Penelitian ini mengkaji pemikiran At-Tahir Ibn Ashur mengenai Maqashid Syariah, yang berfokus pada tujuan utama hukum Islam untuk mencapai kesejahteraan dan kebaikan universal dalam kehidupan manusia. Ibn Ashur, seorang ulama besar dari Tunisia, dikenal dengan pandangan progresif dan inovatifnya dalam hukum Islam. Beliau menekankan pentingnya memahami tujuan di balik setiap hukum syariah dan menerapkannya sesuai dengan kondisi zaman modern. Melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan studi literatur, penelitian ini menggali konsep maqashid al-syariah yang dikembangkan oleh Ibn Ashur, termasuk perlindungan agama, jiwa, akal, keturunan, dan harta, serta penambahan elemen-elemen baru yang relevan dengan perkembangan sosial dan ekonomi masa kini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemikiran Ibn Ashur tentang maqashid syariah dapat diimplementasikan dalam berbagai bidang kontemporer, seperti kesehatan publik melalui program vaksinasi, pengelolaan lingkungan untuk menjaga kesehatan dan sumber daya alam, serta pemanfaatan teknologi untuk pendidikan dan pengetahuan. Karya-karya Ibn Ashur, termasuk "Maqashid al-Syariah al-Islamiyah" dan "Tafsir al-Tahrir wa al-Tanwir", memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam memperkaya pemahaman umat Islam tentang syariah dan menawarkan panduan praktis untuk menghadapi tantangan modern. Dengan demikian, pemikiran At-Tahir Ibn Ashur tentang maqashid syariah tetap relevan dan aplikatif dalam konteks kehidupan sehari-hari di era modern.

Galah shrimp is one type of freshwater shrimp that has great potential for cultivation. One of the obstacles to the growth of king prawns is water quality. This study was conducted to determine the effect of the installation of Vegetable Floating Raft (VFR) on the growth of king prawns (Macrobrachium rosenbergii). This study was conducted using the t-test method, with control and Vegetable Floating Raft treatments. The results showed that the growth pattern of weight and length of king prawns in each treatment was relatively the same. However, the daily weight growth rate of king prawns in the control treatment was greater at 3.36%, compared to the treatment of Vegetable floating raft at 1.26%, while the daily length growth rate of king prawns in the control treatment was 0.86%. The daily length growth rate in the Vegetable floating raft treatment was smaller at 0.61%. During the study the value of the degree of survival of the control treatment was 95%, while in the treatment of Vegetable floating raft the percentage of the degree of survival of king prawns was 62%. Based on the results of visual observations seen the rest of the feed and the rest of the skin during molting. It is suspected that shrimp are stressed due to changes in water quality characterized by increased ammonia levels in the last maintenance week caused by the death of kale plants in the maintenance medium.
 
 
 
 

The purpose of this research is to collect data on education in general and the leadership style of the madrasah principal in particular in an effort to improve student achievement. This research method is qualitative. Research conducted on descriptive analysis, speech, writing, and behavior as reported by individuals (subjects) themselves is known as qualitative research. The subjective nature of the principal is emphasized in this research approach. In order to increase the number of student achievements at MI Ma'arif Kaliwiro, the Madrasah principal's leadership plan includes involving and maximizing stakeholders, parents and students, conducting supervision, setting annual achievement targets, and giving gifts. Setting an example to the community, implementing strategic reforms with circumstances, and utilizing a combination of authoritarian and democratic leadership styles based on circumstances, and formulating the Madrasah's vision and mission to meet the aspirations of the community, parents, and Madrasah residents are part of the Madrasah principal's leadership strategy at MI Ma'arif Kaliwiro.

It employs a quantitative approach using numerical data, specifically analyzing the company's financial reports from 2012 to 2021. The findings indicate that capital structure significantly affects the company's value, with a T-test result showing a calculated value of 5.686, which exceeds the t-table value of 1.89458, and a significance level of 0.031 (less than 0.05). Profitability also has a significant impact, with a calculated value of 5.686 surpassing the t-table value of 1.89458 and a significance level of 0.001 (less than 0.05). This suggests that both capital structure and profitability individually affect the company's value. Additionally, when considered together, capital structure and profitability have a combined significant impact on firm value, with a significance level of 0.002 (less than 0.05) and a calculated F-value of 17.413, which is greater than the F-table value of 4.74. This confirms that both factors together significantly influence the company's value

This research evaluates the effectiveness of playback TV media in improving students' listening skills at SD 012 Kampung Panjang. Qualitative methods with classroom observations were used to collect data related to student interactions with this media. The research results show that rotating TV can increase students' motivation and involvement in listening learning. This media offers an interesting and realistic learning experience, even though there are obstacles. This research suggests the use of rotating TV and active interaction after listening as effective strategies in language learning.

The development of Information Technology is now entering various sectors, including health, and is implemented in Bidadari Binjai Hospital. As a health institution that is committed to excellent service and quality, Bidadari Binjai Hospital needs to innovate technology. One health issue that requires attention is rubella, an airborne infectious disease that has the potential to cause serious disorders such as hearing loss, cataracts, speech delay, and heart failure in toddlers and children. The initial symptoms of rubella are often similar to other common diseases, so public understanding of these symptoms is very important for quick treatment. This research aims to develop an information technology-based system that is able to predict rubella using the backpropagation method. This method is expected to improve the accuracy of diagnosis and make it easier for people to recognize rubella symptoms early on. The proposed system aims to provide better diagnosis support at Bidadari Binjai Hospital, as well as increase public awareness and knowledge about rubella disease. From the research conducted, the results of the accuracy rate obtained when conducting a test program were selected according to the symptoms and the results obtained were rubella disease with a 100% accuracy rate.

The cleanliness of the environment plays a crucial role in the welfare of the community. However, the plastic waste problem remains a serious challenge in Sungai Undan Village, Reteh District. This article examines the potential of ecobrick utilization as a solution for reducing plastic waste, focusing on the development of community-based waste management facilities. This program aims to educate the community about the importance of waste management through ecobrick methods and the creation of organic and inorganic waste bins, in order to create a cleaner and healthier environment. The results show that through ecobrick utilization and the provision of separate organic-inorganic waste bins, the community is able to contribute significantly to environmental cleanliness. Sungai Undan Village can thus serve as a model for sustainable waste management.

The aim of this research is to analyze the implications of the implementation of police investigative authority in the criminal justice system and to determine the obstacles that occur as well as coercive efforts made in investigations and prosecutions by authorized institutions so that they can be controlled through the system pretrials. This research discusses the implications and authority of police investigators in the criminal justice system and the role of pre-trial as one of the legal measures for the protection and rights of suspects in examinations at the investigative level, as well as what factors can create obstacles to the protection of suspects' rights. Pre-trial arrangements are regulated in Article 77 of the Criminal Procedure Code, namely examining the validity or not of coercive efforts to arrest and detain as well as checking whether or not the termination of investigation or prosecution, compensation, and rehabilitation is valid. The method used is normative empirical, which is the addition of data or empirical elements from field studies to obtain data by holding questions and answers with police institutions. The result of this study is to find out about the implications of investigator authority in criminal justice and the reasons for pretrial efforts made by suspects rejected or granted by the local district court.




Tujuan dari penelitian ini guna menganalisa implikasi terhadap pelaksanaan kewenangan penyidik kepolisian dalam sistem peradilan pidana dan untuk mengetahui kendala yang terjadi serta upaya paksa yang dilakukan dalam penyidikan maupun penuntutan oleh lembaga yang berwenang, sehingga dapat dikontrol melalui sistem praperadilan. Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana implikasi serta kewenangan penyidik kepolisian dalam sistem peradilan pidana dan bagaimana peranan praperadilan sebagai salah satu upaya hukum terhadap perlindungan dan hak-hak tersangka dalam pemeriksaan pada tingkat penyidikan, serta faktor apa sajakah yang dapat menjadikan hambatan tentang perlindungan hak-hak tersangka. Pengaturan praperadilan diatur dalam pasal 77 KUHAP yaitu memeriksa sah atau tidaknya upaya paksa pada penangkapan dan penahanan serta memeriksa sah atau tidaknya penghentian penyidikan atau penghentian penuntutan, ganti rugi dan rehabilitasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah normatif empiris , studi lapangan untuk memperoleh data-data dengan mengadakan tanya jawab dengan institusi kepolisian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dapat mengetahui implikasi kewenangan penyidik dalam peradilan pidana dan sebab upaya praperadilan yang dilakukan oleh tersangka ditolak atau dikabulkan oleh pengadilan negeri setempat.
