Human resources have a role that can determine the success of all activities in the school. Teachers are the spearhead in efforts to improve the quality of services and educational outcomes. Therefore the school seeks to prepare human resources to face the changing times. Information technology (IT) has experienced a very rapid increase in the current developments, as can be seen from the use of technological equipment whose sophistication continues to increase with the reach being achieved is increasingly expanding. In the world of education, the application of information technology is needed to support the operational activities of educational institutions such as schools. The sample for this service is 20 teachers at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Islamic Center Ponorogo. The activity begins with coordination with partners, planning and implementing community service activities. It is hoped that the results of this service activity with the development of digital information technology will be able to develop the learning process and help promote institutions, especially for partners, containing issues and focus of service, goals of service, methods/approaches/strategies of service research, and results of community service.

In this context, it is important for companies operating in the field of social e-commerce to understand the factors affecting customer satisfaction and e-loyalty, among others sales promotion, perceived security, e-service quality and trust. Through this research, is expected to provide valuable insights for social e - commerce companies in developing effective customer marketing and management strategies to increase customer satisfaction and e - loyalty, especially in this study directed at the phenomenon of TikTok Shop which is a trend among the public especially during the COVID-19 pandemic a few years back. The results are expected to provide valuable input for TikTok and other social-commerce platforms in improving customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Peran reseller penting dalam sebuah penjualan. Reseller yang berkompeten diperlukan untuk meningkatkan nilai penjualan. Pemberian apresiasi kepada reseller terbaik dapat memotivasi para reseller agar saling berkompetisi. DJ Foundation menerapkan penentuan reseller secara manual sehingga terjadi ketidakefektivan tenaga dan waktu, penumpukan data, kehilangan berkas, dan kesalahan penilaian. Dari permasalahan tersebut, maka dirancang sistem untuk menentukan reseller terbaik dengan menerapkan metode Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS), dengan kriteria kejujuran, loyalitas, tanggung jawab, absensi, pinalti, dan target harian. Data yang diperoleh bersumber dari wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kategori ranking terbaik dengan nilai akhir 0,973, sehingga layak digunakan oleh pengguna, karena dapat membantu mengurangi penumpukan ataupun kehilangan berkas, serta mempercepat dalam proses penentuan reseller.

Semakin bertambahnya usia kemampuan fisik serta kognitif manusia semakin menurun, hal tersebut dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan terhadap lansia, seperti terjatuh pada saat melakukan aktivitas sehari – hari. Seiring berkembangnya zaman penggunaan smartphone oleh lansia juga semakin meningkat berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dibuatlah aplikasi Layanan Darurat untuk smartphone. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode User Centered Design yang mana menempatkan pengguna sebagai poros dalam proses pembuatan aplikasi seperti tampilan, konteks, dan sistem, metode ini digunakan karena pengguna yang dipilih memiliki karakter khusus yaitu adalah lansia. Responden yang dipilih untuk penelitian ini berjumlah 25 lansia yang berada di wilayah kota Surakarta atau Yogyakarta. Wawancara dilakukan 2 kali dengan total responden berjumlah 15 lansia, selain itu dilakukan studi literatur guna mengetahui karakteristik dari lansia, hasil dari dua hal tersebut dijadikan acuan dalam membuat desain, sistem, dan konteks penggunaan pada aplikasi Layanan Darurat. Pengujian task scenario dilakukan guna mendapatkan hasil usability testing (effectiveness, efficiency, dan satisfaction), hasil usability testing yang didapat diuji menggunakan combine metric agar mendapatkan hasil akhir yang lebih akurat. Pengujian combine metric mendapatkan hasil 89% yang mana dapat diartikan bahwa pengguna puas dan dapat menggunakan aplikasi Layanan Darurat dengan baik.

Seiring berjalannya waktu, perkembangan ekonomi dunia mengubah gaya hidup manusia untuk berperilaku konsumtif akibat dari tuntutan keperluan hidup sehari-hari. Kemunculan virus Covid-19 sangat mempengaruhi gaya hidup dan perekonomian. Transaksi jual beli secara langsung beresiko menularkan virus melalui kontak uang kertas.  Perekonomian dan gaya hidup tersebut perlu didukung dengan inovasi teknologi berupa berbelanja secara online maupun offline menggunakan dompet digital yang dapat mengurangi kontak secara langsung dalam transaksi. Dalam rangka untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dan melakukan inovasi, penulis membuat rancang bangun prototype User Interface (UI) / User Experience (UX) sistem aplikasi dompet digital dengan metode design thinking dan metode prototype. Prototype ini memuat beberapa fitur penting bagi pengguna untuk membayar pesanan belanjaan mereka dengan cara memindai kode batang, meminta saldo dari teman atau orang lain, membagikan saldo langsung ke banyak orang, dan tampilan riwayat transaksi. Dengan adanya prototype UI/UX dompet digital ini, pengguna mampu melakukan transaksi pembayaran dengan mudah dan cepat tanpa kontak uang kertas secara langsung, serta dapat memanajemen keuangan mereka.

This research refers to violations during the campaign period, specifically this settlement is regulated in Bawaslu Regulation Number 8 of 2018 concerning settlement of election administrative violations. The problem in implementing the campaign in this study is violations during the campaign. Violations of these rules will be considered criminal offenses and are subject to imprisonment for a maximum of 2 years. The research method used in this research is to use a qualitative descriptive approach with primary and secondary data sources as well as using data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory in this study refers to Ansell and Gash namely, the results of the research show that in the first indicator, face-to-face dialogue is carried out with coordination meetings at a scheduled time, so that when campaigns reduce violations, fraud, violence and threats in the field. The second indicator of building trust is communication between organizers, supervisors and security personnel, and this is the keyword for successful collaboration. The third indicator is commitment to the process, namely the three parties involved carry out their roles, which means that the parties involved are committed to carrying it out. The fourth indicator in the process of mutual understanding is that the organizers, supervisors and security forces understand each other about the handling of violations during the campaign period. The fifth indicator is that the interim results in collaboration are carried out by the parties continuously trying to fulfill them properly, the interim results produce solutions and hopes from all parties by providing what is best for this country, and the creation of elections that are safe, peaceful and reduce fraud. The conclusion of this study is that the handling of campaign violations in the Riau Archipelago province will continue to be improved and improved and tighten supervision so that unwanted things do not occur and quality elections will be achieved.

This article discusses the recall directed to Justice Aswanto of the Constitutional Court during his tenure by the House of Representatives (DPR). The DPR recalls Justice Aswanto due to its disagreement with his judicial performance. According to the law, the Constitutional Court Justices may only be removed from office during his/her tenure through the Ethical Council of the Constitutional Court. This article argues that the recall is inconsistent with the principle of security of tenure and, therefore, contradicts the principle of judicial independence. Unfortunately, this issue is not the main problem. The primary issue is that the legislature has no room to disagree with the Constitutional Court's interpretation in reviewing the constitutionality of legislation. This issue arises because the Constitution, UUD 1945, allocates the finality of the constitutional review mechanism in the judiciary. In solving the issue, this article refers to the Canadian model of constitutional review. The concept of the Canadian model is a judicial review with legislative finality.

This research refers to the decision of presidential regulation number 80 of 2017 concerning the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency and based on the approval letter of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number B/411/M.KT.01 2018 dated June 8, 2018 concerning the Arrangement of Technical Implementation Units of the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency. /In this study, the problem for researchers is to find out how the socialization of the POM Workshop in Tanjungpinang is to help the consumer community to choose products that already have a distribution permit in order to protect consumers from dangerous cosmetics by introducing the Bpom Mobile application as a very useful application to help the public in purchasing cosmetics that are safe and have a distribution permit. the research used in this research is to use a descriptive qualitative approach with primary and secondary data sources and use data collection techniques by observation, interview, and documentation. The theory in this study refers to Budiani's theory (2007: 53), namely the accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives, program monitoring. The results showed that the first indicator, namely the accuracy of program targets, still had to set age limits to be able to use the Bpom Mobile application so that people could find out the rules for using the Bpom Mobile application. The second indicator is the socialization of the program, the Pom Workshop in Tanjungpinang makes a lot of socialization both for the community, students of school children who make Bpom Mobile material an important material in every socialization / counseling and even open a stand to explain the Bpom Mobile application. The third indicator is the purpose of the program, has the aim that the public knows that there is an application that is very helpful for buying a product to ascertain whether the product used has a distribution permit and is safe for use in everyday life. The fourth indicator is monitoring program results, the POM Workshop in Tanjungpinang sees that the results of the Bpom Mobile application program are beneficial to the community even though it is difficult for people who cannot use cellphones to use the Bpom Mobile application. The conclusion of this study is that the socialization of Bpom has not been effective because there are still many people who do not know that the Bpom Mobile application exists.

Crowdfunding is defined as an open call or offer accessed via the Internet for the provision of financial resources either in the form of donations or otherwise. The study was carried out with a qualitative approach through library research. Data collection techniques with documentation studies and data processing with reduction and presentation of data. The results of the discussion show: the implementation of digital Islamic philanthropy through the Kitabisa.com website can increase the effectiveness of giving donations from donors to those who need donations and by continuing to innovate by adding attractive features in order to make it easier for donors to make donations and by improving the security system and management of its operations.

Indonesia has the potential for zakat as a tool to reduce and improve poverty and people's welfare. The management of zakat funds certainly has a very vital role in the success of achieving the benefit of the people. This study evaluates the effectiveness of the management of the optimal distribution of zakat funds so that it can significantly contribute to poverty reduction and better welfare. This type of research is library research conducted using existing literature on the Indonesian National Zakat Agency by collecting data through a literature review of books, notes, and research reports from previous studies. Data analysis techniques were carried out using inductive techniques consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate: Indonesia's National Zakat Agency has been effective in the management of zakat management, both in planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising.
