The study aims to analyze the impact of tax knowledge, tax awareness and taxable income on compliance with taxable payers of land and buildings in Kelurahan Randusari region RW 1. The sample of 88 respondents was taken with the Slovin formula. The variables used include tax knowledge (X1), tax awareness (X2), taxable income (X3) and taxable compliance (Y). The data analysis used in this study uses descriptive analysis, validity test, feasibility test, and classic assumption test, with hypothesis testing using double linear regression analysis, test f, test t and determination coefficient. The results of the research carried out are tax knowledge (X1) and tax awareness (X2) have a significant impact on tax compliance, while taxable income (X3) has no significant effect on taxable compliance (Y).

The Method Used In This Research Is The Waterfall Method, Which Includes The Stages Of Requirements Analysis, System Design, Implementation, Testing And Maintenance. At The Needs Analysis Stage, Identification And Documentation Of The Desired Attendance System Requirements Are Carried Out. The System Design Phase Involves Designing The Hardware And Software Architecture, Including The Use Of Rfid With Components Such As The Esp8266, Buzzer, And Rc522 As Well As Integration With The Server Via Api. Implementation Is Carried Out By Developing Hardware And Software According To The Design That Has Been Created. Testing Is Carried Out On Hardware Components To Ensure Function According To Specifications And Hardware-Software Integration To Ensure Smooth Communication Without Delays Or Loss Of Data. Business Logic Testing Ensures The System Detects Absences And Performs Automatic Salary Deductions According To Company Policy. The Data Export Module Was Developed To Export Attendance, Member, Division And Salary Data To An Excel File With The Appropriate Format. The Results Show That The Hardware Components Function Well, Able To Read And Send Rfid Data To The Server Accurately. Hardware And Software Integration Via Api Runs Smoothly, Enabling Real-Time Two-Way Communication. Business Logic Testing Shows That The System Can Detect Employee Absences And Perform Automatic Salary Deductions With High Accuracy. The Data Export Module Proved Effective, Allowing Users To Export Data To An Excel File In An Easily Accessible Format For Further Analysis Or Reporting. The Conclusion Of This Research Is That The Employee Attendance And Data Management System Based On Rfid And Api Technology Has Been Proven To Increase Efficiency And Accuracy In The Employee Attendance And Attendance Management Process. This System Offers A Modern And Effective Solution Compared To Traditional Attendance Methods, Providing Significant Flexibility And Ease Of Access. The Implementation Of This Technology Makes An Important Contribution In The Field Of Human Resource Management, Optimizing Productivity And Operational Effectiveness Of The Company.

The learning outcomes of students are a benchmark for the success of students in the learning process that has been conducted in class. This study aims to analyze students' learning outcomes in the topic of derivatives. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research, with the sample selected being students of class XI IPS at SMAN 8 Tambun Selatan. The data collection techniques used include tests, interviews, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that students' learning outcomes vary between low, moderate, and high abilities, particularly in how they approach problem-solving. Students with low abilities can answer all questions, but there are errors in rewriting and linking derivative concepts. Students with moderate abilities can answer all questions although they may struggle with linking concepts and rewriting them in question number 2. Meanwhile, students with high abilities can solve all questions using derivative concepts and rewrite these concepts in problem-solving.

Ethics is a field of philosophy that discusses the moral principles that govern humanbehavior, while politics deals with decision-making and the management of power in society. In Islam, political ethics is a concept that regulates human relationships in the political world.Islamic political ethics consists of a collection of moral values and principles that should guide everyone involved in political activities, both as citizens and leaders. Islamic political ethics has a strong relevance in the context of politics and governance. The moral values in Islam can serve as guidelines for leaders and citizens in building a better society. Despite the challenges faced, ongoing efforts to implement Islamic political ethics are considered essential in building an ideal and ethical government. It is important to build a just, prosperous, and moral society through the application of Islamic political ethics, which includes principles such as justice,equality, democracy, deliberation, freedom, and respect for the rights of others. In addition, this journal reviews the methods Ali Shari'ati used to make his assertions about the importance of Islam as a basic political ethic. A just, moral, and prosperous government can be achieved through the application of Islamic political ethics. Political ethics is not a convoluted system, but rather a number of noble values that are in line with the principles of Islam.

People's heavy dependence on gadgets causes the buying process to be easier through Live Streaming, so that it can lead to impulsive buying behavior. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether Live Streaming has a positive and significant effect on Impulsive buying? Does Time Limit have a positive and significant effect on Impulsive Buying? And how are Live Streaming, Time Limit and Impulsive Buying in a sharia business perspective? While the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Live Streaming on Impulsive Buying behavior, to determine the effect of Time Limit on Impulsive Buying behavior and to find out how Live Streaming, Time Limit and Impulsive Buying in a sharia business perspective. This study uses quantitative research methods, the aim is to test a hypothesis that has been used. In this study using data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to Tiktoktshop users in Bandar Lampung. The population in this study were people in Bandar Lampung City aged 17 years and over because considering these age conditions it is hoped that respondents can better understand the purpose of the questionnaire given. And the sample used in this study were 100 respondents. Based on the research that has been done, the results are in line with the hypothesis, where there is an influence from Live Streaming (X1) on Impulsive Buying (Y) positively and significantly. Meanwhile, Time Limit (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on Impulsive Buying (Y). So Live Streaming and Time Limit together have a positive and significant effect on Impulsive Buying.

The research article aims to explore the instances of code switching and code mixing found in the novel "Bercinta Dalam Tahajjudku" by Anshela. This novel exhibits the use of multiple languages, influenced by factors involving both speakers and their interlocutors. In this storyline, Jade and Rintis, being of the same age, frequently use informal language. Therefore, the occurrences of code switching and code mixing in "Bercinta Dalam Tahajudku" by Anshela can serve as viable educational resources for high school settings due to their alignment with linguistic, psychological, and socio- cultural aspects. This novel is suitable as supplementary material because the author's language is accessible for readers, especially students. Through instances switching between different languages and blending them, this novel aids in broadening students' perspectives and knowledge, providing insights into linguistic structures and elements.

MTs Ma’arif Ponorogo menyadari akan pentingnya pemanfaatan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Hal ini akan berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa. Tetapi semua guru di sekolah tersebut belum mampu memanfaatkan teknologi dalam pembelajara. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan pemanfaatan Moodle untuk guru-guru di MTs Ma’arif Ponorogo. Kegiatan ini, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan guru-guru dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi Moodle. Dengan demikian, maka akan tercipta pembelajaran uang menarik dan inovatif. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan di MTs Ma’arif Ponorogo yang terdiri dari 20 orang guru. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialiasi dan peatihan yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan, yaitu tahap pendahuluan, tahap sosialisasi, tahap pelatihan dan tahap evaluasi. Kegiatan ini berjalan dengan lancar. Semua guru antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan ini. Respon guru pada kegiatan ini juga baik.

MSME traders in Mungkung Village consist of various businesses such as culinary, fashion, agribusiness and automotive. However, many of them do not understand technological advances, which hinder the economic development of local MSMEs. Some MSMEs do not have a logo or brand and only rely on local consumers. Life in Mungkung Village is still very traditional, Group 01 KKNT MBKM is aware of this backwardness and is trying to change it. Therefore, researchers intend to advance Mungkung village so that the village community is technologically literate. This research will focus on digitizing the marketing potential of Mungkung Village MSMEs through digital maps to increase their presence and accessibility. The author uses descriptive qualitative research methods with the concepts of digitalization and marketing. This concept is relevant to what the author is researching. The result of this research is that the author succeeded in increasing the potential of MSMEs in Mungkung village by creating a digital map of MSMEs which can be accessed via an online platform.  This program also supports SDGs goal point 8, which relates to decent work and economic growth, by empowering MSMEs.

Education in Indonesia is experiencing development, students are required to compete in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 in the 21st century to be able to improve their abilities, namely collaboration, communication, creative and critical thinking and problem solving skills. So an effort is needed that can be applied to learning activities and one of them is through the application of the Project Based Learning learning model. This project-based learning is a learning strategy that empowers students to gain knowledge and understanding. The aim of this research is to increase student creativity through project-based learning to create teaching media to introduce the female reproductive organs and their functions. Classroom action research research design. The population of this research is all students taking women's health and family planning courses for the 2022-2023 academic year with a sample size of 13 odd semester (three) students. The data collection technique looks at activity during the lecture process and monitors the progress of projects carried out by students using observation assisted by instruments, namely written tests, performance tests and observation sheets. The results show an increase in learning outcomes in the category of students' thinking skills and creativity, which can be seen from the students' enthusiasm in completing the Teaching Aids for Introduction to Female Reproductive Organs project as well as presenting and publishing the results of their work. So it can be concluded that the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model can improve the learning outcomes of thinking skills and creativity of students at the Tahirah Al Baeti Bulukumba Midwifery Academy for the 2022/2023 Academic Year.
 

This research aims to find out how the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) in Tanjungpinang city in 2023 stueis at SMAN 4 Tanjungpinang, using descriptive method of qualitative approach, data collection is done by observation, interviews, documentation, and recording secondary data related to research problems, then qualitative alaysis is carried out. The results showed that implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) in Tanjungpinang city in 2023 study at SMAN 4 Tanjungpinang has been well implemented although there are several variabels that must be improved in the implementation of PIP in the future. Such as the lack of dissemination on information about PIP, there is no additional quita given, and the lack of use of funds obtained by recipitiens so that yhis can result in misuseof funds. Therefore, it is hoped that in the future the government can overcome the shortcomings in the implementation of PIP so that the implementationcan be more effective and efficient.
