Pertumbuhan ekonomi ialah perluasan kegiatan ekonomi suatu negara dalam penciptaan barang dan jasa yang diproduksi secara lokal dan peningkatan kesejahteraan manusia dengan tetap menjaga stabilitas dan keadilan. Inflasi dan harga minyak yang merupakan dua unsur pertumbuhan ekonomi akan dibahas dalam artikel ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah literatur review. Tujuan dari teknik ini adalah untuk menyajikan teori yang beragam sesuai dengan topik yang dipelajari saat ini, sebagai referensi untuk pembahasan hasil penelitian. Kesimpulannya menunjukkan bahwa inflasi berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif, sedangkan harga minyak dunia berpengaruh signifikan dan positif.

Artikel ini membahas pengaruh perilaku sumber daya manusia dalam kehidupan organisasi bisnis di era global. Era globalisasi yang ditandai dengan persaingan yang ketat dan perubahan yang cepat menuntut organisasi bisnis untuk memahami dan mengelola perilaku sumber daya manusia dengan baik. Metode penulisan artikel Literature Review ini adalah dengan metode library risearch, yang  bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya. Perilaku sumber daya manusia yang positif, seperti komitmen, dedikasi, kerja tim, adaptasi terhadap perubahan, dan komunikasi yang efektif, berkontribusi pada pencapaian tujuan organisasi dan meningkatkan produktivitas. Selain itu, perilaku sumber daya manusia juga berdampak pada citra dan reputasi organisasi di era digital yang terhubung secara global. Perilaku yang profesional, etis, dan bertanggung jawab membantu membangun kepercayaan dan kepuasan pelanggan serta pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Dalam kesimpulannya, artikel ini menekankan bahwa perilaku sumber daya manusia berperan penting dalam keberhasilan organisasi bisnis di era global, dan organisasi perlu menerapkan strategi yang tepat dalam mengelola perilaku tersebut.

The background of this research is on the subject of Islamic Religious Education that teachers still rarely use the discovery learning learning model in learning so that students are not effective in participating in the learning process and when students are given assignments by the teacher, almost all students in class VII cannot do the assignments given, so symptoms or phenomena are found, especially in subjects Islamic Religious Education, namely the learning outcomes of class VII students are still relatively low and have not yet reached the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) set at SMP N 1 JUJUHAN, namely 75. The purpose of this research is to find out whether student learning outcomes have increased by applying the discovery learning model to the eyes Islamic religious education lessons. This research is a Class Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects of this study were class VII students of SMP N 1 JUJUHAN, Jujuhan Ilir District, Bungo Regency, Jambi, even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year, which consisted of 15 male students and 5 female students. In collecting data the author uses the method of observation, learning achievement tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis, where the data is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively in the form of percentages. The results of this study are that the application of discovery learning learning models can improve student learning outcomes in the material Al-Khulafaur Ar Rasyidun The Successor of the Struggle of the Prophet Muhammad. Before the action, it was known that 8 students had completed with 40% classical completeness, in cycle I, 12 students had completed with 60% classical completeness, in cycle II, 18 students had completed with 90% classical completeness. Thus it can be concluded that by applying the discovery learning model it can improve student PAI results at SMP N 1 JUJUHAN.

Packaging is one part of a product's marketing strategy in order to increase competitiveness.  The socialization and packaging training held in the Blitar village aims to provide understanding and assist MSME in increasing the attractiveness and selling value of their products so that they can be accepted by consumers.  The result of this packaging socialization and training activity is to provide insight into innovative, attractive and up to date packaging so that the products being sold look more attractive and different from similar products.  For example, packaging using boxes can be added or combined with ribbons, logos, thank you labels or seal stickers on product packaging.  After holding socialization activities and packaging training, it is hoped that it will provide benefits for MSME players in Blitar village to increase their innovation and creativity in choosing the right packaging for their products so that the products sold are able to compete in the market and increase consumer appeal.
 

Computer Vision merupakan sebuah sistem otomatis yang digunakan untuk melakukan analisa citra dan video oleh komputer untuk memperoleh informasi dan pemahaman dari suatu obyek. Computer Vision merupakan kemampuan dari sebuah mesin atau computer dalam melihat atau mengenali sebuah citra dengan sama atau bahkan dapat melebihi kemampuan pengelihatan manusia asli. Salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam computer vision adalah gabor wavelet. Metode gabor wavelet merupakan salah satu metode yang mampu melakukan proses identifikasi wajah secara real time dan juga mampu melakukan tugas-tugas yang membutuhkan pencarian pada database wajah yang besar.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan systematic literature Review (SLR), yaitu dengan menggabungkan berbagai sumber dari jurnal penelitian sebelumnya. Tujuan dari penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan systematic Literature Review (SLR) ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan metode Gabor Wavelet pada Computer Vision.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Gabor Wavelet pada computer vision banyak digunakan untuk pengenalan wajah (face recognition) dan deteksi wajah (face detection) yang bisa diterapkan di bidang komersial maupun bidang penegakan hukum dengan memberikan hasil yang sangat baik dengan tingkat akurasi 90%.

Sharia Pawn (Ar-Rahn) is an agreement between a lender and a party who lends money. A lien is a right to tangible goods that is given to a debtor who wants to get ahead of the debtor, and the item is taken after the person has the money to redeem the lien. Rahn is a pawn service product based on sharia principles, where customers are only charged with administrative fees, additional mortgage and maintenance costs. The purpose of this study was to determine the evolution of income, inflation rates and gold prices in Rahn's credit distribution at PT. Pawn shops in Indonesia. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach used as a data analysis method. The data source comes from secondary data Literature research and documentation are used as data collection techniques. The subject to be studied is PT. Pegadaiic Indonesia 2013- 2022. The results show that gold income and prices are directly proportional to rahn credit distributed to the community. Meanwhile, inflation is not directly proportional to the rahn credit distributed to the public.

The Merdeka Curriculum is a curriculum with various intra-curricular learning, the content will be more optimal so that students have enough time to explore concepts and strengthen competence. Teachers have the flexibility to choose various teaching tools so that learning can be adapted to the learning needs and interests of students. The purpose of this study was to find out the challenges faced by teachers in implementing the Independent Curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Walisongo Kranji 01, Kedungwuni District. The subjects in this study were students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Walisongo Kranji 01, while the objects in this study were teachers' perceptions of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Walisongo Kranji 01. This research was conducted using a type of qualitative research, namely observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's perception of the implementation of the independent curriculum still has difficulties so that it becomes a challenge in implementing the Independent Curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Walisongo Kranji 01

The purpose of this study was to find out the Judge’s consideration of the Decision Number 40/G/2020/PTUN.Smg on the validity of the islamic boarding school diploma as a requirement for participation in the Village Head election and to find out the Judge’s application of the law on the validity of the islamic boarding school diploma as a requirement for participation in the village head election in the analysis on Decision Number 40/G/2020/PTUN.Smg. This study was normative juridical research using a qualitative analytical method based on a literature review. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that in his legal consideration, the Judge stated that the Plaintiff’s interest was not harmed. The Plaintiff did not have the legal standing to file a lawsuit in the State Administrative Court. The issue of determining the diploma validity as a requirement for nomination to the village head election was not addressed further in the decision. Judges should not only decide in a procedural manner, but also prioritize the resolution of the dispute substance. The application of law to be considered by the Judge must include the three fundamental values of legal objectives, namely legal justice, benefit, and certainty. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pertimbangan Hakim atas putusan Nomor 40/G/2020/PTUN.Smg terhadap keabsahan ijazah pondok pesantren sebagai syarat keikutsertaan pemilihan kepala desa dan penerapan hukum yang seharusnya diterapkan Hakim atas keabsahan ijazah Pondok Pesantren sebagai syarat keikutsertaan Pilkades dalam kajian putusan Nomor 40/G/2020/PTUN.Smg. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan metode analitis kualitatif berdasarkan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Hakim dalam pertimbangan hukumnya menyatakan penggugat tidak memiliki kepentingan yang dirugikan sehingga penggugat tidak memiliki kedudukan hukum untuk mengajukan gugatan ke Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara. Terhadap pokok permasalahan penentuan keabsahan ijazah sebagai syarat pencalonan pemilihan kepala desa tidak dipertimbangkan lebih lanjut di dalam putusan. Hakim seharusnya tidak sekedar memutus secara prosedural saja, namun harus mengedepankan penyelesaian subtansi pokok sengketa. Penerapan hukum yang seharusnya diterapkan dalam pertimbangan Hakim harus memuat ketiga nilai dasar tujuan hukum yaitu keadilan, kemanfaatan dan kepastian hukum.   Abstract   

The Covid - 19 pandemic is a disaster that occurs quickly and thoroughly. This pandemic affects not only health, but also the economic, cultural, social and political education fields. The existence of the Covid - 19 pandemic makes people live in conditions of risk. Society will face terrible threats such as the spread of viruses and other threats. The consequences of the emergence of the Covid - 19 virus have caused social anxiety in society. This raises serious concern because this virus is increasingly spreading, including in areas where there are few positive confirmed cases of Covid - 19 itself. There are so many threats of Covid 19 that great attention is needed for the perception of own risk in decision making. The current situation shows that society has become a risky society. Where people are at risk themselves are vulnerable people. Community life will be colored by risks that can affect society. This article tries to analyze the context of the covid - 19 pandemic in at-risk communities by using a sociological perspective of at-risk communities, especially in the covid - 19 pandemic. This Covid - 19 pandemic also shows that society is not ready to face the Covid 19 disaster which occurred as a whole and not a single country that can avoid the impact of Covid - 19. In addition, this article shows that the pandemic affects all classes in society and affects people from young to old

Komodo Labuan Bajo Airport is one of the airports located in East Nusa Tenggara. In addition to the importance of airport development, human resources are also one of the assets that the company pays close attention to. Human resources are a supporting factor for the success of a business sector. Because employees are a very important asset for airport provider companies, companies must pay attention to the obligations that employees deserve, namely rewards and punishments as an effort to be able to create optimal and satisfying employee performance.
This research was conducted to find out whether there is an effect of reward and punishment on the performance of Komodo Labuan Bajo airport employees. This research was processed using quantitative research methods, with a research instrument, namely a questionnaire.
The results of the study show that: 1) Reward has a partial effect on the performance of Komodo Labuan Bajo airport employees. 2) Punishment has a partial effect on the performance of Komodo Labuan Bajo airport employees. 3) Reward and punishment have a simultaneous effect on the performance of Komodo Labuan Bajo airport employees. 4) Rewards have a more dominant effect on the performance of Komodo Labuan Bajo airport employees.
