This study aims to analyze the cultural value of the folklore of Barongan Kudus Art. This research was motivated by the lack of public knowledge of the values contained in barongan art. The method used is qualitative descriptive. The source of the data comes from a book entitled "East Coast Folklore" written by Mohammad Kanzunnudin published by CV Adhigama in 2024 page 75. The data is in the form of fragments of the Holy Barongan Art story. Data collection techniques are carried out by the read and listen method. Data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman's theory are (1) data collection, (2) data presentation, (3) data reduction, (4) verification. The results of the analysis show the values contained in barongan art, namely the value of beauty, biological value, scientific value, skill.

Alkaline water is known to have health benefits due to its higher pH than ordinary water. In this study, the production of alkaline water from rainwater using electrolysis method was optimized, with variations in voltage and time to evaluate its effect on pH and Total Dissolved Solids (TDS). The experiment involved three voltage levels (12 Volt, 24 Volt, and 36 Volt) and three time intervals (10 minutes, 20 minutes, and 30 minutes). The results showed that increasing the voltage and electrolysis time contributed significantly to the increase in water pH, which reached the highest value at 36 Volt for 30 minutes. However, increasing the voltage and time also increased the TDS value linearly, which can affect the water quality if it exceeds a certain limit. This study concludes that the optimal voltage for producing alkaline water with suitable pH and TDS is 24 Volt with an electrolysis time of 20 minutes. Thus, this method offers an efficient and simple solution to produce alkaline water from rainwater, which could potentially benefit public health in areas with limited access to high-quality drinking water.

Health is a basic human need that continues to increase along with the progress of the times. Technological advances and lifestyle changes have led to a variety of new diseases, increasing the need for health services. Indonesia, with the fourth largest population in the world (272,229,372 people) and 10.14% of the population poor in 2021, faces significant health challenges. The COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated the situation by limiting access to health services. Barriers to access, unequal distribution of services, and a shortage of doctors hinder efforts to realize the welfare of citizens as mandated by the 1945 Constitution. However, advances in information and communication technology have brought significant benefits in the health sector. Information technology has had a major impact on health and medicine, enabling the rapid, efficient, and accurate dissemination of information. One important development is the practice of telemedicine, which offers innovative solutions in health care.

The case shows that some children's syrup drug products contain hazardous substances that can endanger the health of children. As a producer of children's syrup, their legal responsibility is very important in ensuring consumer safety. Law No. 17 of 2023 concerning Health provides a legal framework that regulates the responsibility of producers in this regard. This thesis discusses the legal responsibility of producers of children's syrup containing dangerous substances based on the law. The research reviews legal aspects related to producer responsibility, including legal sanctions that can be given to producers if they are found to have violated regulations, as well as what efforts producers can take to minimize legal risks and meet product safety and quality standards. The results of the study show that manufacturers of syrup for children must pay attention to various regulations and safety and quality standards stipulated by Law No. 17 of 2023 concerning Health and related institutions, and conduct product trials periodically to ensure safety and quality. In addition, producers must also be prepared to face legal sanctions if they violate existing regulations, such as fines and revocation of business licenses. The legal responsibility of the producer, then legal liability, namely civil, criminal and administrative responsibility Legal efforts that can be carried out Mediation efforts with the business actor/manufacturer of children's syrup medicine, if this fails, then the process can be carried out through the Consumer Dispute Protection Agency (BPSK), if the decision is not satisfactory, further legal action can be taken through the general court. The Ministry of Health and BPOM should be able to mitigate risks at the outset, regarding the distribution of drugs in Indonesia
 
 

The aim of this research is to find out: (1) The efforts of the Civic’s teacher in developing students’ moral quality in SDK LAMAWOHONG , Rubitvillage, District, Regency and(2) The challenges encountered by the teacher in developing student’s moral quality. This research was being held on February 29rd until March 29st, 2023. The type of this research is a qualitative research and the data collecting techniques was by using observation, documentation and interview. The result of this research shows that teacher as the moral agent should integrating the moral values by using Moral education, norm, ethics and religion in their learning process, and as the motivator by giving reward and punishment to the students. The challenges of this research were a limited time allocation, peer friends association, student’s disobedience behavior, and globalization impact in culture. The conclusion of this research is the Civics teacher had given good efforts in developing students’ moral quality. It was shown in some great efforts that had been given in their learning process.

The title of this activity is "Training on Human Resource Management to Improve the Performance of Educational Personnel," conducted at SMK Lowis Sakti. The objective of this activity is to provide guidance and counseling to the Principal, Vice Principal, Administrative Staff, and Teachers of SMK Lowis Sakti regarding the basic concepts of human resource management. This counseling aims to enhance their understanding and knowledge.
The implementation of this activity involves several stages, including the survey and socialization stages. During the survey stage, preparations were made by organizing the materials, setting the schedule for delivery, and conducting a survey of the activity location. Before the activity was carried out, a socialization stage was conducted, involving an initial meeting to explain the purpose and objectives of this activity to the SMK Lowis Sakti team, as well as to establish a schedule for cooperation and activities.
The execution team for this activity consists of six lecturers from the Public Administration Program of ITSKes Muhammadiyah Selong. The materials presented by the community service team cover topics such as Human Resource Management, Management, Human Resource Management Concepts, Reward Systems, Education Quality, and Performance.

The purpose of this research was to explore the Indonesian legal perspective on identity falsification in marriage, especially in the context of the validity and legal consequences of this action. Marriage is a physical and mental bond between a man and a woman husband also wife, purposed to hold happiness and also create an eternal family (household) based on the Almighty God, regulated in Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning marriage. Falsification of identity in marriage, as evidenced in the Jambi District Court decision 265/pid.sus/2022/PN jmb, is a prevalent issue. This research employs a normative juridical research technical using a case approach also a statutory approach. The findings indicate that identity forgery in marriage can invalidate the marriage, as per the Jambi District Court decision 265/pid.sus/2022/PN jmb. However, this case highlights the lack of justice for the victim/witness, namely Nuar Aini Yuni Saputri. There are still material and immaterial losses that have not been fulfilled, including the victim's family not receiving back the money from the defendant's fraud. Moreover, the victim continues to face harassment due to her invalid marriage. This research emphasizes the urgency of addressing identity falsification in marriage within the Indonesian legal framework. It also underscores the need for justice to be served fully, ensuring that victims of identity falsification receive appropriate restitution and protection from further harm. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengeksplorasi perspektif hukum Indonesia terhadap pemalsuan identitas dalam perkawinan, khususnya dalam konteks keabsahan dan akibat hukum dari tindakan tersebut, khususnya tentang pemalsuan identitas dalam perkawinan dan konsekuensi hukum bagi pelaku pemalsuan identitas yang melakukan pelanggaran perkawinan yang diatur dalam UU No.  1 tahun 1974. Perkawinan merupakan ikatan fisik dan mental di antara pria dengan seorang wanita sebagai suami dan istri untuk meraih kebahagiaan dan mewujudkan keluarga (rumah tangga) yang abadi berdasarkan kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa seperti yang diatur dalam UU No.  1/1974 tentang perkawinan. Pemalsuan identitas dalam perkawinan merupakan  isu yang sering terjadi di tanah air. Hal ini menjadi penting diangkat dalam penelitian ini untuk menemukan konsekuensi hukum bagi pelaku pelanggaran identitas pada perkawinan sesuai dengan UU Perkawinan no 1 tahun 1974. Penelitian ini  menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif serta pendekatan kasus dan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada pemalsuan identitas dan gelar yang dilakukan oleh terdakwa saat melakukan perkawinan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemalsuan identitas dan gelar dalam perkawinan dapat membatalkan suatu perkawinan. Namun demikian, pada putusan Pengadilan Negeri Jambi No. 265/pid.sus/2022/PN jmb masih ada kerugian materiil dan imateriil yang yang dialami korban/saksi yang belum terbayarkan. Seharusnya korban pemalsuan identitas menerima restitusi yang sesuai dan perlindungan dari bahaya lebih lanjut.

Folklore is part of cultural history that reflects the past and thoughts of the community, passed down from generation to generation orally or in writing, and contains various values of life. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a structural approach, aiming to analyze the religious values contained in the folklore “Sunan Muria Mosque” contained in the book “East Coast Folklore” by Mohammad Kanzunnudin, published by CV Adhigama in 2024. The data is a fragment of the story “Masjid Sunan Muria”. The research data are facts about the structure and religious values found in the folklore. The data collection technique used reading and listening methods. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman method which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the analysis show that the folklore “Masjid Sunan Muria” contains motifs of shortcomings and shortcomings that can be overcome as well as exemplary religious values, including aspects of belief, worship, knowledge, and practice. Sunan Muria, the main character in the story, shows a strong belief in the teachings of Islam and his ability to practice these values in real actions. The implication of this research is to provide inspiration and learning about the importance of religious values in everyday life and how these values can be applied for the common good.
 
 

The role of education and assistance to taxpayers in the context of Lontos Village. Through a scientific approach, this research highlights the importance of education and assistance as an effort to increase taxpayers' understanding and awareness of tax obligations. The implementation of this service aims to provide education and assistance as well as provide understanding and awareness to the public as taxpayers regarding the importance of paying taxes in Lontos Village, East Luwuk District. The methods used in implementing the service are direct observation, interviews, and carrying out service activities related to tax education in Lontos Village. The results of the service implementation are that structured and targeted education and assistance can make a positive contribution in increasing taxpayer compliance and strengthening the relationship between taxpayers and the village government as the authority in tax collection. The implication of these findings is the need to increase education and mentoring programs on an ongoing basis to support tax awareness and strengthen the tax system at the local level. The service carried out provides valuable insight for related parties in designing effective strategies to support tax compliance in Lontos Village, East Luwuk District, Banggai Regency and may also be applied in a broader taxation context.
