Fires can occur unexpectedly, even if you are careful when using equipment that produces fire. However, there are still several sources that cause fires, such as electrical short circuits, gas stoves, burning rubbish, cigarette butts and candles when the lights go out. The aim of this research is to create a tool that can detect fire and temperature in a room and can overcome (minimize) the threat of fire disasters based on a microcontroller and C language. This research uses a Fire Sensor to detect fire, a DHT 11 Sensor to detect room temperature, NODEMCU as microcontroller controlling input and output, Buzzer as a system monitoring tool. The system will be assigned to turn on the extinguishing system that uses a FAN if there is a significant increase in temperature or if the system detects a fire. The output from the Flame Sensor which detects fire will be processed into a microcontroller which has been programmed using C language so that it will produce two states, namely low, namely when no fire is detected, and high when fire is detected. Likewise for the output from DHT11. This tool will give a warning to the buzzer if it detects a fire, and also detects changes in temperature and gives orders to spray the fan if there is a significant change in temperature

This research aims to analyze time and cost control on the ITC Pole Fiber Optic project managed by PT. LUM uses the Earned Value Management (EVM) method. EVM is an effective method for measuring project performance and progress by combining cost, time and completed work data. This case study uses secondary data obtained from project progress reports and PT financial data. LUM. Analysis is carried out to identify cost variance (CV) and schedule variance (SV) as well as cost performance index (CPI) and schedule performance index (Schedule Performance Index - SPI). The research results show that the ITC Pole Fiber Optic project experienced several deviations from the planned budget and schedule, with CV and SV showing negative values ??at several project stages, indicating cost overruns and delays. The CPI and SPI values ??obtained also provide an overview of the efficiency and effectiveness of project implementation. Based on these findings, several improvement steps are recommended to optimize time and cost control to improve project performance in the future. This research makes an important contribution in providing insight into the application of EVM in fiber optic installation projects and can be used as a reference in managing similar projects in the future.

This research discusses the application of the Pacta Sunt Servanda principle to unwritten agreements related to fisheries product sharing. The aim of this research is to find out how the Pacta Sunt Servanda Principle is applied to unwritten agreements and to find out what are the obstacles to the application of the Pacta Sunt Servanda Principle to unwritten agreements regarding fishery product sharing. This research uses a normative juridical type of research. By using several approaches, namely: legislation (statute approach), conceptual approach (conceptual approach).The results of this research show that the principle of pacta sunt servanda indeed requires parties to mutually fulfill their obligations in accordance with Article 1338 of the Civil Code. The agreement will be implemented if it meets the requirements in Article 1320 of the Civil Code and the parties mutually agree as per the meaning of Article 1313 of the Civil Code. When the agreement is ratified by the parties, the principle of pacta sunt servanda will apply. Apart from that, the results of this research also show that there are obstacles to the application of the principle of pacta sunt servanda in unwritten agreements regarding fishery product sharing, profit sharing agreements are general or not specific to a sector, so that we know about marine fisheries product sharing agreements as the author's research object. referring to law number 16 of 1964 concerning fishery product sharing agreements.
 

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana kualitas air dan sanitasi mempengaruhi Kejadian Luar Biasa (KLB) Diare di Provinsi Jawa Barat, Indonesia, menggunakan data Pendataan Potensi Desa (PODES) tahun 2021. Diare merupakan permasalahan serius dalam kesehatan masyarakat Indonesia, terutama pada kelompok anak balita, dan salah satu faktor penyebab utamanya adalah rendahnya kualitas air dan sanitasi. Dalam konteks penelitian ini, kami menerapkan metode algoritma K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) untuk mengklasifikasikan wilayah-wilayah yang mengalami KLB Diare. Hasil eksplorasi data menunjukkan variasi yang signifikan dalam jumlah kasus diare di sejumlah kabupaten dan kota yang tersebar di wilayah Jawa Barat. Untuk menangani masalah ketidakseimbangan data, kami menerapkan teknik Pengurangan Acak (Random Under Sampling), Penambahan Acak (Random Over Sampling), dan Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa model K-NN dengan penggunaan metode SMOTE menghasilkan tingkat akurasi tertinggi, yaitu sebesar 71.28%. Meskipun demikian, nilai F1 score untuk semua model cenderung rendah, yang mengindikasikan adanya tantangan dalam mengklasifikasikan wilayah-wilayah dengan KLB Diare. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang penting mengenai korelasi antara kualitas air, sanitasi, dan KLB Diare di Jawa Barat, serta mengidentifikasi wilayah-wilayah yang memerlukan perhatian lebih dalam upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian penyakit diare. Hasil ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk merancang program-program kesehatan yang lebih efektif di daerah-daerah dengan tingkat insiden diare yang tinggi.

This research aims to find out an overview of fisheries profit sharing in the Huyula Tradition in the Paguat Coastal Area, based on the title raised in this research. <p><em>This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality,product quality and price on customer satisfaction at Cv smart semarang.</em><em>  </em><em>This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The number of research samples was 96 respondents who were consumers of cv smart semarang. The technique used in this study using purposive sampling technique. Quantitative analysis results include validity test,reliability test,classic assumption test (normality test,heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test), multiple linear regression test and the last hypothesis test using the T test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2).</em><em>  </em><em>The research results show that service quality, product quality and price have a positive and significant. With the following regression equation Y = 0,222 X1+0,284 X2+0,391 X3. And the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,609 which means 60,9 percent of consumer satisfaction is influenced by service quality,product quality,and price.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>

Background: The MRI knee joint examination procedure for clinical ACL rupture in the Radiology Installation of Sidoarjo Regional Hospital often adds a T2 Mapping MR Cartigram sequence. T2 mapping MR Cartigram is a special sequence for detecting damage to the collagen component of the cartilage matrix using a quantitative approach method by producing a color map. The aim of this research is to determine the procedure, reasons for use, and diagnostic information resulting from the T2 mapping MR Cartigram sequence. Method: This type of research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The research was conducted in March-June 2022 at the Radiology Installation of Sidoarjo Regional Hospital. Research subjects included three patients, three radiographers, one radiologist, and one sending doctor. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews and documentation and then analyzed using an interactive model system method which would be processed in the form of transcripts, then identified, reduced and categorized the data and made open coding so that conclusions could be drawn. Results: The results of the study show that the clinical MRI knee joint examination procedure for ACL rupture at Sidoarjo District Hospital includes patient preparation, equipment preparation, examination techniques and routine sequences used such as PD Fatsat, T2, T1, STIR, T2*GRE, PD 3D Cube, and additional T2 Mapping MR Cartiram sequence. The use of the T2 mapping MR Cartigram sequence aims to determine the effect of ACL rupture on cartilage damage quantitatively and objectively by placing an ROI in the cartilage area so that it can provide diagnostic information including early detection of cartilage damage, increased water content, and cartilage degenerative processes. Introduction: Cutaneous larva migrans (CLM) is a parasitic infestation that commonly occurs in warm climates among people who have contact with contaminated soil. This is caused by the migration of hookworm larvae into human skin. Clinically, itchy, erythematous, linear serpiginous tracts appear within days to months after exposure to infected sand or soil. Diagnosis is based on clinical presentation. CLM can heal on its own and usually resolves within a few weeks to several months without treatment . Case report: This case report is about a 30-year-old female patient with complaints of itching on the little finger of the left foot since 4 days ago accompanied by multiple erythematous papules with serpiginous arrangement, the surface of the left dorsal leg. Conclusion: CLM associated with hookworm is diagnosed clinically based on the typical clinical appearance, as well as a history of travel to endemic areas and exposure to contaminated soil/sand.
