This research is normative legal research that uses a normative judicial approach. The research results show that: (1) There are differences of opinion between judges, e-commers and notaries. regarding the strength of proof of a signature on an electronic document in proving civil procedural law in Indonesia. Judges and e-commers are of the opinion that electronic documents that have been signed with an electronic signature have the same evidentiary power as authentic deeds made by authorized officials, after the issuance of Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions. Meanwhile, the notary is of the opinion that an electronic document signed with an electronic signature only has the power of proof under the hand, because it does not meet the requirements as an authentic deed, that is, it does not appear before an authorized official; and (2) Settlement of disputes resulting from non-fulfillment of the agreement can be resolved using a court or an institution outside the court, but e-comers generally use institutions outside the court because it is considered easier and faster to resolve and the costs are cheaper. The use of an electronic signature on an electronic document can guarantee the security of an electronic information message, which uses a public network, because electronic signatures are created based on asymmetric cryptography technology. From this research, there are differences of opinion regarding the evidentiary power of electronic documents signed with electronic signatures that are used as evidence in trials. Furthermore, electronic signatures need to be certified so that they have evidentiary power such as authentic deeds and there is no need to carry out digital forensic tests in the evidentiary process at trial.

Self-directedness is a crucial skill for prospective science teachers, and the Think-Pair-Project-Share (TP2S) model has shown promise in fostering collaboration and critical thinking. This aim study to investigates the effectiveness of TP2S in promoting self-directed learning among these future educators. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the think-pair-project-share (TP2S) learning model in facilitating the self-directedness of prospective science teachers. This quantitative research uses a nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study were second semester students, while the research sample consisted of 72 students. The self-directedness data collection technique uses an instrument in the form of a scale. Based on the results of the paired sample T test, it can be seen that both experimental classes obtained a Sig value. (2-tailed) 0.000. It can be concluded that the paired sample T test value in the experimental class is 0.000<0.05 so that there is a significant difference in results between the pretest and posttest scores (H0 is rejected). It can be concluded that there is a difference in self-directedness between students who study human and environmental subjects using the think pair project share model and those who use the conventional model. It is known that the application of the TP2S learning model has an effect on the self-directedness of prospective science teachers. The implications of this research support and strengthen the results of theoretical studies that the TP2S learning model is a student-centered learning model that utilizes the ability to manage learning strategies independently.

You may see corruption in action in today's news stories about Indonesia. Actually, there are those who see corruption as something that happens all the time and have unknowingly made it a national disease. In addition, companies that have strong internal controls might nevertheless be victims of fraud. The effects of financial fraud are far-reaching and devastating. In most cases, this causes financial report information to become inaccurate, which in turn affects top-level decision-makers. Examining how auditors may best identify and forestall instances of financial fraud is the overarching goal of this study. This research is qualitative in nature; it gathers information on social phenomena, processes and analyzes it further, and then draws conclusions. The data used for this study came from secondary sources. The findings highlight the critical and essential role of auditors in identifying different types of financial reporting fraud inside organizations.
