Students are individuals who have graduated from high school/high school and are currently pursuing higher education at a university. The study period is an important period to look forward to, even though new students often face challenges in the form of academic stress. The transition period from high school to college, busy schedules, new environments, and homesickness are factors that cause stress (Ajeng Febrianti Rahayu et al., 2021). Adaptation is an important skill to help students face these changes. According to Adimiharja (1993), adaptation is the process of a person adapting to the environment and using resources to solve problems. In the first year of college, the ability to adapt is the basis for success in studying for the next few years (Rahmadani & Mukti, 2020). According to Sarafino (2012),stress is the body's response to demands that exceed an individual's capabilities (Hasanah, 2019). How to deal with stress is different for each person, from avoiding the source of stress to solving the problem that causes it. For new students, this stress occurs because of major changes, especially in the learning system (Paramita et al., 2022).

Abstrak:
This study raises the issue of the implications of the dualism of the state's position as a public authority and shareholder in the financial settlement of PT Garuda Indonesia without injuring the intended use of APBN. The financial problems of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. is already on the verge of requiring immediate action from the state. The focus of this research on the dualism of the state's position has never been discussed in previous research, even though this position is a determining element for the government's actions regarding the Garuda problem. The position of the state itself as the highest public authority and shareholder limits the state's actions to overcome the problems of PT Garuda Indonesia. This is based on the limitation of the use of the state budget (APBN) as regulated in the Constitution, which is only intended for the prosperity of the people. To answer the research problem, the regulations, the theory of legal entities, the public choice theory, the theory of state responsibility, and the international practices are used as analytical tools. The result of the analysis is that the efforts made by the state, both as a public authority and as a shareholder, must be based on considerations of benefits for the interests of the people – not based on mere nostalgia. Learning from the history of Garuda's management governance which has never improved significantly, the Government should not need to help Garuda because it will only waste the APBN and not be beneficial to the community, because the most important benefit is in deciding on APBN spending actions. Actions to increase capital can be carried out as long as it is believed that with the addition of capital, PT Garuda Indonesia can bounce back from adversity and generate sufficient profits to provide dividends to the state. If indeed the condition of PT Garuda Indonesia it is not possible to get up and operate so as to generate dividends, preferably PT Garuda Indonesia bankrupt.

Students are learners as well as part of society who are vulnerable to mental health disorders. This is due to the challenging academic journey, from the beginning of their studies to the final semester, in order to develop their ability to fulfill intellectual responsibilities. There are several simple methods that can be practiced independently to reduce anxiety symptoms, such as deep breathing techniques, avoiding alcohol consumption, sharing feelings with close ones, and strengthening spiritual connection with Allah SWT through performing Tahajud prayer. This study aims to analyze the relationship between Tahajud prayer and the level of anxiety among students at Sultan Agung Islamic University Semarang. The study employs a correlational design with a cross-sectional approach. Data were collected through questionnaires completed by 75 students using a total sampling technique. The results indicate that the majority of respondents, 65 students (86.7%), engage in Tahajud prayer regularly. However, most respondents, 50 students (66.7%), still experience high levels of anxiety. Statistical tests revealed a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05), demonstrating a significant relationship between Tahajud prayer and anxiety levels. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that there is a correlation between Tahajud prayer and students' anxiety levels. This study is expected to serve as a reference for future research and encourage students to utilize Tahajud prayer as a form of spiritual therapy in managing anxiety.

The purpose of this community service activity is to enhance the innovation and product visualization of the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) Dapur 80 to increase consumer awareness and familiarity with its products. Through observations and interviews, several challenges were identified, including Dapur 80 lacked a consistent visual identity, used simple product packaging, had an unorganized menu, and did not have an appealing business location marker. To address these issues, the activity focused on designing and producing menu catalogs, product stickers, and a neon box—each playing a crucial role in enhancing product appeal. The results indicated successful implementation: catalogs were distributed to resellers, 100 stickers were printed and applied to product packaging, and one neon box was installed at the business location. An evaluation with the owner revealed satisfaction with the developed promotional media. Within just ten days of use, Dapur 80 recorded an increase of 11 new customers. However, the project was limited by its relatively short duration of one month, which constrained the measurement of long-term impacts. Despite this limitation, the community service activity contributed significantly to improving Dapur 80’s sales performance, demonstrating that enhanced product visualization can attract consumer attention, stimulate demand, and increase turnover.

This study aims to describe and analyze: Public Service Bureaucratic Reform and the factors that support and hinder Public Service Bureaucratic Reform at the Office of the Special Class 1 Immigration Checkpoint for the City of Surabaya. The research method to be used is qualitative descriptive. Data Collection Techniques include: Interviews, Observations, Documentation. The research informant is the Head of the Suarabaya Special Class I Immigration Office. The data analysis technique using interactive model analysis was developed by Miles et al., (2014), namely data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that in the institutional aspect in accordance with Law Number 6 of 2011 concerning immigration, the institutional arrangement at the Immigration Office is divided into several parts according to their duties and functions. The current posture of organization is relatively slimmer and flat (not very hierarchical). In the resource aspect, human resource improvement is also carried out through the internal office, namely through performance evaluation meetings. In terms of governance, organizational units/work units within the Surabaya Special Class I Immigration Office currently have and implement systems, procedures, and work mechanisms, as well as service standards that are more standard, clear, efficient, and effective, supported by the optimal use of adequate information and communication technology. Supporting Factors for Bureaucratic Reform at the Special Class I Immigration Office in Surabaya are Productive Apparatus, Representative Policies, and Employee Capacity Building. The inhibiting factor is that there is still a practice of brokerage.

Abstrak:
Diabetes Mellitus is a metabolic disease caused by problems in the body in producing insulin, insulin produced is lacking or nonexistent, or it can be due to the insulin receptor not functioning so that cells cannot receive glucose for metabolism (Black, M. J. & Hawks, 2014; Pranata, S & Khasanah, 2017). Diabetic wounds are caused by infection as a result of high blood glucose, thereby increasing bacterial proliferation, and added to the deficiency of the immune system which causes the wound inflammation period to last a long time. In addition, inappropriate treatment of diabetic wounds (ulcers) can worsen the condition of the wound (Ekaputra, 2013). Therefore, proper and optimal wound care is needed. The wound care method that is currently developing is moist wound healing, which is more effective than conventional methods because it is easy to install, can adjust to the shape of the wound, easy to remove, comfortable to wear, does not need to change dressings frequently, absorbs drainage, presses and immobilizes wounds, prevents new wounds from mechanical injury, prevents infection, improves hemostasis by pressing the dressing. Wound care procedures through Debridement and dressing. Wound debridement can accelerate healing by removing necrotic tissue, particulates, or foreign material, and reducing the bacterial load. The conventional method is to use a scalpel and cut away all unwanted tissue including callus and eschar. Saline-moistened (wet-to-dry) gauze dressings; moisture-retaining dressings (hydrogels, hydrocolloids, hydrofibers, transparent films and alginates) that provide physical and autolytic debridement respectively; and antiseptic dressings (silver dressings, cadexomer). Newer advanced dressings are being studied, such as Vulnamin gel made from amino acids and hyaluronic acid used in conjunction with elastic compression have shown positive results.
