This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial behavior and overconfidence on investment decisions in generation Z of the Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Kadiri. This type of research is quantitative research. The data for this study were obtained through questionnaires and literature studies. The analysis techniques used were Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t-test, F-test and Determination Coefficient Test. The results of the t-test of the financial literacy, financial behavior, overconfidence variables on investment decisions with sig <0.05. The results of the F test can be concluded that financial literacy, financial behavior, overconfidence on investment decisions have a simultaneous and significant effect with sig. <0.05.

The integration of technology in language learning has become increasingly relevant, especially in the context of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) frameworks. The present study scrutinized the integration of Technology-enhanced language learning (TELL) within the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) framework in the English department’s Integrated course syllabus.  This study employed the qualitative method to explore the technology tools used to promote language competency and their corresponding link to measurable learning outcomes through document analysis and students and lecturer interviews. Results of the study revealed that by using digital tools like Google Docs, Padlet, Kahoot, and Flipgrid, students contribute to interactive and collaborative learning activities to develop their language skills - listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Then, challenges related to technical issues were found, such as poor internet connectivity and difficulties with unfamiliar platforms, limiting the full potential of the technological integration. Ultimately, this research seeks to contribute to the ongoing development of language education by optimizing technology use to meet educational goals and improve learning outcomes.

This research scrutinizes the implementation of the Genre-Based Approach to enhance students’ writing recount performance and their perceptions of the learning experience. Employing a mixed-method research design, the study involved seventy-two of tenth-grade students in one of state school in Central Java. Quantitative data were collected through pretest and posttest to measure writing improvement, while qualitative data were obtained from a student’s questionnaire focusing on engagement, motivation, and comprehension. The data were analyzed using Shapiro-Wilk for normality, Levene’s test for homogeneity, and an independent samples t-test to compare the performance between the two groups. Descriptive analysis was applied to the questionnaire data. The results revealed the students in the experimental group showed notable improvement in writing performance after Genre-Based Approach intervention. In addition, students expressed positive perceptions of Genre-Based Approach, reporting increased comprehension, better retention, enhanced engagement, and strengthened critical thinking. These findings suggest that Genre-Based Approach supports writing development and fosters a more motivating and structured learning environment. This study contributes to the existing literature by highlighting Genre-Based Approach's academic and perceptual impacts, an area that remains underexplored in previous research.

Bedda Lotong is a traditional scrub from the Bugis tribe of South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The name ‘Bedda Lotong’ literally means ‘black powder’ in Bugis language, referring to the distinctive black colour of this scrub which comes from its main ingredient, white glutinous rice that is roasted until burnt. The purpose of this study was to determine the number of colonies of moulds (thread moulds) and yeasts (one-celled fungi) in Bedda Lotong with the addition of Eucheuma cottoni seaweed. In addition, this study also aimed to determine the level of panellists' liking through organoleptic tests. The research design used was a factorial Completely Randomised Design (CRD) with 3 levels of treatment with 3 replications. The treatment of adding Eucheuma cottoni seaweed as a microbial growth inhibitor. Data processing was done with analysis of variance (ANOVA) test and continued with Duncan test using SPSS V.23 software. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained that the effect of the addition of Eucheuma cottoni seaweed did not significantly affect the ALT/TPC test (>0.05) (0.087) and had a significant effect (<0.05) (0.003) on the Bedda Lotong pH test and in the treatment of A1 (5%) and B1 (10%) seaweed concentrations gave organoleptic test scores from panellists, namely a score of 4 (like).

The distribution of goods and services is a vital component of the Islamic economic system, emphasizing the principles of justice, transparency, and divine blessings. In Islamic thought, distribution is not merely an economic activity but also a means to ensure social welfare and equitable asset ownership. This article explores the concept of distribution from an Islamic economic perspective based on sharia principles such as justice (`adl), trustworthiness (amanah), and the prohibition of usury (riba) and hoarding (ihtikar). Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study analyzes relevant scholarly literature to understand the role of Islamic distribution channels in building an inclusive and fair economic system. It also highlights the influence of Islamic business ethics, maqasid al-shariah, and the concept of khalifah (stewardship) in promoting a distribution process that is just, transparent, and accountable. The findings reveal that Islamic distribution systems are not only economically efficient but also enriched with spiritual and social values rooted in justice and solidarity.

Spiritual services have not been implemented optimally, this is because nurses consider spiritual services less important and not a priority, busyness in the room, differences in religion, considering religion as a private matter, and lack of understanding of spiritual concepts. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the role of nurses and the fulfillment of patients' spiritual needs in the ICU and Teratai Rooms of X Hospital. The research method used was a quantitative research design with a cross-sectional approach, the population in this study was 118 people, and the research instrument used the DSES (Daily Spiritual Experience Scale) spiritual fulfillment questionnaire developed by Underwood and Teresi. The data analysis used was univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The results of the study showed that the majority of the role of caregiver nurses was sufficient at 56.8% (67 respondents), the majority of patients' spiritual needs were good at 78.8% (93 respondents) and there was no relationship between the role of nurses and the fulfillment of patients' spiritual needs in the ICU and Teratai Rooms of X Hospital with a p-value of 0.630. This research can improve nurse training in spiritual nursing care and provide facilities that support patients' spiritual needs.

This study aims to analyze the suboptimal performance of hydraulic pump system on hatch cover performance on MV. Emerald Indah using USG (Urgency, Seriousness, Growth) method and data collection techniques in the form of observation, documents, and interview. The purpose of this study is to determine the causes, effect and efforts in solving the problems discussed. The results of the study indicate that several factors cause the hydraulic pump system to not function optimally , including dirty filters, leak in the hydraulic pump and pipe, and operation that is not in accordance with procedures. The effect of the suboptimal hydraulic pressure which ultimately becomes the main problem that inhibits the hatch cover opening process. To overcome this problem, improvements are needed such as periodic filter cleaning, replacement of leaking components, and increasing crew understanding of operational procedures. This research is expected to provide insight for related parties in improving the performanceof the hydraulic pump system and the efficiency of the loading and unloading process on ships.

The widespread phenomenon of bad debts on PayLater has become a serious problem affecting the younger generation. This community service activity aims to educate the risks of PayLater as a form of early financial literacy prevention at the secondary school level. PayLater requires terms and conditions to be met. However, users often ignore these terms and conditions, resulting in legal consequences. The legal provisions regarding PayLater in e-commerce are regulated by Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 10/POJK.05/2022 concerning Information Technology-Based Joint Funding Services, and the Agreement under Article 1313 of the Civil Code (KUHPerdata). This agreement is considered a standard agreement because it contains terms and conditions made by one party and an electronic agreement made and documented in an electronic document. The community service activity was carried out by the Community Service Team in partnership with SMA Kesatrian 2 Semarang, targeting the school's eleventh-grade students. The community service location is at Jalan Gajah Raya No. 58, Gayamsari, Semarang City. The problem faced by partners is a lack of understanding regarding the legal aspects of using PayLater on e-commerce platforms. Therefore, the Community Service team conducted outreach to provide understanding regarding this matter. This community service activity utilized methods including lectures and question-and-answer sessions to address the partners' concerns. To gauge the students' level of understanding, a pre-test was conducted before the presentation. Following the Q&A session, the community service team provided an evaluation through a post-test.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar digital interaktif menggunakan Canva pada materi energi untuk peserta didik tunarungu yang valid, praktis, dan efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development dengan model pengembangan 4D (define, design, develop, dan disseminate). Subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu 5 peserta didik kelas XI Tunarungu di SLB Negeri Semarang pada tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Pengembangan bahan ajar digital interaktif menggunakan Canva ini menyesuaikan kondisi anak tunarungu dengan karakteristik yang didasarkan pada konten visual dan bersifat interaktif. Hasil kevalidan dari bahan ajar diperoleh persentase sebesar 86% dengan kategori valid dan hasil kepraktisan diperoleh persentase sebesar 82% oleh guru dan 79% oleh peserta didik dengan kategori praktis. Keefektifan dari bahan ajar yang dianalisis menggunakan effect size memperoleh nilai sebesar 1,78 dengan kategori very large effect. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar digital interaktif menggunakan Canva pada materi Energi layak dan praktis untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran oleh guru dan peserta didik tunarungu dan memiliki efek yang sangat besar (very large effect) yang ditimbulkan pada hasil belajar peserta didik tunarungu.
