Abstrak:
The purpose of this study is to use quantitative structure-property relationship (QSPR)-based machine learning (ML) to examine the corrosion inhibition capabilities of benzimidazole compounds. The primary difficulty in ML development is creating a model with a high degree of precision so that the predictions are correct and pertinent to the material's actual attributes. We assess the comparison between the extra trees regressor (EXT) as an ensemble model and the decision tree regressor (DT) as a basic model. It was discovered that the EXT model had better predictive performance in predicting the corrosion inhibition performance of benzimidazole compounds based on the coefficient of determination (R2) and root mean square error (RMSE) metrics compared DT model. This method provides a fresh viewpoint on the capacity of ML models to forecast potent corrosion inhibitors.

<p class="Abstract" align="center"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p class="Abstract">The development of IoT-based smoke detectors using NodeMcu ESP8266 and smoke sensors has achieved satisfactory results. This tool has succeeded in providing an effective solution as a responsive early detection of fire. The implementation of remote monitoring through the website allows access to smoke detection information from far-flung locations, providing flexibility and affordability in security surveillance. NodeMcu ESP8266 as an IoT platform proved to be the right choice, bringing the ease of connectivity of tools with the internet. The device's quick response to the presence of smoke at various sensor distances confirms its reliability in detecting potential fires. The success of this research highlights the great potential of IoT technology in improving the level of security, especially in detecting fire threats efficiently. With tested and responsive tools, further implementation and development of functionality can be explored. Alat ini berhasil memberikan solusi efektif sebagai pendeteksi dini kebakaran yang responsif. Implementasi monitoring jarak jauh melalui website memungkinkan akses informasi deteksi asap dari lokasi yang berjauhan, memberikan fleksibilitas dan keterjangkauan dalam pengawasan keamanan. NodeMcu ESP8266 sebagai platform IoT terbukti menjadi pilihan yang tepat, menghadirkan kemudahan konektivitas alat dengan internet. Respons cepat alat terhadap keberadaan asap pada berbagai jarak sensor menegaskan kehandalannya dalam mendeteksi potensi kebakaran. Kesuksesan penelitian ini menyoroti potensi besar teknologi IoT dalam meningkatkan tingkat keamanan, khususnya dalam mendeteksi ancaman kebakaran secara efisien. Dengan alat yang teruji dan responsif, implementasi lebih lanjut dan pengembangan fungsionalitas dapat diexplorasi. Secara keseluruhan, pengembangan alat pendeteksi asap ini menjanjikan kontribusi positif terhadap pemahaman dan penerapan teknologi IoT dalam konteks keamanan dan keselamatan masyarakat.</p>

Abstrak:
This study primarily aims to identify the consumer protection portal application based on POJK RI No. 31 /Pojk.07/2020 and, secondary, how the Financial Services Authority may settle consumer disputes and safeguard customers in the financial services industry. The need for this research is urgent since it is the first to address consumer protection in the financial services industry, consumer protection portal applications, and Financial Services Authority consumer dispute resolution. The normative juridical technique is the research methodology used in this study. The explanation above leads one to conclude that Law No. 21 of 2011 establishing the Financial Services Authority's mission is why the consumer protection portal application is available. In the financial services industry, disputes are settled either out-of-court or via the Financial Services Institution first if a settlement cannot be achieved. The recommendations state that, because APPK is still used generically, an upgrade to the system is required to maximize the application of legal protection through the principles of information openness and transparency. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari bagaimana portal perlindungan konsumen digunakan sesuai dengan POJK RI No. 31 /Pojk.07/2020, dan bagaimana perlindungan konsumen di Sektor Jasa Keuangan dan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen Oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Penelitian ini sangat penting karena penelitian sebelumnya belum membahas topik ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan yuridis normatif. Adapun kesimpulan dari diskusi di atas, undang-undang No. 21 tahun 2011 tentang Otoritas Jasa Keuangan memungkinkan portal perlindungan konsumen. Jika sengketa di sektor jasa keuangan tidak diselesaikan melalui Lembaga Jasa Keuangan, mereka akan dilanjutkan dengan penyelesaian di pengadilan atau di luar pengadilan. Rekomendasi mengenai praktik APPK masih banyak digunakan, dan sistem harus diperbarui untuk memaksimalkan penerapan perlindungan hukum melalui prinsip keterbukaan dan transparansi informasi.

Abstrak:
Insomnia affects 30-50% of the adult population in the United States, with 5-15% experiencing chronic symptoms. Insomnia is characterized by dissatisfaction with the quality or quantity of sleep, insomnia presents challenges such as difficulty initiating, maintaining, and waking early, and is common in older adults. The Hana Nursing Home hosted this activity, with 61 participants in attendance. In this activity, there were 9 elderly people with mild and moderate insomnia respectively (14.75%) and 5 people (8.2%). Therefore, comprehensive clinical evaluation in the form of education and early detection is essential for effective clinical management of insomnia.

Abstrak:
The skin, the largest organ in the human body, provides protection against the external environment by covering the entire exterior surface of the body. Dermatoporosis is a skin fragility syndrome that develops as time progresses. Extrinsic and intrinsic factors contribute to skin aging, whereas extrinsic factors comprise nutrition, smoking, ionizing radiation, and solar exposure. In the elderly, the incidence of dermatoporosis is higher. In Europe, the incidence of dermatoporosis varies between 30 and 37%. Dermatoporosis is distinguished by the presence of slender, fragile, and shredded skin. This renders elderly individuals susceptible to complications related to hemorrhaging and infections, thereby exerting a detrimental influence on their overall health and well-being. It is anticipated that by engaging in this exercise, participants will develop a greater understanding of the significance of skin health maintenance.

Abstrak:
Banking is a vital sector in the economy of a country, including Indonesia. National Private Foreign Exchange Banks play a crucial role in providing financial services related to foreign currencies. In this context, factors such as Loan to Deposit Ratio, Non-Performing Loans, and Net Interest Margin are pivotal in determining the profitability of banks. This research aims to analyze the influence of Loan to Deposit Ratio, Non-Performing Loans, and Net Interest Margin on the profitability of National Private Foreign Exchange Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2018-2022. The study employs a quantitative approach with secondary data collection from the financial reports of National Private Foreign Exchange Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis technique utilizes panel data regression to examine the effects of Loan to Deposit Ratio, Non-Performing Loans, and Net Interest Margin variables on bank profitability. The research findings indicate that Non-Performing Loans and Net Interest Margin significantly affect the profitability of National Private Foreign Exchange Banks, whereas Loan to Deposit Ratio does not exert a significant influence. These variables exhibit a complex relationship in influencing the financial performance of banks. From these research findings, it is concluded that the management of Loan to Deposit Ratio needs improvement, accompanied by considerations of Non-Performing Loans and Net Interest Margin factors, to enhance the profitability of National Private Foreign Exchange Banks.

Abstrak:
Proses budidaya bunga mawar memerlukan penerapan sistem pertanian konvensional dengan penggunaan pupuk, pestisida, dan herbisida berbahan kimia sintetik masif dilakukan oleh petani. Dalam jangka panjang, kondisi ini secara tidak langsung akan mempengaruhi kesuburan tanah secara fisik, kimiawi ataupun biologis. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan contoh di lapang tentang manfaat dan hasil yang diperoleh dari penggunaan pupuk organik (kompos) sisa panen bunga mawar dan perbandingannya dengan penggunaan pupuk kimia serta ditinjau dari segi efisiensi usaha tani. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dilaksanakan mulai bulan Mei sampai Desember 2022 bertempat di Desa Gunungsari, Kecamatan Bumiaji, Kota Batu. Kegiatan di awali dengan dilakukanya survei lahan mawar di kota tujuan, dilanjutkan dengan 3 kegiatan utama, meliputi: 1) pertemuan diskusi dan penyuluhan dengan petani di ikuti dengan pembagian kuesioner, 2) praktik lapang aplikasi kompos, dan 3) evaluasi keberhasilan program melalui pengambilan data kuesioner dari petani. Aplikasi pupuk kompos limbah mawar adalah sebagai salah satu upaya untuk memaksimalkan hasil panen mawar untuk dapat menambahan nilai jual dan kebermanfaatan produk. Penggunaan pupuk organik dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bibit mawar. Di saat yang bersamaan, konversi limbah mawar menjadi pupuk organik dapat menambah pemasukan bagi petani dan secara tidak langsung akan dapat menekan biaya produksi dalam budidaya mawar. Hasil penyuluhan menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari 70 % petani yang ikut kegiatan menyatakan telah mengetahui dampak negatif pupuk kimia, serta telah mengetahui apa itu pupuk organik dan aplikasinya pada tanaman. Terlebih lagi, sebagian besar petani juga telah menerapkan pupuk organik dalam budidaya mawar, meskipun diberikan secara bersamaan atau berselang dengan pupuk anorganik.

RW 09 Kelurahan Merjosari merupakan RW yang dianggap aktif dan menghasilkan banyak sekali penghargaan. Saat ini warga sedang berusaha untuk membuat sebuah lahan yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menghasilkan nilai ekonomi. Lahan ini sebenarnya lahan fasum yang selama ini tidak digunakan oleh warga, maka untuk saat sekarang warga berusaha untuk memanfaatkan lahan ini. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu warga menata lahan agar dapat digunakan secara efektif dan membantu warga untuk menghasilkan laba dari usaha yang diolah dilahan ini. Salah satu hasil produk dari lahan ini adalah ternak lele. Ternak lele diharapkan dapat dilakukan warga secara berkelanjutan dan menghasilkan laba yang dapat digunakan warga untuk kepentingan warganya kembali. Tata kelola lahan untuk budidaya ternak lele tentu harus memiliki keahlian khusus, karena itu desain tata kelola dibuat seefektif mungkin agar lahan yang terbatas bisa dimanfaatkan dengan maksimal. Hasil ternak yang dihasilkan dari pemanfaatan lahan yang baik juga menjadi maksimal.

The research objective is to produce a gadget sales information system that can simplify the process of recording sales data to sales reports. According to observations and interviews that the author did at PT Kafilah Teknologi Indonesia in processing gadget sales data, all of which still use the manual method, namely recording in the books so that errors often occur. in calculating reporting and which often vary, this can hamper the process of financial reporting performance. The research method used in the Design of Gadget Sales Information Systems at PT. This Indonesian Technology Caravan is grounded research, which is a research method based on facts and using comparative analysis which aims to generalize epirisses, establish concepts, prove theories, and develop theories where data collection and data analysis run at the same time. In addition, the authors also conducted research with data collection methods by means of Observation, Interview and Documentation. After the author designed the Gadget Sales Information System, the author can help build a prototype so that the results are useful for the company so that it is expected to be more effective and accurate.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study is to assist tourists in providing information on tourist services for the waterfall at the foot of Mount Salak, so as to produce precise and accurate information reports. The development method used in this research is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) system. SDLC System Development Method This SDLC method is a method with a system development and design process through several stages, starting from system planning to operation and maintenance. Data collection methods used in this study are: observation, interviews, and literature study. This research produces an application that can assist tourists in providing more accurate information on waterfall tourism services at the foot of Mount Salak.
