South Korean culture or what can be called the Korean Wave has spread throughout the world, including Indonesia. The Korean Wave itself spreads from various fields, such as songs, drama, language, games, even variety show programs can also be used as intermediaries to spread culture. One of the interesting and unique variety show programs is Running Man. The Running Man program can not only be enjoyed and seen by Korean citizens, but the whole world can also watch it using video streaming technology called Video on Demand (VoD). The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative and descriptive quantitative research, data collection using questionnaires, with young adult subjects aged 16-29 years who have watched Running Man. The research results showed that the results of the questionnaire distribution included 26 respondents in the city of Malang aged around 16 to 29 years. So there are around 96.2% of them who know the variety show program Running Man, there are 92.3% who have watched the variety show program Running Man and there are as many as 7 people watching more than 300 episodes and 9 people watching 1-50 episodes of more than 600 episodes broadcast.

Information technology has emerged to make various activities easier. One of the important roles of information technology is in providing disaster information. River Care Communities (KPS) which are currently spread across several regions in Indonesia, one of which is River Care Communities Opak Gajah Wong. River Care Communities have an important role in helping reduce disaster risks along river flows. There are various kinds of events that have the potential to cause disasters along river flows, including accumulation of rubbish, landslides on river walls, narrowing and shallowing of rivers, rising water discharge above normal limits and the growth of wild plants that can obstruct river flow. Currently the River Care Community only reports its activities conventionally and has not maximized the existence of information technology. With this conventional method, the delivery of incident reports along the river which is their area of ??activity is often late, the coordinates are inaccurate and confusing because they are not accompanied by visual images. The conventional pattern of submitting reports means that these reports are too late to be followed up by the relevant agencies and are often simply overlooked. To answer the problems mentioned above, the author conducted research by developing an E-Report application based on Android mobile application using the prototyping method. Currently, there are already several similar complaint applications, but they are not specific to problems that exist along the river flow. The form of complaints and reports in river basins has unique characteristics, where the reporter must enter certain values ??to determine the level of urgency of the report. With this application, it is hoped that every report from River Care Communities Opak Gajah Wong can be conveyed in real time and immediately receive follow-up from the relevant agencies.

Communication failures in information transfer during intraoperative handover can pose a risk to patient safety incidents. One of the factors influencing the success of intraoperative handover is the existence of a structured handover checklist. This study aimed to explain the implementation of a structured intraoperative handover checklist to improve information transfer during intraoperative handovers. The design employed was a literature review. Articles were selected from databases including ScienceDirect, Scopus, PubMed, and Springer Link. The criteria for article selection included publication between 2017 and 2022, full text in English, and the use of keywords such as 'intraoperative handover,' 'handover checklist,' and 'information transfer.' The PRISMA flowchart stages were utilized to filter appropriate articles. The critical assessment of article quality employed The Joanna Briggs Critical Appraisal Tools 2020 and Mix Methods Appraisal Tool 2018. The results of the review of 8 articles indicated that a lack of good coordination during intraoperative handovers often occurs due to the absence of structured guidelines regarding handover content. The application of an intraoperative handover checklist has been shown to increase the completeness of data transfers and reduce the percentage of information omission during the handover process. The implementation of structured intraoperative handovers has a positive influence on improving the quality of communication between surgical teams and reducing incomplete information conveyed. A structured intraoperative handover checklist is needed as a guide to reduce the number of errors in information transfer, thus enhancing patient safety.

Violence behaviour poses a potential risk of physical harm to oneself or others. Violence behaviour must be promptly addressed by providing intervention to avoid detrimental impacts on the patient, others, or the surrounding environment. This research aims to identify the types of interventions for patients with violent behaviour in psychiatric hospitals. This review adopts a scoping review approach, following the analysis procedure by Arksey and O'Malley. Articles were identified using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses) method. Inclusion criteria for this review article include English or Indonesian language articles, original articles, articles using quantitative, qualitative, and mixed research methods published within the last 5 years. From the review results of 1.128 articles, 8 articles met the inclusion criteria. The analysis results indicate various types of interventions proven to be effective in reducing violent behaviour in patients in psychiatric hospitals. Treatments involving physical, psychological, and belief-based activities are suitable for reducing violent behaviour in patients in psychiatric hospitals. Furthermore, to determine the real impact of reducing violent behaviour, supplemental research is needed to develop interventions in patients in psychiatric hospitals. 

This study aims to determine the criminal responsibility of intellectual disabilities in the legal system in Indonesia and examine how the accountability of drug dealers by people with intellectual disabilities in Decision Number 290 / Pid.Sus / 2019 / PN.Tng which decided the defendant to release and Decision Number 1364k / Pid.Sus / 2017 which decided the defendant to be imprisoned, whether the judge's consideration in deciding the two cases was in accordance with Law Number 35 of 2009 on Narcotics and Article 44 of the Criminal Code. This research is a type of normative legal research that is prescriptive and applied. This legal writing uses a statutory approach and a case approach. The technique of collecting legal materials carried out is by literature study.

Pandanaran outdoor is one of the rental service companies or rental of camping and hiking equipment. However, the lack of use of technology in the process of renting equipment and conveying information about what equipment can be rented on a particular day makes it difficult for customers to carry out the rental process. Pandanaran Outdoor itself still uses manual recording in its rental process. With the advancement of technology and on the basis of the need for transaction management, data management, and information delivery, it is necessary to create a web-based camping and hiking equipment rental application at Pandanaran Outdoor, this website is designed using CodeIgniter, PHP, Visualcode, Bootstrap, Javascript, and MySQL Database. The system method used in this research is the waterfall method, the results obtained are used to describe the sequence of software development processes as a cycle in the flow of making rental applications. The presence of this application is expected to speed up and simplify the process of renting camping and hiking equipment at Pandanaran Outdoor.

With the exponential growth of social media platforms, vast amounts of data are generated daily, capturing public opinions, sentiments, and trends in real time. Automatic sentiment analysis using Natural Language Processing (NLP) has emerged as an essential tool to process this data, helping industries, researchers, and policymakers understand social sentiment more effectively. This study explores various NLP techniques for sentiment analysis, including machine learning-based, lexicon-based, and deep learning models. By examining advancements in NLP algorithms and challenges related to language diversity, slang, and context in social media data, this paper highlights the strengths and limitations of current methodologies and discusses potential future directions.

Tongue tie cases at the Columbia Asia Surgical Hospital in Semarang in the last two years have experienced an increase, where in 2021 there were 438 cases and in 2022 there were 447 cases. Tongue tie babies have a poor breastfeeding mechanism, this is caused by limited tongue movement, so tongue tie babies cannot attach properly when breastfeeding. These conditions result in the maximum intake of breast milk not being obtained and the mother feeling uncomfortable due to sore nipples which can cause premature cessation of breastfeeding. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of frenectomy in tongue tie babies with breastfeeding ability. This research is a type of quasi-experimental research with a one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were tongue-tie babies without complications who were still being hospitalized at the Columbia Asia Surgical Hospital in Semarang. Using a purposive sampling technique, a sample of 30 babies was obtained. The instruments used in this study were LATCH and ATLFF scores. Data analysis was performed using univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The results of the study showed that the Frenectomy procedure was effective in increasing the ability to suckle in tongue tie babies, the Wilcoxon test results were obtained (pvalue 0.000 <0.05), where all (100%) tongue tie babies experienced an increase in the ability to suckle after a frenectomy. The action of a frenectomy is effective in increasing the ability to suckle, this can be due to the fact that with a frenectomy the mobility of the tongue increases, so that the baby can latch on properly, can swallow milk well, the mother feels comfortable while breastfeeding because the nipples are not painful.

This study aims to determine how the influence of work motivation, work ability, and work environment on employee performance. The number of samples used was 79 employees. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that the quality of motivation (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Ability (X2) partially provides a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The work environment (X3) partially does not have a significant effect. And simultaneously the three independent variables have a significant effect on employee performance..
