This research employs qualitative approaches to investigate how women contribute to enhancing the family's financial situation within Islamic frameworks. It delves into the factors impacting their roles and examines their involvement in household duties, empowerment initiatives, and managing various responsibilities. The findings highlight that women primarily contribute to the family economy by engaging in daily household tasks, participating in empowerment programs, and managing their time across different roles. Additionally, their earnings are crucial in financially supporting the family's needs.

Abstrak:
The third source of law referred to in the civil law system is jurisprudence. When argued that customary law applies to all members of society as a whole not directly, but through jurisprudence. However, the position of jurisprudence as legal sources in the civil law system have not long been accepted. This was caused by the view that rules of conduct, especially statutory rules, are aimed at to regulate the existing situation and avoid conflict, thus the rules made for matters after the law was enacted. Abstrak:
The research aims to analyze the legal certainty of the Election Organizer Ethics Council (DKPP) based on Pasal 458 ayat (13) UU No. 7 Tahun 2017 about ethics' violation of general election organizing institutions. DKPP’s decision that is final and binding can be ruled out by the decision of the Civil Court of Justice (PTUN) because there are institutions that don’t agree with DKPP’s decision, even though DKPP is an election ethics institution for election organizers. Ambiguity in the DKPP’s decision injures the implementation of honesty and integrity in the general election. This research uses normative research through the statute approach and the case approach. Uncertainty about the progress of DKPP’s decision impacts the indecisiveness of the ethics code's violations. The result of this article is that DKPP’s decision assessed doesn’t have legal certainty, remembering that the “final and binding” phrase can be ruled out with PTUN’s decision with a suit to decree that was published by the concerned institution. The final and binding of DKPP’s decision has no legal impact because it can be eliminated with PTUN’s decision. Because the DKPP is a auxiliary state organ that performs quasi-judicial functions, its decisions are not as strong as those of a judiciary institution. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisa kepastian hukum putusan Dewan Kehormatan Penyelenggara Pemilu (DKPP) berdasarkan Pasal 458 ayat (13) UU No. 7 Tahun 2017 terhadap pelanggaran kode etik oleh penyelenggara Pemilu. Putusan Dewan Kehormatan Penyelenggara Pemilu yang bersifat final dan mengikat dapat dikesampingkan oleh putusan PTUN atas gugatan lembaga yang kurang puas terhadap putusan DKPP tersebut padahal DKPP sebagai penegak kode etik kepemiluan terhadap perbuatan melanggr yang dilakukan penyelenggara Pemilu. Ambiguitas putusan tersebut pada akhirnya dapat mencederai Pemilu yang mestinya dapat dilaksanakan dengan jujur dan berintegritas. Penelitian ini memakai jenis penelitian normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan kasus. Ketidakpastian putusan sebagai hasil tindak lanjut dari DKPP menyebabkan putusannya seolah-olah tidak tegas terhadap pelanggaran kode etik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa putusan DKPP dianggap tidak memiliki kepastian hukum mengingat frasa “bersifat final dan mengikat” masih dapat digugat melalui PTUN dengan dasar gugatan surat keputusan lembaga yang bersangkutan. Sifat final dan mengikat putusan DKPP pada akhirnya tidak mempunyai arti dan dampak legal karena masih dapat dieliminir melalui putusan PTUN sebab DKPP hanya merupakan lembaga negara penunjang yang menjalankan fungsi quasi yudisial sehingga putusannya tidak sekuat lembaga peradilan yang lain.

Abstrak:
Cloud computing has revolutionized data storage and management; however, security and privacy concerns remain critical challenges. This paper explores the integration of blockchain technology to enhance data security in cloud environments. A decentralized approach ensures data integrity, authentication, and tamper resistance. The proposed framework leverages smart contracts to enforce access control policies efficiently. Simulation results indicate that our model significantly improves data security without compromising system performance.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the legal position of the contract of procurement of goods and services that has not been signed by one of the parties by raising a case study based on the cooperation agreement between PT TJB Power Services PLTU Unit 1-2 and PT PLN (Persero) Unit of Manufacture of Tanjung Jati B. This research uses a method of normative jurisprudence approach. The result of this study is an agreement on the procurement of goods and services that has not been signed by one of the parties in PT TJB Power Services has not yet been able to provide legal certainty and justice for the parties. The agreement between PT TjB Power Service and PT PLN (Persero) Unit of Mother Manufacturing Tanjung Jati B must be signed as a form of agreement of the sides. The urgency of this research is that in any agreement must be agreed by the parties, it becomes one of the legal conditions of the agreement as regulated in Article 1320 of the Covenant. The contract of procurement of goods and services between PT TJB Power Services and PT PLN (Persero) Master Unit of Manufacture of Tanjung Jati B must be signed as a form of agreement between the parties. The agreement of proceeding of Goods and Services which has not been signed by one of the parties must be made on the basis of the agreement with the parties with the existence of the legal basis and agreed by the parties in writing as an executable form of the contract for the provision of good and services and legally binding to the party. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kedudukan hukum perjanjian pengadaan barang/jasa yang belum ditandatangani salah satu pihak dengan mengangkat studi kasus berdasarkan perjanjian kerjasama antara PT TJB Power Services PLTU Unit 1-2 dengan PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangkitan Tanjung Jati B. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif. Urgensi penelitian ini adalah dalam setiap perjanjian harus disepakati oleh para pihak, hal tersebut menjadi salah satu syarat sahnya perjanjian sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 1320 KUHP. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perjanjian pengadaan barang/jasa yang belum ditandatangani salah satu pihak di PT TJB Power Services belum dapat memberikan kepastian hukum dan keadilan hukum bagi para pihak. Perjanjian pengadaan barang/jasa antara PT TJB Power Services dengan PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangkitan Tanjung Jati B harus ditandatangani sebagai bentuk kesepakatan para pihak. Perjanjian pengadaan barang/jasa yang belum ditandatangani salah satu pihak harus dibuat berdasarkan kesepakatan para pihak dengan adanya dasar hukum dan disepakati para pihak secara tertulis sebagai bentuk dapat dilaksanakannya perjanjian pengadaan barang/jasa dan mengikat secara sah kepada para pihak.

Triartha Cipta Mandiri is a company that operates as a housing developer. PT. Triartha Cipta Mandiri (which is shortened to PT. TCM) moves side by side with PT. Rico Cipta Mandiri is located at Ruko Tangerang City Business Park, D/8, Jl. Raya Jendral Sudirman, Banten. Director of PT. Triartha Cipta Mandiri is Mr. Hamsir Siregar, S.H., M.H. PT. Triartha Cipta Mandiri has been established for 10 years with a Deed of Company Establishment from the Tangerang Regency Notary, Mr. Deni Nugraha, S.E., S.H., M.Kn. dated 25-09-2013 and has received approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, as stated in his Decree dated 27-09-2013 Number: AHU-50281.AH.01.01 TAHUN 2013. So far, PT. Triartha Cipta Mandiri is expanding its wings in the field of selling subsidized houses. The name of the housing developed by PT. Triartha Cipta Mandiri is Granada Rajeg City which is located in Rajeg District, Tangerang Regency, Banten. Houses that sells by PT. Triartha Cipta Mandiri is a subsidized house by the government with a price of Rp. 168,000,000,- and the houses’ building area of ??30 M2 and a land area of ??60 M2. Inside the house there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Houses marketing is carried out by deploying several marketing agents. Other than that, to carry out sales and purchases that have been agreed with consumers, PT. Triartha Cipta Mandiri entered into a credit agreement at Bank BTN Syariah. During 2023, house sales have reached 74 houses.

This research explores the impact of implementing incentives at the Bu Ira basic food agency in Krian, Sidoarjo on employee performance, with a focus on sales bonuses and non-financial incentives. The research results show that sales bonuses related to target achievement provide additional motivation for employees to increase sales, especially when bonuses are linked to certain products that have higher profits. Additionally, non-financial incentives such as recognition for good performance have proven effective in building team spirit and increasing job satisfaction. The discussion involved understanding that incentive design must be tailored to the grocery store context, taking into account the unique characteristics of this industry. Sales bonuses, when tied to specific types of products, can provide a greater motivational boost for employees. Recognition of good performance can be realized in the form of promotion or additional training, providing added value in employee career development. Flexibility in incentive design, effective communication, and continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of incentive programs are the keys to success. The results of this research provide insight for business owners and managers in the grocery agency industry to design incentive programs that suit employee needs and business goals, as well as accommodate changes in the industrial environment.

The service's goal is to promote public understanding of domestic violence prevention and build awareness among the inhabitants of Mojorejo Village. Counseling activities in the community are motivated by phenomena that occur in the community. The problem of domestic violence itself is actually a problem that often occurs in married life, but some people do not consider what they experience as an act that is wrong in the eyes of the law. Therefore, the community needs to be given an understanding of domestic violence, so that if it occurs or experiences domestic violence, the victim can take legal steps. The method used is a participatory method which is expected to play an active role in legal counseling activities in the form of; Lecture on the Socialization of Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning Domestic Violence; Legal counseling regarding the material of Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning Domestic Violence; Question and answer session about domestic violence through mediation.

Apartment housing has become an option in big city areas, especially as land is becoming increasingly scarce and expensive. Apartment investment is an investor's choice at a time when demand is increasing every year along with the growth of the urban economy. Apartment construction projects begin construction based on appropriate planning to produce buildings of the right quality, cost, and time by minimizing one aspect of risk, namely the project delay factor. This article aims to present studies related to construction project delay factors; apartment buildings; investment analysis; and the impact of project delays on investment interest. The results show that construction delays have an impact on construction costs and time and further research is needed on the effects on investors' investment interest.ABSTRAKHunian apartemen menjadi salah satu pilihan di Kawasan kota besar terlebih lahan yang semakin berkurang dan mahal. Investasi apartemen menjadi pilihan investor di kala kebutuhan yang semakin tinggi tiap tahunnya seiring bertumbuhnya perekonomian di perkotaan. Proyek konstruksi apartemen memulai pembangunan yang didasarkan pada perencanaan tepat guna untuk menghasilkan bangunan yang tepat mutu, biaya dan waktu dengan meminimalkan salah satu aspek risiko yaitu faktor keterlambatan proyek. Artikel ini bertujuan memaparkan kajian terkait: faktor keterlambatan proyek konstruksi; bangunan apartemen; analisa investasi; dampak keterlambatan proyek terhadap minat investasi. Hasil didapatkan bahwa keterlambatan konstruksi berdampak terhadap biaya dan waktu konstruksi dan diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut efek terhadap minat investasi investor.

Abstrak:
The study aims to analyze the validity of the auction bulletin and the constraints and solutions made by the Office of Auctions on the object of the auction that cannot be renamed. The process of execution of the auction has been regulated in this way by various laws and regulations. In practice, there are some cases where the auction object cannot be renamed, even though the auctions have been carried out in accordance with the conditions and have been made by the Auction Office. The type of research used in this investigation is normative jurisprudence with a method of legislative approach. As a result, in the event that there is an auction object that cannot be named after, it does not immediately result in the following auction process: The auction notice made by the auction office becomes invalid. For example, the case in the decision of the Central Java High Court No. 161/PDT/2016/PT.SMG dated July 15, 2016. The Supreme Court's judgment recognizes the validity of the Auction, although the judgement leads to legal uncertainty for the auction vendor and KPKNL Semarang. In order to establish the basis of legal certainty and the foundation of justice for the seller and KPKNL Semarang, it is recommended to file a lawsuit and settlement to the state court to ensure the status and legal status of the post auction process that has taken place. The novelty of this research is the study of the Auction Records on an auction object that cannot be renamed.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keabsahan Risalah Lelang beserta kendala dan solusinya yang dibuat oleh Pejabat Lelang atas objek lelang yang tidak dapat dibalik nama. Proses pelaksanaan lelang telah diatur sedemikian rupa dalam berbagai peraturan perundang-undangan. Begitu juga dengan proses balik nama atas objek lelang, telah diatur dalam peraturan perundangan dengan jelas. Dalam praktiknya, terdapat beberapa kasus bahwa objek lelang tidak dapat dibalik nama meskipun lelang telah dilaksanakan sesuai ketentuan dan telah dibuat Risalah Lelang oleh Pejabat Lelang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitiaan ini adalah yuridis normatif dengan metode pendekatan perundang-undangan. Hasilnya, dalam hal terdapat objek lelang yang tidak dapat dibalik nama, tidak serta merta mengakibatkan proses lelang berikut Risalah Lelang yang dibuat oleh Pejabat Lelang menjadi batal dan tidak sah. Sebagai contoh, kasus dalam putusan Pengadilan Tinggi Jawa Tengah Nomor 161/PDT/2016/PT.SMG tanggal 15 Juli 2016. Dari putusan pengadilan tinggi tersebut keabsahan Risalah Lelang tetap diakui, meskipun dengan adanya putusan tersebut mengakibatkan adanya ketidakpastian hukum bagi penjual lelang dan KPKNL Semarang. Guna mewujudkan asas kepastian hukum dan asas keadilan bagi penjual dan KPKNL Semarang, disarankan untuk mengajukan gugatan dan penetapan kepada pengadilan negeri untuk memastikan kedudukan dan status hukum atas proses pasca lelang yang telah terjadi. Kebaruan penelitian ini yaitu kajian tentang Risalah Lelang atas objek lelang yang tidak dapat dibalik nama.
