The purpose of this study is to see how the understanding of financial planning, financial management, and the implementation of PSAK 109 impact the way zakat organizations in Madiun Karesidenan report their finances. This research is quantitative and uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research shows that the implementation of PSAK 109 does not affect the financial reporting of zakat organizations; instead, the understanding of financial planners and financial managers improves financial reporting. This shows that financial planners and financial managers still do a poor job in understanding and implementing Islamic financial accounting standards (PSAK 109). This study suggests that financial planners and financial managers should be trained and educated about PSAK 109. In addition, zakat organizations should be trained and assisted in the implementation of PSAK 109 to obtain accountable financial statements

One of the main problems faced in the management of cooperatives in Indonesia today is the level of competence of human resources within the cooperative, and the level of financial competence in the sustainability of cooperatives is one of the few parts of human resource competence in cooperative development that needs to be considered. Theoretical and practical understanding of cooperative managers regarding the recording and reporting of cooperative finances in accordance with accounting standards is carried out in this community service. The method used is called Participatory Action Research, and involves eight steps. Feedback from the community shows that after a period of intensive outreach by the community outreach team, KPRI Rukun Kendal can conduct consultations and business exchanges in accordance with the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise Exchange Standards. The assistance provided by the community service team to the KPRI Rukun Kendal cooperative managers is ongoing. Marketplace E-Commerce Shopee menjadi platform yang banyak digunakan dalam hal penjualan produk secara digital marketing. Shopee banyak digunakan karena mempunyai kelebihan di banyak fitur mudah dipahami dan diterapkan, banyak bebas ongkir yang ditawarkan. Untuk itu Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas IVET berinisiatif memberikan pelatihan pemanfaatan marketplace E-Commerce bagi para pelaku UMKM di Desa Pongangan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, E commerce Shopee ini sangat bermanfaat bagi para pelaku UMKM dalam mengembangkan media promosi penjualan yang semula konvensional menjadi online. Hasil dari pelatihan ini para pelaku UMKM Desa Pongangan mendapatkan edukasi digital marketing, membuat toko online sendiri dan dapat menggunakan semua fitur yang ada pada Shopee dan juga mendapatkan ilmu teknik memfoto produk yang baik menggunakan handphone yang akan diupload di aplikasi Shopee. Sehingga akan meningkatkan penjualan produk UMKM.</p>

Good discipline is a form of action to obey and do something in accordance with values ??and rules that are believed to be a responsibility, not only companies/government agencies must show good work discipline. Civil servants and non-permanent employees in government agencies are management tools used to improve the quality of decision making and accountability in order to assess the success or failure of implementing activities in accordance with predetermined goals in order to realize the vision and mission of a government agency. In conducting research, the author used a comparative method (comparison). Meanwhile, this method is to help analyze data and facts obtained from respondents, using quantitative analysis methods with statistical formulas. The results of this research show that there is a significant comparison between the work discipline of civil servants and non-permanent employees with a score difference of 1.2. So it can be interpreted that civil servants have greater work discipline than non-permanent employees, even though the results of the questionnaire distribution are both very good.

The background of this research is to determine the importance of controlling emotions in supporting students' social relationships. This research aims to (1) Determine the level of emotional control of Guidance and Counseling Students at Sanata Dharma University class of 2023. (2) Identify measurement items on questionnaire items for the level of emotional control of guidance and counseling students at Sanata Dharma University class of 2023 whose scores are low.This research is quantitative descriptive. The subjects of this research were Guidance and Counseling Students at Sanata Dharma University Class of 2023, totaling 47 students. Data collection used the level of emotional control scale with 42 valid items and has a Cronbach index of 0.761 which is based on aspects of emotional control, namely (1) emotional control, (2) assessing situations critically before reacting emotionally, (3) self-understanding.The research results show that (1) the level of emotional control is in the medium category (100%). (2) the emotional control instrument contained 2 item (4,8%) in the very high category, 14 items (33.3%) in the high category, 11 items (26.6%) in the medium category, 11 items (26.6%) %) in the low category, 4 items (9,5%) in the very low category.
 
 

The work POLA-POLA was inspired by the online game Higgs Domino where the creator was interested in the algorithmic patterns of the game. This game is not only played by teenagers but is also played by children and even the elderly. This game has its own uniqueness, namely that there are boxes where the spin moves from top to bottom so that wins and losses appear in the box. The artist interpreted these boxes in the work POLA-POLA by using six cubes of different sizes and each side has a different color, consisting of red, yellow, green and white. In creating the dance work entitled POLA-OLA, the methods of observation, exploration, improvisation and formation were used. Supporting the work consists of six dancers, namely three male dancers and three female dancers. The POLA-POLA dance work was performed at the Hoerijah Adam Performance Building, Padangpanjang Indonesian Arts Institute. This dance work is presented in the form of a contemporary dance work.

The role of the younger generation in improving quality in the agricultural sector has a very crucial role. However, nowadays soil fertility in Indonesia is decreasing day by day as agricultural land use becomes more intensive. So that young people's insight regarding environmentally friendly cultivation techniques through organic farming needs to be added and strengthened to create progress in the fields of agriculture and food security. The aim of this service activity is an effort to increase the younger generation's understanding of organic farming through counseling and creating demonstration plots for organic vegetable cultivation using vegetable pesticides and liquid organic fertilizer (POC) to increase agricultural products and stabilize the economy of the surrounding community. The activity method is carried out through counseling, socialization and direct practice through making demonstration plots. Counseling about organic farming and its impact on the environment. The demonstration plot focused on the correct working methods and techniques in organic farming through the application of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) and vegetable pesticides. Following this community service activity program, it shows that the knowledge and skills of the younger generation of farmers have increased regarding organic vegetable cultivation and the impact of organic farming on the environment.

Reading literacy can be defined as a person's ability to understand, evaluate and use information contained in reading effectively. Reading literacy is an ability that must be familiarized from an early age. One of the factors that can improve reading literacy is the existence of simple reading resources that can be tailored to student needs. In this case, the role of parents, especially teachers, is very important to support students in reading activities. through this community service activity, the results obtained regarding the understanding of SDN 2 Bojongmenteng teachers increased. Teachers understand the types of simple reading materials that can improve students' reading literacy. From this activity, teachers are expected to be able to implement simple reading for students of SDN 2 Bojongmenteng.

This research aims to determine the management of village funds in Pagar Puding Lamo Village, Tebo Regency from the perspective of sharia financial management. This research is a type of qualitative research using descriptive analysis. Descriptive analysis is data obtained and expressed in the form of words and images, so that it can be described to provide clarity. This research uses data collection methods by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the management of village funds in Pagar Puding Lamo Village is in accordance with Permendagri No. 113 of 2014 starting from the planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability stages. In the review of sharia management regarding the management of village funds, it is clear that the management still does not implement the sharia system, the system used still tends to be conventional, but judging from the nature and values ??of honesty, trust and fair sharia in its management, village officials have implemented it in managing village finances.

Anxiety of memorizing the Surah of Qur'an is response of the body such as feelings of pressure, fear, stress due to activity in memorizing the Surah of Qur'an which is characterized by certain feelings and symptoms that arise. As a result, students have difficulty in memorizing practices, resulting in suboptimal memorization. One solution to overcome this problem is have confidence in yourself be able organize and carry out all actions in order to achieve certain academic goals or called self-efficacy. This study aims determine the relationship between self efficacy and anxiety of memorizing the Surah of Qur'an. This study is a correlational quantitative study with the student population of State Madrasah Aliyah X amounting 940 students. Sampling using simple random samplingtechniques was obtained by 269 students. The data collection method uses self-efficacy scale made by researchers and academic anxiety scale of memorizing the results of adaptation (Lailatul Fiqriyah, 2020). Data analysis uses correlational person product moment correlation techniques to test the relationship between two variables. The results showed value (r) of -0.706 with p = 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there was a significant negative relationship betwen self efficacy and anxiety of practice of memorizing the Qur'an surah in MAN students in qur'an and hadith lessons. The level anxiety of practice of memorization and self efficacy is in the moderate category. It is recommended for MAN students, one solution to be able reduce anxiety in practice of memorizing the Surah of Qur'an is to increase self-efficacy possessed.
