This study aims to analyze the effect of social interaction on students' psychological well-being. The research method used is quantitative, with a population of 240 students and a sample of 142 students. The sample was selected through a simple random sampling technique, and analyzed using a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of the study showed a significant relationship between social interaction and psychological well-being, with a regression coefficient value of 0.254 and a p value <0.001, indicating a significant effect on the variable. The implications of this study indicate the importance for educational institutions to pay attention to aspects of social interaction in order to improve students' psychological well-being and develop beneficial social support during the study period.

This study explores the model of work stress and its impact on productivity through a comprehensive systematic literature review approach. The objectives of the study are to analyze the complex dynamics of work stress, identify determinants, and explore effective intervention mechanisms to mitigate its negative impacts. The research methodology uses a qualitative approach with meta-synthesis techniques, conducting an in-depth analysis of ten leading scientific journals published between 2020-2024. The results of the study revealed that work stress is a multidimensional construct influenced by individual, organizational, and contextual factors, with key variables including workload, social support, organizational climate, and demographic characteristics. The findings indicate that work stress significantly affects psychological well-being and productivity, with different impacts based on gender, type of work, and organizational context. This study concludes the need for an integrative and proactive approach to work stress management, which does not only focus on individual interventions, but also transforms organizational structures and cultures.

Abstrak:
This study aims to identify morphological and reproductive characters in Thallophyta and Bryophyta in UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Bryophytes have high species diversity and are known as the second largest group of plants after flowering plants. They play an important role in maintaining ecosystems, especially water balance and nutrient cycles, and serve as bioindicators due to their sensitivity to environmental changes. The study was conducted by taking samples of leaf lichens and crustose lichens on various substrates such as rocks, soil, and trees, then observed using a stereo microscope and binocular microscope. The results showed that Thallophyta, such as crustose lichens, have unique morphological structures and can reproduce through ascospores, while Bryophyta, such as leaf mosses, have a life cycle that includes gametophyte and sporophyte stages. Reproduction in leaf mosses occurs sexually through the antheridium and archegonium, and asexually through stolon fragmentation. In addition to their ecological role, lichens also provide important habitat for a variety of organisms and help maintain the balance of tropical forest ecosystems. The adaptation of lichens to a wide range of environmental conditions allows them to survive in various substrates and extreme situations. This study provides new insights into the role of lichens in ecosystems and their potential applications for environmental conservation and restoration. The results of this study can serve as a basis for biodiversity conservation efforts and sustainable environmental management. Therefore, it is important to take appropriate conservation measures to preserve the vital role of lichens in ecosystems and the overall health of the environment.

Abstrak:
Trade liberalization has become an integral part of economic globalization, providing both opportunities and challenges for the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the impact of trade liberalization on MSMEs, including the opportunities it creates, the challenges faced, and the adaptive strategies that can be implemented. Using a qualitative approach based on literature reviews, this study explores various references related to the socio-economic impacts and policy implications for the MSME sector. The findings indicate that although trade liberalization opens broader market access and enhances innovation potential, MSMEs face significant challenges such as global competition, limited capital, and compliance with international quality standards. Therefore, inclusive policies and empowerment programs are essential to ensure MSMEs’ sustainability and equitable benefits from trade liberalization.

Abstrak:
Kombucha tea is a drink produced through a fermentation process of a mixture of tea and sugar using kombucha culture or also called SCOOBY ( Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast) . The basic ingredients for making kombucha tea are granulated sugar solution and tea bags, in this study it was varied using fruit skin. Vitamin C is known as an important antioxidant found in many fruits, including in rujak fruit skin which is often considered waste. The purpose of this study was to determine the levels of vitamin C in kombucha tea fermented from fruit skin waste. This study used qualitative and quantitative methods. The qualitative method uses the Benedict test and the quantitative method uses the calculation of the percentage of vitamin C content using the iodimetric titration method. The results of the qualitative analysis of the Benedict test were positive for vitamin C with a change in the color of the sample solution to green-yellowish and the analysis of the percentage of vitamin C content obtained a result of 2.3124% or equal to 0.23124 mg / 10 mL of sample solution. The vitamin C content of kombucha tea can vary depending on the base ingredients used, fermentation time, and storage temperature.

Abstrak:
Epistemology is a branch of philosophy known as the epistemology of science that focuses on basic questions about scientific knowledge, such as how knowledge is acquired, developed, and validated. The methods used in idea articles are useful for developing new ideas, critiquing existing theories, or providing new insights into the issues or problems being discussed. There are several reasons why people should study epistemology: first, strategic reasons because strategy is fundamental to achieving certain goals. Second, cultural reasons, because culture is part of knowledge and is important in every aspect of culture. Third, educational reasons, because education is a conscious effort to develop views of life, attitudes, and perspectives.
