Breast self-examination (BSE) is learning to see and examine your own breasts every month (Rasjidi, 2021). The main goal of BSE is to find breast cancer at an early stage so that treatment can be better. Lack of understanding or lack of information about breast cancer and steps to prevent early detection causes many women to be less or less interested in having this examination. Breast cancer is the cancer with the second highest prevalence after cervical cancer in Central Java in 2021, namely cervical cancer at 1.2% or the equivalent of 19,734 people and breast cancer at 0.7% or the equivalent of 11,511 people. Based on the preliminary study conducted, the results showed that of the 10 questions about BSE at SMA 5 Tegal, 6 out of 10 respondents answered that they did not know or had a low understanding of BSE, while the other 4 respondents indicated sufficient understanding about BSE. The aim of this study was to evaluate SMA 5 Tegal students' understanding of the importance of breast self-examination (BSE) in early detection of breast cancer. The research method that will be used in this research is a quantitative approach with a cross sectional design. The population of this research was 117 female students of SMA 5 Tegal class XI (adolescent girls), with sampling using the total sample. The results of this research show that the majority of respondents have a good understanding of BSE, namely 89 respondents (76.1%), where this respondent's understanding is obtained from good knowledge about BSE, knowing the correct BSE examination techniques.

Studies on the relationship between environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and a firm's financial performance remain largely inconclusive. This study attempts to provide empirical evidence that the disagreement among ESG ratings lead to the different results of firm-level studies on the relationship between ESG and financial performance. Tests of multiple models using different ESG rating uncover three types of variations: statistical significance, directionality, and magnitude. This study also indicates that the effect is greater in studies on accounting-based financial performance measures and studies applying composite ESG score. Social dimension consistently presents the highest number of variations compared to environmental and governance dimensions.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, PJOK (Physical Sports and Health Education) learning cannot be carried out in all places because it must follow government regulations regarding maintaining distance and avoiding crowds. This causes various obstacles in its implementation in the field. This research was conducted using a literature review method using sources from Google Scholar. Keywords used include "physical education," "physical education," "PJOK," "covid-19 pandemic," and "primary school," with publication ranges between 2020 and 2021.The research results show that PJOK learning in elementary schools during the pandemic was carried out through various media, such as TVRI broadcasts, multimedia-based distance learning (video-based learning), Google Classroom, instant messaging applications (such as WhatsApp) and hybrid learning. However, the obstacles faced include difficulties in arranging appropriate and efficient learning resources, lack of interaction between teachers and students even though they have used video tutorials, noise interference from the home environment, and parents' unpreparedness in accompanying their children in online learning. These obstacles make the PJOK learning process less than optimal

This research investigates maritime health literacy among cadets, focusing on its alignment with international standards and implications for professional practice in the maritime industry. Using qualitative methods, the study explores cadets' perceptions and experiences regarding health management practices onboard ships. Findings reveal a strong alignment with safety and environmental protocols outlined by the International Maritime Organization (IMO). However, gaps in practical training effectiveness and continual professional development highlight areas for improvement. Cadets express the need for enhanced practical simulations and lifelong learning initiatives to better prepare for health-related challenges at sea. The study also identifies positive perceptions of health promotion policies mandated by the maritime labour convention, underscoring industry commitment to promoting occupational health and safety standards. Recommendations include integrating comprehensive mental health support, fostering collaborative research efforts, and conducting longitudinal studies to assess the sustainability of health literacy interventions. By addressing these recommendations, stakeholders can enhance operational efficiency, promote crew welfare, and sustain a culture of safety within the maritime sector.
