In the context of Islamic inheritance law, it is important to note that not all heirs are entitled to receive inheritance due to certain stipulations that exist within this legal framework. These stipulations serve as reasons that may prevent certain heirs from gaining their rightful share of inheritance. The objective of this study is to examine the influence of Islamic law on the equitable allocation of inheritance among heirs from diverse religious backgrounds in the Batang Serangan District. Additionally, it seeks to ascertain the societal perception of heirs from different religions within the Batang Serangan District. The research in question holds significant academic importance as a valuable resource for investigating the reflection of Islamic law on the equitable distribution of inheritance among heirs belonging to diverse religious backgrounds. Qualitative research approaches encompass the utilisation of observation, interviews, and document studies. The results obtained in the study are as follows: There exist religious disparities between the adherents of muwarrit and those who espouse cessation. According to Islamic principles, individuals who are not adherents of the Islamic faith cannot convert Muslims, nor can Muslims convert individuals who do not follow Islam, either through familial ties or marital relationships. The equitable distribution of inheritance is not in alignment with the stipulations of the Shari'a. The perceptions of the community in Batang Serangan District Regarding the inheritance rights of individuals from diverse religious backgrounds during the process of dividing the legacy in Batang Serangan District, it was unanimously determined that an equal distribution was the only viable option. No issues arose during the distribution process, regardless of whether the sons requested a larger portion or we insisted on an equal share. Consequently, the bequest was promptly divided evenly among the beneficiaries. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh hukum Islam terhadap pemerataan pembagian warisan di antara ahli waris dari latar belakang agama yang berbeda di Kecamatan Batang Serangan. Selain itu, juga untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap ahli waris yang berbeda agama di Kecamatan Batang Serangan. Dalam konteks hukum waris Islam, penting untuk dicatat bahwa tidak semua ahli waris berhak menerima warisan karena ketentuan-ketentuan tertentu yang ada dalam kerangka hukum ini. Ketentuan ini menjadi alasan yang dapat mencegah ahli waris tertentu untuk mendapatkan bagian yang sah dari warisan. Penelitian tersebut memegang kepentingan akademik yang signifikan sebagai sumber berharga untuk menyelidiki refleksi hukum Islam tentang pemerataan warisan di antara ahli waris yang berasal dari latar belakang agama yang berbeda. Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif meliputi penggunaan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: Terdapat perbedaan agama antara penganut muwarrit dan penganut penghentian. Menurut prinsip-prinsip Islam, orang yang bukan pemeluk agama Islam tidak dapat berpindah agama Islam, begitu pula orang Islam tidak dapat berpindah agama kepada orang yang tidak mengikuti Islam, baik melalui ikatan keluarga atau hubungan perkawinan. Pembagian warisan yang adil tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan syariat. Persepsi masyarakat kecamatan batang serangan tentang hak waris individu dari beragam latar belakang agama selama proses pembagian warisan di Kecamatan Batang Serangan, disepakati dengan suara bulat bahwa satu-satunya pilihan yang bisa dilakukan adalah pemerataan. Tidak ada masalah yang muncul selama proses pembagian, terlepas dari apakah anak laki-laki tersebut meminta porsi yang lebih besar atau kami menuntut bagian yang sama. Akibatnya, wasiat segera dibagi rata di antara penerima manfaat.   

Setiap orang memerlukan istirahat yang cukup agar dapat menjalankan aktivitas sehari-hari dengan optimal. Istirahat yang tidak cukup memicu kondisi kantuk seseorang. Rasa kantuk dapat mengganggu aktivitas karena adanya penurunan konsentrasi. Kondisi yang berbahaya terjadi ketika pengemudi mengantuk saat mengemudi. Kondisi tersebut dapat dihindari dengan membuat sistem alarm berbasis computer vision. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan kamera dan kecerdasan buatan untuk mendeteksi apakah pengemudi dalam keadaan mengantuk atau tidak. Penelitian ini melakukan perancangan sistem untuk mendeteksi kantuk melalui kondisi mata pada citra wajah berbasis metode Haar Cascade. Sistem dibangun menggunakan total 1.600 dataset citra dan 200 kali pengujian. Hasil dari pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem memiliki tingkat accuracy sebesar 92,5%, tingkat precision sebesar 89,71%, dan tingkat recall sebesar 96%. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa metode haar cascade dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi kondisi mata kantuk berdasarkan masukan gambar dari kamera.

Early marriage is a reproductive health problem that has a negative impact on adolescent survival. The limited knowledge of adolescents about reproductive health has an impact on a lack of attitude which results in adolescents committing deviant acts. Interventions to increase youth knowledge and attitudes about the impact of early marriage are urgently needed, one of which is peer education. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of health promotion using the peer education method on the knowledge and attitudes of young women about the impact of early marriage. The design of this study was the Pre-Experimental Pretest-Posttest without Control Group. The sample in this study were 59 class VII girls using the accidental sampling technique. The results showed a p value of 0.000, so it could be concluded that peer education was effective in increasing the knowledge and attitudes of young women about the impact of early marriage. It is hoped that schools can cooperate with local health agencies in the form of counseling and health education.

In the world of education, the issue of job satisfaction and performance has become the main concern for academics. This study aims to investigate the impact of transformational leadership, education and training, and protean careers on job satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research to obtain and collect data and information that refers to the research problem. Data collection techniques based on field research were carried out in kindergarten private schools spread across regencies/cities in West Java Province. The population in this study were all Private Kindergarten (TK) Principals of 1,503 people. Sampling using random sampling and proportional sampling as many as 316 people. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership, and education and training variables had no significant effect on job satisfaction. The protean career variable has a significant effect on job satisfaction for school principals.

(2) To determine whether there is a significant influence between cash turnover on return on equity at PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. (3) To determine whether there is a significant influence between Inventory turnover on Return on equity at PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. (4) To determine whether there is an effect of Total asset turnover, Cash turnover, and Inventory turnover Simultaneously on Return on equity at PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. This type of research is associative research, where the population is the financial statements of PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk for 12 years with a sample of 10 years. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, T test and F test. Based on the results of data analysis using the t test and f test, it shows that (1) Total assets turnover partially does not have effect on Return on equity at PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. (2) Cash turnover partially has no effect on Return on equity at PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. (3) Inventory turnover partially has no effect on Return on equity at PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. (4) Total assets turnover, Cash turnover, and Inventory turnover simultaneously have an influence on Return on equity at PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk.

The Indonesian region has a variety of cultures and a variety of arts.  One of the famous cultural heritage is batik.  Batik is a cultural heritage from our ancestors since ancient times which was born as a work of art that has a philosophy about the meaning of life.  Batik is an Indonesian heritage that really needs to be preserved because batik is a typical Indonesian textile that has motifs that have high artistic value.  Batik that is traded has attractiveness through design, quality, price and other aspects that influence consumer purchasing decisions.  This study aims to determine the effect of product design, product quality, and product prices on purchasing decisions for Mojokerto typical batik in the "Bu Dar" batik industry.  This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 100 respondents with the help of IBM SPSS.  The results of this study indicate that partially the product design variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t-count value of 2.281 > t-table 1.661 with a sig value of 0.025 <0.050 (5%), partially product quality variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t-count value of 2.483 > t table 1.661 with a sig value of 0.015 <0.050 (5%), partially product price variable has a positive and significant effect on decisions purchases with a t value of 6.445 > t table of 1.661 with a sig value of 0.000 <0.050 (5%), while simultaneously the variables Product Design, Product Quality, and Product Price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for "Bu Dar" Batik with an F count of 54.167 > F table 2.699 with a sig value of 0.000.
 

This study analyzes the system of signs and meanings of Colombian culture in the animated film "Encanto" from Disney Animation. The film takes inspiration from Latin American culture, specifically Colombia, focusing on the Madrigal family who have magical powers and live in a hidden village. A qualitative approach with descriptive-interpretative methods is used with content analysis, based on Charles Sander Pierce's semiotic concept which includes icons, indexes, and symbols. Data obtained through observation and literature study. The results of the study show that elements of Colombian culture, such as language, clothing, food, and traditions, are reflected in film characters and scenes. Examples of representation include the Arepa dining area, Cali salsa dancing, Colombian music, and Colombian-style mountain scenery. Thus, Encanto succeeded in communicating Colombian cultural messages through visual cues in the animated film.

This Community Service Program examines efforts to enhance teachers' digital literacy in online learning. In the era of information technology, information and digital literacy have become crucial. The execution of this Community Service Program aims to improve teachers' understanding of digital literacy. This activity is conducted online in the second weeks of June and July. The provided topics include "Digital Literacy and Its Urgency in Today's Education," "Myths and Misconceptions about Literacy," and "Digital Literacy." The Community Service Team consists of two lecturers from Nahdlatul Ulama University Purwokerto, namely Dian Nastiti, M.Pd., and Indah Ayu Permana Pribadi, S.IP., M.Sos, with student participation. Data is analyzed descriptively and qualitatively to identify potential improvements through this program. The results of this program demonstrate that teachers at MI Maarif Nu Attijani are able to apply digital literacy in online learning. They effectively utilize platforms and instructional media with the guidance of the program team. This research emphasizes the importance of digital literacy for teachers and the success of the program in enhancing the utilization of technology in online learning.

Financial management is one of the main courses at the Faculty of Economics and Business. However, this course is often considered a difficult subject for some students. This study is a qualitative study with a theoretical perspective by constructing a financial management visualization scheme. The aim is to provide illustrations that provide a complete view to make it easier to understand financial management. The discussion is given in a comprehensive manner regarding the function of financial management, namely seeking funds in an efficient composition, making investments effectively, and dividing profits (dividends) strategically as shown in a brief financial report. This financial management function is carried out to achieve company goals, namely the value of the firm in the form of stock prices. The results show that it does not only provide benefits for shareholders or owners, but also long-term benefits for stakeholders or related parties in the form of corporate social responsibility.

This research is aimed to identify, describe, and develop strategies to enhance group members' commitment in the development of a health honey business using the Business Model Canvas (BMC). The study was conducted at KTH Bina Lestari in Ciamis Regency, post the Covid-19 pandemic. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was used to assess internal and external factors to determine the highest priority for development and improvement. The research findings indicate that the selected priority strategies for honey business development in Kampung Madu are: 1) training and human resource development, 2) product quality improvement, and 3) product marketing optimization.
