As Regional General Treasurer, BPKAD is an agency that has responsibility for collecting regional income and channeling regional needs through the Regional General Treasury. In the regional treasury, the region regulates the adequacy of funds to finance regional expenditures. The aim of the research is to find out the work of the state civil apparatus (BPKAD), namely the qualitative method is a methodology that uses content analysis, which requires the transmission of steps in writing to achieve goals and information that is complete and objective, and has certain ways and methods according to the problem. faced. This type of research is direct research and library research. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the performance of employees who have performed well at the Regional Office of the Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of North Sumatra Province can improve this good performance to also create good jobs that advance positions according to the key indicators of current North Sumatra Province BPKAD employees .And already in good improvement efforts it can be seen that the ability to use working time effectively, the quality of work carried out and employee responsibilities are good. This is because the Regional Economic Development Board administrators are able to communicate with their staff to improve service quality and provide good facilities and infrastructure ideal for advancing the development of the Second sector in the province of North Sumatra and achieving these development goals.
 

Counseling about drug abuse is very important, especially among youth generation. This age period is a group that is prone to drug abuse because of the desire to do experiment, seek identity, seek recognition and lifestyle. The counseling aims to provide knowledge and understanding about the disadvantages of drug abuse, the impact of drug abuse and the legal impact of drug abuse. This counseling is important as a preventive effort to overcome the danger of drugs. Hopefully, the youth generation will be more interested to find out what drugs are and examine the pros and cons without having to try and learn from other’s experience.

Perancangan identitas visual brand dapat membantu sebuah brand membedakan satu dengan yang lainnya. Dengan adanya identitas visual brand, audiens pada akhirnya akan lebih mudah mengingat brand secara jelas, unik dan konsisten. Perancangan identitas visual brand Terminal Dungingi adalah sebagai representasi visual dari nilai – nilai kepribadian brand termasuk mempromosikan tujuan perusahaan. Rumusan Masalah bagaimana merancang identitas visual branding Terminal Dungingi yang efektif sehingga memiliki identitas yang tepat sebagai terminal angkutan penumpang di kota Gorontalo. Tujuan penelitian perancangan identitas visual branding Terminal Dungingi sebagai upaya untuk membangun identitas dan citra terminal Dungingi dengan mengoptimalkan unsur dan potensi yang ada melalui media komunikasi visual yang menarik, efektif dan komunikatif. Manfaat penelitian untuk perusahaan agar membangun citra perusahaan yang lebih baik. Manfaat untuk masyarakat agar brand mudah dikenali dengan begitu dapat membangun loyalitas pelanggan terhadap perusahaan.

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality on Indihome Customer Satisfaction at PT. Telkom Access Malang, and how much influence the Service has on Indihome Customer Satisfaction at PT. Telkom Access Malang. The factor tested in this study is service quality as an independent variable. While customer satisfaction as the dependent variable. The research method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study are IndiHome Malang provider customers. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, where the sample was selected based on certain considerations with a sample size of 100 people. While the analytical method used in this study is linear and multiple regression analysis at a significance level of 5%. The program used in analyzing the data uses the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Ver. 18.00. The test results show that physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of IndiHome Malang Providers. The results showed that service quality including physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy had an influence on customer loyalty, meaning that to maintain customer loyalty one must pay attention to the 5 service quality factors, one must determine the concept of good service, for example trying to meet needs and wants as well as provide convenience for consumers who enjoy the service. Customer satisfaction with services is the key to success, not only in the short term, but sustainable excellence

PKM peningkatan kapasitas pengelolaan sampah kepada pengelola wisata Pantai Tamban  Desa Tambakrejo, Kab. Malang. merupakan pelatihan untuk menunjang pengelolaan sampah di Kawasan wisata. Peserta dari pelatihan ini adalah pengelola ekowsisata Pantai Tamban Desa Tambakrejo. Metode yang dilakukan dengan empat tahap yakni: 1) need-assessment dan komunikasi atas kesedian mitra dalam mengikuti pelatihan ini, (2) pelaksanaan materi pengabdian masyarakat dengan metode ceramah, (3) melaksanakan praktik mengolah sampah rumah tangga menjadi pupuk organik dengan alat komposter, dan (4) evaluasi dengan angket yang telah di berikan setelah kegiatan berlangsung. Hasil yang di dapat dalam pelatihan ini adalah sebagai berikut: Sebagian besar masyarakat di desa Tambakrejo belum pernah mengolah sampah organic. Peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan abdimas sudah Familiar dengan pupuk organik, namun hanya Sebagian kecil yang pernah membuat pupuk organik dengan kotoran kambing, bukan dengan memanfaatkan limbah sampah rumah tangga.  Setelah diberikan pelatihan, peserta kegiatan dapat memahami jika membuat pupuk kompos organik itu mudah dan tidak memberatkan  untuk memanfaatkan sampah rumah tangga di sekitar mereka. Karena alat yang digunakan serta bahan emulator maupun bahan organik mudah digunakan serta dapat diakses dengan mudah. Selain itu, semua peserta setuju jika pelatihan ini memberikan kebermanfaatan bagi masyarakat. 

In this final project the author discusses the problem entitled "Design of Smoke Detector and Room Temperature of SAP ERP Server at PT Apac Inti Corpora". This design aims to support the improvement of the security system in the server room with smoke and temperature detectors and microcontroller-based automatic countermeasures. Against the background of problems with sensors and countermeasures systems in the server room and lack of insight into sensor installation. This tool uses a gas sensor MQ-2 as a smoke detector, a DHT-11 sensor as a temperature detector, Arduino as a microcontroller that controls I/O, buzzer and LED as an alarm, a fan as a temperature controller, and an LCD to display conditions in the room. The output of the MQ-2 and DHT-11 sensors will be processed in a programmed microcontroller so that it can display conditions on the LCD. This tool will turn on the alarm and fan if smoke and high temperature are detected at the specified conditions.

Research objectives: To describe the role of the head of the Office of Religious Affairs and the implementation of the marriage guidance program at the Batumarmar Pamekasan Religious Affairs Office. Research with a qualitative approach, and phenomenological type. Sources of data in this study were the chairman, staff, and the bride and groom. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Data reduction processing techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data by continuous observation, peer checking, as well as triangulation of data sources and triangulation of techniques.
The results of the study: (1) the role of the head of the Office of Religious Affairs in marriage guidance (a) dividing tasks, mobilizing, directing, guiding, and coordinating marriage guidance programs to staff members, (b) monitoring and evaluating marriage guidance programs to staff members, and (c) provide services and guidance in the field of marriage, reconciliation and sakinah families, and (2) implementation of marriage guidance programs by providing guidance on the meaning and purpose of marriage, terms and pillars of marriage, rights and obligations of husband and wife, how to resolve family conflicts, and the formation of a sakinah family.

<p>Wabah Corona Virus (Covid-19) yang menyerang melalui penularan penyakit dengan sangat cepat dan dapat mengakibatkan kematian menyebabkan manusia harus menjaga jarak satu dengan lainnya agar tidak terjadi penularan yang sangat cepat, hal tersebut berdampak pada beberapa sektor salah satunya adalah pendidikan. Dalam dunia pendidikan di Indonesia, hingga saat ini masih menerapkan metode belajar dalam jaringan (daring). Akses E-Skripsi Universitas Semarang menjadi salah satu solusi dalam mengatasi kendala keterbatasan akses literatur pada mahasiswa. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan studi kepustakaan. Temuan data selanjutnya dianalisis dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa akses E-Skripsi dapat memberikan solusi bagi mahasiswa. Selain itu, <em>open access</em> memberikan kemudahan dalam menambah literatur yang dibutuhkan, sehingga mahasiswa tetap produktif dalam menyelesaikan studi dikala pandemi.</p><p><em>The Corona Virus (Covid-19) outbreak which attacks through disease transmission very quickly and can result in death causes humans to keep their distance from one another so that transmission does not occur very quickly, this has an impact on several sectors, one of which is education. In the world of education in Indonesia, until now, it is still implementing online learning methods. Access to E-Skripsi at the University of Semarang is one solution in overcoming the constraints of limited access to literature for students. This study uses qualitative methods. Data collected by a literature study. Further data findings were analyzed using a descriptive analysis approach. The study results show that E-Skripsi access can provide solutions for students. In addition, open access makes it easy to add to the literature needed, so that students remain productive in completing studies during a pandemic</em></p>

Desa Gunungrejo terletak di Kecamatan Singosari, Kabupaten Malang, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Mayoritas penduduk Desa Gunungrejo mempunyai mata pencaharian sebagai petani. Salah satu komoditas yang memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan adalah tanaman cabai rawit. Terdapat permasalahan terkait Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang terbatas dapat dilihat dari rendahnya produktivitas pengolahan komoditas yang ada. Masyarakat cenderung konsumtif dan kurang memaksimalkan sektor ekonomi kreatif terlihat dari ketersediaan UMKM yang sedikit. Sebelum diadakannya kegiatan mengenai penanggulangan permasalahan tersebut, mahasiswa KKN-T melakukan survei dan diskusi terkait pengolahan pada komoditas cabai rawit menjadi produk yang memiliki daya simpan lebih lama dan memiliiki nilai ekonomis yang lebih tinggi. Beberapa program pemberdayaan yang dilakukan diawali dengan mengadakan persiapan, penyuluhan pelatihan pengolahan, dan pengemasan cabai rawit segar menjadi produk berupa cabai bubuk, serta pelabelan yang sesuai dengan produk. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah cabai rawit, mengurangi resiko terjadinya kerugian saat harga cabai rawit mengalami penurunan yang cukup siginifikan, dan menjadikan usaha sampingan sehingga dapat meningkatkan penghasilan warga desa.

This paper aims to determine the process of legally transferring land rights according to applicable law in Indonesia and to analyze the consequences of unlawful acts in obtaining land rights. The urgency of this research is to provide an explanation of legal certainty in the acquisition of land rights in accordance with Indonesian regulations. There are many disputes over land ownership and control obtained without rights by controlling land whose ownership of the land is already owned by other people. There is a lot of confusion in the community, especially about the legal certainty of the land they own. Proof of ownership in the form of a land certificate is needed to prove ownership of land rights. In addition, authentic deeds made by PPAT also have an important role to prove the transfer of land rights through legal actions. If a person obtains land rights against the law, then any authentic deed of transfer of land rights obtained unlawfully becomes null and void, and land certificates can be canceled by filing for cancellation. This study uses a normative juridical research method. The difference with previous research and this research is that this study discusses the acquisition of land rights transfers in accordance with Indonesian regulations and the consequences of obtaining land rights transfers that are carried out against the law.Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses peralihan hak atas tanah secara sah menurut hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia serta menganalisis akibat perbuatan melawan hukum dalam perolehan hak atas tanah. Sengketa kepemilikan dan penguasaan tanah yang diperoleh tanpa hak dengan menguasai tanah yang kepemilikan atas tanah tersebut telah dimiliki oleh orang lain saat ini banyak ditemui. Banyak terjadi kebingungan di masyarakat, khususnya tentang kepastian hukum atas tanah yang dimilikinya. Urgensi dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan penjelasan perolehan hak atas tanah yang sesuai dengan peraturan di Indonesia yang memberikan kepastian hukum. Bukti kepemilikan berupa sertifikat tanah sangat diperlukan untuk dapat membuktikan kepemilikan hak atas tanah. Selain itu, akta autentik yang dibuat oleh Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) juga memiliki peran penting untuk membuktikan peralihan hak atas tanah melalui perbuatan hukum. Apabila seseorang memperoleh hak atas tanah secara melawan hukum, maka setiap akta autentik peralihan hak atas tanah yang diperoleh secara melawan hukum menjadi batal demi hukum, dan sertifikat tanah dapat dibatalkan dengan mengajukan pembatalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif. Perbedaan dengan penelitian terdahulu dengan penelitian ini adalah penelitian ini membahas mengenai perolehan peralihan hak atas tanah yang sesuai dengan peraturan di Indonesia serta akibat dari perolehan peralihan hak atas tanah yang dilakukan secara melawan hukum.
