Abstrak:
PJOK plays an important role in movement activities for students at school. In the learning process, there are learning methods that can be used, one of which is the peer teaching method. PJOK material in junior high school has big ball games, one of which is basketball. This study aims to find out whether the application of peer teaching learning methods can improve basketball shooting free throw learning outcomes. This study used an experimental method with a randomized control group pre-test post-test design. The instruments used in this study are knowledge and skill tests. The study sample used cluster random sampling with class VIII A as the experimental class and VIII E as the control class with a total of 64 students. The results showed that the use ofpeer teachinglearning methods can improve the learning outcomes of shooting free throw basketball grade VIII at SMP.The value of increasinglearning outcomes in the medium category, namely knowledge increased by54.51% and skills by 42.40%.

Abstrak:
Employees who have loyalty and commitment will try their best to achieve goals. When employees feel satisfied with the work they do, then employees work optimally in completing their work. Individuals who have high work motivation will bring up OCB behavior. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Through Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variables at PT RMB. This study used quantitative methods with random sampling techniques. The population in this study were PT RMB employees, totaling 183 people. The results of the study found that there was a positive and significant effect between job satisfaction and OCB at PT RMB. There is a positive and significant influence between organizational commitment and job satisfaction at PT RMB. The mindset variable has a significant effect on job satisfaction. There is no significant influence between Organizational Commitment and OCB on employees at PT RMB. There is a positive and significant influence between organizational commitment and job satisfaction at PT RMB. There is no significant effect between work motivation and OCB on employees at PT RMB.

Abstrak:
Empirical studies of possible compound corrosion inhibitors require a lot of money, time, and resources. Therefore, we used a machine learning (ML) paradigm based on quantitative structure-property relationship (QSPR) models to evaluate ensemble algorithms as predictors of corrosion inhibition efficiency (CIE) values. Our investigation reveals that the gradient boosting (GB) regressor model outperforms other ensemble-based models. This advantage is evaluated objectively using the metrics root mean square error (RMSE), mean absolute error (MAE), and coefficient of determination (R2). In summary, our research provides a new perspective on how well machine learning algorithms in particular ensembles work to identify organic molecules such as pyridazine that have the potential to prevent corrosion on the surfaces of metals such as iron and its alloys.

Abstrak:
This case study investigates the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) in the PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry area. Through in-depth analysis of policies, practices, challenges, strategies and impacts of K3 implementation, this research aims to provide comprehensive insight into the company's efforts to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for its workers. The research results show that PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry has adopted various comprehensive K3 policies and practices, including routine K3 training, work environment monitoring, and safety campaigns. However, several challenges such as employee resistance and complex working conditions remain obstacles in implementing K3. To overcome these challenges, the company has implemented proactive strategies, including increasing K3 communication and awareness, regular evaluation of working environment conditions, and active involvement of employees in efforts to prevent work-related accidents and diseases. The impact of implementing effective K3 policies at PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry includes reducing the number of work accidents, increasing productivity, and improving the company's image. This research makes an important contribution to the understanding of best practices in K3 management in the industrial sector, as well as becoming a reference for other companies in their efforts to create a safe and healthy work environment.

This phenomenon marks a global shift towards more sustainable and environmentally friendly energy sources. One key aspect of this development is related to various technologies in power generation, including synchronous generators. Synchronous generators play a crucial role in the electrical energy infrastructure due to their ability to produce power stably and efficiently, meeting the demand for reliable and high-quality electricity supply. In the context of the role of synchronous generators, it is important to understand how these generators react to variable capacitive loading. This capacitive loading can affect the overall efficiency and performance of the power generation system. In this situation, the influence of capacitive loading is particularly evident in the formation of reactive power. The reactive power generated can significantly affect the speed and frequency of synchronous generators. Furthermore, the effects of capacitive loading can also be felt in the voltage of the system. Voltage fluctuations may occur, often requiring compensation in the form of field current to maintain system stability. Therefore, a deep understanding of how synchronous generators respond to capacitive loading is crucial to ensuring optimal performance of the power generation system as a whole, as well as in formulating strategies to improve the efficiency and reliability of electrical energy in the future. </p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>Keywords: </em><em>Capacitive, Excitation System, Resistive, Synchronous Generator.</em></p><p> </p><p class="Abstract" align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p class="Abstract">Perkembangan sumber energi listrik telah menjadi fokus utama dalam beberapa dekade terakhir seiring dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan akan energi listrik di seluruh dunia. Fenomena ini menandai pergeseran global menuju sumber energi yang lebih berkelanjutan dan ramah lingkungan. Salah satu aspek utama dari perkembangan ini adalah terkait dengan berbagai teknologi dalam pembangkit listrik, di antaranya adalah generator sinkron. Generator sinkron memiliki peran penting dalam infrastruktur energi listrik karena kemampuannya untuk menghasilkan daya secara stabil dan efisien, memenuhi tuntutan masyarakat akan pasokan listrik yang andal dan berkualitas. Dalam konteks peran generator sinkron, penting untuk memahami bagaimana generator tersebut bereaksi terhadap pembebanan kapasitif yang variatif. Pembebanan kapasitif ini dapat memengaruhi efisiensi dan kinerja keseluruhan dari sistem pembangkit listrik. Dalam situasi ini, pengaruh dari pembebanan kapasitif terutama terlihat dalam pembentukan daya reaktif. Daya reaktif yang dihasilkan dapat mempengaruhi putaran dan frekuensi generator sinkron secara signifikan. Selain itu, efek dari pembebanan kapasitif juga dapat dirasakan pada tegangan dalam sistem. Fluktuasi tegangan dapat terjadi, yang sering kali memerlukan kompensasi dalam bentuk arus medan agar stabilitas sistem tetap terjaga. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman yang mendalam tentang bagaimana generator sinkron dengan pembebanan kapasitif menjadi sangat penting dalam memastikan kinerja yang optimal dari sistem pembangkit listrik secara keseluruhan, serta dalam merumuskan strategi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan keandalan energi listrik di masa depan.</p>

Abstrak:
This study aims to determine the effect of Earning per Share (EPS), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), Deb to Equity Ratio (DER), Price to Book Value (PBV) on Returns. Share. The object of this research is the Indonesian Stock Exchange, mining companies in the coal industry sector for the 2019-2021 period. The research data used is secondary data with the sampling method using non-probability sampling. And the data analysis method is by calculating financial performance, determining stock returns using a sample of 19 companies. The results of this research have been tested on classical assumptions in the form of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests and autocorrelation tests as well as hypothesis tests in the form of t tests, f tests , determination test, and multiple linear regression test. The results of this study show that ESP partially has a negative effect on Stock Return, ROA partially has a positive effect on Stock Return, ROE partially has a negative effect on Stock Return, CR partially has a positive effect on Stock Return, DER partially has a positive effect on Stock Return, and PBV partially has a negative effect on Stock Return.

Abstrak:
This study is aimed to investigate the compatibility of materials in the textbook entitled "Cambridge English for Job-hunting" based on Tomlinson’s theory. The researcher used descriptive approach research as the type of the study. The data of the study were done by follows the process involved several stages, which are as follows: 1) The researcher selected an English textbook for analysis, 2) the researcher read the English textbook thoroughly, 3) the researcher carefully reviewed the content of the textbook, 4) the researcher gathered all the necessary materials from the textbook for analysis. The result of this study shows that the textbook substantially complies with Tomlinson's criteria for useful tools for language learning. It effectively engages students, builds confidence, offers appropriate information, uses actual speech, and accommodates a range of learning preferences and emotional conditions.

Abstrak:
Insomnia affects 30-50% of the adult population in the United States, with 5-15% experiencing chronic symptoms. Insomnia is characterized by dissatisfaction with the quality or quantity of sleep, insomnia presents challenges such as difficulty initiating, maintaining, and waking early, and is common in older adults. The Hana Nursing Home hosted this activity, with 61 participants in attendance. In this activity, there were 9 elderly people with mild and moderate insomnia respectively (14.75%) and 5 people (8.2%). Therefore, comprehensive clinical evaluation in the form of education and early detection is essential for effective clinical management of insomnia.

Abstrak:
The increase in automotive technology, especially cars, has caused the availability of fuel to decrease. This is because more and more fuel are needed by vehicles while the amount of fuel on earth is dwindling because petroleum is a non-renewable natural resource. Motorized vehicles must not only save fuel but also have good performance. The better the fuel quality, the better the combustion process so that the greater the power and torque produced. So there needs to be an ideal fuel mixture for good combustion of multi-cylinder gasoline engine performance. Several things can be done to improve engine performance and fuel economy ranging from creating fuel saving devices, changing engine construction, hybrid technology to finding alternative fuels. This research uses an experimental research method with a descriptive quantitative approach to determine the effect of using magnetic coils on fuel pipelines on engine performance. The results showed the largest increase in power value of 12.89% in the use of magnetic coil with a copper wire diameter of 0.40 mm using first fuel at 2500 rpm. While the largest increase in torque value of 70.60 Nm to 79.70 Nm on the use of magnetic coil with a copper diameter of 0.40 mm at 2500 rpm using first fuel.

Diversity in generative models refers to the ability of the model to produce a wide range of outputs that cover the variability present in the underlying data distribution. Understanding diversity is fundamental for assessing the quality and applicability of generative models across various domains, including natural language processing, computer vision, and creative arts. We discusses existing methods and metrics for evaluating diversity in generative models and highlights the importance of diversity in promoting fairness, robustness, and creativity. It explores strategies for enhancing diversity in generative models, such as regularization techniques, diversity-promoting objectives, and novel architectures.
