Deixis is a word that refers or leads to something that is influenced by the speaker's situation, deixis has a function according to its respective reference according to the context. The purpose of the research is to describe persona deixis, place deixis, time deixis, discourse deixis, social deixis in conversations on the Nihongo Mantappu YouTube channel. The method used in this paper is descriptive qualitative method. Based on the analysis, the researcher has found 4 forms of deixis in the data that has been studied, these deixis include persona deixis, place deixis, discourse deixis, and social deixis. The most frequently used deixis is discourse deixis in the form of this word. The use of discourse deixis is most often used because Jerome Polin or his friends more often mention this word because it refers to the discussion discussed, namely the Indonesian writing and speaking test by foreigners or foreigners. Each deixis found has its own function depending on the context. The research that has been done is interesting because the videos analyzed have sources from abroad and the benefits of this research are expected to help readers understand what deixis are found in the videos that researchers analyze.

Soybean is important commodity because it is consumed by the whole communities. Soybean plays important role in national food security. In fact, the needs for soybeans currently still depend on import of soybean seeds. The stakeholders and communities have made some efforts to increase soybeans production, and one of them is providing superior and high-qualified varieties, as well as profitable for farming. Objective of the study was to know relationship between agronomic characters and economic values in soybean varieties assessment. The study was to analyze the farming of new superior varieties in comparison with local superior varieties by applying different dose of fertilizer. Furthermore, the research was carried out to look for superiorities of the varieties before they are released. Conclusions of the research are (1) the harvest yield per hectare showed that the treatment of YS2 and YS3 have the highest yields with average values 2.4 and 2.2 tons/ha, respectively. (2) The highest farming income was derived from the treatment of YS0, (3) Extra expenses for farming which were expended for both varieties of Yasi 6 and Grobogan will be able to increase the harvest yield but could not afford to raise income, (4) Yasi 6 could be cultivated in accordance with the farmers’ habits and will be able to raise income.

<p>Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru SMK Hidayah Semarang meneggunakan aplikasi FIGMA. SMK Hidayah Semarang merupakan lembaga pendidikan menengah kejuruan yang memiliki fokus pada peningkatan keterampilan praktis siswa dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk teknologi informasi. Dalam era digitalisasi saat ini, keterampilan desain antarmuka pengguna (UI/UX) menjadi semakin penting, karena antarmuka yang baik memengaruhi pengalaman pengguna pada aplikasi dan situs web. Kompetensi guru dalam desain UI/UX akan berdampak langsung pada pengalaman belajar siswa. Guru yang mampu mengajarkan desain UI/UX dengan baik akan membantu siswa memahami bagaimana menciptakan antarmuka yang mudah digunakan dan menarik secara visual, meningkatkan daya tarik pembelajaran. Melalui pengembangan kompetensi guru dalam desain UI/UX, SMK Hidayah dapat memperoleh reputasi sebagai lembaga yang mampu menghasilkan siswa dengan keterampilan yang relevan dengan tuntutan industri, serta memiliki pemahaman dalam desain UI/UX yang dapat memberikan nilai tambah dalam dunia kerja.</p>

This study aims to determine the effect of independent variables (Foreign Exchange Reserves, Foreign Direct Investment, Inflation Rate, and Interest Rate) on the dependent variable (Import Value) in Indonesia for the last five years. This study uses quantitative analysis with descriptive methods used to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of Foreign Exchange Reserves (X1), Foreign Direct Investment (X2), Inflation Rate (X3), Interest Rate (X4), and Import Value (Y). Panel data regression analysis was used with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that the variables of Foreign Exchange Reserves, Foreign Direct Investment, Inflation Rate, and Interest Rate had no significant effect on Import Value in Indonesia. Foreign Exchange Reserves, Foreign Direct Investment, Inflation Rate, and Interest Rate simultaneously have a significant effect on Import Value in Indonesia.

The purpose of this research is to find out how the legal rules regarding cooperation agreements in business activities are viewed from a business law perspective and what forms of cooperation in trade activities can be carried out by company management. By using normative juridical research methods, it is concluded: 1. The legal rules regarding cooperation agreements in business activities are reviewed from the perspective of business law, referring to Civil law, especially Article 1313 of the Civil Code, which states that "An agreement is an act in which one or more people bind oneself to one or more other people." So it is clear that agreements give rise to agreements, as well as the Trade Code and Indonesian laws and regulations in various forms of business entities. 2. Forms of cooperation in trading activities that can be carried out by company management, such as Mergers, Consolidations, Joint Ventures and Franchising. A merger is a combination of one or several business entities so that from an economic point of view they are one unit, without merging the merged business entities. Consolidation/merger between two or more business entities that combine themselves to merge into one and form one new business entity (consolidation). This aims to "make healthy" the business entity concerned or what is usually called restructuring. Joint Venture is an agreement between two or more parties to collaborate in an activity. The prevalence of nutritional status among children aged 5-12 in the Gorontalo Province based on BMI-for-age indicates that 2.70% are severely underweight, 8.45% are underweight, 8.93% are overweight, and 6.26% are obese. The shift from the previous 'four healthy five perfect' nutrition reference to balanced nutrition guidelines is not yet fully understood and known by all layers of society, including within school environments. The outreach activity conducted at Al-Falah Elementary Islamic School in Gorontalo District aims to provide education and socialization regarding balanced nutritional guidelines and the concept of 'My Plate' to elementary school students. The participants involved 34 students from grades 4 and 5. The methods employed included lectures, video presentations, followed by an evaluation using a 'My Plate' puzzle assembly game. The utilization of the puzzle as an evaluation medium was well comprehended by the students, as evidenced by a 75% proficiency in completing the puzzle. Enhancing students' knowledge about balanced nutritional guidance and food plate composition can be achieved through nutritional education and socialization.

Dapur G6 promotes with word of mouth and through whatsapp. The purpose of this research is to create a logo as a corporate identity using Canva Pro at UMKM Dapur G6. This research uses the type of action research involving 15 respondents consisting of field supervisors, 2 computer experts, 2 marketing experts and 10 consumers. Based on logo measurements in accordance with good logo standards and from the results of distributing questionnaires, the average score is very effective. From the details of the average score, it can be concluded that making a logo as a corporate identity using Canva Pro can be declared very effective as a corporate identity.

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Usia Harapan Hidup (UHH), Rata-rata Lama Sekolah (RLS), dan Pengeluaran per Kapita (PPK) terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) di beberapa kota Jawa Tengah (Magelang, Surakarta, Salatiga, Pekalongan, Jepara, Kudus, dan Tegal) dari 2017 hingga 2022. Metode penelitian melibatkan uji normalitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi berganda. Data berasal dari sumber statistik demografi, pendidikan, kesehatan, dan ekonomi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pembangunan manusia, serta mendukung kebijakan yang lebih tepat untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Analisis regresi diharapkan mengidentifikasi kontribusi UHH, RLS, dan PPK terhadap IPM, memberikan gambaran peran kesehatan, pendidikan, dan ekonomi dalam pembangunan manusia. Implikasi kebijakan dari penelitian ini dapat mendukung upaya pemerintah meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan kesejahteraan masyarakat di kota yang menjadi ojek penelitian. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada literatur pengembangan manusia dan kebijakan daerah dengan menggabungkan variabel-variabel penting dan menganalisis dampaknya secara terpadu. Kesimpulan ini menjadi panduan bagi pengambil keputusan dalam merancang kebijakan untuk meningkatkan IPM di kota-kota Jawa Tengah.

E-court is a court instrument as a form of service to the public in terms of registering cases carried out by the parties online, estimating court costs electronically, paying downpayments online, summoning online and sending court documents online. The purpose of this research to study the effectiveness of implementing e-court electronic trials in the Pamekasan District Court. This study uses normative legal research methods. The statutory and conceptual approaches are the approaches used in this research. The collection of legal materials in this journal uses library research. The method of analysis of legal materials used in this journal refers to deductive, namely drawing conclusions from a general problem to the concrete problems faced. The results of this research show that there are advantages and disadvantages in implementing electronic trials in the Pamekasan district court and the need for them. Further adaptation by the community in the latest innovations in case handling. In accordance with Perma No. 1 of  2019.

A community service project aims to improve the English skills of Karang Taruna members in Mekar Buana, Tegal Waru, and Karawang as part of this community service project. A skill improvement program focuses on improving the ability to speak English with a strong emphasis on the concept of direction in the context of spoken English. The training is based on discussion and practice in which the methods used are discussion and practice. So that in the end, this service can be seen as having a goal, that is, when the skills of cadet reef members, which tend to be dominated by these young people, can be enhanced with time, they can become a liaison between Mekarbuana villagers and foreign tourists who come to the village in the future.
