Abstrak:
WebGIS is a web-based Geographic Information System consisting of several interrelated components. WebGIS is a combination of graphic mapping design, digital maps with geographic analysis, computer programming, and a database that are interconnected into one part of web design and mapping web. WebGIS is a GIS application distributed in a computer network to integrate and disseminate geographic information visually on the world wide web. The objectives achieved in this study are to identify the types of tourism distribution on Sipora Island, Mentawai Islands Regency and to design and build a tourism object information system on Sipora Island, Mentawai Islands Regency based on webGIS. From the research conducted, it can be concluded that based on the survey results, there are 22 points. Waterfall tourism consists of 7 tours, cultural tourism consists of 2, beach tourism consists of 8 and marine tourism consists of 5. Where the tourism is spread across 2 sub-districts. Where in the North Sipora sub-district there are 15 points and South Sipora 7 points. Design and Build a tourism information system for Sipora Island, Mentawai Islands Regency using Quantum GIS as initial data processing. Then combined with a website that has been designed using the Visual Studio Code application.

Character Education which includes self-development is a conscious effort to improve the quality of an individual towards the potentials they have through new experiences and knowledge gained by the individual during their life. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of character education on self-development in students at SMPN 1 Sumbawa Besar. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The toughest challenge in the world of education in Indonesia is improving the quality of learning to produce graduates who are competitive and able to adapt to change and are creative in solving problems faced. The character education process needs to be fostered early on and must be maximized since elementary school. The purpose of character education in schools is to develop the potential of the heart and conscience of students so that they have a soul and social sensitivity towards themselves, their families and their environment. The function of character education is to develop the basic abilities of students so that they think intelligently, behave with noble character, morals, and do something good, which is beneficial for themselves, their families and society. So that the role of education in the formation of students' character has a very urgent and important position in order to improve students' abilities both in terms of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities, and is able to provide the latest nuances and innovations in each educational unit in interactions between students, with teachers, families and with the surrounding environment.

Abstrak:
Scientific literacy is the ability of students to understand, translate, use information, and evaluate scientific problems in everyday life through critical thinking. This study aims to measure the level of scientific literacy of fifth grade students of MIN 1 Balikpapan, including identifying possible misconceptions. Misconceptions themselves refer to errors in understanding or erroneous concepts held by students. For elementary school teachers, understanding misconceptions is very important because it can be a reflection to improve the quality of science learning in the classroom, which ultimately has an impact on students' scientific literacy abilities. The results showed that the level of scientific literacy of fifth grade students of MIN 1 Balikpapan was relatively high, with 63.3% of students understanding the concept of simple machines well, 13.3% of students not understanding the concept, and 23.3% of students experiencing misconceptions. According to Piaget's theory, improving students' cognitive abilities can be achieved through student-centered learning and encouraging active discovery. However, based on the results of the analysis of scientific literacy questions, three indicators were found that still had low scores (below 60%), namely indicators related to scientific design and science experiments.

Abstrak:
This research aims to improve student learning outcomes by using a true or false strategy. This type of research is classroom action research. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation, interviews and tests. The data analysis technique uses quantitative data analysis with simple statistics and classroom action research procedures using 2 cycles of the Kurtlewin model. This research was able to obtain learning results in cycle I of 58.33%. After reflection, learning activities in cycle II became 83.33%, resulting in an increase of 25%. Then, the percentage of students who completed cycle I was 59.02% and students who completed cycle II was 77.08%, resulting in an increase of 18.06%.

This research investigates the relationship between public service motivation (PSM) and employee performance (EP) within public sector organizations. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, the study analyzes quantitative data from employee surveys and qualitative insights from interviews with public sector employees. The findings reveal a significant positive correlation between PSM and EP, indicating that employees who are motivated by a desire to serve the public tend to exhibit higher performance levels. Additionally, the research identifies key factors that enhance this relationship, including organizational support, leadership styles, and job design. The study highlights the importance of fostering a motivating work environment to improve employee performance in the public sector. Based on these findings, recommendations for future research and practical implications for public sector management are provided, emphasizing the need for targeted training programs and employee engagement strategies. This research contributes to the understanding of how intrinsic motivations can drive performance outcomes in public service settings.

Abstrak:
Background: One of the most popular contraceptives in Indonesia is injectable contraception. However, each contraceptive method certainly has its own side effects, hormonal methods such as injections generally have side effects in the form of menstrual disorders, weight changes, dizziness or headaches and an increase in blood pressure. The purpose of this study is to determine the long-term relationship between the use of injectable birth control and menstrual cycle disorders in birth control acceptors at PMB Neneng Mahfuzah Banjarmasin in 2024. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a cross sectional approach with a sample of 85 people with details of 48 respondents for 1-month injectable birth control and 37 respondents for 3-month injectable birth control. The results obtained from the bivariate analysis of the chisquare statistical test showed that the value of p = 0.010 > α = 0.05. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between the length of use of birth control and menstrual cycle disruption in injectable birth control acceptors at PMB Neneng Mahfuzah Banjarmasin in 2024. Advice is expected that health workers can provide KIE about the side effects of using Injectable Family Planning, one of which is menstrual cycle disruption. So that the acceptor can choose wisely the contraceptive method he wants to use.

Abstrak:
This research aims to analyze school operational assistance policies towards improving facilities and infrastructure. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research type by descriptively explaining qualitative data taken from various articles. The method used is systematic literature review (SLR). The results of this research show that the procurement of school facilities and infrastructure still requires clear and sufficient funding sources. Where before procuring all the facilities and infrastructure that will be used, you must make a clear plan for the needs and expenditure of money that will be used. Facilities and infrastructure that have been met can be put to good use to support the smooth running of learning and attention must be paid to their maintenance.

Abstrak:
Kinerja keuangan merupakan salah satu aspek penting bagi perusahaan, hal tersebut dimaksudkan untuk mengukur keberhasilan perusahaan dalam mencapai stabilitas keuangannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari beberapa variabel termasuk intellectual capital, dewan direksi dan komisaris independen terhadap kinerja keuangan, yang diukur dengan menggunakan return on asset pada perusahaan customer non-cyclicals yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan periode pengamatan selama 4 tahun yaitu pada tahun 2020-2023. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 45 perusahaan. Banyaknya data sampel ditentukan dengan pendekatan purposive sampling yang mana sampel diambil berdasarkan beberapa kriteria yang telah ditetapkan oleh peneliti, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 180 data, akan tetapi terdapat data ekstrim sehingga membuang data ekstrim tersebut sebanyak 36 data, sehingga data yang akan diteliti sebanyak 146 data. Data yang digunakan menggunakan data sekunder dengan teknik dokumentasi yang diperoleh melalui annual report perusahaan customer non-cyclicals yang terdaftar di BEI. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda yang diuji menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistis 26. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel intellectual capital, dewan direksi dan komisaris independen telah memenuhi seluruh uji asumsi kalsik dan uji hipotesis penelitian. Dari hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa hanya intellectual capital yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, sedangkan untuk variabel dewan direksi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, dan variabel komisaris independen berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Untuk itu hanya satu hipotesis yang diterima yaitu pada hipotesis pertama intellectual capital, sedangkan untuk hipotesis kedua dan hipotesis ketiga yaitu dewan direksi dan komisaris independen ditolak.

This study explores the role of mathematics in economics, focusing on the application of set theory and market equilibrium models. (1) Set theory provides a framework for organizing economic data and analyzing relationships between variables, such as market segmentation and consumer behavior. Meanwhile, market equilibrium is determined by solving demand (Qd = a?bPQ_d = a - bPQd?=a?bP) and supply (Qs = c+dPQ_s = c + dPQs? = c+dP) functions, where their intersection defines the balance between supply and demand. (2) The research demonstrates how mathematical tools enhance the understanding of economic dynamics, offering precision in modeling and decision-making. The study underscores the significance of mathematics in optimizing economic analysis and contributing to effective policy formulation. This integration of theoretical mathematics and practical economics highlights its essential role in addressing real-world economic challenges.

Learning creativity is influenced by several factors including interest, learning concentration, learning motivation, learning habits, learning style. At Kesemen Elementary School, student learning outcomes are classified as low, which is thought to be influenced by learning creativity factors and visual learning styles, as proven by observation results such as students not listening to the teacher's explanations, many students still lack enthusiasm in receiving learning, students are less able to give opinions in answering questions. given by the teacher in class, students lack creativity in developing new ideas in the learning process, lack of listening to the teacher's explanations during learning. Apart from that, students are found unable to sit still in the learning process. This type of research is correlational. The population in this study was 63 students. The sample in this study used a total sampling technique totaling 63 people. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Before the questionnaire was distributed to research respondents, a trial was first carried out with the aim of measuring the validity and reliability of the statements. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive data analysis, analysis prerequisite tests consisting of normality and homogeneity tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The tool used to test all of this is SPSS version 18.0. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that there was a significant positive influence between learning creativity (X1) on learning outcomes (Y). For the learning creativity variable, the t-count value was 2.862 > t table of 1.670 with a significant value of 0.006 < 0.05. Furthermore, it was also found that there was a significant influence between visual learning style (X2) on learning outcomes (Y). For the learning style variable, the tcount value was 2.254 > ttable of 1.760 with a significant value of 0.028 < = 0.05 and there was an influence of learning creativity and visual learning style on student learning outcomes together of 2.178 with a determinant result of 0.191. This means that learning creativity (X1) and visual learning style (X2) influence the learning outcome variable (Y) by 19.1%, the remaining 81.9% is influenced by other factors not included in this research. So a multiple linear regression can be formulated Y = 25,651+ 0.276X1 + 0.250X2. Apart from that, the analysis results found a TCR of 77.48%. The highest level of achievement for respondents was in the learning creativity variable with tcr, which was 80.5%. while the lowest is in the visual learning style variable with tcr which is 74.46%
