Leadership is a vital skill in a variety of life contexts, including education, business, and society. This scientific article presents a comprehensive review of how to hone leadership skills through an experience-based approach. The research method used is a qualitative approach. The data used is data sourced from literature review. We explain key concepts in leadership, outline experience-based approaches, and identify the benefits and challenges associated with these approaches. Additionally, we offer practical strategies for implementing experience-based approaches in educational and leadership development contexts. This scientific article aims to provide a deeper understanding of how direct experience can be a strong foundation in developing effective leadership skills.

The aim of this activity is to provide an understanding of the fair distribution of inheritance in cases of fighting over inheritance rights using several types of settlement methods. This research presents a numerical investigation into heat transfer in nanofluid flow using an advanced lattice Boltzmann method (LBM). The study modifies the standard LBM to incorporate the unique properties of nanofluids, such as enhanced thermal conductivity. We simulate convective heat transfer in a pipe with varying nanoparticle concentrations, assessing the effects on heat transfer rates. Results show that nanofluids significantly improve heat transfer efficiency, offering valuable insights for engineering applications in cooling systems.

This paper explores the use of genetic algorithms (GAs) for optimizing nonlinear systems in resource allocation. By simulating various allocation scenarios, we demonstrate the efficiency of GAs in finding near-optimal solutions in complex environments. The study provides a comparison of GA performance against traditional optimization methods and identifies scenarios where GAs outperform. The results emphasize the utility of GAs in real-world applications, especially when conventional approaches struggle with large solution spaces.

This community service activity was conducted in RT 004, Tebet Timur Dalam, with the aim of introducing and promoting Microsoft Project as a tool to enhance project management skills. Microsoft Project is software that facilitates efficient project planning, management, and evaluation. The implementation methods included material delivery, discussions, and practical simulations using simple case studies relevant to the participants' needs. The results of this activity demonstrated that participants gained a basic understanding of project management concepts and fundamental skills in using Microsoft Project. This training is expected to enhance the community's ability to design and manage projects, whether for personal or communal purposes, thereby supporting more structured and effective activity management.

The culture of students often influences how agricultural topics are learned. This study examined the impact of cultural beliefs senior secondary school agriculture students held on their livestock production learning in Ogun State, Nigeria. The study employed a survey research design guided by four research objectives. The population consisted of all senior secondary school agriculture students in Ogun State, and a multi-stage sampling technique was used to select participants. Data were collected using a researcher-designed questionnaire and analysed using mean and standard deviation. The findings revealed that parents, peers, and traditional religious leaders are the primary sources of students’ cultural beliefs. These beliefs, often expressed as taboos, rituals, and superstitions, significantly influence students’ learning of livestock production. To address this, sensitising teachers about the interaction between cultural beliefs and the teaching of scientific principles is recommended.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pentingnya etika dan kode etik guru terhadap siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Data ini diperoleh dari berbagai sumber ilmiah, misalnya buku dan artikel dari jurnal yang terbit 2017 hingga 2024. Hasil penelitian mununjukkan bahwa pendidikan memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk generasi masa depan yang beretika dan beradab. Guru memiliki peran kunci dalam membantu siswa mengembangkan nilai-nilai etika dan moral yang diperlukan untuk hidup yang adil dan jujur. Oleh karena itu, pentingnya etika dan kode etik guru terhadap siswa tidak dapat dipandang remeh. Guru yang memiliki etika dan kode etik yang baik dapat membantu siswa mengembangkan kejujuran, kesadaran diri, dan kemampuan berkomunikasi yang efektif. Mereka juga dapat membantu siswa mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan membuat keputusan yang bijak. Dengan demikian, siswa dapat menjadi individu yang beretika dan beradab, serta memiliki kemampuan untuk menjadi bagian dari masyarakat yang lebih baik. Selain itu, etika dan kode etik guru juga dapat membantu siswa mengembangkan potensi diri mereka, kepercayaan diri dan rasa aman. Ketika guru memiliki etika dan kode etik yang baik. Jadi guru harus meningkatkan kualitas dan martabat profesinya. Dalam proses pengajaran di sekolah etika juga sangat penting dan guru juga harus memiliki sifat-sifat yang baik, seperti berpikir terbuka, kritis, inovatif, dan percaya diri, serta mampu menerapkan nilai-nilai humaniora yang sesuai dengan bidang keahliannya.

This study investigates methods for improving cybersecurity in smart cities by implementing IoT device management protocols. We examine approaches such as network segmentation and secure authentication to mitigate common threats, thus providing a safer environment for urban digital infrastructure.

The integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) metrics into performance evaluation has become increasingly vital in achieving corporate sustainability and competitive advantage. This study investigates the impact of ESG metrics on organizational performance within the framework of strategic management accounting (SMA). Using a quantitative approach, secondary data were collected from ESG reports of 100 publicly listed companies across various industries. The analysis employs multiple linear regression to examine the relationships between ESG dimensions—Environmental, Social, and Governance—and financial performance indicators, including Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Tobin’s Q. The results reveal a significant positive correlation between ESG scores and financial performance, with the Environmental dimension exhibiting the strongest influence (? = 0.45, p < 0.01), followed by Social (? = 0.30, p < 0.05) and Governance (? = 0.25, p < 0.05). Firms with high ESG scores (?75) reported 15% higher ROA and 20% higher ROE than those with lower scores. These findings underscore the importance of integrating ESG into SMA practices to enhance transparency, stakeholder trust, and sustainable decision-making processes. This study contributes to the literature by providing a comprehensive evaluation framework that aligns ESG metrics with corporate objectives. Practical recommendations include adopting global ESG standards, improving transparency in ESG reporting, and prioritizing strategic initiatives in sustainability. Future research could explore the long-term effects of ESG integration on non-financial outcomes, such as brand reputation and employee satisfaction.
