This research aims to reveal the important role of Islamic educational psychology in the Islamic Religious Education learning process. The method used is library research which involves collecting information and data by utilizing various materials available in the library, such as reference books, articles, journals and other relevant documents related to the topic being researched. From the research results, it is concluded that Islamic educational psychology plays an important role in learning Islamic religious education because of the interactive dynamics between teachers and students during the learning process. Without the knowledge of Islamic educational psychology in every learning process, it is certain that learning objectives will not be achieved optimally and the learning process will be ineffective. Furthermore, Islamic religious education involves instilling and strengthening the principles of faith which serve as a spiritual basis. A person's entire being is shaped by the teachings of the Islamic religion, and every attitude and behavior is influenced by his faith.

Introduction: Based on a two-way communication model, effective communication between stakeholders can foster citizen participation in tourism management. Jayapura City's coastal tourism potential must be professionally managed, as evidenced by limited facilities and ineffective promotional strategies. The study aims to examine the community's social, economic, and cultural characteristics and devise an effective marketing communication strategy for developing coastal tourism in Jayapura City.Methods: A qualitative approach utilizing a causal descriptive survey method, also called mixed methods. With Lisrell, the research was analyzed using multiple linear regression and the Structural Equation Model (SEM) model.Findings: The effectiveness of marketing communication in the development of beach tourism in Jayapura City is relatively low in the role of tourism managers and the use of media in tourism promotion. Coastal tourism managers are still dominated by the elderly who are not updated with digital technology. The potential of culture and local wisdom has not been optimized in tourism management. There has been no synergy between interested parties such as government, customary, and community in the application of tourism marketing communication.Originality: Many studies have been conducted on tourism marketing communication strategies, but only a few have studied them from the perspective of tourism development which involves participation and local wisdom of the people in Papua. This study shows that marketing communication strategies are part of the solution, and research on local wisdom and community culture can provide alternative tourism development to improve the welfare of local communities.

Social networks are also used as a place for emotional outbursts, and it is not uncommon to express anger in the form of insults or insults which are often referred to as cyberbullying. The ITE Law provides legal protection for victims of criminal acts of cyberbullying as an effort to protect the law which is interpreted as the recognition and guarantees provided by the law in relation to human rights. The purpose of writing is to determine the impact of cyberbullying on adolescents on social media. The method used is literature review using articles and journals from 2016 to 2020 obtained from the Google Scholar electronic database. The results of various studies show that cyberbullying on adolescents on social media has a huge impact that affects all aspects of life from psychological, physical, and social aspects. The impact of cyberbullying that is felt is not only the victim, but the perpetrator, perpetrator and victim will also have an impact.

Financial management is a field of management related to planning, examining, controlling, managing and storing activities carried out by individuals, organizations or companies. The importance of understanding financial management strategies well is not only for workers who already have income, but also for students who will one day enter the workforce and will have their own income. Community service activities with the theme "Financial Management Strategies for Students" carried out at SMK Bina Patriot located in Bekasi were carried out through a seminar method by presenting speakers from lecturers and students. This activity was attended by class XII participants as many as 45 participants. With this seminar, it is hoped that students can understand the importance of planning, managing, and investing their money wisely so as to avoid financial problems in the future. Based on the results of a survey conducted as feedback on this activity, it can be seen that 64.3% of participants stated that this seminar was very useful

Climate change has emerged as a serious threat to both humanity and the global ecosystem, necessitating a coordinated global response. The Paris Agreement embodies these efforts by emphasizing the principle of Common but Differentiated Responsibilities and Respective Capabilities (CBDR-RC), which underscores the awareness of shared responsibility with varying capacities among nations. This principle is reflected in the Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs), serving as tangible manifestations of each country's commitment. This research addresses two main issues: Firstly, why is the CBDR-RC principle the foundation for implementing NDCs in Indonesia? Secondly, to what extent does the implementation of NDCs in Indonesia align with the CBDR-RC principle and Indonesia's commitments in the Paris Agreement to achieve sustainable development and address climate change? This study the study utilizes legislative, comparative, conceptual, and historical methodologies. Findings reveal that the CBDR-RC principle forms the basis of NDC implementation in Indonesia, grounded in Indonesia's membership status in the Paris Agreement. However, practical execution falls short, revealing a disparity between idealism and reality in realizing commitments and ambitions to address climate change.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan upaya penanggulangan tindak pidana terorisme perspektif kriminologi: identifikasi karakter dan pendanaan, kesiapsiagaan nasional, kontra radikalisasi, deradikalisasi, antisipasi radikal terorisme di Lapas. Kendalah penanggulangan terorisme di Jawa Tengan antara lain masih adanya Napiter yang radikal, lunturnya nilai gotong royong, masyarakat permisif kepada teroris, sanksi hukum lembaga pendidikan dan amal kelompok teroris lemah. Dalam mengatasi kendala dalam penanggulangan tindak pidana terorisme membutuhkan strategi yang terstruktur dan adaptif memperkuat jaringan intelijen dengan memperbaiki teknologi pengawasan dan meningkatkan kerjasama lintas negara untuk pertukaran informasi, pembinaan dan monitoring mantan Napiter melalui pembinaan agama, toleransi, wawasan kebangsaan melibatkan tokoh agama Islam, implementasi program jogo tonggo, percepatan rencana aksi daerah pencegahan dan penanggulangan ekstremisme yang mengarah pada kekerasan, dan pemberdayaan ekonomi.

Lack of awareness of the rights and obligations between both parties causes several problems and agreements are not equal or balanced. This research aims to determine the application of the principle of contractual equality in vehicle rental agreements at Pesona Car Rental Semarang and the obstacles and solutions in implementing the principle of contractual equality in vehicle rental agreements at Pesona Car Rental Semarang. The research method used is sociological juridical research with analytical descriptive research specifications. The sampling technique in this research was non-random sampling using purpove sampling with data collection techniques using primary and secondary data, with qualitative data analysis. The results of the research show that the application of the principle of contractual equality at Pesona Car Rental Semarang is still not fully implemented due to several obstacles that can hinder its implementation, such as a lack of understanding of the terms and conditions of the agreement as well as violations committed by the lessee. Settlements or solutions that can be made as a result of violations committed by tenants can be done through litigation and non-litigation. The role of the principle of balance or equality in agreements, especially in vehicle rental agreements, is a very important component based on the will and awareness of both parties to carry out the vehicle rental agreement and comply with their respective rights and obligations. AbstrakSetiap manusia berkegiatan dalam bidang ekonomi, baik untuk melakukan transaksi atau kegiatan bisnis lainnya biasanya diawali dengan adanya perjanjian salah satunya perjanjian sewa menyewa. Kurangnya kesadaran hak dan kewajiban antara kedua belah pihak menyebabnya beberapa masalah dan perjanjian tidak setara atau seimbang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan prinsip kesetaraan kontraktual dalam perjanjian sewa menyewa kendaraan di Pesona Rental Mobil Semarang dan kendala serta solusi dalam penerapan prinsip kesetaraan kontraktual dalam perjanjian sewa menyewa kendaraan di Pesona Rental Mobil Semarang tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian yuridis sosiologis  dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitis. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah non random sampling dengan cara purpove sampling dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan sekunder, dengan analisis data secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip kesetaraan kontraktual di Pesona Rental Mobil Semarang masih belum sepenuhnya dapat diterapkan dikarenakan beberapa kendala yang dapat menghambat penerapannya seperti kurangnya pemahaman mengenai syarat dan ketentuan perjanjian serta pelanggaran yang dilakukan dari pihak penyewa. Penyelesaian atau solusi yang dapat dilakukan akibat pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh penyewa dapat dilakukan melalui jalur litigasi dan non litigasi. Peranan asas keseimbangan atau kesetaraan dalam perjanjian khususnya dalam perjanjian sewa menyewa kendaraan menjadi komponen yang sangat penting atas dasar kehendak dan kesadaran kedua belah pihak untuk melaksanakan perjanjian dalam sewa menyewa kendaraan tersebut serta mematuhi hak dan kewajibannya masing-masing.

Literacy quality is an important aspect in developing students' abilities, especially in the current digital era. This research aims to explore the use of the online media Instagram in improving the literacy quality of students of the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program (KPI) A, North Sumatra State Islamic University (UINSU) in semester 6. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and observations of participants who actively use Instagram in their academic activities. Research findings show that creative and targeted use of Instagram can improve the literacy quality of KPI A UINSU students. Through the available visual and text features, students can expand their knowledge about current issues in the field of Islamic communication and broadcasting, as well as improve their reading, writing and critical thinking skills. Apart from that, collaboration between students and lecturers via Instagram also opens up space for in-depth discussion and reflection, increasing understanding and appreciation of lecture material. The implication of this research is the importance of integrating social media in learning strategies to facilitate the holistic development of student literacy in higher education.

The value of character towards Pancasila Education is increasingly fading, especially among the younger generation such as students and college students. The purpose of this study is to provide a clear picture in building the character of special students in the current era of globalization. The research method used is a literature study method sourced from journals, the next method is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation. The results of this study indicate that Pancasila education has an important role in building and developing the character of students so that later it will produce a young generation that is noble and critical. The impact of the phenomenon of globalization can actually cause the decline of the nation's identity, so it is increasingly important to include Pancasila education in the curriculum. This research contributes to raising awareness of the importance of Pancasila education as a means to strengthen and maintain national identity in the face of increasing globalization.

The background of the problem in this research raises the values of Islamic education contained in Q.S Luqman verses 12-19 which are guidelines for humans which are used as the foundation and basis for educating humans on the right path. This article aims to explore character education from an al- -Qur'an through al-Azhar interpretation, so that understanding of character education is more varied and more comprehensive. The aim of this research is to reveal the form of character education carried out by Nabiyullah Luqmanul Hakim as contained in Q.S. Luqman verses 12-19. The research method used is library research, the data of which is obtained from literature studies with a theoretical and philosophical approach. The results of the research found that the character education values contained in Q.S Luqman verses 12-19 Tafsir Al-Azhar by Hamka are the value of gratitude, the value of prohibiting kufr, the value of monotheism, the value of prohibiting shirk, the value of honoring both parents, the value of obeying both parents. , the value of believing in the Day of Judgment, the value of commanding prayer, the value of doing what is good and preventing what is wrong, the value of patience, the value of prohibiting arrogance, the value of simplicity in social life.
