The metaverse is emerging as a digital ecosystem that is transforming the way people interact, work and do business. However, its rapid growth poses challenges to environmental, economic and social sustainability. This research explores the interplay between linguistics, environmental economics and human resource management (HRM) in supporting sustainability in the metaverse. Using a mixed-methods approach, this research analyses: (1) the role of linguistic strategies in shaping sustainability discourse in virtual environments, (2) the economic impact of green initiatives in metaverse-based ecosystems, and (3) the contribution of HRM in implementing sustainable work practices in the digital world. The results show that strategic ecological communication, economic incentives for virtual carbon neutrality and green HR policies play an important role in achieving sustainability in the metaverse. This study provides insights for policy makers, companies and HR professionals to use the metaverse as an environmentally and socially sustainable space.

A company's human resource potential is basically one of the important capital and plays the most important role in achieving company goals. In producing good performance, leadership style, work environment and work motivation are a big influence for PT. Sentral Bra Makmur. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, work environment and motivation on the performance of employees of PT Sentral Bra Makmur in Bogor. This research is in the form of quantitative and qualitative research with data sources from primary data. The technique of sampling used accendintal sampling method with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results showed that leadership style had a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Sentral Bra Makmur, the work environment had an insignificant effect on the performance of employees of PT Sentral Bra Makmur and work motivation had an insignificant effect on the performance of employees of PT Sentral Bra Makmur.
 
 

Parenting and Child Adoption are crucial aspects of child protection implementation. This article explains suitable parenting patterns for parents to apply to their children. It also highlights child adoption as a subsequent step when no party is responsible for the child's custody. Adoption involves the legal transfer of parental responsibilities and custody from child’s biological family to the adoptive family. There are procedures for carrying out the adoption of a child which must be observed and complied with as outlined by legal regulations. This is intended to safeguard and uphold the child’s rights overall welfare.

Background: HR plays an important role as an organizational manager. HR is an important asset for an organization. In hospitals, retaining competent employees is the key to maintaining service quality. Employee retention is an important challenge in public health services. Objective: to analyze the influence of Organizational Support (OS) and Work Environment (WE) on Employee Retention (ER) with Employee Engagement (EE) as an intervening variable. Method: This study uses a quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach. Data analysis: Index analysis using three box methods, the analysis method using SEM - PLS. Population and Sample: The population in this study were all nurses at RSKM I totaling 112, with a saturated sample, and 100 respondents who met the inclusion criteria. Results: The results showed that there was an influence of OS, WE and EE simultaneously on ER (p = 0.000), there was a significant influence of OS on ER (p = 0.000), there was a significant influence of WE on ER (p = 0.000), there was a significant influence of OS on EE (p = 0.000), there was an influence of WE on EE (p = 0, 000), there was a significant influence of EE on ER (p = 0, 000), there was an influence of OS on ER mediated by EE (p = 0.001) there was a significant influence of WE on ER mediated by EE (p = 0.000). Recommendation: The hospital needs to improve the system in providing employee wages, and must pay attention to the facilities needed to support the work of its employees, so that employees in this hospital are more enthusiastic in their work, have a sense of attachment to the hospital, and it is hoped that employee retention will also increase.

Christian religious education in schools has an important role in forming students' morals. This subject not only focuses on teaching religious doctrine, but also on forming character, ethical values, and attitudes that are in accordance with Christian teachings. In the context of formal education, Christian religious education functions as a means of instilling moral values such as honesty, responsibility, love and tolerance. This research aims to analyze how the implementation of Christian Religious Education in schools can influence students' moral formation, as well as the factors that support and hinder this process. The research method used is a qualitative approach with interviews, observation and document analysis as data collection techniques. The research results show that Christian religious education delivered with a contextual approach and relevant to students' lives can have a positive impact on their moral formation. Apart from that, the involvement of teachers who have good moral integrity and creative teaching methods is a determining factor for success. Thus, Christian religious education in schools has a strategic role in creating a young generation who have morals, character, and are able to live according to Christian principles amidst the challenges of the times.
 
 

This study identifies and analyzes the key factors influencing students’ engagement in science practicum activities within the Open and Distance Higher Education (ODHE) context. 127 students from diverse regions of Indonesia participated in this quantitative study, which assessed perceptions regarding academic challenges, learning interaction, collaborative learning, and the use of technology in online laboratory settings. The results indicate that tutorial modality, employment status, academic achievement (GPA), and residential area significantly influence engagement levels. Students participating in web-based classes and receiving consistent learning feedback reported higher engagement. Conversely, laboratory report writing emerged as a primary challenge, highlighting the urgent need for enhanced scientific writing literacy. The findings are discussed within the Community of Inquiry (CoI) and Self-Determination Theory (SDT) frameworks, emphasizing the importance of teaching presence, social collaboration, and learner autonomy in digital learning environments. Notably, students from rural areas exhibited high motivation despite infrastructural limitations. The study recommends redesigning learning models to include targeted support, structured digital practicum modules, and formative feedback mechanisms. This research contributes to developing inclusive, adaptive, and effective science education practices in ODHE while supporting achieving Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education.
 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh struktur modal dan kepemilikan kas terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan properti dan real estat yang tercatat dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan masa penelitian tahun 2020-2023. Struktur modal diukur menggunakan Debt to asset ratio (DAR) karena cukup jarang digunakan dalam penelitian, cash holding dengan rumus kas dan setara kas dibagi dengan total asset, dan Return on asset (ROA) untuk mengukur kinerja keuangan. Populasi penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 92 perusahaan property dan real estat yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), melalui metode purposive sampling, diperoleh 21 perusahaan yang sesuai dengan kriteria sebagai sampel penelitian lalu diperoleh 84 data observasi darimasa penelitian tahun 2020-2023. Teknik dokumentasi digunakan untuk memperoleh data sekunder penelitian yang berupa laporankeuangan tiap perusahaan dari website BEI. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan sebagai analisis statistik dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian adalah struktur permodalan memberikan efek positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan karena utang mempercepat ekspansi, meningkatkan pendapatan dan laba sehingga meningkatkan kualitas kinerja keuangan. Cash holding memberikan efek positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan karena mampu membuat perusahaan menjadi lebih produktif dalam berinvestasi untuk mencapai keuntungan yang lebih besar. Hasil ini menunjukkan kedua hipotesis yang diajukan oleh peneliti dapat diterima.

Does the presence of Facebook social media make changes in interactions, which are usually active housewives gossiping (light discussions) on the porch of the house, after the presence of Facebook social media, housewives choose to interact online rather than face to face. This research was conducted in Partali Toruan Village using qualitative research methods and informants who became informants were housewives in Partali Toruan Village. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, documentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that Facebook has an impact on changes in interaction patterns in mothers in Partali Toruan Village, North Tapanuli Regency and these changes are planned changes or come from one's own will. Meanwhile, the conclusions based on the researcher's sub-problems are as follows: Most of the core of the negative impact of Facebook on changes in interaction patterns with family and the Partali Toruan community environment on mothers in Partali Toruan Village, North Tapanuli Regency is making Facebook social media a money field, namely by selling online, and eliminating boredom. Facebook has a negative impact if its users misuse Facebook as a life regulator.

This research aims to analyze the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure on stock returns on mining sector companies, especially coal mines listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2023. Research uses a quantitative approach to the type of documentation research. Research uses secondary data collected from annual financial statements, corporate sustainability reports, and websites that present published CSR disclosures. The sample in the study consisted of 10 coal sector mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which were selected based on certain criteria using purposive sampling. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis. The independent variable on research is CSR disclosure calculated using CSR index based on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) assessment standards found in the Company's financial statements. The dependent variable in the study was stock return. This study found that CSR disclosures had no significant effect on stock returns. This can be affected by several factors and certain conditions that cause no effect on CSR disclosure on stock returns.

Seiring dengan meningkatnya adopsi teknologi digital dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, QRIS juga mendukung transformasi digital di sektor keuangan dan perdagangan. Pemanfaatan QRIS mempermudah transaksi agar lebih cepat, aman, dan efisien, mengurangi ketergantungan pada uang tunai, serta menyederhanakan pencatatan transaksi. Dengan adanya QRIS, proses transaksi menjadi lebih sederhana dan efisien. Data UMKM Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Aceh mencatat para pelaku usaha untuk wilayah Kabupaten Bireuen tercatat 6.998 UMKM dimana Kabupaten Bireun merupakan Kabupaten dengan UMKM terbanyak ke-2 di provinsi Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak sistem pembayaran QRIS terhadap peningkatan pendapatan di UMKM Kabupaten Bireuen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 26, dengan total 100 responden dan dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Sampel diambil dengan metode cluster sampling, dari total populasi sebanyak 6.998 pelaku UMKM. Hasil penelitian  ini menunjukkan bahwa QRIS berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Bireuen. Temuan ini memberikan bukti penting mengenai efektivitas QRIS dalam meningkatkan kinerja ekonomi pelaku usaha di wilayah tersebut. Pentingnya implementasi teknologi pembayaran modern dalam meningkatkan efisiensi transaksi dan aksesibilitas finansial bagi pelaku UMKM di wilayah tersebut, diharapkan dapat membantu UMKM mengatasi berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur dan akses ke layanan perbankan, sehingga mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal dan inklusi finansial yang lebih baik.
