social media has a very strong influence on purchasing decisions for Sophie Martin products in the city of Klaten as evidenced by the number of consumers who buy and know about Sophie Martin products through social media as much as 37%. Meanwhile, lifestyle has an influence on purchasing decisions for Sophie Martin products. While the correlation analysis states that lifestyle affects 22.5%. So it can be concluded that social media has a greater effect on purchasing decisions for Sophie Martin products.
